CTH begins every review of the Durham news with the following disclaimer: If Special Counsel John Durham was going to reveal what optimistic folks proclaim as possible; how is Durham going to handle the reality that Robert Mueller’s entire existence was in place to hide it?
How can John Durham reconcile finding direct evidence of the Clinton camp and her law firm Perkins Coie working with political operatives within the FBI and DOJ, against Robert Mueller, and Andrew Weissmann hiding it?
The only way for Durham to successfully proceed in typical swamp-fashion is if he carves out the corrupt government officials and only focuses his attention at the ancillary participants operating outside government.
This appears to be his approach and will likely disappoint everyone in the final outcome.
Granting Durham the benefit of doubt on his own integrity (a stretch for me), the brutally obvious is then present.
Anyone outside government -caught in the Durham probe- can obviously threaten, blackmail and leverage their government co-conspirators to lessen/remove any punitive criminal outcomes. According to a new CNN report: “Special Counsel John Durham has issued a new set of subpoenas, including to a law firm with close ties to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, an indication that Durham could be trying to build a broader criminal case, according to people briefed on the matter.”

Nellie Ohr (Ham Radio) went to work for Fusion-GPS in November of 2015 to build the Trump oppo-research file. Clinton, through Perkins Coie, hired Fusion-GPS in April 2016 to use the Trump oppo-research file. Fusion-GPS then contracted U.K. intelligence operative Chris Steele (May 2016). The Trump file was laundered through Christopher Steele into the FBI via Nellie Ohr’s husband in the DOJ National Security Division, Bruce Ohr. The FBI, via Peter Strzok, then used the Nellie/Steele Trump file, now called the “Steele Dossier” to get the October 2016 FISA surveillance warrant and justify the pre-existing investigation which was triggered to assist the Clinton political operatives. Trump unexpectedly won the election in November 2016, and everyone freaked out. That’s why they needed two things: (1) maintenance of the Trump/Russia collusion conspiracy; and (2) Robert Mueller/Andrew Weissmann (May 2017), to cover their tracks.
That’s how the whole thing takes place.
It doesn’t matter how far away we get from it, that’s what happened.

When my son deployed to the sandbox, we used a very simple system where we both signed in to an encrypted email system. The encryption didn’t really matter because we never SENT an email. We just communicated through an email draft and a running conversation that never got sent because there was never a recipient.
For these characters it would not work because they would leave tracks on their own computers, which could be subpoenaed. So, IMO, using Ham is pretty ingenious.

He doesn’t have two licenses. Amateur Radio has multiple license classes, awarded after passing increasingly difficult tests. Joffe’s previous call sign was for his Advanced Class license. When you pass the most rigorous test for the top license, Amateur Extra Class, you can be issued a new call sign, with a format that denotes your status. My license info looks the same: I had an Advanced license, previous to passing the test for Extra, and receiving a new call sign (decades ago, not currently active on the air).
Over the years, the standards for the licenses have been relaxed, and the Novice and Advanced Classes were eliminated. Also, the Morse Code requirements are gone, now. Even so, I will say that it is implausible to me that someone would go to the considerable trouble to get an Extra Class license, simply to facilitate covert communications. There are too many easier, more reliable, secure and predictable methods. Now the Technician Class… maybe. It’s an easier license. But the privileges for that license are more toward VHF/UHF, which is suitable for short distances, but not hundreds or thousands of miles. And during periods of very low sunspot activity (like now), “shortwave” communications over long distances, with relatively low power, is usually a bust.
Always allow for the possibility of the coincidence, that some sinister nerdy types will have nerdy private hobbies, like ham radio, without that being part of their sinister activities.

Perspective of a Catholic Prosecutor | Honorable John Durham
Wow… I listened to Durham’s full speech. He’s a good, decent and certainly appears to be a devout, serious Christian. That was Jan 2019.
Being a Catholic myself, I was listening for clues to his Christian Catholic values. I see no reason not to trust him.
I also listened to Barr’s speech at Notre Dame as he revealed his faith in God. I saw no reason not to trust him either.
Both men described truths that they just couldn’t know if they were not genuine, serious Catholic Christians.
Joe Biden would not know, would not be able to express what both Durham and Barr know and were capable of explaining about their Catholic faith. Biden is a shallow Catholic… and it shows.
Honestly, there’s got to be a Sting going on… and both Barr and Durham are part of Trump’s team. It certainly looks like Barr did betray Trump and the nation. It does but I believe he did not…. bc he could not… bc to do so would require betraying himself and all he professes to believe and know about God, truth, justice, eternal principles. Only if the DS threatened to murder Barr’s kids or grandkids could Barr walk away… like he certainly did… or appears to have done.
40 years from now Durhams grandson will be working on this case preparing to issue subpoenas.

