Last Friday the Biden administration raised the mandatory amount of biofuel, specifically ethanol, that must be blended within the U.S. gasoline supply. The previous amount of 10% (summer blend) was raised to a year-round 15% (waiver) by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This is likely to lead to two sets of bigger issues, less food and higher gas prices.
♦ First issue. – The Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) is a government mandate, passed in 2005 and expanded in 2007, that requires growing volumes of biofuels to be blended into U.S. transportation fuels like gasoline and diesel every year. Approximately 40 percent of corn grown in the U.S. is used for ethanol. Raising the amount of ethanol required in gasoline will result in the need for more biofuel (corn). With farming costs and outputs already under pressure this could be problematic.
♦ Second issue – The EPA enforces the biofuel standard by requiring refineries to submit purchase credits (known as Renewable Identification Numbers, or RINs) to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proving the purchases. This enforcement requirement sets up a system where the RIN credits are bought and sold by small refineries who do not have the infrastructure to do the blending process. They purchase second-hand RIN credits from parties that blended or imported biofuels directly. This sets up a secondary income stream, a trading market for the larger oil companies, refineries and importers.
The RIN credit trading platform is similar to what we might expect to see if the ‘Carbon Trading’ scheme was ever put into place. However, now that summer biofuel requirements for blended gasoline have gone from 10% to 15%, the price of the RIN credits will likely jump. This will cost refineries billions in additional expenses,…. which will mean the cost of the gasoline from the refineries will increase,….. which will mean the cost of the gasoline at the pump will go higher.
The EPA theory is that RIN credits should be expensive thereby forcing all oil refineries to invest in infrastructure that makes the blended fuel. All of the infrastructure from the refinery to the gas station would need to be modified to facilitate the new 15% RFS standard. Again, higher prices at the pumps as a result of oil companies and refineries needing to spend billions on upgrades. Which brings us to issue number three.
♦ Third Issue – “Ethanol is a valuable source of octane in finished gasoline, but it is chemically different than petroleum gasoline and cannot be used in concentrations above 10 percent in small engines — like outboard boat motors, motorcycles, lawnmowers, generators or chain saws — or in any cars made before 2001. Complicating matters further, most cars on the road today still aren’t warrantied to run on gasoline with more than 10 percent ethanol. Retail stations also must have compatible infrastructure in order to sell gasoline with higher ethanol blends.” This issue is known within the industry as “The Blend Wall.”
The net result of Joe Biden’s EPA raising the mandatory amount of biofuel that must be present in the U.S. gas supply is this:
(1) Less food as more corn is needed for ethanol.
(2) Higher prices for finished and blended gasoline.
(3) Vehicle engines breaking down at a much higher rate.
The predictable Biden outcome is the absolute worst scenario for the middle-class.
ABC Article on the EPA change HERE.
AFPM Background Information HERE.
WASHINGTON – “The American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers group, which represents refineries, called the 2022 figure “bewildering and contrary to the administration’s claims to be doing everything in their power to provide relief to consumers.” The group said unachievable mandates will increase fuel production costs and keep consumer prices high.” (more)
I am sick to death of this administration.
Sadly this admin is trying to fulfill your statement.
Too bad the death part isn’t contagious.
I’d buy you a plane ticket to DC and a Whitehouse tour.
Death for Deplorables is definitely on the agenda.
1. Take the guns
2. Destroy energy sector
3. Lockdowns
4. Cancel or force mail in ballots
Until people realize what needs to be done (UNIPARTY) nothing happens but more pain.
Let’s see, shortening the life of your gasoline engine leads us back to pushing electric engines.
So if you can’t afford gas, and you can’t afford a new electric car. What must you do if your family gets hungry.
Welfare goes up, and so does unemployment. While food availability is reduced and the cost of available remaining food is increased. Plus, the crime rate goes up.
Crime rate goes up
Food availability is reduced
Cost of remaining food is increased
Gasoline engine life reduced
Gas prices increases
We F’d.
Without so much as a chocolate, on the nightstand, to show for it.
Oh there’s street chocolate all over the place in LA, if your nightstand is lacking, just invite a hobo in and he’ll be your treat fairy…
You left out the skyrocketing resultant crime rates.
All part of their evil plan.
And the RINO embers of the Uniparty gleefully endorse this madness. LET’S GO BRANDON, THUNE, and ROUNDS.
And the electric grid, already overtaxed in most of the country, goes pfffffft.
Snap- I drive a 2007 Honda, hope my engine will be ok 😒
You mean you drove a 2007 Honda.
