Through the years one of the things CTH has always emphasized is the accuracy of your election ‘sense’ ground reports when contrast against the national media narrative.
So, this thread is for you to share what the sense is around your community. How motivated are the people in your neighborhood? What is the sense of this election cycle? If you have voted already, how was the turnout for early voting in/around your area?
Use this thread to share your own sense of how things look from your perspective. If comfortable include the general region you are describing so that others can get a feel for your impression of the midterm election this year.
CTH will host several election day update and ground reports tomorrow as election day voting gets underway. However, in the interim, what do you see and hear in the conversations around your town, hamlet, community or precinct?
Historically the sense of the election you share has been remarkably consistent with the outcome. Are the people in your circle enthusiastic about removing Democrats from their seats?
Have a barn-burner in VA-07 with CIA Spanberger on the ropes against another rising female Latino star, Yesli Vega. Dems are spending a TON of money on Spanberger however.
Nevertheless, we’ve seen Vega signs in previously liberal neighborhoods.
Is Vega MAGA?
Big time.
Yes, and I can expand on that too.
When it comes to long career military personnel running you can bet they are C_A connected and should be removed at all cost
Nonsense.
Utter nonsense.
I’ll give you Dan Crenshaw, and anyone running as a DementoRat.
I haven’t seen evidence of any one else yet in our new freedom crop.
Um, no, retired military here, total MAGA. That goes for my large group of retired friends, as well.
FWIW one of my best friends lives in NJ and has a great many retired military friends and he’s described them as “virulently MAGA”. There are always weasels like Crenshaw in every group, sadly.
Spanberger is going down tomorrow. She outright stole that election two years ago from Freitas with her miraculous thumb drive the next day with thousands of new votes. Her District was recently re-drawn and she is in an even redder area too.
So is Luria in the VA Beach Southside area. Luria stole it from Taylor too. He was ahead by thousands of votes late into election night. It will be Karma tomorrow.
The thumb drive is what scares me. We all remember that.
Youngkin has been campaigning with her constantly. Sears, Cruz, and Gabbard too. Hopefully they are on top of this.
One disagreement…. VA-07 is far bluer now with the addition of Prince William County. They were trying to protect Spanberger.
The AG has notified the election officials all across the state and told them that his people will be stopping in to observe the precincts tomorrow!!! I know this because someone I know really well is an election official.
Also, my daughter was in Spanberger’s district last time which is a red area but re-drawn and she no longer has her. She has a GOP Rep now.
Yep, Ron Wittman.
He is ok…been in Congress a long time. Could be a bit more “muscular” imho, defending our rights. But he is fairly reliable R vote at least
Sorry, typo…should read Rob Wittman
From your lips to God’s ears.
I’ve been heavily involved in this one and will add some observations when I get a chance. Knocking on doors for a last time today and just couldn’t take it anymore. At my age, and with arthritis in my knees, just had to tap out. We have a last rally at 5:30 tonight and I’ll probably go to that. I knocked on 1200 doors from Spotsylvania to Woodbridge to Stafford. Quite an eye opener.
Also helped with the 45 days early voting outside Stafford courthouse. Wow. Another eye opener. And boy do I have some stories to tell. Hope to share here, but gotta run the wife to the store. Oh, one sad thing. At the courthouse over the last 45 days, I would say 99% of black population just automatically voted democrat. I just don’t get it.
Thank you for all your work!
MAGA really needs to do a better job of “black outreach” as there is a YUGE potential voter block, “ripe for the picking”.
I believe we HAVE made significant progress, last figures I saw were 21 percent, but should be MUCH higher.
MAGA is such an easy sell.
Wow…. thank you!!!
My sister lives in a heavily military neighborhood in Spotsylvania. All staunch MAGA.
Agree, the local black voting population are dems. She has spoken with several female acquaintences, and they are not aware of PDJT’s contributions to the American people at large, nor the minority population in particular during his Presidency. Sadly, although these women were pleased with the facts (proven by my sister) and they believed her, the women said they could not vote ‘R’. The community hate and distrust runs too deep. Successfull dems there.
I was driving around Fredericksburg last week and noticed a strange pattern where Spanberger houses were often accompanied by Ukranian flags whereas Vega houses more consistently flew the Stars and Stripes.
That doesn’t seem strange to me at all at this moment.
People showing who they really are.
Virtue signaling is so worn out, and so feigned. The Ukraine flag is like the twitter blue check, a social accessory.
Here in Loudoun County it’s all Hung Cao signs everywhere. Not many dem signs at all. I was just looking at the voting results from 2020 and I just don’t believe it went that far blue. Complete BS. Although I was at a party the other day and chatting with one of the couples there, and to my surprise the guy is an attorney for none other than Pete Buttjudge. That was quite disheartening.
Voted early here in north Dallas. The local liberal rag reported yesterday that early voting is down this year, even in Beto’s homeland, El Paso.
El Paso City
By the Rio Grande
The cowboy lived and rode away but love was strong he couldn’t stay
He rode back just to die in that El Paso sand
El Paso City
By the Rio Grande
Marty Robbins
North Texan here too, we were also told early voting was down but to expect the masses tomorrow. Curious why it’s been low?
Not sure, just saw the numbers in the Dallas Morning News. Beto does not excite anyone and Abbott’s reelection is assured. Can we finally put Beto to rest, PLEASE!
Traditionally, Dems do early voting. Seeing reports early voting is down in many areas.
Either Dem voters AREN’T being motivated by Abortion, Insurection, save Democracy ,…OR they have gone walk-away, MAGA and are going to vote on election day, to beat the cheat.
