During the White House press briefing today, the administration sent Jared Bernstein to the podium to discuss a recent drop in gasoline prices. Bernstein was claiming that Joe Biden had lowered gasoline prices when journalist James Rosen asked a question. {Direct Rumble Link}
James Rosen asked Bernstein why it was “Putin’s price hikes” when the gasoline prices are increasing, but not “Putin’s price plunge” when gasoline prices are decreasing. Bernstein attempted to clarify his position and ended up looking silly. WATCH:

Meanwhile, the Dallas Federal Reserve held its energy survey, there was some important feedback noted from the Oil and Gas industry.
I had not thought about some of these issues the professionals in the energy issue raised:
“The real energy crisis isn’t even here yet. The U.S. Energy Information Administration forecasts U.S. oil production to an average 12.5 million barrels per day for the next 30 years. This is all but impossible. Shale will likely tip into terminal decline in about five years as the main shale plays run out of location. Unfortunately, by then, most of the individuals with incumbent knowledge about offshore and international development will have retired. The brain drain in the industry will create a real and much larger crisis in the mid-to-late 2020’s.”
This has more to do with fears of a recession and the prolonged effects of the Russian/Ukrainian war than it has anything to do with even a thought by Biden (as if that happens).
Disagree, these industrialists are much closer to anyone else to the regulatory aspects of their industry, which is the biggest pain-point and bottleneck (by nefarious design) of their industry. The talking points shared above show that the oil and gas industry is mostly concerned about the current regulatory climate.
The Biden administration is clownish, amateurish and grotesquely absurd all at the same time. It’s true for those of us who remember the ‘bar scene’ from the movie Starwars, that these Biden characters are very comparable to the characters in that scene. It just seems to get weirder and weirder by the day.
There’s no end to lying and obfuscating from government hacks. It brings to mind the great Thomas Sowell quote, “The road to hell is paved with Ivy League degrees.”
The administration is only “clownish, amateurish and grotesquely absurd all at the same time” if you assume that they are trying to make the US a better place and provide an overall better life for its citizens,
If, however, you assume that they are intentionally trying to break things, they shift from being clownish, to just being evil.
No one is this inept by accident.
Sure, there are.
Madison Cawthorn gets to report on colorful parties, as everyone else clutches their pearls and calls him a liar.
Biden is a dead man walking and the Dems know it……
Brandon is working “tirelessly” on reducing the high price of gas? Don’t make me laugh. Brandon hasn’t done sustained work on anything his entire life. And I heard from a reliable source Putin is really pissed he isn’t getting any credit from the Brandon administration for the recent small price decreases. He is tired of being the bad guy. Joe had better watch out. Putin is tougher than Corn Pop.
I always reply “THANKS PUTIN!” on every post where some Democrat tries to give Biden credit for lowering the price at the pump.
Every member of this Administration that was illegally foisted upon America is a complete disaster.
My sense with this guy in this clown show of a White House makes it increasingly difficult for democrats to ignore this White House has reached Deadfishcon 5.
Quote of the day!
Ha! What a moron. They think we’re children. Unfortunately, the press are brainwashed children.
What a giant pair of clown shoes these idiot true believers are.
True; their’s is a bottomless well.
…and then, add the media –with the, “81 MM votes” b.s., and
the number of “dumb Liars” continues into perpetuity.
