Sidney Powell appears on Fox News to discuss what she knows about the manipulated and stolen 2020 election result. Ms. Powell walks through a series of issues and highlights some of the fraudulent processes identified in the preliminary ballot review. The statistical improbabilities are the most transparently obvious evidence, but will a court allow that evidence to be heard…. or will more be needed.
In addition to ballot issues Powell discusses the Dominiom software “glitches” that flipped votes from candidate Donald Trump to candidate Joe Biden. If what Powell outlines is accurate, and several people have outlined similar issues, there hopefully is a solid way to expose fraud on this scale.

I know there was more than likely fraud in the Crook County of Chicago (yes I know it is Cook County but Crook oh so much more to the point). I am sure that was what was going on where I voted. You are supposed to be able to track your vote–lo and behold can’t do that in Crook County. So with all the pop up Rallies happening prior to the election. I would believe that Trump won.
Yes, many people have run Benfords law analysis and Mebane 2nd digit testing on the tallies in the swing states. Trump tallies pass the tests, but Biden tallies fail so dramatically that fraud clearly happened.
Not only Trump vote tallies, the vote tallies for the other parties also pass the Benford’s law test. Only Biden’s vote tallies fail.
Benford testing is used by the State Department for election integrity; I think it is also used by the UN so can’t claim it’s a political hit job on Biden.

Statistics are quantitative and some questions range from probable to improbable but possible to impossible. The threshholds for these assessments are subjective. However, some issues exist as a qualitative of possible or impossible. Biden getting 20% more votes in a black district is improbable, but 120% of a district voting for Biden is impossible. One is evidence as an indicator of fraud, the other is proof of fraud.
Does anyone know the typical (I’m guessing it’s all per individual state laws) standard of review to trigger a recount or recanvass?

There was absolutely nothing Trump could have done differently and gotten a different reception. DC operates on a system of “mutual assured destruction”–“I know how you made your fortune here and you know how I made mine and as long as we all play the game, we all keep our own spoils”. Trump, or any other outsider not beholden to anyone in that town would necessarily have been marked for immediate destruction. The last thing they need is ANYONE who can’t be controlled. Trump not only had to be destroyed, they had to make sure no other billionaires got the crazy idea to step on their lawn again.

People will not block vote on wide scale unless this system of Christian values is destroyed, and we assume a purely individualist worldview with a collectivist society. That is, selfish entitled snowflakes, who think everyone should have free everything so they don’t look selfish asking for handouts.

I think the conservative judges will rule on narrow constitutional law as we want them to. A smattering of evidence of criminal activity is not what they are built for. I give very low odds that anything they do will be of major consequence. At best it may mandate a couple small recount efforts or invalidations that will not move the needle.

I’m assuming since we’re talking primarily about court cases being prepared, Team Trump has to play things close to the vest. There’s also the concern about putting their witnesses, whistleblowers, etc. in danger of being doxed by the left, at a minimum.
We will know tomorrow then Keln, if there is something new. Every night I pray to God to let me wake up to good news of a resolution to this fraud. Not a bad prayer, if you like to sleep and I feel God will answer it with a resolution of the truth.

Does anyone know if these #*&@$!! Dominion voting machines have any kind of paper audit trail generated in conjunction with the votes cast? Ideally a paper trail of actual individual ballots, not end-of-day totals… If a recount or audit entails simply polling the damn machines themselves, or their flash drives, then I have little faith in them getting to the truth of the matter since those could be easily altered.
My crude understanding of “the Hammer” is that it interferes/overrides the data transmitted to the central counting HQ, but does not taint the actual votes themselves in the precincts. In which case an audit should expose it. But I’d only trust tabulations coming from a paper trail — retrieved from a compartment sealed and certified on the night of the election — versus checking in on what an electronic device from election nights is currently reading, for obvious reasons.
What a complete clusterfark these machines are! Along with the mail-in ballots. I feel like a fool for not seeing this coming, and thinking any vote fraud would be contained and eclipsed by actual bonafide votes. They went whole hog with the fraud and don’t even seem to care about being found out.
Elections have to be auditable. In person voting requires a signature per voter identity that can be verified in an audit. All in person ballots are saved in the tabulators.
Mail in ballots have the signature on the envelopes. If the envelopes are thrown out or destroyed then there is now way to audit. In the event of a recount those un-auditable ballots must not be counted.
Because we don’t have voter ID the only auditable verification is by signature.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the 2000 election fiasco in FL. It was after that where the big push to electronic voting machines was made.
Leftists were screaming about voting machines being hacked, but there was never verifiable evidence of that because of the way those early machines were made. The most credible reports were of “calibration” problems where people intending to vote for one candidate ended up seeing their vote go for another. If I recall correctly, it was people intending to vote for Romney and their vote went to Obama.
Not much was said in the run-up to the 2016 election about voting machines being hacked. I think the left thought President Trump would never win, and besides, the Russians were helping him anyway, or so they claimed.
As has been said, I don’t believe Hillary understood how much she would have to cheat to win.