Either way, I think early voter down, is good for MAGA.
That’s why me n’ mine will be voting tomorrow. Yeah, gonna have to get in line. Did last election as well. But I’m not in favor of giving advanced notice just how many votes it’ll take to soak up the Red Tsunami.
Dem election strategy has shifted from large early voting turnout to late ballot counting.
This strategy allows them to forego a lot of the rigors of campaigning.
It also makes the outcomes much more predictable.
BTW, I don’t post very often but always enjoy reading what you have to say.
I think Vegas should be placing bets on what office Beto will be running for next. I have said it before but I will say it again: Beto has never won an election outside of El Paso county, Texas. He has been on city council and in House of Representatives. I think he should run for dog catcher next.
The Dog Catcher is a good and honest office. They do a good service, work hard and take care of the dogs.
Why would you want a pendejo like Beto be a dog catcher? What do you have against dog catchers and dogs?
No, he shouldn’t be anywhere near helpless animals. How about sewage works?
Cleaning Porta-potties.
With a toothbrush.
Now we’re talking.
Hog pens with a spoon?
the MAGA strategy is to wait until election day so the thieves won’t know early how many
dem votes to add for the steal
would like to see rural areas delay reporting until the metropolitan areas submit theirs….they have played that game for many DECADES……..wait with the big population centers and excess votes to get the outlying areas and then they can manufacture the needed votes
THIS!

First 5 minutes of warroom was with Karoline Lovett, 25 years old and smarter than most – love this girl and praying she wins 55-45
https://rumble.com/v1saede-episode-2283-the-red-wave-sweeping-through-new-hampshire-the-diffusion-of-e.html
She’s New Hampshire 2
Karoline Leavitt is NH CD-01, running against incumbent, Chris Pappas… Rubber stamp for Nancy and Biden…
She and General Bolduc (running against incumbent Haggie Maggie Hassan for US Senate) have a good chance of winning…
Bob Burns (running against incumbent Annie ‘The Troll’ Kuster) is a longer shot but could ride the coattails of our RINO Governor Sununu (who will win in a landslide) and Bolduc in a red wave….
We shall see…. Hoping for a good day…
I’m in NH1, and Karoline has quite the support here.
Bolduc was here in our little town (Seabrook) breakfast diner this morning. HUGE crowd! A few wannabe troublemakers, but they were quickly handled by the police. .
Prayers up for tomorrow. 🙏🏻
Keep the Faith, Destahjan…. I wish I could vote for Karoline, but I’m in CD-02… She’s a Saint A’s kid…. Love that!
My bride and I met her. She is smart and well spoken for her 25 years. Formerly with President Trump’s media team.
She nailed Pappas in the debate last week on WMUR.
To quote Henry Gondorf, she’s got Moxie and she is a likeable soul.
Waiting for election day when we all vote.
And vote late, to keep cheating to a minimum.
I plan to vote mid-day because I’ll be holding signs at the polls for most of the day.
It’s what I did in the primary. Want to hit the site early and grab the best corner.
I live in dark blue Chicago. In my precinct, there has been zero outreach for the Ds. An occasional mailer is the extent of it.
Can confirm.
Northern suburb of Chicago. I get Dem mailers all the time but haven’t seen a single Repub mailer. Post office with a finger on the scale? Who knows, but it’s not normal.
On an interesting side note, my son is in college and he said all the students he’s been talking to have all been red pilled.
It’s one school and a small sample but they all admitted to him they voted for Biden and wish they hadn’t.
That’s wonderful news.
My nephew definitely is, and I’m proud to say I, and my husband, had a lot to do with it .
Expecting a 60% turnout in my Louisiana parish, as per our Clerk.
Here in the great state of Michigan. Sadly, my community ended up as part of Tlaib’s newly drawn district as a result of redistricting. Hoping our candidate rides Dixon’s coattails. Lawn signs (the few that are out) in my neighborhood support the great R candidates. Go “silent majority!” Two extreme proposals on the ballot. Voting in-person tomorrow.
I, too, hail from the Great State of Michigan and have noticed the dearth of lawn signs this year. Here’s hoping it means many people are going to vote conservative and are just too concerned about having damage occur to their property by leftist loons, so they are not putting any signs on their lawn. Back in 2008 we had a McCain (gag) / Palin sign on our lawn and some scumbag leftist removed it. Sickos.
Michigander here as well.
Here in Kent county there’s a lot of yard signs. Grand Rapids metro is heavily Dem but even there you will see John Gibbs and TD signs and “don’t blame me, I voted for Trump” flags.
Roughly 90% Dem yard signs in metro GR.
Rural areas are heavily Repub, but even out there you’ll find a few Dem yard signs.
I take that as “proud union home”.
Roughly 90% R in rural.
Everyone in my sphere is chomping at the bit to vote MAGA on election day.
I want to feel good about our odds, but can’t say I trust the system for tabulating.
Vote NO on proposals 1 2 & 3.
They are downright dangerous and way too vague to add as a constitutional amendment, IMHO.
Gibbs is such an impressive guy. I hope he wins.
Nobody has touched mine in blueMA for Geoff Diehl (Governor), Dean Tran (Congress), and Karla Miller (candidate for rep in the State House (aka “General Court”).
My suburban area used to be red for years and I’m hoping it will drop the purple this year. Several neighbors have told me they like the signs.
Seattle Times reporting this morning that WA turnout is currently lagging behind 2018 midterms. I take that as good news for Republicans – less energy from Dem base.
