At the heart of the IRS whistleblower statements, is a meeting that took place on October 7, 2022, where U.S. Attorney David Weiss told six witnesses that he was not able to pursue a full case against Hunter Biden due to Dept of Justice roadblocks.
Notes and a contemporaneous email in regard to the explosive meeting were taken by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, who then testified to Congress and delivered the evidence which contradicts the statements by Attorney General Merrick Garland and Deputy AG Lisa Monaco. Shapley’s lawyers documented some of the participants from the meeting on behalf of their client, as they refute the claims of Main Justice (Garland & Monaco):
Today, buried 21 paragraphs deep in their own reporting, the New York Times now confirms the content of the meeting and the statement by USAO David Weiss.
[New York Times] – […] in mid-2022, Mr. Weiss reached out to the top federal prosecutor in Washington, Matthew Graves, to ask his office to pursue charges and was rebuffed, according to Mr. Shapley’s testimony.
A similar request to prosecutors in the Central District of California, which includes Los Angeles, was also rejected, Mr. Shapley testified. A second former I.R.S. official, who has not been identified, told House Republicans the same story. That episode was confirmed independently to The New York Times by a person with knowledge of the situation.
While Mr. Weiss had the authority to pursue leads that led to jurisdictions other than his own in Delaware, the department’s practices dictated that he secure the approval and cooperation of the U.S. attorneys in those districts before proceeding.

Mr. Weiss, he said, was then told “to follow D.O.J.’s process.”
Mr. Shapley did not say if Mr. Weiss told him who had turned down his request to appoint a special counsel, a decision that can only be made by an attorney general under department regulations.
After Mr. Garland last week denied Mr. Shapley’s account, Mr. Shapley’s lawyer, Mr. Lytle, issued a statement naming six F.B.I. and I.R.S. agents who he said witnessed the exchange, which Mr. Shapley also recorded in a contemporaneous email. (more)

In many States, there is no realistic chance to reclaim much of anything using the political process. The Democommies have taken a lot of the election offices in several States, and keep exploiting the compromised electoral systems in those States to maintain control, and the judicial systems in many of those States have been thoroughly corrupted, so we cannot win in the courts. It’s an irreconcilable conundrum.

Defund the FBI and DOJ
We are a nation of lazy chickenshiff bums. We should have stopped all this nonsense when boooosh was president and the republicans had control of the house and senate and spent more money than the democrats in control prior to boooooosh. Paulson and the bank crisis. Shoot me.
Bush is part and parcel to the ploy! It started way before the Bushie boys! This is exactly what is needed and all the Lefties (R’s&D’s) know it, that’s why they ALL hate Trump! The Dominion algorythm was NOT used in ANY 2022 midterm election, not even must steal Maracopa county.
WE took it “off the menu” and they can NEVER use it, again and 2022 is the proof of that.
To explain how is a long, technical post, and as it not being used in 2022 is proof, I’ll move on.
By taking it off the menu, they have to cheat MORE with the methods still available to them.
Voter suppression is preventing OUR votes from being counted. We can make that difficult/impossible if we change the WAY we vote.
Waiting until election day and then voting in person makes it incredibly easy for them to suppress (jys) our voters.
Voting early in person or mail in, our ballots,are,all “mixed in” and hardto single out for elimination, no way to “sharpiegate” or “oops, broken machines”.
Having eliminated bith Dominion algorythm AND Voter suppression, ALL they are left with is stuffing mail out ballot ENVELOPES, and that alone will NOT be enough to overcome a Trump landslide.
And, HOW do we know this?
Again the proof is in Maracopa County.
They suppressed 48,000 KL votes on election day with ‘broken machine scam'(which btwthey can not use again!) and KH only “won” by 17,000 votes.
They “flipped” 10,000 votes by filling out mail ballots “for” R election day voters and injecting them before election day, so that the voters were given Provisional ballots (which they would have avoided by requesting mail out ballot and voting early) and they “stuffed” 35,000 on election day.
Vote early, by mail or in person, and in large #’s, and they can NOT Stuff Enough.
We are now in the Looting the Treasury phase of our dying Constitutional Republic. Not so much that they don’t care but more like they carefully want to abscond as much loot as possible before everything blows up. sigh…

A Public hanging is a very different affair from a lynching.
It is handled professionally, after a formal trial by judge and jury, bearing in mind it is a major “social” event, with the whole town typically showing up to witness it.
The gallows can’t just be slapped together by any nailbender, it requires some skill and craftsmanship.
A platform or stage, both to give the guest of honor some space to fall, and as with any stage, raised so all can see.
Steps (13 to the platform is expected): must have the same height (riser) and tread, within 1/8 inch; 1/4 inch or more variation and guaranteed anyone attempting to ascend or descend the steps will trip.
Typically the guest of honor is escorted by two deputies, in case they should be resisting.
Just imagine if all 3 got 1/2 way up the steps and tripped/fell. NOT a “good look” at all!
Similarly the surface of the platform can’t have any raised or warped boards or bent nail heads.
Sides on the platform, so “the audience” can’t see under the platform, are a necesary “insurance” in the event of a long rope. (more about that later) .

I love how the media always points to the various appointments by President Trump to inoculate the apparent failures of the DOJ/FBI actions (i.e. Trump-appointed judges, FBI Director, Attorney General, prosecutors, etc.).
They hope to imply that Trump sat up every night evaluating the resumes and then forcing a blood oath before appointing these people. Then the progressive minions can claim that everything these people did had to be acceptable.
They are Trump ERA (or error, if you prefer) appointments.
Democrats sure got it good.
This reminds me of Alexander Butterfield in July of 1973 telling the Watergate committee about the Nixon WH tapes, which blew the entire investigation wide open.
Weiss is obviously in on it. He’s not putting in official requests without prior approval. There will be no paper trail of him requesting special counsel status or using other jurisdictions, but he has to tell his people something when the fruits of their labor lead nowhere.
This is a rare moment where it can’t be explained away or buried. They’ve got Garland dead to rights.
