Perhaps he didn’t trust the FBI. He thankfully kept copies of the laptop . I bet the FBI was not aware of that until October 2020 and by then they had had the laptop in their possession for almost a year!

Average per pupil expenditure is around $15,000/yr. If we allowed the money to follow the kids, 10 parents could pool their resources and pay a teacher $100,000/yr and have another $50,000 per year to spend on everything else they need.
If we want change then we the people must DEMAND it! Get up get off are duffs and speak up and vote for respectable, honest, responsible people with some integrity and moral stand.