Are house hold has always waited for Election day to drop off our ballots. Never have mailed in any ballots. We have started dropping our ballots off on election day at the election center. no more ballot boxes for us. By the way we are in south east Washington state.
My area of Thurston County has quite a few signs for Tiffany Smiley, I’ve not seen any for Murray (but this has been an area where all that is voted for by most is the letter “D”). The grocery store (Fred Meyer) has been short on milk, eggs, baby formula, and diapers and still had discounted Halloween candy and costumes as of this morning. Lettuce was over $2 a head, and looked horrible.
My retired liberal neighbors are starting to realize that their fixed incomes are not allowing for the standard of living they had planned on, after 2 years of limited travel and not seeing family. This is the first election I have been here that none of them has campaign signs up.
Not much enthusiasm out here in blue California. I’m taking that as a positive sign.
I’m in the valley and the Republicans have a lot of enthusiasm…. 👍🏼
Just north of you in Ventura county, we have our tribe of conservative people up here… but unfortunately there’s so much blue.. voting in person tomorrow.
If it rains I bet the libs stay home. They can’t be uncomfortable for even a second. Lol
Hahahaha! Come rain, snow, sleet, hail, fire falling from the sky, or the start of the zombie apocalypse… I’m going to vote in person in my lifted, fossil fuel consuming truck adorned with my favorite pro 2A and pro freedom stickers. Let’s see how many lefties can give aneurisms to 🙂
Just spoke to my daughter, who goes to school in LA—Occidental. She’s upset that it’s 60, foggy, and raining. I’m in Worcester, Massachusetts , we had 70 and sunny today, which does not happen in New England in the fall. Weather is supposed to be cool and wet tomorrow in LA.
Well, I’m old as dirt and have seen plenty of very warm fall days here in blueMA over my life – we’re actually almost guaranteed at least a couple of them every year – it used to be called Indian Summer (and still is by politically incorrect people like me).
However, despite today’s fabulous warmth, tomorrow is forecast to be the dead opposite – sunny but 30-40 degree drop, plenty cold. I’m planning many layers for my poll work tomorrow which will start out at 31°.
And I agree with an earlier commenter that we’re in general tougher than the “woke” ones – hope it works to our favor…
And hope your daughter is as tough as you are and votes non-woke even in LA!
Great news, thank Tiffthis! In my area there are more Tesla drivers than Republicans.
All the Tesla drivers hate themselves right now. I laugh about it all the time. Elon has ruffled feathers and it’s amusing 💯😅
Here in Middle TN [Franklin area] this has been the quietest election in memory. Virtually no ads on TV. When spouse and I early voted last Thursday, there was not a single campaign worker outside the polling location with their signs promoting whatever candidate or issue that they supported.
TN is deep red…thankfully. The Dems have hardly put forward any opposition. The GOP legislature redistricted the Nashville Dem seat out of existence by breaking it up and putting chunks of it in the surrounding deep GOP districts. That fake “moderate” Jim Cooper, D Nashville, saw the writing on the wall and immediately retired. After Tuesday, TN will have a GOP Gov; 2 GOP Senators, 8 of 9 House seats GOP [only Commie Memphis will be Dem], and will maintain a super majority in the State legislature.
Almost forgot — there is a measure on the ballot to enshrine in the State Constitution the “right to work” 🙂 Should pass easily 🙂
I guess this shows why a lot of my friends in Colorado have moved to Tennessee!
Not to mention no State Income Tax in Tennessee.
Illinois is doing the opposite and is trying to enshrine a right to organize and collective bargaining in their constitution. It also prohibits any laws being passed that interferes with, negates or diminishes that right. That would include any right to work laws.
Unions are the beneficiaries of this amendment.
also raises property taxes on average $2100/year on a homeowner doing so
“Created by a citizen who believes each conservative American’s top priority should be active engagement as a precinct committeeman in the political Party our Founders and Framers would be members of if they were alive now: The Republican Party. I am an American first, a conservative second and a Republican precinct committeeman by necessity to secure the Blessings of Liberty to myself and my posterity.”Dan Schultz, Esq.
Actively engaged in the republican party
https://precinctstrategy.com/about/
THIS is how we DO it!
ONE precinct at a time, drive the commie RINOS out of the State Party.
Once we do that, we can fire RONNA, Mitch and the rest of the RINO’s, and by taking the R party, and giving the globalists REAL competition in a fair fight, take back our country.
Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, PA: registration trends 2 to 1 advantage Democrats. Yard sign tally says Shapiro, Fetterman win; Mastriano and Oz lose. The PA Dept of State also sent out recent notice that software and or other issues have impacted the ability to properly account for voter tabulations.
This is obviously setting us up for another stolen election statewide. Where is the RNC on this? No where.
Don’t go by yard signs. The Dems are being caught all over the place stealing GOP signs. Also, I have seen cases of 2 to 1 yard signs for one candidate and his/her opponent ends up winning.
Dems are also placing unwanted signs on private lawns in PA.
Yep! Happening here too in blueMA.
I’m not seeing many Shapiro signs (northwestern Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs). Tons of Fetterman and a smattering of Oz. One prominent homemade “Dr. Ooze is Gonna Lose” on the Henry Avenue median.
Well gee – that signmaker Is a Poet and He Don’t Know It.
Or much else, of course.
I’m also in Lower Makefield. I feel that I’ve seen more Republican signs than in past elections.
I was looking at past voting tallies for my precinct, and it looks like roughly 60/40 favoring Democrat party candidates.
One thing that is really interesting is that a majority of Democrats in my town vote by mail. It seems like a 2+/1 ratio of mail-in versus Election Day, while Republicans are well the opposite. I’ve heard about this phenomenon, but it really is astounding seeing the actual election results.
