Vice President JD Vance appears on Fox News for a wide-ranging discussion on current events. Vice President Vance outlines the Iran conflict, the current progress of the Fraud Taskforce and the personal insults from Michigan Senate candidate El-Sayed. WATCH:
.

I would like Vance to address his role as President of the Senate.
I don’t think a VP has a role outside of his ability to vote in a tie!
Unless the President assigns him other tasks…
The President can’t assign the VP tasks in the Senate which is the subject of the conversation.
You are correct. The VP is there to break a tie and that’s it.
I think people are getting the Vice President’s Senate position confused with the president pro tempore.
No, the President pro tempore has the powers of the President, but only when the President is not in the chair.
Rule 1: “In the absence of the Vice President, the Senate shall choose a President pro tempore, who shall hold the office and execute the duties thereof during the pleasure of the Senate and until another is elected or his term of office as a Senator expires.”
He could certainly put some more pressure on Thune to fire the senate pro tem and push on the Save Act.
The Senate Pro Tem is Chuck Grassley.
Fire Harry Reid’s parliamentarian & also return to the talking filibuster.
Grassley is a Uni-party RINO just like Thune.
I Groked it. I think you are right. I am reminded of John Nance Garner’s ‘Warm Piss’ statement.
Ahh,,,the Iran conflict. Our ex-marine vice president works to stay inside the lane President Trump has created…tap tap, tapping along as the Iranians play “their game” as opposed to a USA game where “unconditional surrender” was surrendered early on, replaced with diplomacy and the “art of the deal” taking center stage. The Israelis mumbled their displeasure, to no avail. Gen. Keane now wears often his black suit when on tv.
As Dr. Phil might ask: “How’s that working for you?”
I’ll wait…imagine a couple of missiles and drones appearing–say, about Oct 29th, continuing every day thru Nov 5th, giving voting Americans a chance to see gas prices, etc rapidly rising. A deal breaker for sure!
If that happens, how will you know if it is foreign or domestic?
We’re between a rock and a hard place with Iran. If President Trump unleashes an attack on Iran’s power plants, water facilities and/or oil production Iran will retaliate and destroy the power plants, water facilities and oil production in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Apparently they have the ability to do that otherwise we’d have done with this conflict a long time ago.
Yes… I don’t understand why President Trump was so frequently shouting that we had “completely destroyed” this and that… Iran should not be able to cause so much trouble at this point, if what PJDT was saying is true. Statements like that just cause confusion. There is NO ‘dealing’ with the Iranian rulers.
I think his subordinates overstate their successes to him and he’s pleased. When he’s pleased he overshares.
It turns out to not be completely accurate, but by then it’s a new problem to Trump. He moves so fast, and I think it is and was a strength in business, especially real estate but it makes him look bad in politics.
China is helping Iran …
China has an insatiable appetite for oil.
This is hurting China.
With Ukraine Zelensky doing strikes on Russia’s refineries, Russia is getting their oil form India.
I recall that Iran has many proxies in the region (Hamas, Houthis etc). Early on we learned they had created a nuclear production site in Syria, if I remember correctly. They could have military assets outside their borders in many (civilian) areas. And remember, they set up their military to strike at will without centralized directive. That means no ONE military group is leading their war game. If communication is disrupted, as claimed, rogue missiles and drones can fly. Who knows, there could a nuclear asset laying in wait.
El-Sayed and the rise of DSA is the best thing that could have happened to the republican party for the midterms.
Most working class democrats won’t vote for DSA so they’ll stay home or switch and vote republican. The only people supporting DSA are radical losers and college educated indoctrinated retarded God-hating idiots.
The most radical candidates have been winning but they aren’t winning legitimately .
Winning in their primaries…
They are feeling their oats and have come out of the cover of darknesss, feeling free and emboldened enough to show who they really are and what their agenda is.
So repellent and frightening is this agenda and so confident are they that they will walk the Midterms that as the time nears and they get louder/more bellicose with airtime and interviews, I believe they will shoot their fox.
In which case, only electoral corruption and out and out fraud will save them.
