The Washington Examiner notes an interview with Rod Rosenstein, and he now admits to having a conversation with Andrew McCabe where recording President Trump was discussed by Main Justice and the FBI group targeting the administration.
WASHINGTON – In his first TV interview since leaving the Trump administration in May 2019, Rosenstein told FOX 5 that there was talk of recording the 45th president for the inquiry but denied that he ever intended to wear a “wire” during the turbulent days that followed Trump firing FBI Director James Comey in 2017 before the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel.
“I had a conversation with Andrew McCabe about an investigation that he was conducting involving the president. And there was a discussion about whether or not the president would be recorded in the course of that investigation. I never intended to wear a wire, and I think that if Mr. McCabe asked me to wear a wire, we would’ve had to reconsider the whole thing. Because you can’t run an investigation and serve as a witness,” Rosenstein said in an episode of the Siege on Democracy podcast published last month.” (read more)
Those who followed the details closely, read the overlay of timelines, FOIA releases, congressional releases and testimony CTH provided, already know Rosenstein and Robert Mueller DID record President Trump in the Oval Office on May 16, 2017. The evidence was within a series of disconnected memos, interview notes and the inspector general report. The reason no-one reported on the evidence was because it was a series of events only evident if disconnected data was put together.

Sessions knew that by recusing himself from Trump-Russia he was handing it over to Rosenstein. Further, Sessions always supported Rosenstein. So, my suspicion is that Sessions is the one who gave us Sessions. But this has NEVER been confirmed.

The federal government is unable to heal itself, the States must remedy the situation. The remedy is not through secession, it is not through changing the form of the federal government (Article V), it is through prosecuting the criminal elements that infest the federal government – something which the federal government has shown it can not do.

Article V, secession, military tribunal, have all been proposed and, in my view, all are objectionable. I believe States have it within their power and moral compass to remedy the problem of federal lawlessness. The federal government was created by the people acting through their State, the States must attend to their creation.
Persons in the DOJ have through their joint efforts engaged in a general conspiracy with the purpose to overthrow a lawfully elected president. They have used force of law toward this end. They have directly attacked the president and those around him.

Comey surely recorded or bugged the January, 2017 meeting with President Trump, where he revealed the existence of the pee tape allegation in the Steele Dossier. It was just too big, too central to their conspiracy.
The initial hope was to drive Trump from office, to force his resignation. An ambiguous recording of Trump’s voice, that could be spun or interpreted as a confession, would have been pure gold.
And Comey says he left the meeting, ran to his car and called his FBI office. The conversation had to have been “Did you get it?”: meaning a clear recording. What else?

I’ve started reading but “Now, VP Pence hated President Trump because he had 25· taken his slot as rightful president”. I had never heard of Pence prior to PT picking him for VP. Pence was placed in there by the GOPe but “his slot as rightful president” is a huge stretch. I don’t think so.
“- they thought President Trump was an outsider who has not paid his dues; they just didn’t like · him” I think there was a heck of a lot more to it than that. President Trump was going to upset the entire system, “Trillions of dollars at stake” as Sundance often states.
I will keep this interview as food for thought.
ABN, I read it all, and it was tough to take. If 10% of it is true, we are doomed as a nation because just about everything and everybody is perverted and corrupt.
I don’t know how much of it I believe. Some of it I can accept as it ties in with a lot we already know. I have no doubt the fbi is entirely capable of the accusations since so much of what they did and we have proof of was unbelievable also. I also have no doubts about Rosenstein.
These recordings read like a Mark Greaney novel, except worse. The horrible accusations of pedophilia, trafficking of children, blackmail by high government officials are hard to digest. I don’t doubt some could be guilty of such behavior, but if it is this widespread, we are doomed.
President Trump did warn us that things were much worse than we thought and it was truly horrible.
I am about where you are on this material and also recognize that it is normal to recoil from such a disturbing account. Isn’t that a factor in how people get away with evil acts? I also take into account that essentially no one has been held accountable for any of the malicious prosecutions, investigations, impeachments, spying, etc. Why is DC so crazy with hatred of PDJT?