Its NOT “Where is the RNC on this?” as currently the RNC is in bed with the DNC.
The question is “Where is the Pennsylvania STATE Republican party?” and unfortunately the fight between RINO and MAGA elements is ongoing.
Similar story in Michigan, I believe.
Largely, the MAGA victories/losses will tell us the “State of play” within the State Republican parties, and where we have achieved MAGA control of the State party, and where we have not.
Well I’m not in PA, but have heard that the RNC brought lawsuits against the Commonwealth of PA regarding counting undated mail in ballots–and won.
Also am making remote calls for Mastriano paid for by the Republican Party of PA.
Of course those of you on the ground will have a better grasp of the situation there. God bless
Good call, Dutchman.
Too many Beto signs in Denton, Texas. Apparently the 18 – 35 year olds think socialism/communism is a good thing. I live in a retirement community and even here there are people dumb enough to put Beto signs in their front yards. These are the people who are, imo, anti-America.
I’m in Flower Mound and they are everywhere around us too! I simply cannot believe that he stands a snowball chance in hell but..
Surprised that Flower Mound has very many Francis signs….maybe alot of transplants have moved in.
UNT is just a small portion of that population I would think the native population would be reliably conservative
I live near Corning, NY, which is thisclose to the PA border. There are Zeldin signs everywhere. Haven’t seen one Hokul sign around here.
Hoke County Raeford NC: no electioneering going on outside the county office building for the first time in memory. Either they have thrown in the towel, or, more likely, they think they have it in the bag. Typically it is a hassle to even enter through the back door during an election cycle.
This time, first time ever here in this heavily democratic stronghold, there was an entire slate of Republicans for every office.
But, the Democrats in power in our tiny county cheat and spend to no end for jobs that supposedly pay very little. There’s a reason for that.
I voted today in Clayton, the county seat of St. Louis County, a county of about 1,000,000 that in total is a blue county but has some deep red pockets. It took me 45 minutes to vote and the line was longer when I left than when I entered, but it was noon as I was leaving and lots of people work in Clayton and were probably trying to vote at lunch. Heard reports on the radio that early voting is way up in west county (red) and down in north county (blue), so hopefully that is a real trend.
Milford, Ohio here. I see almost no signs or other activity to even suggest there is an election tomorrow….
Cleveland suburb – usually a blue stronghold here but I’ve seen lots of JD Vance signs and local news ads have been strong for Vance and against Ryan. The Dems seem on the quiet side, hoping for the best.
You might like this article that was on citizenfreepress I think yesterday.
Looks as if they found a unicorn – a Dim determined to vote for Vance against Ryan.

Some confusion in Albuquerque
NM law allows ball point pens to be used to fill out ballots. Ball point pens are good, as during an audit they can be readily identified as not being machine populated.
Local poll officials are either ignoring the law or ignorant of it, and telling voters they have to use the supplied felt markers and not to use ball point pens
bring 2 pens one for you and another maga voter in line and pass it back after you vote
Make em black, not blue.
At least in Az, the ballot specifies BLACK.
But yeah, they tried that “sharpiegate” crap in Az, twice.
Even had election official say ball points “gummed up” the scanners, which is bullshirt of coarse.
They only pushed the sharpies in MAGA, KL areas (this was during primary).
In Millbury, MA they gave us ballpoints—but they’ve given us felt markers in the past. The hilarious part was, there were two nice old ladies (I chatted with them a bit.) with no masks to take your address (no photo ID in Mass, just state your name and address) and hand you a ballot after they affixed the label and had you sign the envelope. To leave, there was a 20- or 30-something, very sour, sad, gloved and masked woman near the ballot box, who conscientiously wiped down the pen and the ballot box with Chlorox before I left. She didn’t want to chat, so I blew her a kiss.
In 2020, our county elections administrator had the poll workers giving voters little stubbie PENCILS! to mark their ballots during the early voting period. COVID, don’t you know?
I called the GOP chairman before I even made it to my car. He was sitting in the elections administrator’s office at the time. I think that ended the pencil foolishness.
At least there weren’t any recounts in our county.
THEY MUST BE BLUE PENS. No black. The reason is that the tabulators use black for fraudulent or adjudicated votes. If there is an audit, the blue will ensure that a person voted.
Our Utah ballots said to use black ink only.
NEVER ever use felt markers….the paper bleeds the ink spoiling THAT ballot and possibly the one next to it in the stack meaning HUMAN adjudication
Hubby and I early voted Saturday In Southeast Indiana – Usually can walk right in and vote. Not Saturday – People were lined up from the voting office to the front door to vote. This tells me big red wave is coming. While the poll worker was showing me about the voting machine and how to operate it I went ahead and pressed R – Straight Ticket! She just smiled and walked away. This year the voting machines where printing out paper receipts. We weren’t allowed to have them of course they are for backup and verification. I didn’t want to vote for Todd Young the Senator from Indiana because his lips are attached to McConnell’s butt. It’s sad because this guy started out as my house representative and was great – couple years in DC and he is bought and paid for. Very few signs in yards this year – lots of people running silent and deep.
Here in western Wisconsin, liberals usually coast to re election. We have local legislators who don’t bother to campaign, beyond one or two “I’m here to fight for you” slogans. It’s strikingly different this year. These same people are running frequent ads on tv and radio. It’s stunningly different from other years. Even Gov. Evers and Mandela Barnes are campaigning here, every time I turn around. (We used to be considered safe zone for dems). Lefty/socialist/communist Barnes even brought in Bernie Sanders to boost excitement at a local university. Still drew a small crowd. Reason for fear when you’ve lost the college snowflakes.