I have a:
1969 Dodge Charger
1991, 1992, 1995 Buick Regal(s)
2002 F150
I’m basically screwed.
And forget using your lawn mower, boat, or motorcycle.
What happens to tree services that rely on chainsaws for their work?
What happens in the aftermath of a windstorm, tornado, or hurricane~when chainsaws can’t be used to clear felled trees?
Most of these people buy gas for their equipment from specialty dealers that have no-alcohol gas. It is what I do for small engines and I use canned premix for small 2-cycles such as chain saw and brush cutter.
At $20 plus a gallon in Lancaster,S.C. The cost of tree work will go higher just like every other cost of doing anything. It is by design to crash our economy…wonder what pieces will be left to piece our society back together.
it was $100 a year to trim this tree sooo glad i paid someone to cut it down for $300 and now eliminate another future bill but i had to haul stumps to dump took 13 trips
For your Charger, go to your local general aviation airport and fill it up with 100 low lead, if you aren’t already 🙂 it’ll go ZOOM!!
I replaced all the valve seats with the hardened variety for unleaded fuel.
:/
🤣🤣🤣
Just change rubber fuel lines.
The problem is much more than rubber fuel lines. Every o-ring from the tank, to the pump, between sections of fuel lines, and within carbs or injectors needs to be considered as well.
Then there is the problem of water. Alcohol absorbs water right out of the atmosphere. Its why many of your summer lawn equipment has trouble the following spring. The moisture in the alcohol corrodes many of the internal parts. Rust in the tank, corroded float bowls, etc.
There are ways of removing the alcohol, but its cumbersome and of course you lose 10/15% of your fuel as well as drop the octane significantly. So with the loss and the needed additives to raise the octane back up, you are really paying through the nose.
I drive a 1998 Dodge Pickup and a 2006 Toyota.
I have a 2007 Navigator and my husband has a 2009 Ram. He will flip when I tell him about this.
My $10,000 zero turn lawn mower just quit on me after 3 years of reliable use, sure enough I looked at the gas mix and they changed it to 15%. F’ing Bastards.
Decades ago there was one gas station in my area that was a lot cheaper. I thought I was getting a bargain, and continued to buy the gas even though my Dad warned me not to. It didn’t take long before I blew the head gasket and warped the aluminum head. It was Ethanol blend, my car wasn’t designed for it. From what I understand that blend had a different compression ratio so it blew the gasket and warped the head. It cost me a hell of a lot of money. I guess they want us to completely destroy our freaking cars and NO, I don’t trust the gas stations to say it is now 15% Ethanol and there will be no warnings about what that will do. Even if there are there are going to be a lot of people who don’t know what can happen. My Dad tried to tell me and I didn’t listen to him!
The compression ratio is something that is engine based, not fuel based. It stays the same regardless of what fuel you put in it. Ethanol is more compression friendly than gasoline is. That’s why alcohol engines can run 11 to 1 up to as high as 13 to 1 ratio, and gasoline engines even with the best swirl port technology can run generally no higher than 10 to 1, and mostly run around 9 to 1.
I’d wager what happened, is that the enthanol that your engine wasn’t designed to run on didn’t effect the engine directly, but rather, it ate away at certain gaskets and seals which do have to be designed to work with ethanol, leading to vacuum leak and lean condition which caused your engine to run hot, overheat, and warp the head.
Just throwing that out there.
Alcohol burns HOTTER too.
Spark plug heat range changes needed ?
Thanks for the explanation. So I just looked in my owners manual and it doesn’t say anything about flex fuel or safe percentages of ethanol. It just recommends 87-89 octane. Do all grades of gasoline have the same amount of freaking Ethanol and how are we to know if our vehicles can use this FJB Blend?
Precisely so. Tiffthis and Mike, kindly note this fact. Well-known to any gearhead.
What about the gasoline storage additives? That red stuff called Sta-Bil? Can it help?
My cars are 2005, 2008, and 2009. I sympathize with them. They are like me, old but still work!
https://priproducts.com/retail-consumer/
I have been using this product in small engines for several years, been very pleased with their products.
Your compression numbers may be true for todays cars and no-lead gas. But, they certainly were not true in the past. Nor are they true for higher performance engines today. Control the pre-detonation and higher ratios are most do-able. I know that MANY car makers shy away from larger displacement engines and use various forms of turbo/FI. Which adds to the complexity and the maintenance cost due to the increased component count. Both of which make the majority of the components difficult to access. Ask me how I know or just look under your hood.