I hope that the approximately three months left of listening to their poisonous bilge will be enough to rouse voters from their ennui and lethargy.
John Thune and his obvious, deliberate betrayal and refusal to secure our elections he damned.
I pray so.
The DSA agenda is impossible to accomplish through legitimate elections.
DSA will win some local offices and maybe get some legislative seats in states and the US House. Those seats won’t be able to deliver on their agenda. Not even close.
Their platform would require them to replace the Constitution. There is no way they can win enough seats or big enough seats to have a shot at amending the Constitution through the legitimate Article V process.
Winning statewide general elections is not their real goal. They don’t want to be just a fringe minority party without real power.
When they keep winning local offices and keep winning primary victory after primary victory, but then get repeatedly defeated in statewide general elections, it will give their followers a new rallying cry – “We have been DISENFRANCHISED!” This will get them activated to move into the streets and get violent. They are participating in elections so they can discredit the election process.
Violent overthrow is the DSA’s real goal. Elections are just the stepping stone to get their followers off the fence, off the couch and into the streets for the violent revolution phase.
It’s coming.
This is what Hitler and the SA did to Germany early 30s
But beware, those local and statewide wins the preverbal camel nose are incremental to the sharia sanctions against the once free republic. Look at Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New York!
I have been thinking more or less the same. I sure hope you are right.
This election could be provide an indication of how many confirmed normies there are out there — people who not only have their head firmly in the sand but are also determined to not examine anything beyond what the corporate media allows them to hear.
I suspect that the corporate media just as interested in the same barometer but for the opposite reason that I am interested.
I think that would all be true if we had legitimate voting results.
As long as we use easily manipulated machines and mail in ballots and no identification required,
we will not really know how any state, county, city is voting. We will only see who is chosen, or allowed to win.
In my opinion.
Too big to rig might still work in some areas, but not the ones that are close or easily gaslit into believing it
was the “soccer moms” fault.
I’m with you lolli… there’s no election that can’t be stolen. Not after what we’ve seen. Every state will come down to its urban population centers and they’re always the last to report… and the easiest to steal with mail in ballots.
O’Keefe Media Group has an interview with an Iranian, who is not a US citizen, who is on the voter rolls in Michigan and allowed to vote without proper ID in the primary this past week.
🤮
Suspect that is not isolated case.
I really hope you are correct in your prediction. I still have fears that there are enough ignorant people in this country so that the DSA nut jobs will get elected into office.
Count on it.
As a generation of those with memory and historical reference fade into sunset, who will tell these willfully ignorant of their folly? Well then again, mist don’t listen now, hence this road to serfdom is built, brick by brick. So very sad. I can only vote
You mean democrats.
You hope. It is far more important that Conservatives vote in large numbers, regardless what they think the Dems are doing, or not doing.
Never underestimate the stupidity and self loathing of the purple haired, multiply pierced screaming heifers
I thought JD was pretty gentle of the fraud industry in general.
I sense there is fraudulent money laundering via NGOs on an astronomical scale — for example, for all of the hundreds of billions that have been routed to NGOs for decades, their accomplishment have been negligible and sometimes non-existent or worse — and yet there has been no substantial shake out at all.
I would expect the noise would be very loud, and much louder than what I am hearing , but I am hearing practically nothing except promises.
From what I can see, the first role of the NGO world is to fund itself. To employ family and friends of politicians. To employ an army of fellow travelers. To keep politicians gainfully employed when out of power.
The second role is to push Democrat politics.
The third role is to do what it takes to destroy America.
You forgot “to make sure that whatever it is they’re supposed to eliminate actually flourishes.”
He was working on deporting ilhan omar and nothing has happened despite a mountain of evidence against her.
JD vowed to do that. Since that statement nothing has happened and no updates.
It is like he never said that.
JD craves attention and power but doesn’t know what to do with it when he gets it.
Trump sees that … Trump is testing JD.
Next to immigration, which is a big contributor to it, it’s the financial fraud that drives me the most crazy.
The Feds, each state and municipality will chase you to the ends of the earth for every last tax dollar utilizing extensive technology then shovel it out the door without so much as the simplest double check.