In my mostly R community, people are very motivated but at the same time they are cautiously optimistic. After all, what has changed to ensure the 2020 theft is not repeated? But vote they do, it is a civic duty. I emphasize to them that a midterm election is much more important to us locally to keep control of our local governments at the very least.
A LOT more has changed, than just one digit.
Over 1000 counties, nationwide have eliminated MACHINES from voting.
And thats just the start.
Agreed, it’s a start. It’s the lack of punishment for obvious crimes that makes everyone very wary. 2000 Mules was shocking.
I think very motivated + cautiously optimistic describes pretty well where I am.
Or rather – optimistic but trying really hard to be cautiously so. 😉
I will be filling in my mail in ballot tonight and handing it directly to a clerk at the county elections office to minimize hanky panky. I hope that one day California will return to in person elections and mail in will be only a small segment of the population.
There is an eerie silence in Cook County. Nobody banging on my door
except Jehovah Witnesses.
No phone calls with phoney push-polls either.
It’s all rather odd.
Yes. I live in the Western suburbs and it is the quietest election season ever. Hardly any yard signs, no one wants to advertise their politics. Hardly any slick mailers. Most candidate info on tv commercials or internet, which everyone skips. Very eerie for Illinois.
I think this fits here.
Inside McConnell’s Midterm Plan to Mislead MAGA Voters

Ditch Mitch

Take a good look, as that is a picture of a COMMUNIST, right there.
probably hoping for another big payout from PRC via the inlaws
Sandoval County, New Mexico…a heavy democrat, historical county and state. With the lowest educational ratings, the State puts up “bonds for education” in the millions, which they do every single time.
The citizens rarely read the pros and cons of these bonds, they just pass them and later complain how their property taxes constantly increase. After a half century here in New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment and green chili, the game is the same.
Therefore, expect democrats to stay in office, property taxes to rise, education to continue to suffer, crime to rise plus the homeless problem coupled with the influx of illegals to keep this state and it’s citizens in a “dog eat dog” mentality.
“I got mine, you get yours!” In essence, do you want red or green (chili) on your food? Good luck amigos!
Same in New York re the bonds. Dems depend on people not reading the fine print –and here they use bonds to end-run the voters often.
In New York tomorrow on the back of the ballot will be a proposed environmental bond that will probably be written to deceive re the true intent — the bond is intended to fund massive amounts of green new deal measures. Aaargh.
Where I live in NY we have been telling everyone vote no on the environmental bond Prop and YES for Zeldin and the Republican team. These are all MAGA people.

You are going to want to say in the future that you voted in the Red Wave of 2022. 🚨🚨🚨
Here in South Central CT. Will IN PERSON vote early tomorrow.. Sadly,
I predictthat Blumenthal will win again.. for some reason I haven;t seen
any commericals on TV of Leora Levy… Blumethal is running lot of the
feel good CT residents Rah! Rah! Blumethal…also don;t see many signs
of Leora Levy…I think our Dem Gov will win ,
Governor Lamont..Maybe People are afraid but I haven;t really
seen many Yard signs around when I go around town or the town next door..
I would like to be surprised that somehow Levy beats Blumenthal
but I don;t think that will happen..
Also we have a amendment to our state constitution should CT
allow for early voting? Not sure how to vote that one yet but I would
imagine it would pass..
Jenevive, I, too, am in CT. I think you should VOTE NO on the Constitutional amendment ballot question. Here is something I wrote on Facebook.
On Tuesday, voters will go to the polls to elect candidates they hope will make America great for everyone.
In CT, there is also a very important ballot question to be voted on. This is what is says:
“Shall the constitution of the state be amended to permit the General Assembly to provide for early voting?”
EVERYONE should VOTE NO on this question. While it gives the appearance of opening up the voting process, in reality, it leaves early voters with no option to change their vote should they learn something new about their preferred candidate that would change their vote.
Consider this. The only U.S. Senate debate between Dick Blumenthal and Leora Levy was held last week. It showed what a lying scumbag Dick Blumenthal is. Leora Levy nailed him on his various lies. Those who cast an early ballot are stuck with their choice.
Consider this: The debate between Fetterman and Oz In PA was held on Oct. 26th. Those who watched the debate saw clear evidence that Fetterman is not fit for office. I don’t write this to be mean, but rather to state a fact. Fetterman had a stroke which affected his ability to comprehend what he hears, so he has to use a computer which types the questions out for him. He also has trouble formulating answers to the questions he is able to read. He simply cannot serve the people of PA. He is literally unfit for office and should be spending time in therapy for his own health. Some voters have already cast ballots prior to the debate. When they watched how severely disabled he is, they may have had a change of heart, but now cannot change their vote.
All kinds of things can happen prior to Election Day. A candidate could die. A candidate could have some type of medical issue, like Fetterman, or be in a car accident which leaves the candidate in a coma. You have heard of “the October Surprise” where previously unknown facts are brought to light, either by the opponent or the media which could change the way you were planning on voting.
So early voting works against your best interests. You should go into the voting booth armed with as much knowledge about the candidate as possible and where he/she stands on the issues. Much of the time, that information comes out very late in the campaign.
So, I strongly urge everyone to VOTE NO on the ballot question.
Early voting is in my humble opinion nothing but yet another way for the UniParty to commit election fraud.
Beware convenience… That’s how they gitcha! I find I am finding more of the slower older ways to do everything I can now.