On a different front, who will be the first to file a lawsuit over this 15% fiasco? I mean, where’s the posting in the Federal Register, the comment period, the hearings, the due process???? Up Mr. Magoo’s rear end??
They won’t have to tell you, because the only thing available will be E15.
And worse gas mileage. Much worse.
Try running non-ethanol for a tank. MPG goes up almost 10%. Run E85 and lose 20%.
The only time I buy E-85 is when I am topping off a compatible rental car before return.
Anything but quiet at this point. You can’t ‘silently’ do something when 30-40% of people are eyeing energy news like hawks (thus 70%+ know about it). At this point, it’s time to call a spade a spade. They’re just trying to kill people with these policies. Not hurt, but kill.
In a roundabout manner, yes. They intend to inflict so much pain, monetarily, that people will beg them for mercy. Of course, they have no mercy. And that is when the great reset will be heralded in.
Small fortunes will be lost. Small fortunes that took lifetimes to accumulate. Middle class fortunes.
In a former America we would have been at war with them long before they ever got to this point.
.
Silenced?
You mean like the guy in Buffalo who was trying to develop alternative fuel sources while working as security at a grocery store . . .?
Hard to believe that these BOZOs could take an America that was running on all cylinders to this smoking rattle trap in only 503 days…wow.
And FJB can’t figure out why he isn’t as popular at Trump! LOL
Popularity matters not one whit, when the Dems control Congress, the regulatory agencies, the Cabinet, and the voting machines. “I’ve worked in the private sector. They expect results”, as Ray Stantz once said.
It’s astounding. I’m shocked by it.
Once reality kicks in and this is a disaster for the USA middle class, it will be rebranded as ‘Putins Ethanol 5% hike”
I don’t care how many farmers go out of business; and, they wouldn’t if
they focused on growing for food instead of for fuel.
Even our farmers have been corrupted.
Ethanol should be banned from gasoline.
It’s simple:
Food for humans.
Fuel for vehicles.
Farmers were corrupted with many government bailouts.
Had a drout? Here’s some cash.
Dairy farm is going under? Here’s some cash.
I don’t know about other grains, but in Washington the wheat farmers get subsidized to not produce a certain percent of their acreage. They have for decades. As well, the windmill subsidies they get are outrageous.
i know. save the salmon, save the owls ….. but never is it , save the human race.
interesting
Farmers do not know where their corn is going. They sell it to the elevators and the elevators sell it to feed producers or ethanol plants. The corn that goes to ethanol has the sugars extracted and the remainder is a high quality product that can be used to make animal feed.
I agree that there should be no ethanol in gasoline, but my wishes do not change anything.
The only alcohol that should be made from corn is moonshine!
Motorheads , a moment please. Does anyone know if adding Marvel Mystery Oil will protect engine from damage of the higher ethanol content ?
Higher ethanol content wont damage an engine that is assembled with gaskets and seals which are made for exposure to it, which essentially all modern engines are.
Ethanol burns cooler than gasoline, and is less prone to detonation, so you can run it under much higher compression.
That said, what running that ethanol will do, is polute more, because you have to burn more of it, more engine cycles, to make the same amount of power over a given amount of time.
That’s something the envirowackos never could wrap their brains around.
Thought alcohol burns hotter ? It is less volume dense than gas too ?
Define modern.
10% Ethanol will melt rubber on old stuff
So things like your fuel pump and valve seals will
Soon fail
There are places that will update old fuel pumps
And some places will sell updated pumps
So they will last more then a year or so.
I have a Buick that gets a new pump about every 2 years
So bump that up to 15%
Which will only make the problem much worse
Time to stock up on fuel pumps for the rides
I do know that adding Lucas Gas Treatment removes ethanol from your tank. My trusted “car guy” told me that.
If I cannot find pure non ethanol gas, I’ll dump some Lucas in the tank. My car is only 9 yrs old and cannot tolerate that ethanol bullshit.
… thus pushing your effective price per gallon of fuel another dollar higher.
My understanding is adding a fuel stabilizer to each tank is best.
Gas does go stale fast. Been using that and it seems to help stop / slow the gas turning to varnish.
Bought a bike once that sat. Gas was NASTY varnish ….. but it fired up so … I’ll take it 🙂
STARTRON. All you need.
Thank me later.
TY , will look.
THIS. Star Tron is enzyme-based fuel additive and is Good Stuff. An old outboard mechanic I know has recommended Star Tron over Sta-Bil. He said there were far less deposits left in carbs that had been run on Ethanol dosed with Star Tron.
