Perhaps it’s because we have been discussing this moment for over a decade; or perhaps it’s because we’ve already chosen our tribe amid this league of crazy; or perhaps it’s just because we don’t like ‘them’ in the first place; but whatever it is, this announcement today by the White House to cleave society into vaxxed -vs- non-vaxxed status is actually a little funny. Good luck with it.

This ain’t new. Or as we say amid my social circle: “We done knew.”
The White House claims that 80 million Americans are unvaccinated, and we are now the enemy of the state. OK, whatever. When you get all done with the teeth gnashing part, I’m still unvaxxed. And if I’m no longer permitted to engage in a social construct that I have been studiously avoiding for the past few decades, well, meh…. a’right then, punish me by barring me from living life amid the Federal Moonbats. The federal compliance and enforcement part of the mandated worker vaccination will be fun to watch.
I have serious doubts that only 80 million Americans are unvaccinated, but fair enough; if that’s your number, okay then. However, consider this…. Assuming we are the minority group, the non-vaxxed crew breaks down into two broad segments: (1) The extremely well-educated who carry commonsense and are in a social strata where they remain quiet about it; and (2) The skeptical productive class of similarly disposed commonsense blue-collar workers who are the backbone of American productivity.
The comfortable existence for the rest of “polite society” is dependent on the scruffneck working class, the dirty fingernail folk who know what Lava soap feels like, and the industrious service sector workforce who fulfill the needs of those who hold out their pinky fingers when they drink from a glass.
If this non-vaccinated ‘minority group’ stops fulfilling the needs of the vaccinated ‘betters’, guess what happens?
Additionally, if the non-vaccinated minority begin following the COVID rules with extreme compliance, the entire system doesn’t function. Whoops, I cannot enter a federal property because I am not vaccinated {{{shrugs shoulders}}}. Okay, I’ll leave the pizzas on the sidewalk, enjoy.
The ramifications of extreme compliance are very far-reaching, and we are snarky enough in our skills as non-vaccinated insurgents to know exactly how to best play the role of being as stupid as you say we are. Oh damn, did I forget to tighten that oil filter… sheesh, whoops. If only I was as smart as one of you vaccinated types these mistakes wouldn’t happen.
It is likely the elitist goal of the crew behind Biden to cleave society thereby destroying it. However, if there’s something I know about this crew – it’s how their hubris is their blindspot.
They can never think clearly through the details of their dictates because they have never operated/lived in the place where the outcomes of those dictates surface. They make rules that are never implemented within their own tribe; this fact makes them extremely vulnerable.
Cleaving society ain’t necessarily a bad thing when my tribe wants nothing to do with you in the first place.
When the SHTF (sh!t hits the fan), these ruling elite types, and those who look down their noses at the unwashed WalMart shoppers, are the first culled by natural selection because they cannot function in a world where their basic needs are not serviced by others.
Stuff yourself into a box filled with like-minded vaccinated intellectuals filled with artificial airs-and-graces; meanwhile me and my tribe, who can clean up well and hold discussion in the snob-set but choose not to, will be having a grand time laughing and enjoying fellowship on the tailgate of a pickup truck.
The laughter and fun is always on the freedom side, our side of the aisle. The totalitarian mind that needs to control people is a life of misery; and it’s an endless quest to fill a void that we simply don’t have.

I know a 15 person company that has a service contract for a piece of equipment built for the federal gooberment. It calls for a service tech to be there 1 day every 6 months. The service techs are not vaccinated and will not comply, one of which is still recovering from a sever case of the WuFlu. With the mandate issued today, The company owner said if they force the issue of requiring the Fauci Ouchie, they will just pass. The same company has a service contract with another hospital for the same kind of work. The owner will pass on that one as well.
They say, don’t come on campus without your get out of jail free card. No problem.
I’m hoping several states (Florida, Texas, etc) will ban together and sue the Biden Adm over this (to protect their citizens) and it gets expedited to SCOTUS . People have been in misery over this for way too long already .

I have been thinking all along that the government strongarm tactics were a setup for the private sector to be forced into liability, litigation & finally bankruptcy, so that the federal government would be able to come in and take over, confiscate their private property, etc…this also sets up an easy scenario or resetting the currency.