We — Republicans/conservatives — are being told to vote later in the day. Apparently the left has been using the morning turn-out numbers at the polls to figure out whether they need to “get out the vote” some more or not.
So if you can, please vote as late in the day as you are able.
And it shows the criminals how many votes to add in the machines.
Central Carolina Coast here.
Turnout YTD is 10% ahead of the 2020 numbers in a very, very red county. Haven’t spotted a single democrat candidate sign on private property and a reduced number on public property. Seems their entire strategy is dumping money into TV and Radio spots. If metro turnout is depressed at all, this will be a blowout.
We voted early here in the Lowcountry of SC. Of 80 people in line 3 wore masks. Probably Democrats
Location: ~40 miles east of Lexington, KY. My husband and I are working the polls – each one day early voting, and tomorrow on Election Day.
Early voting was outrageous – extremely busy. Everyone very enthusiastic to vote (can’t imagine why). I had several people tell me this was there first time voting. For a Midterm, this is very unusual.
Montgomery County, Texas. 95% Conservative vote from what I’ve been told. My wife and did early voting.
Dan Crenshaw (ugh)
Greg Abbott (ugh)
Ken Paxton.
Rhino’s but all better than the alternative.
My son will vote after work tomorrow.
Exactly. Here in Travis county I walked down to vote, stepping over and around the homeless people decorating every corner, sidewalk, and brushy area. Only Dem candidates had signs up and so tightly pressed against each other which must be the reason not a single Republican representative could fit a sign in. I held my breath and voted R-Rino up and down the ticket to do my part.
I’m also in Montgomery County, TX, and for the first time we have a paper trail for our vote. Before, we did everything on the electronic voting machine. Now, we vote and the machine prints out our selections. Then, we insert the paper ballot into another machine and that records our votes. At least there is a paper trail now.
LOL… here in Calimexistan you fill your ballot and then insert it into the scanner.
Last election I commented out that “scanner” had a very quiet shredder.
Dan Crenshaw (ugh)
Texas’s one eye liz cheney
Lmao…permit me to steal that!
And he’s even prettier!
So is everybody.
Cranshaw is worse than RINO he is a WEF adherent….he likes the great reset and the transition to NON carbon energy sources….such a LIAR to get himself elected originally
Ken Paxton is a RINO?
Wow, here in blueMA he would be considered a PDJT clone.
Would be curious what he’s done to deserve the RINO label. I’ve heard him speak online several times and he sounds fine to me.
Now, Dan Crenshaw, that I get! (WEF Young whatever-they-call-them)
In Los Angeles we are very motivated for change and I organized groups to watch drop boxes in Woodland Hills and west hills. I will be doing shifts as well.
I just don’t even think they count votes here- just announce winners they want
You may be right. Jim and Ken Collier note in their book Votescam that that is exactly the way elections were done in Miami in the 1970s. The exact vote counts were known before the election. Voting machines had the votes already entered before elections.
Watching drop boxes—-
What are you watching for?
What do you do when you see it?
What happens then?
Serious questions….
I idea is that no one will be dumping sacs of votes in if people are around. But if we see something it will be videotaped via phone and sent to true the vote or maybe project veritas….
Thank you for the work you are doing!
Thank you – this is very awesome!
I am south of you and will be voting in person tomorrow. There are some conservative pockets in my area, I am praying for those pockets to get a lot bigger this year.
In Austin, we have the mayor and several city council on the ballot. I don’t expect much to change. I voted last Tuesday and there was a steady stream of voters while I was there. Everything was humming along, though, and I got in and out with no problem.
And Austin GOP doesn’t even try. I tried to volunteer to poll watch, contacted the party chairman, sneered at because I told them I was MAGA…”around here we put anyone with an R after their name on the ballot, not looking for MAGA candidates exclusively”… I then had an invitation to train to poll watch, I attended, and then I was promptly cut adrift when I asked what I could do to help with outreach of the Latino population. Austin loses out because they aren’t willing to do the work.
I think the same about El Paso.
Take note, all. When you go into the local R party, keep your lantern under a bushel.
You are entering ENEMY territory, as an INSURGENT.
No different than if you were going into the local DEM party; would you declare your MAGA allegience in that situation?
Of COARSE NOT!
SPY out the situation.
Ask others their views, with caution, and be VERY vague as to your own views.
No MAGA hats or even U.S. Flag tee shirts. Figure out “the lay of the land” identify who are MAGA, and WHO ARE NOT.
Respectfully, petzmoms account demonstrates how NOT to attempt “the precinct strategy”; the COMMIE RINOS controlling the Republican party correctly view MAGA as the enemy, and will treat you accordingly, if you naively expect a welcome while declaring you are MAGA.
THIS is WAR.
I welcome the challenge. As a Latina barrio hood rat I learned how to fight and if it has to be dirty so be it. I am in this since 2015 and aim to win no matter the cost. So I lose family and friends, who cares, I have President Trump holding me up. I appreciate your reply, very thoughtful! Thank you, Dutchman. The best to all of us!!!!
Good point. But several conversations I’ve had with people I’m meeting locally has entirely confirmed their MAGA philosophy. They are now giving me notes on who the RINOs are.
I will not be opening up to them when I meet them.
here in small town western Maine, the effort to have GOP poll watchers has ramped up. The Governor’s race is hot with the coastal elites backing Dem. candidate Mills for her re-election. Former Gov. LePage and his no nonsense, logic based conservative mindset are badly needed to bail this state out of the hole we’ve been put in by 4 years of Mill’s admin. Trans, LGBTQ, CRT curriculum in elementary schools, vax mandates, illegal immigration, and energy cost/policies are all hot issues. Prayers for his success.
