Sidney Powell appears on Fox News to discuss what she knows about the manipulated and stolen 2020 election result. Ms. Powell walks through a series of issues and highlights some of the fraudulent processes identified in the preliminary ballot review. The statistical improbabilities are the most transparently obvious evidence, but will a court allow that evidence to be heard…. or will more be needed.
In addition to ballot issues Powell discusses the Dominiom software “glitches” that flipped votes from candidate Donald Trump to candidate Joe Biden. If what Powell outlines is accurate, and several people have outlined similar issues, there hopefully is a solid way to expose fraud on this scale.

Even though large numbers, it’s chump change compared what they did with Scorecard. And realize, every changed vote from 1 candidate to the other is equivalent to two votes so Scorecard would need to switch only 225,000 votes to have the same effect.
The dead voters and all the rest is the distraction from the major steal from Scorecard. We need forensic investigators to investigate the computer fraud. There is evidence captured on CNN by another investigator. This is where their efforts should be.
I wonder, though, that if they would find evidence of Scorecard if they would really come clean with the public or would they brush it off as a few glitches that did not make a difference with a lot of talk about making sure software is up-to-date next time yadda yadda. It seems to me that the gov’t doesn’t like to reveal big bombshells scandals to the public if they can help it. They fear the retribution as well as voters never trusting any kind of counting machines in the future.

SCOTUS should ruled on the PA case soon (like tomorrow). The PA legislature refused to change the law, so the Dems went to the PA supreme court. The PA court used its constitution to justify changing hte law because of the right to “fair and equal” elections in the Pa constitution.
However, the US Constitution gives the legislatures, the right to determine the manner in which federal elections are conducted. The US Constitution also states that it is the supreme law of the land.
I hope the justices see this is broader than this case. If a state court can ignore federal constitutional law because of state constitutional priovision whenever it wants, the Constitution and the role of SCOTUS in our legal system are meaningless.
The way the law is written is that if mail in ballots before 8 pm election night are declared unconstitutional, mail in ballots are disallowed. State legislatures choose the voting method, that is according to the Constitution. It’s a crystal clear case so if SCOTUS finds a way to screw us here the court is compromised, law is dead and we are a Commie freedomless hoax.
That should get corrected in the recount which has already being pursued or filed in WI NV AZ MI PA GA. All I believe even with the theft is within the recount request range so its at the states expense not the campaign.

I don’t have any idea if ballot run through the scanners are time stamped, but if they are and a huge clump of say 10k votes were scanned in succession during the middle of the night when observers and press were told there would be no more counting, I think that is irrefutable evidence.

Dave Ramaswamy – a statistical expert – says that statistical anomalies CAN be used as evidence of FRAUD in a court of law. It’s a science: his charts from the election indicate violations of “Benford’s law:” Showing statistical improbabilities or almost impossibilities relating to patterns on Biden ballots.
Just like DNA evidence is acceptible. “Benford law” evidence is also acceptible to show probability of fraud.
If a court sees and acknowledges the evidence, and it demonstrates probable cause of fraud, the court can permit more DISCOVERY for Trump’s team to demand or subpoena.

Statistical theories have never been used to change vote totals. Little time remains for the type of discovery that occurs in the kinds of civil cases where statistical evidence is common.
I still have some hope, but think the statistical theory hopes are forlorn. (As another example, I don’t believe that anywhere near 89% of Wisconsin’s registered voters voted in this election, but no court will change the results no matter how improbable that number may be.)

With the evidence of voter fraud they present to the judge, all they are trying to do is put enough doubt in his mind to get the order to look at the ballots, counting machines, etc.
400,000 ballots may have had only one candidate marked, but the ballot would need to have at least 2 sets of fingerprints. A sample of such ballots would confirm criminality if none of the voters fingerprints can be found.
Suppose multiple ballots have the same fingerprints. I bet those fingerprints will come back to folks with criminal records too.

The question is whether those 450,000 “Biden”-only votes are tied to legal, registered, voters. You are not required to vote for every candidate on the ballot. No judge is going to toss a ballot based on that alone. I think an important question is when did those Biden-only ballots arrive and what was the chain-of-custody for those ballots? Where were the votes cast?
In PA, for example, there’s a good chance votes received after 8pm on Election Day will be thrown out by SCOTUS as in violation of PA State Law which only the PA Legislature can change not the PA Supreme Court.
I would also like to know if an audit has been completed on the remaining voting machines in MI to determine whether other votes were switched to Biden from Trump on Election day. If I understand the reporting on this correctly, a software update was performed on 11/2 which observers thought was highly unusual for the day before the election. Was that software update applied to all machines? Also, how did that county identify that 6,000 votes had been changed to Biden from Trump?

A Republican who lost complained, and the county was willing to check vote totals. 6000 votes went form GOP to Dem. When properly swtiched back, he won. This was Antrim County in MI.
The same thing happened in Oakland County, MI this week, too,. GOp loser questioned voted totals, Totals were checked somehow, and the corrected votes gave him the win.

I saw a woman on Fox with Rona saying she was a poll worker. The 6000 covered her neighborhood. She said the numbers for that area did not look right as she knew everyone was for Trump. So she went looking deeper and found the 6000 discrepancy from a computer glitch. It may not have been a glitch though.
The computer log file will identify when and where the data change came from…

Chain of custody questions are a HUGE deal in all of the late flipping states, IMHO. Any vote that was not clearly logged in as being received prior to the deadline should immediately be tossed and any ballot that was not in dual custody at ALL times should be tossed as well.
The issue with the software in Michigan is interesting to me. They found a problem in ONE county that flipped 6,000 votes but I have not heard ONE word about whether the machines/vote totals were checked in the other 47 counties that used the same software! Why NOT?