For me, I have a local source of Regular non-alcohol fuel and another place a bit farther away sells Super non-alcohol, at quite a high price, of course. But it’s worth it to me, higher-compression classic car engines like it a lot!
I do use Sta-Bil in my powered lawn equipment, along with non-alcohol fuel, and never a carb problem. I switched over after E10 dissolved the gas line on my riding mower. Literally! After that, I said “never more”.
Short answer is no. It won’t.
But it will gunk up your intake and injectors and clog your catalytic converter.
Zero went from Cash For Clunkers to Crash Your Checkbook.
Invest in automotive aftermarket companies that make underhood components.
.
You mean all those companies that cannot get components so once your car breaks down, it will sit for 6 months or longer waiting for the part needed to ‘fix’ it . . .?
I assume, with the regime’s hatred of all things gas, that their gaslighting will soon be outlawed.
We should be making sour mash from corn, and Rum from sugar cane. It would be purely for medicinal purposes, honest.
Putting in gas is waste of good moonshine
Well, so does buying the higher octane fuel negate the effect this purposeful dilution of our regular fuel will cause?
Only vehicle, still runs great ’cause it has to work, is my 1990 little Mazda pickup truck. it’s bad enough that regular (the least expensive) fuel is costing us $5.58 a gallon (and soon to rise) but, if need be, if buying the more expensive fuel will be best for the engine, will do since it’s only a 10 gallon (2 gal reserve) tank.
Advice would be appreciated; my mechanic sold his business last year and the new owners only work on Benz’ so would appreciate any info (can’t afford a newer vehicle).
I despise these unelected bureaucrats with their hate-America agenda.
Find a place that sells no-alcohol fuel and try a tank full carefully checking your MPG. You may find the extra cost will be partially offset. Where to find? Find a specialty fuel dealer in industrial areas, near race tracks or where boaters fill up. I get mine at a local company that has racing fuels, av gas, off road diesel and gasoline, and no-alcohol gas plus other special fuels. Don’t expect a convenience store experience. These places sell serious products in an industrial service type setting. Some newer convenience stores in my area have no-alcohol pumps (Buc-ee’s, Casey’s and others), but that is not true in every state.
Thanks.
And…….
What will the change……
of 10 to 15% Ethanol do to our cars……????
Cars were engineered for 10%……
Will this be like refineries designed for Russian oil…..having to retool for “other” oil……?????
…
.08
is the typical legal max.
Oh wait,
that’s for drivers.
Ummm…for cars… not sure what their legal max.
Check your vehicle owners manual for the manufactures fuel recommendation.
( or look it up, online )
[ the answers may differ, depending on the make / model / year of a vehicle. ]
Imho
This is what happened with Cornohal gasoline under Carter.
FJB
Cornahol.
Pretty tired of hearing people refer to this as an “administration”. They are criminals, they work within a criminal organization bolstered by criminals in law enforcement and the judiciary and legislative professions. They are represented by simple-minded academics and a lying media. All of which are not of this physical dimension.
It may be very unpopular but the current state of the US and Western industrialized nations is a judgment from God. For rejecting him and the truth of his word. Pride and arrogance are so over the top they are commensurate with a reckoning that is just beginning. You will get the leaders you deserve.
The scriptures clearly state if you don’t want to know the truth and you walk around willfully blind God will put a spirit of error on you that you cannot see the truth.
Oh brother where art thou, in the movie, Big Dan Teauge knocks Delmar into next week with the limb of a tree and Everett looks on curiously as though nothing was happening and then lights out for Everett. A fair analogy

Thank you, Pepeekeo!
Nice link; thanks! Closest one for us is 50 miles away!
50 miles? Maybe, maybe not. I checked my area and I know about a half a dozen local places not listed.
I will be keeping my eyes open; often I pass gas stations that go through Indian reservation land which also happens to be on a major trucking route so will see if one of those stations have options available.
None in Cali. Doh!
Thanks!
Good list but nowhere near complete. Everyone should check your area and add places you know about. I know of at least 6 places that are not listed in my little corner of Kentucky.
I just sent them updates for those in my area.
Closest for me is over 70 miles away. But thanks for the good info anyway.
Also, from elsewhere in this thread: https://www.pure-gas.org/index.jsp
Not a day goes by where they do not shove another knife in
I wouldn’t know this if it weren’t for Sundance. Never heard of RIN before. The man is a wizard!
I wonder if you could flash your car or motorcycle ECU with a new MAP – one compliant with the 15% garbage juice blend.
