James Wolfe was the Senate Intelligence Committee Security Director who leaked the top-secret Title-1 search warrant FISA application to journalist Ali Watkins on March 17, 2017. When Wolfe was busted by the FBI his lawyers threatened to introduce evidence in court that he was instructed to do so by SSCI Vice-Chairman Senator Mark Warner. The DOJ dropped the classified document leak charge, and instead charged him only with lying to investigators. Wolfe received probation.

The same Judge Boasberg who appointed former DOJ-NSD head Mary McCord as amicus curiae advisor to the court, after she knowingly and fraudulently submitted the FISA application to the court.

The whole Epps affair is a running gag for them. First they let him roam free, untouched even as hours of damning video emerges. It IS possible that Ray wasn’t working for the fbi, but another agency, or even as a contractor to congress itself. In fact it seems very likely given the intense chatter centered around placing him there, itself seeming to be an intentional misdirection, and Boasbergs words, who undoubtedly knows who Ray’s real employer was.
Given Epps’ wife worked for Dominion, yes he was more likely a fellow traveler than Fed asset.

Boasberg’s name comes up in the most amazing places, obviously chosen as judge on specific cases where he can rule as he is ordered to do. Particularly after watching the J6 timeline film over on Open.Ink, you can see Epps in quite a number of videos, and, amazingly, leaving the rally at the Capitol early, after his mission was complete. After watching the film, it is beyond obvious that he is a Fed and at the rally in order to instigate various actions. The fact that Boasberg has only slapped his wrist, is confirmation.
The one place I want to see it is in the obituary.

In any case, many patriots traveled to D.C. because they did not want to admit that the certified result of the presidential election of ’20 was in line with the will of those who participated in the election. FBI director Wray called it “domestic terrorism”. Subsequently, many courageous compatriots were indicted, among other things, for violating 1512c2, the interpretation is under review at SCOTUS. In Joseph Fischer v USA, (trial) Judge Nichols sided with Fischer, while Appellate Judge Walker delivered for the Government, Katsas dissented.