There are two things that happen. One is a recount of the votes. Another is an audit. Audits are more involved and get into looking at processing and software / computer problems. I heard on the news that Michigan is going to conduct an audit. They need them in all the disputed states for sure.
Let’s hope the voting machines don’t get “accidently wiped” when they reset passwords.

Scorecard reallocates the vote counts, but not the totals, when the precincts report to the results. The Dominion Ballot Counting software has a backdoor to allow The Hammer access to the data, at the receiver’s end. The original precinct data can be used to audit the reported results. I assume Scorecard must attempt to skew the results enough to avoid a recount.
I haven’t heard a word about whether MI (or any other state) is validating the local results against what was reported up the chain.

I already saw it. The thing about this is there are paper records, I’m pretty sure. If there’s a discrepancy between what what counted, and what got reported downstream, that will be detectable. Similar to the vote flipping issue in MI.
The only way this election gets put right is if the SCOTUS rules that PA Courts illegally changed election law. By allowing late ballots in violation of state law, and by writing new laws “for” the legislature with respect to the signature and post mark requirements.
That would burn about 500,000 ballots I think. And those were going like 90:10 to Biden conveniently enough.
I’ll be pretty surprised if actually proof of electronic tampering emerges. Those systems are designed to leave no fingerprints behind. If Sydney finds concrete proof – especially in the form of hard copy precinct data that does not match the downstream reported data – then I’m all in. But for now, I lean towards putting this in the “DHS/watermark” bin as hope porn. McInerny is a patriot, which is the only reason I don’t reject it out of hand.
Like I wrote, I am much MORE interested in the other 45-46 MI counties using the same voting machines as the one that flipped the 6,000 votes.
How it happened
This case was decided June 6, 2020 that’s why if you noticed on election night it was the first time the media displayed the popular vote on their screens and when they (MSM) saw the popular vote was going to President Trump (Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Georgia), that’s when Fox News blew the dog whistle in declaring Joe Biden the winner in AZ with only 23% of the precincts reporting. That’s when the other states back East stopped counting votes, and all the fraud started.
This is why they pushed the Vote so hard in our country due to the fact the states like California has 55 electoral votes regardless if a whole bunch of voters chose President Trump, it didn’t matter, the popular vote always wins, otherwise it would look like this…
Donald Trump: 3,899,436 – 32.9%
Joe Biden: 7,722,795 – 65.2%
That means whatever Republicans there are in California, their vote never means anything. If the electoral votes were cast according to the popular vote that the left always screams about, then Trump should have gotten 18 votes from California instead of Biden taking it all at 55. So much for every vote counts, which is the slogan in this election by the left media.
BTW, the electoral college starts to vote by December 14 so yes, the Media does NOT decide the winner no matter how much they use psychological warfare on us.

2. Call for the states under contentions to have a special election

Why is nobody talking about using Bill Binney and is VIPS team to help Trump camp read the code the voting machines are using. It seems to me he is the most qualified to ascertain the particulars about when the code changed the vote, where the votes were routed (outside the US), and verify those facts. I’ve been following this software business, and one thing that really concerns me is the fact that even the audit trail is editable by a system admin. It’s a feature not a bug. It seems this software was intentionally developed to intentionally cheat.
So not only can the system admin change votes, he/she can also change the audit trail, thereby eliminating any record of having done anything. It’s as if the entire system was designed for cheating.
Rumor is Nancy has some kind of ownership in that company which I hope is just some unfounded thing. But that “glitch” is unforgivable. Hack or inside job, we need to know. Is election fraud treason when done by a citizen?

There was a Federal Court case in Georgia asking for an injunction to prevent the use of the voting machines prior to the election. I read the opinion of the Court (October 2020) and it was filled with allegations by the plaintiffs on the security issues for these machines. Texas refused to allow the use of the machines because they didn’t meet their security standards. Trump has some brilliant individuals around him behind the scenes. It is obvious there were known issues prior to the election. I pray that the team was on top of it, but hasn’t released the evidence yet for whatever reason we don’t understand. Poetic justice to me would be that they got FISA warrants to spy on the democratic operatives. I know I am dreaming but …….

The most important thing for the Trump team to do is secure the physical ballots and envelopes from being destroyed in the key fraud states.
This should be done via federal law to bypass the state courts which would fight to have ballots an envelopes destroyed. The easiest federal case to bring is mail fraud, as the USPS is a federal agency, and the fraud involved mail in ballots delivered in the dead of night in their 100,000s. These were counted as valid votes. To be valid, they need a postmark. So for these ballots to be dumped at counting centres at 4am by persons who are not USPS employees, one of two things must have occurred: either these ballots were removed from the USPS chain of custody = federal crime. Or, these ballots never passed through the USPS and their postmarks are forgeries = federal crime.
It is critical to prevent the destruction of the ballots and envelopes. These must be secured as a first step with subpoenas in all the states to preserve the evidence pertaining to an investigation of a federal crime (mail fraud).
If the physical ballots and envelopes can be secured, then the legal vote can be upheld via forensic examination.

Also a demonstration of the traditional vote stealing methods that were also used.
