First thing to notice, the released indictment is identical to the one the clerk said was not accurate earlier today. Meaning, two things: (1) the indictment was generated before the “special grand jury” voted; and (2) the Fulton County clerk of courts lied. 👀 Nice way to start the review, huh?
Defendants include, Donald Trump, Rudy Guiliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, Jeffrey Clark, Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell and a host of villainous villains who did allegedly perpetrated villainy in the Peachtree state.

This sham of an indictment refers to the January 6th committee evidence, which has all been destroyed, along with voting records that were destroyed after 22 months…some even before then, in clear violation of the law.
Every J6er should be filing a lawsuit to get these records. If they are not turned over then their conviction should be overturned because there is no evidence.
My understanding is that not all of the J6 committee evidence was destroyed, but only the evidence the committee did not consider relevant to its report (ie all the ‘exculpatory’ stuff’).
Discovery and cross examination. Since it is televised, the American people will finally be shown the receipts on the illegal/corrupt GA and Fulton County election process in 2020, none of which was adjudicated in the courts prior to this trial.
Is Fulton County, Georgia the same county where election workers were told to leave because of a plumbing leak and then while most were out of the building there is video showing some workers who remained brought in and scanned ballots that had been hidden in luggage?
Is that the same county bringing charges against President Trump and those who worked to expose the questionable activities of Fulton County election workers?
Is the Fulton County District Attorney, through these indictments, participants in an ongoing election controversy?
Would this be coordinating actions to cover up criminal activity?

I had a busy day filing open records requests with Kemp, Carr, the Coffee County District Attorney’s Office, and the GA Prosecuting Attorney’s Council. Since 2022 when the GA law was changed, GAPAC appoints special prosecutors in cases of conflict. They have a procedure they follow. They don’t appoint special prosecutors that are state wide – just on a county jurisdiction level.
Georgia law is very clear that the Capitol Police have jurisdiction over investigatory and law enforcement matters in the Georgia Capitol and buildings within a 5 mile radius of the Capitol that are state owned buildings.

The fastest way to indict someone is to say that they “attempted to commit” some purportedly-criminal act. And the fastest way to cover up election fraud is to declare it to be a “false statement” that anything out-of-the-ordinary occurred. (You never actually saw ballots being pulled out from under a table and run through a scanner six times … although a security camera did.)
But the bottom line is going to have to be that we must force a full-stop to “using Law as a weapon.” A “Special” Grand Jury can be convened to say absolutely anything you want them to. They can convict, “in Georgia,” people who never set foot in the state nor committed their alleged crimes there.
And – with regards to the first Defendant, and the only one that truly matters to them – “Donald John Trump” was the sitting President of the United States. Which means: the Executive Branch. “Article two.” And the SCOTUS has already decided several times that this actually means something.
The President is tasked by the Constitution to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” Election Fraud is a felony crime. If “the laws were not faithfully executed,” say in Georgia, the President has the Constitutional duty to speak out.
As a one-man Branch of Government, he has plenary powers to do that, and the same sort of immunity that a Member of Congress enjoys on the floor of his chambers. He can say what he wants, any way he wants, to anyone he wants to say it to. And, the SCOTUS has already ruled that this is so.
Very obviously, our Government cannot function if the Executive Branch(!) must fear being thrown in prison for 500 years for saying something, or making a decision, or issuing an order that some “minion” didn’t approve of.

We’re bucking against established propaganda and trying to educate sheep. They are very comfortable being sheep.
Along with fixing a broken judicial system, political system and economic system, establishing a somewhat reliable media is critical.

What shall we do?
We can expose, put the truth out while we’re still not censored, in our limited manner, but we don’t have the means to mass organization and communication.
The representatives we send to congress, our elected “lawmakers,” are supposed to do that for us. That’s why we have a representative democracy or a republic if you will.
We shouldn’t have to mass organize, etc. Our “leaders” should be leading and doing that for us as we back them up.

I don’t care if they indict him a thousand more times on 10 thousand more charges. I’m voting for Trump. When they attack him, they’re attacking us and this is how we fight back.

