There was once a beautiful little town in southern Minnesota that hubby and I liked to stop and visit when heading south out of Minnesota on vacation. Last time we were there most of the cute shops were closed, and the businesses that were open were barely hanging on. Even if Go Fund Me, Inc. is not registered to do business in a particular state, an allegation that they nevertheless ARE doing business in that state (they committed fraud in the state) also may prevent them from defending the action altogether.
For a corporation like this, sending expensive lawyers out to defend small claims lawsuits all over the place is a far worse problem than defending a large class action lawsuit.

Lawsuits, including class actions, against GFM should plead that the corporate veil must be disregarded due to fraudulent misconduct by executives, who should be named PERSONALLY as defendants. The cases should NOT be settled, but instead go to jury trial, and massive class-action judgments obtained against them PERSONALLY. The fortunes these slime balls have made during their lucrative careers must be LEVIED from them (and their families) and distributed to the millions they victimized.

Besides the ‘clueless morons’ and other pejorative descriptions, there are hundreds of millions of humans who have short attention spans and love the convenience, and benefits, of the the grift.
