This is good to see and a little funny at the same time. Since 2015 CTH has been outlining how the MAGA working-class movement is in direct alignment with the values and priorities of Latinos and Hispanics.
More Latinos support President Trump than supported any republican modern in history. In the bigger picture, Latino voters support President Trump for the same reasons the Amish voters support President Trump, the absence of political correctness. WATCH:
.
I’m tired of all the Hispandering. We need them to assimilate like other White ethnic groups. They’re not any better than any other demo and it gets tiresome giving them special status. Americanize please and stop voting for leftists.
(Zapata County is ranch country. Sparsely populated. Trump won by a couple hundred votes–212– out of fewer than 3,900 votes cast. That’s an anomaly not a trend. Call me when a non-Dim wins my county of Hidalgo. THAT could portend something big– though i still would doubt it. The RGV has been Dim territory forever and the flood of third worlders–and Mexican nationals steeped in reconqista–will continue to swamp assimilants.)
If mass immigration was good we wouldn’t be losing red states to the “value” voters of the third world. Ted Kennedy would not have rammed through INA 1965 if it didn’t mean a future flood of Dim/leftist voters coming in. We’ve been colonized
The Hart-Celler Act in 1965
http://www.illegalimmigration.com/hart-celler-act
Hart-Cellar’s official title is “Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965” — INA ’65
As TC points out, the INA of 1965 pushed thru by Kennedy, the change to the 1986 Reagan immigration bill, and even Johnsons assertion that the Civil Rights act would “have those n*ggers voting Dem for 100 years!” were based on false assumptions.
PEOPLE vote for what they percieve as being in their best interests, and all people want the same things.
It is the ELITIST view, that applies the psuedo-science of polling, to break us up into demographics, under the flawed assumption that people of the same demographic think alike.
And nowhere is the absurdity more apperent, than in the “hispanic” grouping.
Including anyone who’s first language is Spanish, means it includes a huge swath of the earths population, with widely diverse cultural, political, geographical, religious and economic backgrounds.
To maintain there is ANY “shared experience” for such a group is absurd, as is the whole idea foundational to polling.
It is a huge risk for Countries to take in immigrants. It usually takes a generation to assimalate. Immigrants are not the same because they bundle up together, some species. They have not got the confidence to go out and look after themselves or their family because they simply cant. default. They did not have the confidence before they immigrated. It takes a generation. It probably will take some species 5 generations to assimilate or not at all because the iq is not there and they have to marry into sence and sensibility. Simply put. It will take them a long time. Im not racist Im just concerned. It is tearing down a wall that took a hundred years to build just to start all over again with tainted blood. and it happens in every Country. We have crossed the Rubicon.
Switzerland is an interesting case study. They totally micromanage their immigrants, they are very very selective about who is allowed to enter and those people have to take classes, have to demonstrate competence in the languages, etc. If we were able to do that we’d have the most beautiful country.
Yes I totally agree!!
Singapore has always have clear stipulations about immigrants – legal or otherwise. With the influx of foreign maids and other foreign workers, abuses are focused on employers who have to fulfill specific requirements. Fines don’t always work to deter those found guilty. Caning has always been the greatest deterrent. Growing up we too did not know how bad this is but it works even on hardened criminals.

Actually, in many cases I would choose a first generation LEGAL immigrant, over a second “assimilated” or “natural born” citisen, any day.
Some of the most patriotic American citisens I have known, were first generation LEGAL immigrants.
And some of the most ungrateful, leftist garbage spewing idiots,…2nd or later generstion “natural born” citisens, who ‘assimilated’ all the leftist crap.
You miss the point! Latino voters are US Citizens just like you are.
Unlike you, their families have experienced what “socialism” is, and how it hurts and kills.
THAT is a supreme factor for Latinos leaving the Democrat party by the thousands.
Latinos are telling you what you may not wish to hear: the Democrat Party of Kennedy is dead.
I did NOT miss the point. My family has been defending Texas from this invasion since before San Jacinto. I was born and raised in McAllen, Texas. I’ve seen my beautiful Valley turn into a third world cesspool.
“Latino voters” are not all citizens–voter fraud is an Olympic sport to many of them–and they are DEFINITELY not “just like” me from any cultural or ideological viewpoint. If they were then areas where they dominate would not be Democrat bastions.