Yes, everything he DID was completely legal and within his rights and authority: But the REASON why he did it – which can only be inferred by clairvoyance – is the illegal part. For example, his very reasonable, completely legal, 100% administratively and legally correct “travel ban” which lawsuits claimed was motivated by anti-Muslim prejudice, divined by reading between the lines of campaign speeches.
Yes, he had every legal right to challenge the election. But he was DISHONEST about it, he didn’t really think the election was corrupt, he was merely hoping to overturn it through some administrative technicality or trickery. Basically, do what Al Franken did when he stole his Senate seat in Minnesota; and what Al Gore tried very, very hard to do in 2000. Disqualify valid votes for his opponent, and count invalid vote for himself.

President Trump was asking the GA Sec of State via the taped phone call with 50 people listening to review the mail in ballots to verify their accuracy as to sigs and residence since the rules were changed in GA because of Covid-19 which presented the opportunity for massive voter fraud in GA.
He had every right as a Candidate to make this request as there were reports of massive election/voter fraud in GA and as President, it was his duty to investigate election fraud, a crime.
His effort bares no resemblance to Franken’s steal via ‘found ballots’ in an Election Commissioner’s car trunk, long after the election was finished.
You misread my comment. I’m not saying that; it’s what the malicious prosecutors say. Furthermore – motive or intent doesn’t matter. Al Gore knew he lost Florida, but tried very hard to finesse the count to get the result he wanted. Gore was finally stopped when his lawyers, aided and abetted by the out-of-control Florida Supreme Court, tried to change the rules after the fact usurping the Constitutional authority of the state legislature.
Al Franken knew he lost his Senate race, but he likewise finessed the count only in his election he succeeded (something about guys named Al I guess.).
President Trump has the exact same rights to challenge elections as Gore and Franken. But according to Democrats only they’re allowed to challenge elections.

They’re creating lots of smoke hoping a) voters will think there must be a fire, eroding President Trump’s support; and b) a Hail Mary long shot that at least one of the felony charges will stick, thereby giving the GOPe and Congress the opening they need to either bar him from accepting the nomination should he win; or else, failing that, lay the groundwork for future impeachments if and when he returns to the White House, and the Democrats take Congress.
He did think the election was corrupt, as did most Americans with a brain.
But then some people can read PDT’s mind and know not only what he was thinking that day, but that he was “dishonest” on top of it.
Not only did he not attempt to “overturn the election,” all he did was the same thing that every dem has done since 2000, which was to challenge the electors — he, himself, had nothing to do with counting the votes, so he didn’t have anything to do with “disqualifying valid votes” or “counting invalid ones.”

I’m embarrassed that this is coming out of the South. Brian Kemp got his tail in a crack with his development & building companies before the politics. He looks like a scrambler and a loser to me. Maybe should have gone to prison. I have been googling for half an hour to try to find where Raffensperger was born and can’t, I’m assuming he started out Canadian since he got a college degree there. Georgia has the same problem with him that Virginia does with at least our two Senators, carpetbaggers who came into the state to make money. He is worried about his global bottom line. And his name sounds suspiciously like the names of most of the gang in DC currently ruining the country. These men are going to fall hard. I was afraid with all the goofball stuff that happened with the indictments, someone would throw it all out the window. Rock on Miz Willis, I don’t know if you have stones of steel or limited brain power. We will take discovery either way.

If the legal proffession was honest and
truly Lawful, the majority of the over a million
lawyers would be filling disbarment against these
corrupt proceedings all over America via all the
JQC’s (Judicial Qualification Commissions) with
all State Bar Associations and the American Association.
Or is it that they thrive via both defense and offense
of their representation, no matter how obvious and
unethical it is… and blinded by their greed and total
disregard to what is supposed to be truth, justice and

The problem with crying foul on these people is that they don’t care. They don’t care how much they break the law–or simply ignore it–to get what they want (destruction of Trump and us). The end justifies the means, doncha know?
Wailing, gnashing your teeth, and crying “That’s not fair!” aren’t going to stop them. And neither is voting or taking them to court.
At least if you vote you don’t give away your ballot for the fraudsters to submit for you.
So I should cast a ballot (that doesn’t count) so someone else can’t do it for me?
