Gateway Pundit has a hopeful analysis of the Sussman indictment, examining the allegations involving Tech Executive #1, Law Firm #1, the Clinton Campaign, TE#1’s role in multiple “Internet Companies 1, 2 & 3,” and various agents and representatives of the Clinton Campaign, and concluding that Durham’s investigation is not a one and done effort. This indictment’s allegations reveal likely crimes by TE-1, including using access to “non-public data” obtained in connection with a federal contract to gather data on a list of Trump people, which TGP speculates reverberates from the “four contractors” given illegal access to run queries in the NSA database from the FIDA Court’s opinion calling a halt to that practice. The premise is that these other crimes alleged among these many people would not be detailed so thoroughly, unless they are part and parcel of, and need to be consistent with, other contemplated indictments. Further that, to make such allegations strongly suggests that all those people were at least questioned as part of this investigation.
So it is a hopeful analysis for those who crave justice. Hope springs eternal, cynicism usually displaces it eventually.
Stepping back, I believe the biggest Deep State crime of all pivots on Peter Strzok’s dual role as head of Counter-Terrorism at both the FBI and the CIA. How having a CIA agent run both HRC’s MYE and DJT’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation can possibly square with the prohibition on the CIA running domestic operations, especially presidential campaign protection (HRC) and disruption (DJT) operations, is beyond comprehension. It is NOT square. It is CROOKED.
Barr once again was brought in to clean up and sweep under the rug evidence of Deep State crimes. But as Sundance has so well educated us, the Deep State has its own divisions, and one of them falls between DOJ and CIA. “Lying to the FBI” shows the FBI/DOJ seeking to cleanse ITS record, but these allegations highlighted by TGP implicate the multi-faceted role of TE-1, likely a top executive at Crowdstrike, likely one of the four contractors given illegal access at NSA, the announced independent contractor for the DNC whose report blaming Russia for the DNC hack was accepted by the FBI (and 16 other intelligence agencies) as where the buck stopped in terms of that infamous “hacking” that was really a download by a murdered techie Bernie Sanders supporter.

May former DOJ lawyer Sussman be squeezed like a garlic clove in a hot box interrogation room to save himself some years.

OK, maybe I missed something but since when was Strzok a manager for both the FBI and CIA concurrently? Could you provide any reliable source for that info?
P.S. The Gateway Pundit can be entertaining to read but is not exactly the pinnacle of journalistic integrity. Way too much breathless, hyperbolic insinuation and click bait.
I believe Sundance has long ago confirmed that Stroxz was BOTH a CIA AND FBI employee, although I can’t provide links.
The NSD was, IMHO a direct result of a “Memorandum of Understanding” between the CIA and FBI, signed soon after 9-11.
Ostensibly, to “break down the walls between the two agencies” that had contributed to “dropping the ball” on 9/11, I believe it actually gave each agency something they craved; the National Security Division was ACTUALLY a CIA Station, located in DC, in direct violation of their charter and U.S. Law (thats what the CIA “got”) and they simply didn’t CALL it that.
And, the FBI got “contractor access” to the NSA database, putting the lie to statements “it will NEVER be used against American citisens!”
Read up on “The National Security Division” in the archives, and read between the lines. Exempt from oversight, even from the I.G.’s office, and the source for the actual actions of the coup we are undergoing.

But he could have been either detailed to the CIA or liaisoned with the CIA.
I recall several years ago reading a very detailed description of his dual role on brass balls.com, complete with many references to original documents. I’m pretty sure Jake Sullivan is mentioned in the indictment as a campaign foreign policy advisor. Believe the mtg he attended was Sept 15. Sussmann seems to have briefed her campaign (Mook, Sullivan and Palmieri) right before he took the Alfa story to James Baker.
As an aside, given the emails Durham referenced in the indictment where they basically admit to inventing the Alfa story, I am wondering what other confessionary emails he has of others 🙂

I personally know of an attorney who was disbarred for telling a court she had a death in the family when she was referring to her cat. I have been practicing law for 20+ years and I am absolutely flabbergasted that Clinesmith wasn’t permanently disbarred. It defies literally every published precedent in all 50 states.
I’ve not yet seen anything that suggests to me Our Overlords are moved by precedent.

Respectfully, I have identified a syndrome, a dillusion which I call the “Sidney Powell Syndrome”, and Devin Nunes appears to be another suffering with it.
I LOVE Sidney,…but. She clearly clings to the dillusion that the criminal justice system in the U.S. is what she WANTS it to be, rather than what it IS, and this despite overwhelming personal experience of the truth (which is common with dillusions).
She, Nunes and others, including some here who post “sue the crap out of the barstuds!” are in DENIAL of reality; this is NOT your Fathers Criminal Justice system, where IF you are on the ‘side of right’ you will ultimately prevail.
The relationship between Justice, and our curreny Court system, is like the relationship between a warm puppy and a hot dog; SOUNDS similar, but in actuality quite different.
In order to prevail in this struggle, we MUST be able to view things realistically, and cutting thru our illusions, and dillusions is essential.

I have no doubt that Nunes is one of the few principled Republicans but he is naive if he thinks that any probes or courts in the US will turn and expose all the lawlessness and give appropriate sentences. His optimism does not have a foundation in reality. Only a Divine intervention could turn around Americans and prevent the collapse of the USA. However, God does not work that way. He does not endorse our politics but calls us to repentance and faith in Christ and a life focused on serving him.

The inference in the indictment that the FBI was somehow clueless of Sussman’s motivations and would have been more discriminating had he admitted his relationship with the Clinton campaign is on its face patently absurd. Given that, I find it difficult to believe that any more meaningful indictments are coming, and certainly no charges against the “gullible but earnest” LEOs or the ones running the show. Best case scenario is charges will be brought against the non-goverment individuals who exploited their access to non-public information. It seems pretty clear that the letter agencies will be preserved regardless of the outrageous and unlawful behaviors of their employees.
It is frankly amazing that Durham disclosed as much as he did via the indictment, given that this information is certain to lead to the big question — if the Dems would falsify or manipulate data to create a false narrative about Trump’s connection to a Russian bank, how reasonable was it for the FBI to rely on the DNC’s conclusion that their server was “hacked” versus the greater likelihood that there was a mole on the inside of the DNC? Meanwhile no one charged with investigation into this has ever spoken to Julian Assange. Curiouser and curiouser.

Prior to the election win, this was a conspiracy to destroy candidate Trump. After the election win, this became a conspiracy to bring down the duly elected President of the United States and his duly elected government.

Durham appears to have produced hard and compelling evidence of crimes, conspiracy and unlawful intent to commit treason to remove a duly elected President of the United States.