Reconqista is real. They’ve managed a multi-generational CONQUEST of the American Southwest without firing a shot. We’ve been colonized. Pull your head out.
Hispanics ARE assimilating, and the fact that many of them are voting Republican is a good example of it. They want what I want: healthy economy, good jobs, lower income taxes, ability to buy a nice home, good schools, etc. It’s not their fault that they are now the biggest majority so the vote-panderers focus on them.
I would like to point out that other white ethnic groups never fully assimilated. Chicago is a patchwork of ethnic enclaves, the largest non-hispanic groups are Polish and Chinese. They have taken over entire neighborhoods. They have their own stores, law offices, churches, etc. They hang up signs that are bi-lingual or only in their ethnic language. They have their ethnic parades and events and they expect everyone else to appreciate them. The fact that the biggest floods of these ethnicities arrived before most of us were born is probably why you don’t really think about them now. Or maybe you don’t have them where you live.
“They want what I want: healthy economy, good jobs, lower income taxes, ability to buy a nice home, good schools, etc.”
If that were the case California would not have voted Dim in every election after Bush 41’s victory. You are making claims the data doesn’t support.
“The fact that the biggest floods of these ethnicities arrived before most of us were born…”
That’s a lie. Our annual LEGAL immigration dwarfs what was once considered “mass wave migration” (which itself ushered in a **50-YEAR** pause in immigration to force assimilation).
You don’t know what you are talking about.
(Oh, and I live 5 miles north of Reynosa, Mexico and have my entire life. I’m on the frontline of this invasion. Don’t condescend me.)
You are apparently only seeing a certain type of hispanic down there, you aren’t seeing the big picture. You have become prejudiced, which is unfortunate, though I understand why. It would be difficult to not be prejudiced living so close to the border. But you really do need to understand that illegals crossing the border are not representative of hispanic US citizens who vote.
The 2020 Census shows that in California hispanics make up only 18.7% of the population, and yet you are implying that Dems won because of hispanics. I think a whole lot of white people must have voted Dem.
“Whosoever cries racism or bigotry (prejudice) first loses the argument — because he has none.” – Smith’s Law
I’m not prejudiced at all which is precisely why I’m able to call it like it is.
Call me when Hidalgo County trends Republican. Until then you are deluding yourself.
18.7% of a population voting for one party… Black Americans swing elections with HALF that population percentage. You delude yourself. Wake up.
I’m sorry you’re so prejudiced and upset. It must be awful to live like that.
I am tired of the stereotyping. My wife is Hispanic, Republican, and from the RGV.
When she grew up, she had to sit in the back of the class with the “whites” up front even though her eyesight was bad and she could not see the writing on the chalkboard.
At lunch the Hispanics were the last ones served.
When her family went to the dentist they had to travel to the next town as the local dentist would not see Hispanics.
When she went to college in east Texas, the local KKK burned a cross in front of her dorm.
Despite all this, her strong family work ethic and belief in this country helped her to go on to get a doctorate. Perhaps even more amazing is that she harbors no ill will towards those that mistreated her and her family.
Her brothers answered the call and volunteered for Vietnam where one was a tunnel rat at age 18.
So do not tell me about the special status they received. Further when it comes to assimilation her family can trace her lineage back to the early explorers, so between her family and yours, which should assimilate?
My experience is that most of America would be better off if they could adopt the morals, virtues and work ethic commonly seen in the Hispanic community.
I meant to post this in response to Jaeger’s comment at top of page.
It’s wrong wherever you post it, guey.
If “Hispanic values” were so superior we would be heading South instead of becoming Mexico’s northern colony. Whomever dies with the most Sanchas wins.
It goes without saying there are good and bad in every culture. But the reality is that we are taking in more people than we can Americanize and this is to the detriment of all– including immigrants.
I am from the RGV and the two things I heard from the Mexican nationals in elementary school (1978 on):
“Free lunch,” at roll call and “You gringos stole Texas from us and now we are gonna take it back.”
The only discrimination I saw growing up was toward Anglos . None of us cried in our beer over it, we went and made something of ourselves instead.
My sister-in- law is of Mexican descent. She and her parents are as conservative and Trump-/ freedom-loving as anyone. They are the tiniest minority.
