Here we go again with the ever-familiar silo defense. The FBI is refusing to hand over the unclassified FD-1023 stating there is an ongoing investigation using the confidential human source who made allegations outlined in the document. Remember, the allegations and the statement record was created in July of 2020, almost three years ago.
Prior to last week, the FBI refused to say the 6-page unclassified document existed. After House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer told FBI Director Chris Wray he had already seen the unclassified document via a whistleblower, then Comey admitted the FBI indeed had it. Today, the FBI is refusing to release the document, stating it is now captive as part of an “ongoing investigation.” The claimed investigation began July 2020 – the investigation is “ongoing”. Go figure.
James Comer said he will begin the process, this Thursday, to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress. WATCH:

The investigation will conclude, inconclusively, in January 2025 or January 2029 depending on the outcome of the next election.
It will conclude about 2065.
If the Republicans in the House don’t use the power of the purse to defund the FBI, we WILL have the FBI continue to morph into our own version of the Stasi and the KGB, to be used against political opponents of the regime and anyone they don’t like including ordinary people. I don’t know what’s wrong with them (the Republicans)! I would defund the FBI in a heartbeat!

First and foremost, he intentionally confused the matter with an entirely different investigation …then feigned the two issues were similar when caught trying to peddle bullcorn. Here are the complete lies that ratskin hat made:
bill barr DID not sign off on ending the matter. (he referred the matter to a prosecutor for investigation in Delaware, where it still exists and has not been closed)
he stated that the FBI chose based on what it found not to escalate the evidence provided by the CI to a preliminary investigation. This is false. Bill Barr did and this is the reason that a 703 exists….and also the referral to investigate in delaware, where it remain active and has not been closed.
here is what ratskin did not state: anything about wray lying to congress, one at least two occasions and at least once in writing. Nor did ratskin hat mention any matters involving the failure of wray to provide the unclass document to ALL members of the committee.
compare the two..who is more credible to tell the truth about where this matter stands?
now…just that those who may not be aware…this:: the reason why it is important that the house oversight has these documents is for two reasonns:
a. there is every reason to believe based on pattern and prior and existing abuses that FBI DOJ are not doing their jobs in investigating this case.
b. congress AND ONLY congress may remove Joe Malarkey from office. The FBI knows this. This is why they have welded the doors shut and will not proceed to investigate or prosecute. Congress needs these documents as additional corroborating evidence to push for the following:
impeachment hearings wrt joe malarkey
determinations of the committee to recommend the removal from office, wray and to take actions to reform the FBI and the DOJ…

The FBI isn’t defending Biden. Its defending Obama. Biden couldn’t peddle influence without Obama’s okay and everyone knows it. Biden could not deliver anything without Obama’s permission. How do you think Obama managed a 400 million dollar fortune?

It’s all part of the show. If they were really forced to produce the documents they would then off the whistleblower and claim it’s oversights fault due to a leak.. Hence why oversight shouldn’t get any docs.. rinse repeat ad nauseum.
Wray is now stating that it is an ‘on going investigation’. It’s funny that when the FBI investigated parents, Catholics it was done with speed. Wray will try to keep this under wraps until after the election, hoping beyond hope that obstructing this election in some way will give Biden another term, so then Biden will be deemed unfit and Harris will become President and will continue to take orders from those behind the curtain.

If there was an “ongoing investigation” then President Biden would have hired attorneys, issued strong denials, and AG Garland would have to appoint a special prosecutor. So there was no investigation 24 hours ago.
Unless….the FBI has decided to turn on Biden and affect yet another election.
