Prior to Elon Musk taking control of Twitter, the social media company entered a consent decree with the Federal Trade Commission putting a neutral arbiter from Ernst & Young in an oversight position for the company’s privacy, data collection and information security protocols. Given what we know about DHS and FBI control and influence over Twitter content, there is a certain irony in the prior position of the FTC regarding user privacy.
That said, Twitter’s new parent company X Corp filed a court motion Thursday [PDF HERE] asking a federal court overseeing the settlement to either throw out the consent decree entirely, or put it on hold until the FTC turns over documents to Twitter showing historic bias against the company. Twitter is also seeking to bar the FTC from deposing CEO Elon Musk over issues that preceded his arrival.
Within the filing, Twitter presents some alarming information as shared by Ernst and Young about the FTC pressure applied to them.
Our government has neen hijacked by dangerous people. If the judiciary is likewise compromised we are screwed.
To summarize, we are screwed.
Unfortunately, I don’t know where we go from here. We could fix things if we had a corrupt executive or legislative branch. But with a corrupt judiciary branch, I don’t know that it’s possible. We have to try or else we will surely fail.
I’ve hypothesized before about it, but I swear the judge/case assignments and the way some jury pools are picked are entirely rigged. I don’t know that the judiciary is so thoroughly and completely corrupted to get the results that we are seeing. I think it’s more likely that the cases that matter though are going to judges with juries that are controlled. We really need to get some sunlight on that process because it’s painfully obvious we are not getting judges and juries that are favorable to us wayyyyyy more often than chance would indicate.

Yeah, it gets really hard sometimes but I remind myself that we are, in many ways, still fighting the revolutionary war. That war tried upending a serf system that had been in place for thousands of years. Something extremely hard to do.
Those few men had a herculean task which is still not finished. George Washington new the dangers we would face. Namely the two party system. He did not have a “vision” about that, he lived it. It was being formed during his administration and he saw the effects first hand. He was the arbitrator. The 2 parties have been aligned from the beginning years of the Republic.
Heck, it was nearly 100 years, from 1776 to 1856 to be exact before all white mean got the right to vote. I will never forget running across an article in the Smithsonian written at that time which was titled “White Male Suffrage”. I kid you not. That year the total of white men allowed to vote finally went from the low 20% to 100% for the first time and also included black men in 6 of the northern states. Of course, it would take many more years before any woman could vote.
Fredrick Douglas wrote at the time, on the eve of the civil war, that he feared the power brokers would strengthen their hold because of weak Republican opposition which continually seeks to kick the can down the road. Sound familiar?
We have made great strides toward the dream of a Constitutional Republic and will need to continue to fight. Yes, this is a large set back but just think what a great leap forward we will get through this struggle. Good times ahead as we will get much closer to that Republic.

I would suggest “our enemies” do not believe the above. I think their priorities might be, stealing elections, monetary policy, controlling intelligence, law enforcement and military, agriculture, industry, education. I think they call it Centers of Gravity. They don’t care about my opinion.

Monetary policy – winning but it might not feel that way. The economy was going to crash because of decades of policy. What we have to do is keep them from turning the crash into government control. But people already know we have to fight for our lives against CBDCs.
Controlling intelligence – Sundance is best authority about this! Again most people seem to have learned three-letter agencies are bad – big change from three years ago.
Law enforcement and military – winning/lost years ago. People have realized why to support law enforcement – nobody serious wants to defund anymore. The military has good people in it who are stuck there, but overall we don’t have a military. However, we do have a lot of veterans who aren’t necessarily organized, but who know what to do if needed and have armed themselves in the past few years. So far nobody has openly taken advantage of our weakness….
Agriculture – winning in that people know they don’t want to eat bugs or vaccinated or lab-grown meat and are actively seeking out ranchers who agree. Can’t turn agriculture on a dime, but the push is there, and nobody’s going back to sleep.
Industry – winning in most areas. There are multiple national networks of patriot/non-China/free speech/MAGA businesses to support and these lists have grown fast. Bigger industries such as energy also can’t turn on a dime, but people see the need and are building parallel-economy alternatives.
Education – winning. Homeschool has expanded hugely – nobody knows for sure how much because by definition it’s hard to collect data on homeschoolers! Yes, the majority of kids are still in public school, but they’re not the ones being educated to be the leaders of the next generation – private and homeschoolers are being educated; public schoolers are learning less and less and so will not be capable to pass on the non-lessons they’re learning. Within the past three years almost everybody considered alternatives and parents continue to escape the public school system.
A couple more:
Media: won; nobody believes the old media, though not everyone has found the alternatives yet. The old media has no idea how big a laughingstock they are.
Judges: TBD. Lawfare is a big problem, but more and more lawsuits are winning, and new strategies are shedding sunlight on the corruption which makes unjust judges run and hide. (See July 13th update on https://patrickbyrne.locals.com/)