(My sister, btw, has dual first languages. She speks better Spanish than your wife–or anyone else you know–and mine isn’t too shabby either. No mames!)
Considering many Mexicans did not like Santa Ana and helped us throw his ass out I would say if you want to be Mexican you can head on back. This is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA not Mexico Norte.
I feel you Jaeger. Now when I see “Hispanic”American my unhurried thought is “tribalism”. Where I live in So Cal there is no expectation that people will assimilate. The social security office in my city has far more signs in Spanish than English. The video advertisement that play at the gas pump are all in Spanish. Most bus stop ads are in Spanish.
Hispanic unity is real and while some may see it as innocuous in small doses, it’s not innocent or unintentional. How could my neighbor have a party where the dj speaks only Spanish, all songs are Spanish, and all conversation you hear is in Spanish? Well, it’s because everyone there is Hispanic! There’s no non-Hispanics there. I see it all the time. It’s divisive.
I’m not saying it’s all like that everywhere, but where I live that’s the actual reality, not my prejudice, uncaring opinion. They may be decent people, but as Thomas Sowell put it (start at 3:00:15 mark and listen maybe 3 minutes)
The one constant in every policy, and every false narrative our enemy promulgates, is to SEW DIVISION.
This is because they know the one thing that instantly defeats them, is UNITY.
Reading the above comments,…we have our work cut out for us!
You can NOT conquer DIVISION, with division.
However, confronted with UNITY, our enemy crumbles.
So, keep argueing as they load you into the boxcar.
I agree we need to be united rather than divided. Culture unites and divides. Language unites and divides. I’m an American, not a Norwegian American. My friend Silvano is an American, not a Cuban American. My friend Memo is an American, not a Mexican American.
Jaeger’s original post began “I’m tired of all the Hispandering”. I understand what he means by that. I’m not against Americans who are Hispanic in any level. I am pro unity and believe strongly all Americans should unite behind being a non-hyphenated American and united by speaking English. That Hispanics hold on to speaking Spanish in the United States demonstrates the power of language both as a language and as part of a culture.
The hispanics (mostly Mexican) I know well here in Southern California are proud to be Mexican for some reason. Not American. Just my observation. One of my best friends insists on calling me Mexican. I have to remind him Im not. I laugh at the white trash jokes because Im not racist I guess.
Well said, Freedom . . . Once riding past well known men’s clothing store, my friend—now a successful criminal defense attorney/Columbia Law—commented almost to herself that when she was a little girl Hispanics couldn’t go in that store . . .
Cultural assimilation is not linear—some people make the change while other can’t. What is significant is that there is now a profound demographic realignment occurring with Hispanic communities, especially here in Texas. A stark manifestation of this demographic change is increasing Hispanic support for conservatives, in particular the leadership of Donald Trump.
One cause of this—apparently unexpected among progressives—is the obvious economic competition from illegals. If you earn your living as a roofer, in construction, or in the body shop business you’ve already directly experienced the competition from illegals showing up a your job site looking for work and willing to work for half what you are paid.
Not just Florida and Texas; NEVADA got REALLY hammered during Covid, and its large hispanic population, mostly employed in “service/hospitality” (casinos) and in construction, AREN’T happy.
This flight of both “hispanic” and ‘black’ voters, from D to R is going to make it NOT 50/50 in many areas, and so much harder to cheat.
Just to clarify the above story about the raccoons. My understanding is the Steve Harvey who penned this writing is NOT the comedian. Allegedly it was a Facebook post that went viral written by a Steve Harvey from Tennessee. It is spot on.
People running for federal office cannot honestly run on this issue, no matter how much Tucker wants them to demogogue it. Crime is overwhelming dealt with at the state and local level. The problem is blue states controlled by Marxist radicals who are intentionally destroying law and order to create chaos and bring in totalitarianism, with measures like abolishing bail. Then there is also the problem of Soros-funded prosecutors who will not even enforce the laws that are on the books, the ones the blue-state legislatures haven’t yet repealed.
At the federal level we need to repeal most of the federal criminal statues and de-fund the horrifically rotten and corrupt FBI. The FBI is filth. There is no future for federal law enforcement that doesn’t begin with an entirely new organization.
