CTH begins every review of the Durham news with the following disclaimer: If Special Counsel John Durham was going to reveal what optimistic folks proclaim as possible; how is Durham going to handle the reality that Robert Mueller’s entire existence was in place to hide it?
How can John Durham reconcile finding direct evidence of the Clinton camp and her law firm Perkins Coie working with political operatives within the FBI and DOJ, against Robert Mueller, and Andrew Weissmann hiding it?
The only way for Durham to successfully proceed in typical swamp-fashion is if he carves out the corrupt government officials and only focuses his attention at the ancillary participants operating outside government.
This appears to be his approach and will likely disappoint everyone in the final outcome.
Granting Durham the benefit of doubt on his own integrity (a stretch for me), the brutally obvious is then present.
Anyone outside government -caught in the Durham probe- can obviously threaten, blackmail and leverage their government co-conspirators to lessen/remove any punitive criminal outcomes. According to a new CNN report: “Special Counsel John Durham has issued a new set of subpoenas, including to a law firm with close ties to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, an indication that Durham could be trying to build a broader criminal case, according to people briefed on the matter.”

Nellie Ohr (Ham Radio) went to work for Fusion-GPS in November of 2015 to build the Trump oppo-research file. Clinton, through Perkins Coie, hired Fusion-GPS in April 2016 to use the Trump oppo-research file. Fusion-GPS then contracted U.K. intelligence operative Chris Steele (May 2016). The Trump file was laundered through Christopher Steele into the FBI via Nellie Ohr’s husband in the DOJ National Security Division, Bruce Ohr. The FBI, via Peter Strzok, then used the Nellie/Steele Trump file, now called the “Steele Dossier” to get the October 2016 FISA surveillance warrant and justify the pre-existing investigation which was triggered to assist the Clinton political operatives. Trump unexpectedly won the election in November 2016, and everyone freaked out. That’s why they needed two things: (1) maintenance of the Trump/Russia collusion conspiracy; and (2) Robert Mueller/Andrew Weissmann (May 2017), to cover their tracks.
That’s how the whole thing takes place.
It doesn’t matter how far away we get from it, that’s what happened.

My friend inherited an old farm house. He was excited to think he might move his family there after doing significant renovations. Unfortunately, when he heard from his contractor, a Mr. Durham, what the price would be to do the restoration, he realized that the house was too far gone and he decided that it was best after all to tear it down and start over.

Your theory sure seems correct. On previous posts, I have joked that Durham was a figment of John Solomon’s imagination. However, with the Sussman indictment, there is a somebody that signs his name “Durham” and apparently has legal authority to make an arrest. This cannot be denied.
Can you imagine yourself holding a high profile assignment like Special Prosecutor, with great legal power, and living between DC and Connecticut, and having to travel in between by air or train, or even by car? You would have to stop and buy gas sometime, or stop in a restaurant, hotel, or convenience store. Somebody would recognize you, and perhaps attempt to introduce themselves, and try to ask questions, it would seem. Surveillance cameras are everywhere, and at some point it would seem that somebody would learn of your routines, and would find out the places you frequent, and ultimately obtain surveillance video of you. Can you imagine how hard it would be to avoid any human contact, yet hold this high, powerful position?
And what I described above is just the normal person to person contact in city streets. News organizations must be trying hard to get interviews with Durham. These powerful companies must have the means to obtain his contact information, like email address, cellphone number, etc. As corrupt as everything has become, they should be able to purchase such access from telephone companies and email server providers.
So who would want such a job? Never going into a restaurant to avoid contact. Hiring secret people to buy your gas and groceries. Concealing your face on those rare times when you walk down a street. Perhaps you only travel in unmarked government cars, armored, with government chauffeurs sworn to secrecy.
And, with all the investigation materials, documents, files, affidavits, and testimony you know more about Spygate than anyone (except Sundance of course,) but there is no one to discuss this information with. It would be like a college professor teaching an empty class, every day.
The whole Durham thing is really quite a mystery to me, or else I am just too naive and conventional to comprehend these kinds of things.
His not leaking is a very positive indicator for many.

historically, it one of two things:
a means to get the low handing fruit to yield and provide testimony against others in exchange for a light punishment. This is the classic way the FBI took down the mafia (sort of…there is more to that story, but essentially that’s how they did it.)