the 100 or more “mandate” was formed in this WH mandate to conform to a legal limit that exists within existing laws. They didn’t choose 100 or more accidentally. This was intentional to dance on the very edge of the law.
the challenge to this mandate comes in the form of the griggs scotus precedent..which is a very important decision. It deals with several issues..minority issues…civil rights…qualifications versus performance requirements. At the core of the case is that a company was discriminating job applicants based on certain tests. performance and iq tests. Scotus ruled this was unconstitutional in that while test for qualification are necessary, abstract tests such as IQ could not be used to discriminate select job applicants. IQ tests aren’t very reliable….why? science actually informs us that IQ tests are not reliable. This scientific evidence was presented to the courts. Thus tests that are abstract…meaning unreliable and subjective in nature cannot be used to discriminate.
why is that case important and hold water as a precendent to this c19 mandate?
in several ways.
A. we are dealing with discrimination. Those who are unjabbed are being held to a different standard. preference for one group and not the other. There is an arbitrary aspect to the efficacy of the jab too.
the griggs case is important because of the discrimination based on an arbitrary “test”.
the test in this mandate is whether you are vaxxed or not. the answer to that cannot be simply a yes or a now…because to answer that one must determine if the vax is actually effective.
and that just deals with minority and abritrary.
other cases will likely go to scotus regarding personal religious exemptions…but not just merely to preserve and protect them, but also to ensure a person claiming such will not be treated differently by that choice. meaning, they can’t simply be made to go home and work remotely without pay and no benefits. The company will have to accomodate for that person and continue that employment because the right of a religious exemptions cannot result in a loss of job.
and there is precendent for that too..I can’t name all of the cases involved.
but in no small amount of irony, the left radical heathens who successfully won many cases protecting the rights of homosexuals, transgenders, wild beards in the military or fruit cakes who have the legal status to go into a womans bathroom and shower with the girls…will come up again.

Very early this year I got the vaccine. I made my decision based on my age, preexisting conditions and the available info. It was a health decision, not a political one. Biden has made it political. If I could give it back, I would. I will not be getting the booster and I will ride out any consequences or I will die trying. Most important, I will willingly stand between the vaccine enforcers and a vaccine resistor. Even though Biden may consider me on his side, I am not. I am on the side of liberty. As much as i’d to agree with and live the attitude described, when across to food, and even money, is cut off, copping an attitude won’t cut it. People need to put food on the table, gas in the car, and tent in the landlord’s hand. Getting our society back is going to take attitude manifested in mass direct, bold action. I cannot see a peaceful way out of this.

There are things worth dying for–I figured that out about 30 years ago. Deciding that something is worth dying for is, very specifically, NOT “copping an attitude”.
MANY years ago, I was talking to a self-identified Christian who was very distressed at the possible meanings of “no one can buy or sell without the mark of the beast” (and no, I definitely do not think that the shot is the MOTB) She was actually a bit hysterical when she blurted out what she apparently thought was the biggest gun in her fear argument, “Well, what will happen when someone can’t buy the medications they need to live??????” (with escalating gotcha-kind-of-hysteria)
I said quietly (realizing I was talking to a three year old and not a grown woman)….”Well. They will die.”
So did the conversation at that point.
There are two things that have been clear since the beginning of this mess: (1) Most individuals have never accepted the reality that they are actually going to die. Yes! Precious them! They are actually going to (individually) DIE. and (2) Most people have severely underestimated the desire of others (whether a friend, a town council, a school board, or the FEDS) to exercise dominion and power over the lives of others.
It’s a really tough learning curve to be trying to come to grips with those two facts in the midst of this mess. Yes, it is.
My reply to them is
” You are all so scared of dying, that you’ve forgotten how to live.”
And this is why people need to reach out to others LOCALLY. Churches and other organizations can help. Local work may be available. Many people spent the last year isolated from everyone, but now more than ever, we need to form lasting bonds with those around us.
Here’s their gambit (allow me to make an intelligent guess here):
1) Like the CDC eviction moratorium, they know that this is blatantly unconstitutional and (likely) won’t survive judicial review.
2) Similarly with the faux FDA approval of the Pfizer vaccine (it’s still under a EUA).
3) With both, the media will obediently propagate the narrative, in this latest case that it has the force of law. Employers either out of complicity or unsophistication will believe that, and develop responsive “policies.” Not wanting to deal with the hassle or expense of weekly tests, they’ll just mandate the jab (the Biden-Harris Junta is counting on this – they don’t have the power to mandate, so to help survive court challenges they’ll claim that they only mandated jabs OR tests).
4) This will wend its way through the courts. By the time there’s a result, even if it’s declared unconstitutional or otherwise unlawful, millions more Americans will have succumbed to the jab.
This scam wipes the Afghanistan disaster off the airwaves, and creates a ‘crisis’ which focuses people on defense rather than offense against the vote frauders and Aghanistan traitors.
Offense needs to be maintained. The vote fraud evidence needs to come out, the Afghanistan stories and mistreatment of women need to be forced on the LBQT and ‘feminists’ here.
I fear it is worse than that. The sacrifice before court action will be real, and then it is likely the Supremes will rule wrongly UNLESS there has been so much popular reaction that is efffective (not deadly, but disruptive) that it has been proven that the government cannot control the country if resistance becomes concrete.