People running for federal office can honestly address the crime issue by promising to close the borders. Illegal aliens are committing a lot of hideous crimes. MAGA candidates can honestly, and certainly should, run on that issue. But they won’t get any help from Mitch McConnell or Kevin McCarthy, who are fanatically DC uniparty and would murder their own mothers to keep the borders open. So the MAGA congressional candidates have to beat the Democrats and the leaders of their own party.
Why should MAGA congressional candidates concentrate on only one wing of the UNiparty bird? It takes TWO wings to fly that UNiparty.
I say run those MAGA congressional candidates on both sides of the political aisle. Just like the UNiparty did to us. Give it right back. Whether there’s an R or a D on the ballot is wholly irrelevant to MAGA.
Let the UNiparty ‘steal’ the elections then . With a MAGA candidate on both sides of the ballot, MAGA wins no matter what algorithm they use!
Believe me, there are Kennedy democrats who are completely disgusted with Leftists both parties, just like we are! If we elect a MAGA Republican -Hallelujah!- if we don’t then a MAGA Democrat will suffice.
Please identify a House Of Representatives member who you call a “MAGA Democrat.”
Yes, using their own method against them simply will not work, as suggested.
The R wing is the weaker wing, and the D wing is totally dependent on it.
A one winged bird can not fly.
What about all those #walkaway democrats that broke for President Trump in states where Republicans cannot possibly win due to fraud? Some Demonrats run unopposed in those areas, the GOP doesn’t even make an attempt.
We need to find MAGA representatives to primary these radical DEMS and run MAGA on *both* sides of the ballot. If there can be RINOS why can’t there be DINOs?
I’m not talking about incumbents. I’m saying primary *all* of them, not just one side of the aisle.
Ok. However, I was responding to your statement at the end of your original post, “If we elect a MAGA Republican -Hallelujah!- if we don’t then a MAGA Democrat will suffice.”
Not to water down the seriousness of this post nor these comments in any way, but the Republicans — meaning the GOPe RINOs who get along to go along with this disintegration of our society are equally complicit and share in the guilt as well. The government needs to be burned to the ground and rebuilt with those who will not tolerate this!
Similarly, law enforcement and local government RIGHT DOWN TO THE DOG CATCHER LEVEL. We also need to have our 1A and 2A unencumbered by any consideration whatsoever if law enforcement and municipal government are not willing to protect us and so readily cede our safety to the criminal!
The silence from the GOPe is to me their guilt. They should when their time is up, be primaried out! It will take time to do that. Do we have time? The democrats are stepping up the pace for our destruction. I myself don’t want to be caught with my pants down waiting for the fix (in time). He who hesitates is LOST!
Two things.
Though the monologue is about why Latinos and Hispanics voting for President Trump (crime and safety) the video images shows the more obvious.
Also, Antonio Parkison states ‘We are losing are children.’ (Because of police.)
Wrong.
Blacks are ‘losing their children’ because of their community.
This is ingrained in the black community as a ‘just a part of life.’ You can see it in the video.
You can see when a black mother is interviewed (by the local news) on the death / murder of her child. Along with her anguish, there is an ingrained acceptance of losing her child as just a ‘part of life’.
Sad. 😟
It’s always astonishing to me when I see news footage of these mothers, some of them say “this is my third child that I’ve lost”. And all I can think is “lady, why didn’t you MOVE after the first one was killed?” They stay in the neighborhoods, it’s like they can’t even imagine being anywhere else and they simply accept the violence and other crap that exists there.
How come you’re just showing the black perpetrators? That’s racist.
I grew up around, went to school with, worked with, sold to, bought from and broke bread with the hispanic community all of my life. I remember after Pierre Delecto lost (gave up), the Rs came up with some study about how to win the hispanic vote. Of course it included pandering and amnesty, the latter of which we thankfully shut down.
The problem is all the pandering. Treat people the same, and they way you would want to be treated. We all want the same things. Peace, prosperity and to be left alone.
Break our laws and you should be punished, and that especially includes illegal aliens who do not belong here and have no rights to expect anything of us. They need to be returned to sender, where they can wait to be invited.
AND, we want people who will fight for us and do the things they say they will do.
It’s really quite simple.
The most anti illegal aliens people I know ,are Hispanics that where born in the US.
