You can have a bit of a sense of The Machine bubbling under the surface, but until you really start diving into the details, you’re just a Casual Observer.

Jimmy Dore not that long ago considered himself a socialist. Tim was part of Occupy Wall Street. Now these people are way more based than Hannity. Another former lefty is Del Bigtree. His podcast is more health and vax oriented. He considers himself a liberal who is now politically homeless.

I watch Russell Brand frquently depending on the topic/guest.
He carefully succeeds in appearing to be probably not a Trump supporter while not offending the many Trump supporters who watch his program like me.
He is quite definitely for the common people against the elites – at least that is the POV that he consistently projects. I think he has some idea of the world being organized in smaller units than countries but I don’t go into his stuff enough that I could expound on that.
I’m tired of the labels even though I know that they can be useful. I don’t seem to have much in common beyond the surface with many so-called “real conservatives” on X. Though I don’t always agree with folks here, I do feel a kinship, that we have some foundational principles in common that are not easily labeled. I have been enjoying Joe Rogan’s podcasts for a while now. Even if it is something I may not agree with, I’ll tend to give it a listen to hear others’ viewpoints, which just solidify my own.
Joe went from being a “never Trumper” to seriously entertaining meeting with Trump for a podcast. I SO HOPE THIS HAPPENS. Joe is a great venue to reach those middle of the road folks who are being alienated by both parties.
Plus, Joe has been a reasonable person in admitting when his opinions change on people or when he got it all wrong about someone. I think he was just influenced by Trump Derangement Syndrome and the liberal commies and now his eyes are opening wide. 3 hours with Trump on a podcast would do the world a lot of good.
I think it was the Covid/denial of early therapeutics/Vaccine and related injuries/censorship of same that brought Joe Rogan to see that we’re living in a make-believe world created by what the intelligence agencies/continuity of govt types/ and Deep State want us to think.

I don’t usually watch video content that stretches out a point than can be made in a fraction of the time, but this podcast segment is not that—well worth the full viewing IMO. The discussion is excellent and Joe really gets an eye-opening education from Patrick who is decidedly well-spoken on this topic. I thought it very interesting when the conversation began to explore the mindset and ego of these “apex money“ types. I had hoped for more, but the segment on Soros and Fink confirmed a lot of what I always suspected about delusions of superiority (godhood) fueling their beliefs and actions.
However, the segment regarding Patrick’s thought question to Joe about what’s most wrong with America, and the subsequent discussion proposing “hero generation” as one possible answer, left me scratching my head a little. While that’s a consideration worthy of debate, it runs secondary to the entire thesis of the podcast—the massive CONCENTRATION OF WEALTH in this country in the hands of so few is the greatest threat. Everything and everyone is FOR SALE to these people. They literally can (and do) impose their collective will anywhere they want through their tremendous wealth.
It’s the main reason why I’m enjoying these Sea Island billionaires getting soaked for a ton of money supporting their GOPe-manufactured candidate while he gets crushed by President Trump. Starting to look a lot like the massive investments in creating and popping up total fakery aren’t going to pan out this time around. I guess there’s a first time for everything.

2022 report Black Rock had 11 Trillion under management while Vanguard had 8 Trillion to manage. Global equity markets = $108 Trillion and US equity markets = $46.2Trillion. Vanguard is a manager of mutual funds. The funds “own” Vanguard itself, and in turn retail investors “own” the funds. But the governance model is such that retail owners have no way to actually influence policy, other than to sue for breach of fiduciary responsibility. As far as Blackrock I believe between 1/3 and 1/2 of their assets are ETFs and are only “managed” to the extent that the assets in the funds reflect the index being tracked. Again though there is the governance problem of who votes the shares.

While I agree that this is the issue domestically, and that this website basically deals with US domestic issues, personally I think that what we are seeing is not solely a domestic one, but a global one. The world is realigning globally. In that, I believe that Vanguard, State Street, Blackrock, etc., are getting their orders or directives from ‘above’ them. They do not control global issues. I don’t think that the WEF does either. I think that these are basically ‘middle management’ and get their marching orders from someplace above them. It is that ‘entity above’ that is pulling the strings on all of this. You’ll recall that the WEF advised that in the 21st century, the US will not be the major global power. We are watching that prediction come true, in real time.
