Russia seized Crimea, of which Sevastopol is part of, in 2014. Putin doesn’t “share” it with anyone. Also, Russia formally annexed it soon after, so there’s little chance of joint ownership now or in the future.
Crimea has been Russian since 1783.
The “transfer” of Crimea to The Ukraine was done under the USSR purely for administrative reasons.

I could have but I didn’t have the guts to be that fast and that low to the water. I imagine some did. I know one of our squadron pilots misjudged the water and his altitude. He augured-in and that was the end of him.

Formation flying was my favorite kind of flying. I think formation part of flying is every aviators favorite. Something about it all and the whole thing makes it special. Especially formation landings. Doing it in night weather….now that really gets your attention.

Sanctions on members of the Russian government, sanctions such that Germany can never get any gas from Russian through Nordstream 2. (that IS really bad – for Germany), sanctions such that Russia cannot transfer money through SWIFT. (I understand that Russia and China have an alternative system ready to use if that happens. In the meantime neither the EU or the US will be able to transfer any money through SWIFT to Russia or China either, so that is bad for the EU and the US).
It seems that those are really bad things for everybody. Hmm.
I cannot tell if the committee running the US at this time really thinks Russia is going to attack the Ukraine or if these articles are just fear porn. Or wishful thinking.
In the meantime Russia is not going to attack the Ukraine, (no matter where the Russian troops are) unless