In other words, adjust your fuel injection system to handle this new fuel.
In Tennessee, Weigels stores carry non-ethanol gas.
Two more questions : What is the timeline ? Its not clear from source material when the ROT-gas hits the streets.
# 2 – Any known effect from fuel stabilizer on E-10 / E-15 gas. ?
Just read old gas in a snowblower or bike over summer / winter will do damage to O-rings seals gaskets. Can STA-BIL help ?
If someone wanted to destroy the internal combustion engine in order to force people over to EV cars, this would be the cynical way to do it, don’t you think?
I had a 2005 Durango that lost a fuel filter due to too high ethanol content in my fuel. That cost me $900 because the fuel filter is attached to the fuel tank. They had to remove the fuel tank to get to it. What a mess.
I don’t trust the higher levels of ethane for my generators. Imagine losing a generator during a hurricane or some such and then being SOL in a crisis.
I buy no-alcohol gas for my generators and lawn mowers.
Heck why 15 make it 50%.
When the Trucks stop delivering, the Government will collapse.
Then what? Kev will lead us through the darkness….ya right.
Pete Buttgiggler will fix it.
He will be too busy breast feeding. Check his garage, I bet he overstocked on baby formula.
You almost get the idea that these Demon Possessed Zombies are doing all this to destroy the greatest county in world history on purpose…
They are Orcs of Satan in my book
Even 10% fouls up the carb jets on my motorcycle if it sits long enough….would buy eFree if it was within 100 miles of me
First I read this a couple of times to see WHEN this takes effect and could not find it in the article then I realized the entire premises of the article IS WRONG.
Specifically he IS NOT mandating ALL gas have 15% Ethanol, rather he is removing the EPA restriction that does not allow using E-15 fuel during summer months because of pollution.
Sorry Sundance you may have jumped the shark on this one. There are a multitude of stories confirming my take. This is but one:
https://www.hagerty.com/media/news/e15-ethanol-is-coming-like-it-or-not/
What about a consumer lawsuit? If your small engine can not stand up to higher blend percentages seems to me that there are grounds.
Just got gas before reading this. A 10% ethanol sticker was on the pump.
That was my thought , if they sell 15 % without telling me …… LAWSUIT.
You can look up the laws and articles pertaining to a company being able to sell E15 ON THE INTERNET.
How many people actually read that sticker?
Is there an easy way to test how much ethanol is in the fuel?
If not, somebody should come up with a inexpensive test kit asap
Saw that, read that, commented such earlier but it seems everyone on here loves to go full panic mode.
Thing is you’re on the internet. Verify it, look it up, do some research on your own. My God we’re in trouble when times really become hard in this country.
Starvation will likely be one result, as corn is used as an inferior fuel, while the people go hungry….
Just another money laundering scam that the Democrats create and use to increase their wealth. Well, we can also play the game. Consider, hypothetically, creating a go fund me called “Pay Putin For Help” with a goal of 40 billion, as a slap in the face for Joe due to 40 billion taxpayer money laundered in Ukraine, to pay for a test of Russia’s capabilities. That test would take place when Joe is giving the SOTU when all our wonderful politicians and political slugs are present in the Capitol.
Does this affect all grades?
And, where are the lawsuits against this?
When is this set to go into effect? Is there a specific date?
I skimmed the articles looking for the answer but didn’t see it.

The automakers in this country should sue Bribem for interfering in established business practices which corporations have to RELY ON in order to do said business.
Additionally, Musk should sue Bribem for false representation of the efficiency, effectiveness, and environmental advantages of the electric automobile Ms. Grisholm is driving . . .
All I can say is “Go get him, God.” Have mercy on us!
Who is in charge of enforcing this new edict?
Why, it’s “CORNPOP”! /s
He is a bad dude
Since our cars are going to be destroyed, should we start preparing a class action law suit?
Is there a lawyer in the house?
We buy non-ethanol gas for our boat. Last weekend $6.71 a gallon. Regular is $4.19 a gallon. Boat traffic on the lake has dropped to about half on the weekend. The used boat market (RVs, 4-wheeler, etc) is about to be flooded. Two summers ago you couldn’t find a used boat to buy. FJB.
Awesome. It will evaporate even faster and lead to worse mpg.
Whitehouse. gov / briefing room statement April 12, 2022
EPA will ‘ allow ‘ sale at 2300 stations as a more affordable alternative. Final action on the ” Emergency Waiver ” will be closer to June 1st it says.
Now, we must find what exactly the waver says RE – pump label requirements.