He was definitely cheated out of the stinkyRank vote in his last election which he factually won by 2000 votes.
I’ve heard him online as well and would love to see him win!
RCV only applies to federal elections not state but that hasn’t stopped millions of out of state dollars from funding Mills campaign. If LePage wins, I pray the massive influx of people from away, who came here during the scamdemic, turn tail and leave before they turn Maine into another Vermont.
Where I live its so RED people don’t even wear anything blue, on the east side of the State. We are looking to remove some weird local commies from our area of influence. But, the west side!
Like all the States we have this big city garbage can smell. We have three House races and they are all running reddish and they are distances from the trash heap. So the State maybe all RED by the end of it, except the Senators race it will stay blue. He loves the smell of garbage in the morning, because he is garbage. The Governor will go from blue to RED.
Of course it depends on free fair and transparent election!
Disgusted–here in shifty Schiff’s district in So. Cal, there are NO republicans running against him. The only alternative on the ballot is listed as G “Maebe A. Girl” Pudlo. WTF is that??? He/she/it is listed as a Democrat. Haven’t seen one ad for the the Republican guy running against Gruesome for governor. Of course we also have the usual BS mess of stupid bleeding heart propositions to vote on. Doesn’t matter how we vote on those since some liberal judge will overturn the results if it doesn’t suit the narrative.
I’m so sorry… cannot stand Schiff. I’ve been blasted with so many Katie Porter commercials I could just vomit. She is running on the merits of being pro-abortion (or as she calls it “reproductive freedom”). My area has flipped into and out of being red but and the last 2 years were red… I don’t know if that is going to hold. Sigh.
No surprises here in SC-7. Heavy lift got rid of Tom Rice in the primary. Clyburn greases too many palms to get rid of. Otherwise, smooth sailing now.
Mountains of NE Georgia. When I voted in person early it was busy. Crazy number of ads, texts and yard signs. Walker has many signs in places where signs have never been. This area has over 2000 NEW (this year) registered voters…refugees from Atlanta for our decent public schools and 2 fine private ones. Hopefully they wont flip us from red to blue!
I would have voted straight R…but my conscience forced me to vote for the Libertarian running against VILE CROOK Raffensburger. Stacy is going down and hopefully Warnock as well.
STS Nicole/ might be hurricane strength when it makes landfall on east coast, is due to come in as of now Wednesday night (I hate night hurricanes) .
This should be just the right time for all the democrats from Palm Beach county south to cry about voter suppression.
On a side note if the government could steer the storm it couldn’t get the landfall much closer to Mar-A- Lago.
Central Pennsylvania, where there is uneasiness about Oz and some sympathy for Fetterman following his stroke. I think it will be close, but predict Oz will prevail. Shapiro will win with a large margin, lots of uneasiness and disillusion with Mastriano among my MAGA friends. He didn’t bother to show up at several large midstate events that always see candidates make an appearance, refused to debate, and has been running a crummy campaign having rallies with the same people he rallied with during the primaries. I’m hearing that some state Senate and house seats are in peril because Shapiro will have coattails and the lack of enthusiasm for Oz and Mastriano will depress the traditional GOP voters from turning out.
I’m irritated with the Trump endorsements, David McCormick would be running away with the senate race had he been the nominee, but his and his wife’s loyalty to Trump was snubbed by the Oz endorsement. Mastriano had a strong enough grass-roots support in a divided governor primary that he would have likely won even without Trump’s last minute endorsement, but Mastriano is infatuated with imitating Trump’s rally style to the exclusion of everything else he needs to run a successful campaign. Lou Barletta or Bill McSwain would not have made his mistakes, and might even have been able to beat Shapiro. It wouldn’t surprise me to see Mastriano lose by ten points or more.
sympathy for Fetterman should consist of sending him home with time to convalesce…..he was a crappy candidate for Lt Gov and he is an even worse candidate now after his stroke
Reporting in from Georgetown Ky.
Went to vote early on Nov.3rd as I am working the polls tomorrow. We have one “vote center” in the county (Scott) where you can vote early as well as cast a vote on Election Day no matter which precinct you reside in. The line was fairly long (about 20-30 people) and when I asked the clerk if it had been like this all day she responded yes. The next day I drove past and it appeared as busy if not busier. All indications are a big turnout in central ky.
They’ve crammed multiple precincts into large spaces here too. It was a part of the COVID-1984 b.s. that was in turn always fully intended to mess up social interaction.
At the smaller polling places it always seemed easier to strike up conversations.
Maybe it’s just me.
SC here. I had to vote last week since I’m working the polls tomorrow. Biggest issues on our ballot is our governor, Henry McMaster vs young buck Joe Cunningham, who just yesterday/today stated he’d put Republicans on his cabinet – desperate much? Yeah, RHINO’s. Henry should hold. Most everyone I know, who aren’t working polls are waiting until tomorrow to vote – joke here is only Dems vote early.
Also, EVERY School Board seat is up for election and we’re looking to clean house!
its RINO, as in Republican In Name Only, i.e. Democrat, i.e. Commie.
SC R party is controlled by the Graham political machine, just like Az WAS controlled by the McStain machine, like Michigan is controlled by the Devos family,..HAVE to get the RINO Commies in State R party out of the party.
State Executive board, State party Chair, County Executive boards, County Chairs, District Chairs, Precinct captains,…these are the positions that control the State party.
TAKE em, and hold these positions, and you can change your State and the country to MAGA.
