I never see Mike Lindell without thinking first and foremost of the place he has come from…a man who hit a bottom so horrible, but through the mercies and grace of Almighty God pulled himself out of it, step by excruciating step.
He turned his whole life around through the sweat of his own brow. It is hard for me to think of anyone in the public arena I admire as much as I do him. And now, as the devoted Christian he is, he is giving back by donating to those in desperate need. What an inspiration he is. Lord bless you eternally, sir.

I can’t find a link, but I remember listening to an interview where he said he donated copies of his book to prisons but for some reason they weren’t allowed in prison because of the covers, so he changed the covers.
He now sells a version on his website with covers that are allowed in prison, as well as, ones with the original cover.
All prisons, all book covers; cardboard can be saturated with, injected with drugs. Some staff will rip the covers off but deliver the coverless book to the inmate. Paperback Bibles only if you donate.

Couldn’t read it right away, so gave it to a sibling who needed something to read. He was blown away by Mike’s story and told me to make time for it. Interesting lessons about dealing with addiction issues which are all too common nowadays.

I love Mike. He came to President Trump’s only Alaska rally, in Anchorage this past July, and spent about 2 hours talking and taking photos with many of us in line. There’s a treasured one of me with my best friend and Mike in the middle with his arms around our shoulders. You are right, he is an inspiration.

Have you ordered the doggy beds before? I was looking at one for our dog but wasn’t sure. We recently got a pillow topper and man, it feels like we have a brand new bed! Its amazing.
We are very happy with our doggy beds! Just be careful cuz there’s no liner inside (my one shepherd threw up on it unfortunately), but the outer cover is washable.
our dogs go to it all the time so I know they approve and like it! We have the large sized ones.
We have one and the good thing about it for me is that the entire bed is washable in the washing machine. It was one of the reasons I bought it. Most dog beds have a washable cover but the interiors are not. Love this bed, well made, and my dogs love it!
Slowcobra, I have ordered these beds for my labs, and they love them. Both the cover and pillow bed are both washable. It is truly a My Pillow on the inside and washes and dries just as well as the human My Pillow. 😜

After listening to him read his book on audible, I think he is sincere. The way he “promotes” is what got him to where he is now. He’s actually admittedly insecure. I have for many years as an Atlanta native had much respect for him, and still do (especially due to Richard Jewell), and have recently seen that he is not a fan of many of those that many of us here have come to believe are on our side. I myself will admit that I have noticed the self promotion of many of these people with a microphone, but I still feel that they must also find a way to be funded, so that they might be able to continue the fight that is so needed. It surely is not an inexpensive venture. Grifting and giving back nothing is one thing, but giving of ones self and asking for for financial assistance is another. The drone footage is pretty stark in its capturing the extent of total devastation in Ft Myers Beach and areas of Sanibel and Captiva. The other surprise is how many structures seemed to have survived very much intact despite the extreme destruction around them.

Thanks so much for posting this, Sundance. Samaritan’s Purse is a tightly run organization…and as Mike Lindell said, they are the first to arrive and last to leave. They still have a base camp in Kentucky from the floods a couple of months ago. In my 5-days with them in Ft. Myers/Punta Gorda, they literally had people who came to Florida straight from Kentucky without going home to see their families or even re-pack a suitcase.
It is such a phenomenal experience to volunteer with Samaritan’s Purse. To add further context, they partner with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team of Chaplains and there is so much love of god around you the entire time you are volunteering. Not only do these organizations help you recover physically from the storm, but they help you recover spiritually, as well.
The best part of helping homeowners is that when the job is done, they are presented with a special edition Billy Graham bible that cannot be purchased, it is only given to survivors. On the cover of the Bible is the Samaritan’s Purse symbol, which represents Christ in the middle of a storm. And inside the cover, all of the volunteers that worked on the home sign the Bible for the homeowner!

You do understand I like Mike Lindell. I bought his book and the audible version and have listened to it several times because i enjoy him. He doesn’t annoy me in the least. My initial thought when I read magnus’ post was that he didn’t know much of anything about ML’s story. If he did, I think he would find Mike’s personality endearing. Mike is rock solid.

Brandon was right about one thing. If this was a libuturd state it would take years to rebuild. I’ll bet this time next year all you will see are improvements to the area. If global warming was the cause no one would have lived there to begin with. It would have already been under water.
Samaritan’s Purse is really good at being the first on the ground and helping people put their lives back together. They are set up in Ft. Myers, Englewood and now Punta Gorda. Show up at a 15 minute orientation at 7:30am or 1pm. They then give you a t-shirt and an address to begin work. Introduce yourself to lead and he or she puts you to work. They have all the tools needed. Basically they clean up all debris outside the home in a big pile by the street for city to pick up. Then they throw out anything that is ruined in the home. The drywall gets cut at the water line and thrown out. Home is swept and mopped and then sprayed with a mold disinfectant. Home is now builder ready.
If you’re from out of town, you can work for the day or spend the night. They have cooks to feed you and a trailer of showers/toilets. You sleep at the host church. Super group of people. https://www.spvolunteer.org/
