It is very easy to snark or ridicule this approach from the position of being an intelligent adult in a world of childishness. However, we dismiss it at our own peril.
When the COVID mitigation “rules” and compliance mandates were first announced, many of us looked at the absurdity of it all. Examples:
Standing at a bar having a drink was dangerous and could rapidly lead to an airborne coronavirus infection, but if you were seated you were safe. We laughed at the stupidity of the rules, the entire premise was ridiculous. However, a whole lot of people never even grasped the absurdity, because they no longer think in these rational or logical terms.
If you walked into a Walmart superstore in Michigan, you could purchase food safely; but if you picked up a can of paint the coronavirus would suddenly become more dangerous. The hardware, seeds and paint section of the building was roped off to stop those purchases in order to protect people from the coronavirus. Again, the absurdity of the policy was beyond silly, but the policy remained in place didn’t it?
Similarly, we might remember a man paddleboarding alone far offshore in the Pacific Ocean of Southern California. However, his isolated recreational activity was dangerous in the era of widespread coronavirus panic. The man was quickly surrounded by police boats and gunships from the U.S. customs and border protection for violating the coronavirus lockdown rules. He was arrested. The absurdity of it was missed by many.
These are just a few examples of context to frame the process of using Tik Tok social media dancers to advance regional geopolitical strategies in the complex NATO war operations around Ukraine.
Does the briefing of Tik Tok dancers, social media ‘influencers’, to advance NATO objectives seem bizarre? Sure it does. However, is it any more bizarre than the expressed implications of danger from purchasing paint -vs- fried chicken at Walmart?

What I didn’t know about was NAZIs there.
But it does complete the picture for more. Violent NAZI thugs are the enforcement against people there who don’t like what they are seeing. Been going on for centuries.
But what’s STRANGE here is a US government which is hesitant to deploy troops to settle a conflict. To me, that’s the thing that sticks out the most.

I found the movie “Don’t Look Up” to be quite ironic in the casting of Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence in their roles.
I also found it to be both amusing and disturbing all at the same time. From an entertainment point, it was fairly amusing. Comparing it to real life was quite disturbing in the number of absurd things that you could point to in the movie, and see the same happening in real life.

I will draw attention to two points of the propaganda campaign around covid:
1) The Fauci emails showed it was Facebook which contacted the CDC and offered its services as a propaganda vehicle, not CDC enlisting Facebook. Also, Zuckerberg implied propaganda infrastructure already existed.
The CDC was not the initiator of the propaganda program. Facebook was. Think about that.
2) When YouTube launched the “Get back to What You Love” pro-shot campaign, it enlisted dozens of YouTube partners, i.e. YouTube employees, to make videos which pushed the messaging to their teen and pre-teen audience.
If you underestimate the power of this strategy, think again. Some young relatives visited recently. As usual, they had their noses buried in smartphones. The TV was on in the background. I noticed that when “adult commercials” came on they paid no attention.
However, when a young person speaking with the vocal projection and “cool” accent commonly used by social media personalities, they immediately picked up on the audio cues. The speaker managed to pull their attention from the phones and onto himself, because he was speaking in the cultural idioms they have come to identify with themselves.
I have made this point before and will make it again: social media platforms, including porn and dating sites, are propaganda and social engineering systems, and we dismiss the absurdity of the “TikTok Brigade” at our peril. These type of campaigns are designed with the next war in mind as much, if not more, than the present one.

The thought of 1/3 of the population falling for such foolish behavior is attributed to the utopian future they believe in. Not living with the reality of today they actually believe the bs directed by government and the press. It’s worth destroying our country and the world for utopia.
Yet, you ask any of them how, in this utopia, things will work such as what type of government, community owned business, community owned stores, etc and all you get us cricket s. I’ve asked and nothing. They truly live in a dream world of false promises.
Reminds me of a lefty co-worker who went vegetarian because he didn’t like the thought of killing animals to eat. I asked him if everyone went vegetarian, what would they do with all the cattle, chickens, etc. I said, they will keep producing and overrun us.

Another reason to STOP USING SOCIAL MEDIA. If no one listens to it, has it been heard? Conservatives say ” we need to stay engaged on SM to get our message out.” Who cares if the idiot TT dancers hear our message? Do you really believe anything said on SM will change any minds? There are very affordable rural areas in Florida. But wait until the real estate bubble bursts. Last go round (2008) it burst harder in Florida than anywhere else. That’s how it happens in especially desirable locations. If you own now, sell and rent and wait out the bubble. You have time to reinvest the sales proceeds in real estate before you’re penalized, at least the last time I reviewed tax laws.