Voted early last week in Raleigh NC. There were hundreds of signs as I entered my polling place. Took me about 7 minutes in total for the process.
Ok,
Reporting in from Central NH.
Contrary to characterization that NH is purple, this state has become the northern most County of MA in the last two decades. We are all blue in federal offices. Our Governor is a squish anti Trump Republican who locked us down two years ago, and we still have mask mandates in health care facilities.
That said, it looks like Republicans Karoline Leavitt and Don Bolduc are poling well and have a shot at replacing Chris Pappas and Maggie Hasan, each of whom have been rubber stamps for Biden and Pelosi. There is a definite undercurrent of Republican resolve in the neighborhoods around me in Belknap County, whether that will be enough to neutralize the bused in cheaters from out of state, and the “voters” registered to vacant lots and business addresses in Southern NH remains to be seen.
Four votes in my house for the Repubs, for certain.
Smart ad campaign pointing out on street signage the negative economic impact of Dem policies re fuel, inflation, food costs, and heating oil prices, along with high cost electricity.
We shall see in about 36 hours, if the wave washes up in blue NH.
I’d love to hear the actual context on that scare ad about Bolduc and Social Security. The ad featured a grainy old black and white video.
My take runs all the way from seriously-taken-out-of-context wonkish commentary on his part, to a deep video fake… Couldn’t find a single “friendly” news source on it on two pages of even duckduck.
18 years ago I moved from the suburbs of Chicago to a North Texas suburb between Ft Worth and Dallas. My town was 75-80% conservative, fast forward not so much these days. I’m calling it 60/40 for the conservatives. There are so many BETO car window stickers and yard signs probably from the influx of Californians we’ve received. Will be working the election tomorrow, 64% have already voted with an anticipated 500-600 yet remaining to vote in our precinct. Every meeting I’ve been to people are up in arms over Jo-Bama and their rhetoric. I believe Abbott will easily win but it gets tighter every election. Like many Florida will be my next stop if Abbott loses. TExas with Beto in charge would be a nightmare of epic proportion.
In Ohio our voter integrity is high because our Secretary of State Frank LaRose has been working very hard to insure that there is no corruption. On a National Scale the following article should encourage all of us:
https://wethepeopleconvention.org/articles/Cheating-in-this-Election-will-not-be-like-2020
I’m hoping that with the pre election knives out pieces being written that they don’t plan to cheat….
Long Island NY is covered in Zeldin signs!!! Might even get an R flip in my district.
Will be voting in person tomorrow.
Great news! I know many people from the Island are working extremely hard for native son Zeldin. Keep up the good work!
Two years ago, right before the 2020 election, I discovered our county auditor had never set up an Absentee Ballot Board (ABB), never ever, and because of that all the mail-in and drop-off votes were counted by county staff; mostly Democrat county staff.
Since it was still about 4 weeks before the election I thought something might be done to fix the problem, so I came on the Conservative Treehouse and asked if anyone knew where I could go for help. Within a week, with 3 weeks remaining before the election, we had a lawsuit in place against the auditor & county commissioners.
We did not win our lawsuit, mostly because all such lawsuits were heard by a liberal judge in St. Paul. But due to the fact we brought the lawsuit we won in a different way, since our county auditor and commissioners realized they had not been following the law, so this election we have an ABB. Yippee!
On Friday I realized that the county auditor allowed the ABB to do only certain aspects of the job they are legally called on to do, but on election day/election night and the following 24 hours when everything needed to be completed, the ABB was completely left out.
Today I asked another fighter in our county to meet me at the courthouse to meet with the auditor. After a little back and forth debate, and two against one debate where the fighters had the law on their side (and printed copies in their hands), the auditor acquiesced to having ABB members actually doing the jobs they are supposed to do.
Now we will know that no “extra” ballots can be snuck in once the polls close. We will know that come 8pm the count that comes up is the count that must go to St. Paul and be submitted there. We will know that the stand alone ballot drop box IS empty, because two ABB members must go and see it is empty after the polls close. And we will know the actual candidate count — not just the ballot number count — before anyone else does, so no funny business can be done.
One teeny tiny speck of sand in the gears this morning was all it took. But I must admit, that speck of sand felt like a bolder as I dropped it in the gears.
WAY TO GO, Raven.
Enough “tiny drops of sand” becomes an avalanche.
(Applause!!!!) Love it and love you for your chutzpa!
Wow. Serious kudoes!!
Philadelphia is much less motivated than usual. Tons of Fetterman signs. Not too many Oz signs, but more Oz than Shapiro (surprisingly) or Mastriano. I’ll report back tomorrow morning. Can’t wait to vote for Mastriano. Today, we received calls from 3 different PACs (including National Right to Life) asking us to vote for Oz. The lack of support for Mastriano from the political class makes me want to vote for him even more.
Well I signed and trained to be a poll watcher. Hopefully there is nothing weird going on.
So far the mail in and absentee ballots for South Dakota seem a bit high for the Midterm –there are almost 100,000 so far.
Was accepted as a poll worker for election day; forecasts are calling for a big snowstorm so this could get interesting. So far sunshine all day, hoping the weather holds off until tomorrow night!
Ha I’m glad not everyone is being bombarded with ads. It’s crazy in NY. Constant phones calls, several mailers a day & endless commercials.
I still have my Chicago area code after moving to NC six years ago and am inundated with Illinois calls. I donated to Ron Johnson’s campaign due to Wisconsin family ties and his COVID stances and my inbox is inundated with his ads.
I have been getting texts from every State I’ve lived in and messages addressed to all my kids who haven’t lived with me for years. It’s relentless