There’s 100,000 gas stations in the country.
Calm down and focus on the financials of this and who benefits. Always follow the money.
https://www.aftermarketnews.com/epa-finalizes-e15-pump-labeling-requirements/
The internet, quite the marvel.
From way back in 2011 when folks didn’t panic as much as now.
There is another problem and it is what stupid government does. They have changed the calculus for decisions on planting well after the planting season is under way. Farmers take a lot of things into consideration when deciding how they will allocate acreage and they make these decisions very early so that they can enter into contracts for fertilizer and other supplies. This decision increases the demand for corn after these decisions have already been made. Had they done it earlier, this variable would have been part of farmer’s considerations.
Here is a comparison to make it easy to understand. Suppose you have a dress store and you have to order your summer inventory in the spring. After you have ordered your inventory the government mandates that everyone has to wear red clothes at least one day a week. They have created an instant shortage of red dresses and an oversupply of other colors.
A few years ago, the government made the decision to relax ethanol standards in the middle of the growing season instantly reducing the demand for corn while the planned crop was growing out in the fields. The price of corn crashed and many farmers barely survived. Some did not survive. In this case, the demand may increase a bit and push prices up. Smart farmers might want to lock in a surge in futures by putting part of the crop under contract. Right now, the spot price is high but the futures price is down at harvest time. A little bump in that harvest price would help a lot of farmers. Local elevators has spot price at $7.73 and harvest price at $7, but the future price for fall 2022 went up $0.15 today, just like that.
That all, ALL, hate us.
Wait a sec. Wast this boob just saying he’s going to do all he can to help families who are struggling in his unprecedented good economy? Or something like that.
and (4) More fillup$ at the pump, expectbetween 15% and 27% fewer miles per gallon with ethanol vs. gasoline.
I just spent the afternoon calling Louie Gohmert, Ken Paxton, Wayne Christian, Pete Sessions, Travis Clardy, Texas EPA and wasted my time but called anyway cruz & cornyn. I also called the KETK news desk. Funny how no one I talked with knew anything this. I told them all that this would destroy the motor of every gasoline vehicle on the road today and the word needed to be gotten out to the people. I also said that I thought something should be done to stop the feds from being able to regulate Texas oil in Texas refineries and sold at Texas gas stations, believe it or not Ken Paxton and Wayne Christian are trying to do just that. I also told every one of them that I believe raising the ethanol is to intentionally destroy all gasoline vehicles. Too bad we can’t sue them personally for their stupid laws, I did tell Gohmert’s office that I wish he would make a law that held stupid people personally responsible.
No one knew because the basis of the story is FALSE! They are only allowing the use of E-15 Year Round which had previously been banned during summer months because of pollution.
Now the story from Sundance is appearing on other sites and credability will be lost. I sent an email with references to Admin without any response.
BOTTOM LINE THE STORY IS FALSE !!!!!
That was my take. It is not a mandate, it is an allowance with the potential for making it a mandate. There are Casey stores in my area with dedicated E-15 pumps that are usually not available in summer.
The mistake was quoting an ABC story without checking other sources which all speak to no mandate just an extension of time E-15 can be used. Frustrating that E-mail to admin and posting the truth gets totally ignored. Makes me wonder what else is wrong because I depend on the TREE HOUSE to keep me accurately informed!
The “hair-on-fire” tone didn’t make sense to me, either. I had too many questions left unanswered after reading this. Always best to check all the links.
I hope there will be a correction, before too many Treepers make idiots of themselves talking about this.
Too late, I tried earlier in the day but I think most folks live off the panic and fear. That or they don’t go outside much.
Summer/winter blend changes are a normal thing here, and gas always goes up quite a bit when the change occurs. Folks have long been disgusted about it, so this could actually be helpful for some. Perhaps southerners are unaware.
Pissing into the wind with this crowd my friend.
This isn’t going to stop until we
Make Lamp Post Ornaments Great Again !
Destroy your car then force to buy crap electric
Look, electric is a good option if you live in an area with $0.12 per kWh that is ‘also’ stable and your daily range of operation from your house is 50 miles or less per day. It comes to about $0.78/gallon when compared to a 30 mpg car. We get 4.6 miles per kWh, do the math.
Still FJB, as electric cars are still a nitch solution, to a much bigger problem, and it will be that way for a long time, say at least 3-4 decades. Some transportation applications will never be electric, like airplanes. They will always need the real stuff.
And while the elites are destroying your ability to get to work, they are exempting their private jets from the climate change tax they hope to pass.
