First thing to notice, the released indictment is identical to the one the clerk said was not accurate earlier today. Meaning, two things: (1) the indictment was generated before the “special grand jury” voted; and (2) the Fulton County clerk of courts lied. 👀 Nice way to start the review, huh?
Defendants include, Donald Trump, Rudy Guiliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, Jeffrey Clark, Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell and a host of villainous villains who did allegedly perpetrated villainy in the Peachtree state.

“First of all, nobody should take seriously that there was grand jury indictment. The fact that it was agrand jury indictment, it means nothing. It’s the prosecutor who indicted. The best evidence of that is that it was on his website before the grand jury even voted. Now, the whole strategy of all these four casesis to get a conviction before the election, even if they’re going to lose on appeal.
I used to teach my students, many of them future prosecutors, if you bring a Rico case, that increases your chances of winning a trial and losing on appeal. The same thing is true with conspiracy and other cases involving mental states. And so all four of these cases are designed to get quick convictions in jurisdictions that are heavily loaded against Donald Trump.
And these prosecutors don’t care as much as prosecutors generally do about having the convictions reversed on appeal, because that will happen after the election, which only goes to prove what I’ve been arguing now for months. If you’re going after the man who’s runningagainst your incumbent president, you had darn well better have the strongest case possible. And these are among the four, at least three of them, three weakest cases I’ve ever seen against any candidate. We don’t know about the fourth, but it seems like it’s very much like the DC case.
And if you’re going after the man running for president against your person, you have to have the strongest case. Otherwise, it becomes a banana republic. Anybody can prosecute anybody.And we’re opening the door to prosecutionof Democrats by Republicans, Republicans by Democrats. How can a local state prosecutor charge a former President for an act he took while President an part of his official duty? That would make any former President subject to a local prosecution for official acts while in office such as:
The President refused to send a Coast Guard helicopter to rescue flood victims in Key West because he felt it was too dangerous and several flood victims drowned. Could the DA in Key West indict the President for manslaughter after he left office?
Is there Presidential Immunity for his actions? Who would want to be President and subject themselves to that unlimited criminal liability? A Grand Jury in Key West could easily find that the President was negligent and caused the death of the Key West residents then put him on trial in Key West with a Key West Jury…easy to convict!
Anyone here really believe that one federal judge in Georgia is going to have a jury trial for 19 separate defendants, with a minimum of 19 defense attorneys, plus the prosecution, in downtown Atlanta in 6 months?

I learned tonight that federal judges are APPOINTED in Georgia. When you get outside of downtown Atlanta, you will find A Whole Lotta MAGA Republicans and the State Legislature is controlled by the Republicans.
Governor Kemp is in a very precarious situation and my guess is that many, many Republicans (GOPe and MAGA) are very embarrassed tonight.
This is a political fiasco for Kemp, since he wants to run for the Senate. He has pardon powers, however, a “pardon board” makes the recommendation to The Governor….
Let this sink in a little bit before getting black-pilled tonight.