Taxation is theft.
When they shove it out the door they’re sending it to places/programs that benefit them. They do nothing by accident.
We would like them to use the money to benefit we the people.
Unfortunately, these are two different goals. It’s a big club and we aren’t in it.
Pretty lady.
Way the h too much eye makeup.
Raccoons are severely jealous.
More intelligent folks will make better comments.
That’s all.
Vance just seems soft. Hard to envision him crushing his enemies like PDT. Rubio is no nonsense though. He wouldn’t put up with nonsense.
Regarding the discussion of the strait, I wish he would have focused on Sec. Bessent’s message that the IRCG and mad mullahs are hurting themselves because markets are adverse to risk. By the IRGC making the strait risky, they have caused markets to develop other ways of moving oil (new pipelines being built).
Amplifying Bessent’s message would have reinforced the progress we are making in taming Iranian terror and would also have been incoming to the IRGC. I thought Vance’s answer was more blah, blah, blah.
I also see Rubio in his job as Sec. of State as no nonsense, and add Sec. Bessent to that list.
I think that Bessent’s statements about pipelines serving as alternatives are hopium. Pipelines and the pumping stations are very vulnerable to drone warfare. It would be impossible to station defensive missile interceptors all along their length.
Defensive missiles are in short supply. They are an expensive method to intercept a flurry of cheap drones or offensive missiles. With chips in short supply, ramping up the production of defensive systems is very challenging right now.
Agree that alternative transit routes also have vulnerabilities so shouildn’t be counted on as the solution. They certainly can aid given sufficient diversity.
What you’re saying would mean a retaliation that destroys Iran’s oil-producing facilities and pipelines which is why Iran wouldn’t do it.
Deeply buried pipelines are one answer. Also, I was thinking of covering the pumping stations and other pipeline infrastructure with concrete buildings, especially the low angle, blast deflecting type that we built in the mid-east to house fighter jets and even command centers.
The RINOS have their knives out for Vance which means he’s a good choice for us. President Trump didn’t pick Marco for VP. There’s a reason why!
Actually the establishment wants JD. Even FOX news, who I consider the establishment, falsely reported that Trump endorsed JD at a donor fund raiser on Thursday. When Trump was confronted with it the next day, he said emphatically “No” and it was “way to early” for any endorsement. I would be surprised if Trump endorsed JD/. Keep in mind he flatters everyone. He’ll say JD is great or doing a good job, general compliments and that he likes Xi and Putin. He doesn’t like Xi or Putin. They respect each other but he doesn’t like them. They’re snakes. How many times has Trump suggested someone was prime for “central casting?”
Seems to me that the Presidential preparation exercises for J.D. have picked up the pace. As in, preparing him for sooner than ’28.
Is Trump now operating on a different calendar than the election cycle?
Would that mean he just figures one of these assassination attempts is bound to be successful?
Or does he foresee that the final stroke to secure national sovereignty and the destruction of the globalist powers will require him to do something that will necessitate him, morally if not legally, to then remove himself from the Presidency?
I wish such thoughts sounded as crazy today as they would have 20 years ago. But, here we are.
Provocative but rational thinking for the “here we are” times.
Kayleigh also did an excellent interview today with Dr. Redford.
Redford didn’t hold back on his differences with The Science ™️.
The Science ™️harmed many.
There’s a reason he has a private security detail. If you want to punch Fauci in the nose, take a number. There’s a long line ahead of you.
FOX news and the msm are pushing JD. They claimed Trump endorsed JD as his successor at a donor fund raiser on Thursday.
Trump was asked about that yesterday and he flatly denied that he endorsed JD.
He stated it was ““way too early.”
I get the impression the main steam is really pushing for JD.
I still like Rubio better. At least he reminds me of PDJT. His interviews are bold and have fire in them, a little humor here and there. Vance is just to wishy washy in his comments and answers. Not to mention he snorts in his laughter.
it’s Marco for me JD, sorry.
Vance used to have more fire. It seems like he’s gone milquetoast on us. Not good. Marines are supposed to be tough.