Too much truth. My head hurts.
While I thoroughly enjoy reading about what is allegedly Steve Harvey’s words, I believe it is mistakenly credited. Harvey has never been a Trump fan and actively dislikes the former president. I believe this is an urban legend.
Steve Harvey the comedian could not have written this.
Please scroll up this page a few comments and read the answer to your doubt.

Pelosi says, “we’re all God’s children”. Jesus says, “You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your fathers desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him”. Hmmm, who’s word should we believe, Pelosi or Jesus? Hmmm?
A healthy and sound mind produces good fruit ….
Jesus connects soundness with good fruit. Something is sound when it is free
from defect, decay, or disease and is healthy. Good fruit is the result of
sound living – living according to moral truth and upright character. The
prophet Isaiah warned against the dangers of falsehood: Woe to those who
call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness
(Isaiah 5:20). The fruits of falsehood produce an easy religion which takes the
iron out of religion, the cross out of Christianity, and any teaching which
eliminates the hard sayings of Jesus, and which push the judgments of God
into the background and makes us think lightly of sin. By being true – true to
God, his word, and the grace and help he gives us so we can turn away from
evil and wrongdoing. And that takes character! Those who are true to God
know that their strength lies not in themselves but in God who supplies
everything we need to live as his disciples. The Lord strengthens us with the
fruits and gifts of the Holy Spirit – with faith, hope and love, justice,
prudence, fortitude and temperance. And we grow in godly character through
exercising the gifts and strength which God supplies. Our character is revealed
in the choices we make.
Jesus prefaced his story with a warning in Luke 6:43-49
A Life Built on a Solid Foundation
We may fool other people with our speech and gestures, but God cannot be deceived. He sees the heart as it truly is – with its motives, intentions, desires, and choices (Psalm 139:2)
There is only one way in which a person’s sincerity can be proved, and that is
by one’s practice. Fine words can never replace good deeds. Our character is
revealed in the choices we make, especially when we are tested. Do we
cheat on an exam or on our income taxes, especially when it will cost us?
Do we lie, or cover-up, when disclosing the truth will cause us injury or
embarrassment? A true person is honest and reliable before God, themselves,
and their neighbor. Their word can be counted on.
Christians believe in “Our Father, who art in Heaven..” We are made in His image and our bodies are in fact the Temple of the Living God.
Lucifer is certainly not in Heaven. Lucifer is the beast who has no truth in him.
Politics of division and hatred will eventually boil down to exactly that – division and hatred.
Slice and dice as one may, as Plato so well explained there are but two kinds of people – freemen and natural slaves.
Religion, family, hard work ethic AND the many negative experiences Latinos have with socialism. They have lived it or know someone who has.
If these things were true then their nations would be trending the American way. Instead we are tending towards a Latin Banana Republic.
We project/ascribe virtue that does not exist in order to rationalize and pander. We whistle past the graveyard while begging our conquerors to like us.
Is the problem, Jaeger, that you never see any positive examples of hispanics where you live? See my reply to Bamanicious below. I do see positive examples. I see most hispanics wanting the same things and the same kind of life that I do.
I think one of the reasons the Uniparty paymasters were desperate to steal the 2020 election is that Trump was poised to defy history and take a big chunk of black and Hispanic voters, and break up the faux polarity the Uniparty prefers and thrives on.
In 2016 in Detroit, 20-40,000 black men stayed home. They didn’t vote for Trump, but they also refused to vote for Hillary. In 2020, I believe they were poised to come out and vote for Trump. I grew up with these older black men, and the MAGA agenda isn’t antithetical to them, I believe.
The Uniparty was in a panic, they knew this was a threat, and knew Trump could blow up chunks of their agenda, if he broadened his support. They prefer to divide and rule. Their panic was palpable.
So Detroit was the center of the steal. I saw voter observers thrown out, a brazen felony, unprosecuted. Those black men were disenfranchised imo.