After re-watching the Barr/Blitzer interview several times I’ve talked myself into waiting to cast judgment on Barr in any election matters.
If POTUS supposedly loses the election, it will be around these margins by state:
NC — POTUS should win
GA — 10,000?
AZ — 5,000?
WI — 20,000?
Forget about PA and MI and NV. Those above 4 states would give POTUS 269 electoral votes, and then you’d have a tie that POTUS wins in the House. POTUS wins the election.
Anyone who is crazy enough to say POTUS shouldn’t fight this until the end is nuts. I think the margins above are all 1% or less. If you can toss fraudulent votes and/or find machine errors, POTUS wins. No doubt about it. Even if you don’t think there is widespread fraud. These margins are minuscule. OF COURSE you don’t concede and you work to win.
We know fraud has occurred. It’s only a matter of how much took place, and was it decisive. Team POTUS should go full force, just as Gore did.

While I’m thinking about it, once again putting my old IT guy hat on, there’s no such thing as a computer “glitch.” If I ever heard the word ‘glitch’ it was around a system that crashed because the electrical power ‘burped’ as we used to call it. But it crashed, went down hard– it didn’t ‘glitch’ and do magical stuff and keep running.
So that means the machine did what it was programmed to do.

I will try to put it in simple non technical terms –
Software are instructions that a programmer writes, that computer will “run” i.e. execute the instructions in sequential order.
When we say there is a “bug” (“glitch”) in the code – it means that the programmer did not write for, OR, miss a certain scenario that the machine did not know how to handle. When that happens, usually, it will choose a default value and move on to complete the remaining instructions. A good programmer will ALWAYS set a default value.
The state is already in the middle of it in GA they took over counting in Fulton county.

I posted this earlier on another thread…had a bluescreen malware attack from the Gab website this morning on my PC. Good old Windows 7(!!) caught it and my PC is fine again after a malware scan. I think Trump’s plan was simple and well-intentioned: overcome traditional fraud at the typical, micro level with a decisive knockout vote, which we already delivered. In normal times, a few jerks filing out a couple trunks of ballots here and there, or some harvesting would not have made any difference.

A few simple lines of code could have keep track of what percentage of votes was needed to be switched from DJT to Mr. Dementia. Just divide what Dementia’s running total was by what Trump’s running total was ever time a vote was counted, and if the ratio was below, say 1.15 for Biden, switch every 30th vote from Trump to Dementia, if it was below, say 1.10, switch every 20th vote from Trump to Dementia, if below, say 1.05, switch every 10th vote from Trump to Dementia, if below say 1.02, switch every 5th Trump vote from Trump to Dementia.

Been a reader for years and never comment. I just remembered that there was a Republican candidate in Mass, I think it in 2018 and he was talking about discovering a program that was installed originally into the scanner tabulator. He was an IT guy so he figured out that this happened in his election and lost. He was sure it was used against him. He knew something was fishy and did a deep dive into the technology of the scanner. I do not remember his name. He said the program was originally put in to weigh someone’s vote heavier in a situation other than a political one. Such as voting in a business or something. But that program can be turned on in a political election and weigh a particular candidate more than another. He said that the same scanner that was used in his election was used all over the country. He was trying to warn us about this reality. Maybe someone else remembers this guy talking about this.

It just seems highly unlikely that trump would be so dumb as to know fraud could/would happen and not plan appropriately. If you know a hurricane is coming….you batton down the hatches folks. If you know a storm is coming you prepare and plan. Militarily.strategically.intelligently. so I’m the LAST person who wanted to see the media declare Biden as the “winner”. Its sickening. BUT…….it ain’t over….. I’m not a genius…lol…just a mom and teacher but from what I see of our POTUS carrying out complicated business deals, trade deals, improving the economy…..he is brilliant. I cant believe he is too surprised by all this and I’m certain there IS a plan. Giving up? Not an option. I’m not sure which plan or maybe a little of all these theories? Our job? Continue to pray. Dont be defeated. Stand up for TRUTH. Fellowship with believers. Talk to people. Plan to provide for your family and protect them should we face some difficult times. But fear? NO! Fear is a tool of satan. Trust in God no matter what comes. I do believe God raised up our POTUS for “such a time as this” and God doesn’t make mistakes. God always has a plan. I think Trump has a plan too. Whatever happens we do not lose hope. We dont put all our hope on POTUS though….its in God alone. POTUS is just a man. A wise man….and I’m praying God has given him a plan! That’s called hope friends….

My son runs a shoe store for a smaller family chain store (Name brand Men’s, Women’s Children – dress, casual, athletic, boots, the works) in Cedar Rapids, IA (Linn county was just one of 5 of the 99 counties in Iowa that voted for Biden +13 and has always been heavily D – Trump won Iowa easily again by 8pts. IA reelected Senator Joni Ernst and flipped 1 House seat and may flip another. Iowa kept their state senate R at 32-18 and State House picked up 6 more R’s and to up it to a 59-41 majority. Last month his sales in the store were up 20% year over year for the month of October. Last weeks sales from the day after the election completely bottomed out to 60% down from last year on a week that was below average in 2019 to begin with. Store sales company-wide are way, way down since the election. Welcome to the Biden economy!

We supported him through the wiretapping scandal which Trump correctly called. We supported him through the $45 million Mueller Coup which resulted in a big fat zero, and through the impeachment coup that ended with acquittal on both charges. We stuck with him through the CHina virus. We loved him through his storm of campaign rallies. Do the Democrats really think we are going to abandon him now?
They think they have worn us down in the last 4 years. In reality, they have created a battle hardened contingent of 71 million.