Since SD nailed this almost 4 yrs ago & still only with 2 lightweight indictments, can’t imagine the efforts that were underway globally to coordinate the theft of the 2020 election. With no justice in matters of last 5 years, how could a good, qualified conservative be elected to office and, if somehow elected, serve effectively when faced with the next waves of hoaxes.

That sets up the FBI as patsies and not co-conspirators. That’s complete b.s., they were in on it from the start before even George P was set up.
The odds of Durham pursuing a RICO-style case do go up a bit now. The issue, as always, is that once this gets to Hillary Clinton’s door, everything will stop. She will not be touched. Comey will not be touched. Rosenstein will not be touched. McCabe will not be touched. Strzok will not be touched. Page will not be touched. They were all innocent victims of a plot by low-level operatives within the Clinton orbit who – without the knowledge of candidate Clinton, nor anybody on her staff – hatched the Russia conspiracy. After I got back from Vietnam I saw television coverage of an operation in Vietnam in which a young officer was describing saving a village from the Communists. In the background was a burning and completely destroyed village. When the reporter pointed out that fact, he painfully admitted that in order to save the village it had to be destroyed……unfortunately that is precisely the point that we have reached with our dying Republic.
This is a sad realization for me personally, as I have always believed in the idea of America, the Constitutional Republic. Perhaps it can be rebuilt after the fall.

but…there is a type of ham radio system that is dual purpose… essentially it’s a multi system ..the typical short wave radio transceiver BUT with an internet network capability.
lots of landline types prefer this due to some of the real time and environmental constraints.
the interesting thing is that you can communicate both radio and internet simultaneously.
in fact there are some short wave radio fixed sites that serve as relays (hubs), also tied to internet backbone.
the really high end stuff is short wave satellite multi…normally configured for special Maritime comms in remote areas or where critical comms with near zero faults are needed.
I dabbled with short wave way way back in 1985 when I began my career in USCG maintaining loran systems in the Pacific…most of the sparkies had short wave sets to do mostly hobby stuff…but one of our cwo’s had his broad spectrum setup with an oscope to assist in analyzing loran signal quality.
I’m not saying short wave is undetectable…or the theory has merit…I do know that NSA and military monitor short wave…it’s not completely unknown that actors have used these systems to comm.
taking it a bit further, it’s possible to encrypt short wave, but that diminishes bandwidth and thus typically only for data messages…
scenario: Nellie has a set in her basement in DC…wants to chat with a known UK actor…no problem doing that except it requires a fairly decent antenna array on both sides of the pond…and ideal weather.
the prefer way to do it, of you want to be covert ..is to encrypt then send via a short Wave to internet modem. eliminates the antenna and environmental problems, plus it can be offloaded to various private virtual networks.
or Occam’s…they just used a encrypted custom app they borrowed from the FBI counter Intel shop.
these folks would have access to just about anything if they had clearance …if working for a counter Intel shop it’s likely all of it is firewalled away from everyone except key players.

It is coincidental that I have interests in what you are describing in using short wave radio for networking between computers. Ditto on encryption.
I can see a confluence of opportunity for applying IT experience, tech knowledge, and a bit of enterprise to do something new.
On the otherhand, it also reminds me of software defined radio.
In the 80s and 90s A company called ChipSwitch had an encryption routine in the 10/11 meter band on the Uniden HR2510 and 2600 that the NSA did everything they could to get shut down. It was crazy but my understanding that they couldn’t hack it and drug cartels were using it. It was a combination of encryption with spread spectrum frequency hopping using AM/FM and SSB. The guy that made the mod was threatened by the government and quit offering the encryption option.
I do KNOW that company (florida based). I cannot discuss in open details. But I will just say that in the late 80’s we utilized some very sharp folks “out of houston” to do counter drug ops in the carib and south america…for almost 7 years before “someone” decided to blow up the counter intel. It was frustrating.
Imagine being capable of knowing in real time the comms of major drug cartels.