Well my friend, I agree. But I wonder. They did the dirty deed in 2020 in fear of Trumps support from all these “other”groups . What do they have planned for the next cycle? Trumps support is growing fast among all of these groups. The left knows this and could be planning something big to stop the next cycle. That is the rubicon we don’t want to happen. Some kind of “emergency” could be fabricated to bring this on. A domestic one? That would could be too obvious. The threat of Chins invading or attacking Taiwan is my guess. The blame stays off of Biden. But as we know Bidens ties to China make this totally feasible. He will make claims of outrage but once they achieve their goal (canceling the election). He will tone it down as they consolidate the dictatorship.
They need to assimilate…
What does this mean? What is it they need to assimilate into? American culture I guess but what is that and what do they need to give up to become a part of it? Is it more than just speaking English, knowing our history, and following our laws?
I just wonder because culture is different now than when I was young and I don’t feel I belong. I don’t know if it is due to other cultures coming in and changing it but if so, who has “dibs” on what American life is supposed to be like?
I think “assimilate” means no display of any identifiable ethnicity.
I think the only people who have “assimilated” are people like me who were born in the U.S. and are the product of many different European ethnicities all blended together. I don’t align with any of them even though one is dominant.
Yeah this cuts to what I don’t understand. Each ethnicity manifests by its own traditions, forms of entertainment, cuisine, etc. To assimilate do they have to give those things up in public? If so what is the “American” traditions, entertainment, etc that they should take on instead?
To extend it a bit, I felt at home with the environment and culture I grew up in. Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, you know. Now it’s all a hip hop thug environment. That’s American culture now. Is that what I need to now assimilate my own self into?
That’s a good point, what is considered American changes over time. And it’s always been like that, right? The initial immigrants to the US came primarily from England and France. I think Germans and people from the Scandinavia regions came a little later. Eastern Europeans, where my mothers parents came from, were later still. Each time there was a new wave containing substantial numbers of people who hadn’t arrived in the earlier waves there was adjustment, and some of it was problematic. I think the people who believe that the hispanic wave is so unique, or so much different than past immigration waves, just don’t know much about immigration history.
My grandparents were from Italy. All of the others nationalities who came here assimilated. So what’s the big deal with Hispanics assimilating? I don’t see any problem. They, just like all the other nationalities who came here kept their heritage and customs, but assimilated by learning to speak our language! When that happens we can all understand each other and get along. Heck most of us like to participate in other nationalities customs and celebrate them. Not the drag queen ones or the LGBTQ+++++ whatever that is.
All of the others nationalities who came here assimilated.
How many generations did it take? You cannot convince me that people who came over in the early 1900’s immediately assimilated and started speaking English right away. I know a counterexample, my mother’s parents. They came from eastern Europe, moved into an enclave of their own ethnicity, and while her father did learn to speak some English, because he had to work to support the family, her mother never did. And they remained in that enclave until they died.
I think people’s memories or knowledge of the past is faulty so it appears like the hispanic immigration wave is somehow different than the earlier immigration waves of Germans, Poles, and eastern Europeans. I say it’s not.
Grew up in a small Polish town in the Midwest. ‘Those Germans’ 😉 lived in the next town over.
The Hispanics I’ve known in my life don’t take their kids to drag shows.
Because they’re not fringe lowlifes.
That’s my experience too. I have a positive image of hispanics, after many years of living in Chicago I saw a lot of favorable characteristics. Strong family bond is probably #1. Desire to work. Desire to have nice homes. Desire for their kids to do better, which includes understanding the importance of education. Many run their own businesses. They remind me of Asian immigrants. The vast majority don’t want handouts and permanent government dependence, they want to be self-supporting and successful and enjoy their lives.
I was just thinking, I would buy a house in a primarily-hispanic neighborhood without any hesitation. I can’t make that same comment about all ethnic groups.
We will soon revert to a lawless wild West where every sane person must decide to rely on themselves for their personal safety and security. Watch for more of these monsters preying on the weak to meet their maker from the barrel of a gun. Watch for a massive increase in vigilantes who have decided that the only way to preserve our Republic will be to protect it themselves and they will especially reject LEO’s that have shown their loyalty is to the State and not the “Rule of Law”.
Only a violent psycho would want DA’s and AG’s who don’t prosecute violent criminals and who treat the victims like the criminals. This has nothing to do with race, aside from the fact that one race commits most of the violent crimes.
Tucker Carlson is right that every Republican candidate should be highlighting the crime epidemic. They should all be airing ads containing video clips just like what Carlson showed, asking voters if this is the district, state, or nation they want to live in.
