Joe Biden did it again today. A month after the first announcement, the White House occupant claimed again a Dept of Labor rule (via OSHA) is forthcoming, yet no such process appears to be taking place. This ploy now seems very purposeful, because without an actual policy or regulation visibly in place, state attorneys general cannot file a lawsuit or request an injunction.
As long as Biden keeps threatening a DOL worker vaccination rule sometime in the future, many employers will take action to require worker vaccination. This seems to be the actual strategy; bolstered by White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki caught off-guard last week when asked about it.
Psaki had no idea how to answer the question about any OSHA activity not taking place (link). Obviously Psaki didn’t expect the question, but it was also obvious that no background conversation had ever taken place amid the White House communication team.
Perhaps responding to an awakening on that issue, Joe Biden gave a speech today begging people to get vaccinated and again warning that a federal vaccine mandate for all workers was coming:

I don’t understand that. When PDJT issued EOs, most if not all were immediately challenged in the courts. Biden issued 2 Executive Orders on Sept. 9 (one for federal employees of the executive, one for federal contractors).
Why can’t they be challenged? Both are in the Federal Register.

This is why its so important to not quit your job and to let your lawless employer fire you if they are Democrat loyalists so inclined to goose-step to their Fuhrer Biden’s press release. Class action lawsuits are forming up and employers are eventually going to have to pay out to all those whose Constitutional rights have been violated. On the advise of their beloved Fuhrers Biden, these hapless employers have created a 2 month legal grey area for themselves by putting people on “Unpaid Suspension” if they refuse to join the vaccine experimental Phase 3 Clinical Trials. They have declared “Submit or you will be fired Dec. 1”
Its like a massive game of chicken to see what will happen legally Dec. 1. Hopefully most employees who have been separated are joining up with a class action lawsuit and not giving up their right to choose whether to risk subjecting themselves to a lifetime of medical problems (or death) by submitting to these Russian-Roulette drugs, that also seem to be very ineffective.
In the meantime, employees who have these Democrat CEOs issuing these orders suffer. Some companies are further punishing their employees by not allowing them to use any paid leave benefits they have accrued, even if they already had pre-approved vacations. If you work for such an employer I would suggest that you are working for a company that doesn’t deserve to have any employees at all. This would be a good time to dust off your resume and start looking for another job for a better employer, and if need be, in another state that has not been over-run by Democrat Fascism already. It takes time to job hunt, travel, go on interviews, and most people have a hard time doing this when they are working full time. Hopefully you have enough emergency savings to stem the tide until you find a new job or the lawsuits pay out. I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of employers back off when Dec 1 rolls around. The problem with firing a large number of your employees (and not being able to replace them yet) is that the employees left behind, who now face an untenable increase in their workload, get burned out and also quit. Most workers have been burned out by pandemic stressors and need more recovery time than the 11 days/year vacation allotment their corporate overlords allow. We are usually too exhausted from our thankless jobs to spend quality time with those who mean the most to us. There are many local churches helping those with financial needs and food deficiencies. You are not alone. The housing market is high & it is a great time to sell if you need to escape from your Blue captors. If you are a renter, even easier. Just give your notice and go. For those looking for a good investment, buy stock in moving companies. Or if you are the entrepreneur type, start your own moving company. Because we Americans have the DNA of Freedom in our blood, we are free-thinkers and extremely creative. For generations we have known how to rise to the challenge of change and come up with astonishing solutions and achievements. Fired school teachers and parents can form home-schooling co-ops for example. The sky is the limit on American ingenuity.

Anyone know of any specific lawsuits I can join? My company just said it was going to fire me in Dec. I talked to my doctor yesterday who told me yes I might die from the shot but my vulnerability is not an official reason for a medical exemption. To make me feel better, my doctor said I could receive the jab in the ER. (you know, just in case.)

Medical exemptions are written based on if one has had a previous reaction to a vaccine. Basically many people have had problems with flu vaccines when they contained chicken or egg bits or whatever. Exemptions are not being written for any allergies specific to this “vaccine.”
Each of the three “vaccines” has an ingredient called PEG. None of the flu vaccines did. So you could be allergic to PEG and this is not an acceptable medical excuse for not taking the “vaccine.”
So anyone who has skin reactions to regular soaps and shampoos should be very careful when taking the “jab.”
My wife’s employer is a very large global enterprise with 100K+++ employees.
They have lots of lawyers who understand the law.
They have shown no intention whatsover to do anything about it.
My employer demands vaccination, but since I’m working as a contractor, my agency has no plans in place to require it, so I’m staying put. There is a lot of work though.
My company (2500 employees) is requiring all employees to have the vax to enter the office. All contractors, visitors and guests also must register their vax card before entering the campus.
I’m unvaccinated and unable to enter my company’s office. I can continue to work from home but that will end at the end of the year and I will need to return to the office.