2 questions for Legal treehousers
1) Opinion on Horowitz report (FISA/Woods procedures issues) dropping the same day as DNC/HRC law firm receives subpoenas. Is Horowitz diagraming issues with FISA warrants and durham feeling in the blanks?
2) Alfa Bank issued several subpoenas last friday (9/22). Is there a possibility the Alfa subpoenas were directly or indirectly coordinated with SC Durham. I do not expect this to be the case but am interested in typical procedures in a case like this.
To begin with I have zero knowledge of ham radios.
But I do have a few questions and thoughts………
So how many ham radio frequencies are there? 100?, 500?, 1,000?, 5,000?
And if someone knew the frequency they were communicating on and they were “within range” and tuned in could they listen in?
If the answer is yes then is there anything wrong with the Patriots building out a volunteer army of “code breakers” and if there are say 5,000 possible frequencies we get 15-20,000 volunteers to become our army of ears.
All day, everyday working in shifts monitoring every frequency assuming this is doable.
And if so we ensure every code breaker has a cell phone and/or voice recording app assuming this too is legal.
Yes this sounds crazy but if the evil doers are communicating and plotting via ham radio and there are 100M of us maybe it is time we try and fight back and it could begin with communications.

reality: there are about 140 KNOWN base stations located in the northern hemisphere that have the capability to real time collect ALL short wave freqs. All of them…Even the “swiss” freqs.
When you consider what BIG DATA really is…you start to understand it is trivial to collect then select then analyze and then “scone” all short wave traffic.
the problem however, is that the agency that performs this collection is the NSA, which is a signit PROVIDER, not a LE agency. they have no legal authoritities to investigate or prosecute.
so in the end, while the capability is there to read it all, only the IC agencies, including the DOD and FBI are “customers”…(and of course, CIA!)…
so basically we are back to square one….why would these agencies NOW release or cooperate with durham NOW given they had this knowledge of a crime for quite some time. of course they will sit on it.

A couple notes about ham call signs for those who don’t know.
NK6S? That’s a vanity call sign only available to extra (the highest license) class licenses. It’s a far cry from a technician license (Ms. Ohr’s, the lowest license). You have to know a lot about radio and electronic theory. You don’t go out and get an extra license to talk with a tech on a $25 Chinese handy talkie. OTOH, if you already have an extra license, you can certainly use the same freqs as a tech, and could probably teach a relatively intelligent non-ham to pass the tech test in a couple hours.
Also, the US has call areas—6 in a call sign means it was issued to a Californian. A 4 means Virginia to Alabama with Tennessee and Kentucky.

Without using too many crayons to express the indirect results of assembling these Constitutional Conventions the goal should be, “To put pressure on the many failicies within the Federal Government’s IC Fourth Estate over reach.”
This meshes very neatly
with Sundance outline of taking back the Country at the State level by reasserting the member States guilding authority of consent to be governed at the Federal level governance.
It provides a very clear focused position for citizen of member States to rally around. And, reassert the fundamental constitutional question of the Republic, “To be governed by consent at the Federal level.”
I would most definitely call these Constitutional Conventions a wake up call.

The swamp will make sure it’s corrupt are protected, as always. It will take creator God almighty getting involved to stop that nonsense. Meanwhile, there are plenty of stories in the news of the swamp running around looking for patriotic everyday senior citizens that attend Trump rallies so they can destroy their lives.
And this tyranny over covid is like nothing I’ve seen in my lifetime. The truth is that I don’t know a single person, including myself, who is anti-vaccine. Most of us simply want vaccines that are mature and have the bugs worked out, vaccines that are safe before we allow them injected into our body. That’s all.