“Tucker Carlson is right that every Republican candidate should be highlighting the crime epidemic.”
They should but they won’t. They have been compromised. Either they are in on the corruption voluntarily or they are being blackmailed or they fear for their family. Or all of the above.
The refusal to lift a finger for this country makes me start to wonder if congress is in a hostage situation. I want to tell them to blink twice if there’s a gun in their ribs or their children have been threatened.

What a horror, but why should heinous crime in our streets be a surprise when the same level exists in the once esteemed levels of our inJustce department?
And yet, has anyone heard a word about this crime from Mitch McConnell or Kevin McCarthy?
The leadership of the Republican Party must be destroyed now if there is to remain a Republican Party. Does anyone reasonably believe this is going to happen?
Time for Trump to run as an Independent with plans to form a new Party. It can happen in this country because it has before(See the 1860 election). The RNC is too corrupt to reform.
I’m trying to figure out if it would be practical for Trump to run as an Independent or start a new party. I don’t know how difficult it would be for him to encourage legislation or get his judicial nominees approved. I think divorcing from the Republican Party would make him an even greater target of the RINOs and they might even impeach him (for some random imaginary infration). I personally think he’s better off sticking with the Republicans and getting some protection and cooperation from them even if it’s far from perfect.
As for a new party in general, the House and Senate majorities become a problem. The new party is unlikely to ever attain a majority and so they have to do with the Independents do, caucus with either the Dems or the Republicans. The Senate is a perfect example of this, the GOP actually has 50 seats and Dems have only 48, but there are 2 Indies and they side with the Dems so the stupid rules declare that it’s a 50-50 split because the VP is Dem the Dems have the majority. If it were based purely on number of seats per party the GOP would have the majority. Without majorities there’s no way to drive legislation, confirm judicial nominees, do proper oversight of the FBI and other agencies, etc.
Well the bottom lines is whether you believe the Republican Party can be reformed, and by that I mean listen to their voters for a change.
The voters I believe have made it clear they want new leadership in the House and Senate that is more MAGA aligned.
Trump is like 90-6 on his support for candidates this election year, and he receives at least sixty percent or more favorability from the Republican base. You would think this would lead to leadership changes in the House and Senate. It never happens.
It will never happen because McConnell will do whatever it takes to hold on to power and he knows the Party is shifting away from his view of what a Republican should stand for. He has his successor picked out you better believe it.
The gulf between the MAGA base and the old Establishment is too great to avoid a split in the Party. It is coming just like it did in 1860. Trump has altered the Republican Party attracting old Democrat voters, new minorities added everyday and its all based on MAGA economics that is a direct threat to the Establishment. The move to a new Party has to begin now to once and for all destroy the RNC like the Whigs in 1860.
We have a major crime epidemic occurring within the White House, DOJ, and FBI.
While states can attack crime very effectively at state, county, and city levels, federal support for real fidelity to the Constitution and a Rule of Law that respects the principles therein has been seriously eroded under the current and 44th administrations. PDJT wasn’t too effective either since he was never able to get the federal LEAs cleaned out of the traitors and conspirators who planned and successfully executed the November 2020 Coup d’état.
From increasingly derelict CA, in a rural Central Valley citrus-growing area, I can attest that the Hispanics who came years ago for better opportunities here are among the most moral, honest and hard-working people we know. In a conversation with two of them one day when I was walking my dogs, they were very angry, having followed all the laws for citizenship, that the illegals flooding in are happy to work for less or “under the table” payments. These older workers see this as inherently unfair and wrong. They and we watch as crime commensurately skyrockets in our area, with no end to the flood in sight. This is one reason why I fully support the states bussing these invaders to the most liberal big cities. Let them get a big taste of the chaos they have created!!
I’m sick and tired of the race divisions. The motto reads: E pluribus unum, NOT e unum pluribus. Get the hint lefties.
The important message to send to working and emerging middle class Latino families is:
“Would you like to reproduce in the USA the type of society you were scaping from when you came here?”
Obvious answer is NO. Then help them to connect the dots from woke, demagogues political leaders in the left to the dystopian society they scape from.
That Steve Harvey piece is not legit. It went viral, but it’s not true.
