RULE 23 – the charges MUST be divisible. the effect of bundling of charges to arrive at a 2/3 majority outcome is unlawful and inconsistent with the rules of the senate. It is a intentional prosecutorial fraud to force the jurors to make a single vote on the matter of several charges at the same time. Whereas rule 23 requires that the prosecutor PROVE guilt on every single charge exclusive to the others. (notice the similarities of this INTENTIONAL DEFECT wrt to bundling covid PCR testing samples practice. If one of five persons in the combined bundled samples test positive, the results imply without any evidence that all three people are positive for the infection. This is intellectually dishonest and this practice of asserting a method for efficiency distorts the results and poisons the true nature and evidence of the pandemic..essentially making ANY claim about danger illegitimate and more than suspect…it creates corruption of the data and therefore policies relying on such data, impotent to address the danger. Notice this similarity….and what this means with respect to this land mark case playing out in the chambers of the senate…starting to see a pattern? Again, it is very helpful to recognize the similarities of process when comparing “good” law and “good” science. Both require logic, reason, fairness, observation, falsification, and integrity. Starting to see the pattern? Corruption!)
DUE PROCESS – it does not exist here. In fact, ever single effort has been made by the corruptors to DENY DUE PROCESS.
FIRST AMENDMENT – The President’s words are protected not simply because of the first amendment, but for two major reasons:
a. the speech does not contain any violent intention, not by any stretch of interepration that is consistent with law thresholds.
b. Presidents, as do all elected officials, hold a SPECIAL AND EXCEPTIONAL privilege of this speech protection in the arena of political rhetoric. This speech is a text book case of political rhetoric. Calling this an impeachable offense means that no official elected or other, will ever be allowed when voicing a concern about politics. Not heated speech…no calls to voters to act….Just normal, contained politicallly correct speech will be allowed, subject to the approval of a majority in congress. This IS PRECISELY why the constitution is very clear that elected officials have great liberty and protections with first amendment protections.

I recommend that every single one of you whether that you live in this state or not, get involved today…and send your support to every single elected official with the state of Lousiana to get behind and support this recall. The petitions went out last night, to every single citizen in the district that cassidy represents. It WILL take additional support from other elected officials to get it on the floor and for the recall process and special ballots to be initiated. It is in the best interests of these elected officials to act according to the petition and represent this will. Yes, this will be the first time in LA history that a US senator has been recalled. It’s never happened before. I suspect and predict it will be successful. Then we can get the respect for our agenda in DC within the GOP….it’s the least we can do at this point to arrest the lawlessness ..the laziness, and the demonstrated anarchy to the rule of law.

Each State Constitution HAS in its own constitution a process for removal of a elected official….without going into the minutae, US constitution and State constitution represents federalism. The US constitution set the floor…and the state sets the ceiling. Said differently, states cannot set law that violates US constitutional law, but they can EXCEED it.
wrt to recall procedures, one will need to inspect the US constitution to learn how recall and removal from office is processes. Each state has one form or another method for recall and removal from office. Some are more conservative and limited than others. But all contain the same “floor” of recall and removal as the US constitution creates.
I have posted the Lousiana statue above…and we happen to have the most accessible and liberal procedures.