This was a witness deposition released by attorney Lin Wood, and in it Rosenstein appears no better than a Mafia Don (no hyperbole). The interviewee also has some very negative things to say about John Roberts and Mike Pence:

Obviously I have no idea about the veracity of anything the guy says, but if he does not have the proof, he has to be a moron to say any of these things. And for what purpose as the press will never report or follow-up?

I read this in its entirety a couple days ago. I suggest anyone that is interested in the machinations of how these evil scumbags operate are in for a stomach churning read. If you think you know how evil the swamp is, multiply by 1000 and you may get close to what these tyrants have done. The transcript is broken into sections according to specific persons, events or group and separated by a few pages of numerical references; footnotes if you will. Scroll through those sections to get to the next ‘conversation’. It’s around 100 pages in its entirety.
After reading this it becomes clear how far gone we are. I try to remain optimistic but the reality is we have a lot of turmoil ahead to save this republic. Be prepared for a tough road ahead. I believe Sundance warned us of this last year after he made the rounds meeting those he thought could be of help only to come back with the knowledge that the entire system is completely corrupted.
Additionally, I do not believe Lin Wood would put something like this out there if there wasn’t concrete evidence to back it up.

Doesn’t all this add up to treason in trying to overthrown a duly elected President? Getting to the point of prosecuting this treason is another reason why secession is necessary. The current installed, not elected, administration is in place due to criminal acts.
What is most shocking to me is there is no one with a conscience in the DOJ, not one person who looks in the mirror in the morning and is sickened by their own complicity and duplicity. Where are the honest, moral people? Is there not one in the seething mass of corruption at the DOJ? Is there anyone of integrity there?
And where are the analysts within the agency, who have the same information that our intrepid Sundance has? Do they all have blinders on, or are they willing dupes? What motivates these people? Are they so far gone that they can justify any action they take? Do they not feel the utter contempt that we the people have for them? Remember how proud of himself James Comey has been over the entire affair?
Is there not one willing to stand up and do the right thing, or has the media proven themselves so willing to crucify anyone who would expose the truth that no one has the courage to come forward?

My husband and I are finishing the last season of Americans – where the KGB is trying to get rid of Gorbachev while he is negotiating the SALT agreement. (As an aside we recall this period of time well and there were indeed rumors of this.). We’re pretty surprised at how the television drama reminds us so much of Trump’s first term – Deep State acting similarly to KGB, information warfare used on the Russian public, etc.
So much of what is going on today reminds us of television fiction. Trying to be open-minded, we’re wondering if our bureaucracy just “watches too much tv” and has begun to blur the lines between reality and fantasy.
The entire RR affair reads like a lot of self-important/pompous bureaucrats insanely believing that they are saving the country/motherland.
Seems funny to me that the FBI is so worried about the free and open internet radicalizing US citizens while the entertainment industry and MSM has done the same thing to our FBI. California Joe, I would doubt Trump knew of the nefarious dealings of Rosenstein, a U.S. Attorney in Baltimore. Trump’s experiences were with the top people elected and appointed to high government positions. His chief interest seemed to be in economy and trade.
I doubt he had any idea the intel agencies were corrupt to the core and would devote their massive power to removing him. I think Trump was a lucky man to have gotten out of Washinton alive.

This article misses the main point, which is that Sept. 21, 2018, then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein denied that he had ever discussed secretly recording President Trump at the White House or that he might have sought to recruit Cabinet members to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Trump.
Rosenstein called the story “inaccurate and factually incorrect.” He continued: “I will not further comment on a story based on anonymous sources who are obviously biased against the department and are advancing their own personal agenda. But let me be clear about this: Based on my personal dealings with the president, there is no basis to invoke the 25th Amendment.”
Rosenstein is a proven liar. He should stand in the docket with many others to answer to the charge of treason.
