Within the background game we are supposed to ignore, the people behind Joe Biden pre-select and pre-approve the questions he receives. The approved journalists and questions are written on a sheet for him to use; today was no exception. However, during the NATO press briefing the importance and subject matter of the venue put pressure on him to answer one non-approved question.
That singular question ‘triggered’ the angry Biden disposition to surface, when he was asked to reconcile his current sanctions regime against previous statements about sanctions being a deterrent to Russian aggression. Biden gets agitated easily. WATCH (prompted):

I actually agreed, for the first time, with Biden. The reporter doesn’t know how sanctions work. Sanctions are punishment, unified punishments. No country shall violate the sanctions, or they too will be punished. Example; Trump’s sanctions against NoKo. Chinese company offloaded a ship in the middle of the sea, to a NoKo ship. China was held responsible for this.

have had various dear loved ones who were old and needed various kinds of help, which was gladly given, grateful that they did not need to rely “on the kindness of strangers” . . . whether helping to the powder room or potty chair, changing out a dirty diaper or colostomy bag, flange and all . . .baths, washing hair, curling hair to make the dear one feel good . . . it is all a luxury experience that you could not buy for a million dollars, to help out a loved one, sick or elderly or both, or cleaning an old neighbor’s apartment so they could get back their deposit on their way to moving to another place and were being browbeaten by the Sup that they would have to pay HIM to clean it all up.
