Sidney Powell appears on Fox News to discuss what she knows about the manipulated and stolen 2020 election result. Ms. Powell walks through a series of issues and highlights some of the fraudulent processes identified in the preliminary ballot review. The statistical improbabilities are the most transparently obvious evidence, but will a court allow that evidence to be heard…. or will more be needed.
In addition to ballot issues Powell discusses the Dominiom software “glitches” that flipped votes from candidate Donald Trump to candidate Joe Biden. If what Powell outlines is accurate, and several people have outlined similar issues, there hopefully is a solid way to expose fraud on this scale.

I agree from a layman’s standpoint (although the beyond a reasonable doubt standard applicable in criminal cases is also a traditionally high bar) but stand by my assessment that the legal standard for challenges to an election is a high bar—harking back to a time when virtue was still a “thing” such that there was not the systemic grotesque cheating that we are seeing now. Thus there was a formerly justifiable presumption that elections were actually honestly and fairly conducted.
Sadly, as with every other aspect of our current “culture,” the spreading and worsening absence of virtue among Americans as a whole is calling into question all of our governmental and societal institutions that are largely premised on a virtuous citizenry.
It’s hard for me to comment on here old friend. I keep having to log back in for some reason so when I do I try and make it count. I think the left panicked as they were expecting the race to be tighter. The Fraud is so vast and am hoping these irregularities are easy to spot. It underscores how it was in the era of our Founders. As has existed through all ages, there are nonbelievers as to “spiritual things” including even some of our Founders and certainly others in America at the time. Nevertheless, and in sharp distinction to our current society, those nonbelievers still saw the value in terms of ordering our society and the functioning of our governmental and societal institutions of traditional Judeo-Christian values of the Bible as they were also very practical, realistic and generally well understood and followed by believers and nonbelievers alike.

Some people actually do only vote for President and no one else. 450,000 in just a couple three states seems very high, but how high depends on how many like that were for Trump. I would take it, it wasn’t nearly 450,000, but what was it? If it was, say 300,000, then 450,000 doesn’t seem all that strange. But it it was only, say 50,000, then 450,000 seems mind numbing high strange.
Another question is the historical voting in various locations for only one candidate. If it is usually 10% with the highest ever being 20% and Biden gets 70%, then something is wrong.

Another question to go with that is when we’re they cast? Can we tell? If they were cast on 11/3 they is more suspicious. One person filling out a ballot on the last day isn’tas likely to stress about the time it takes to mark a few more boxes. But if you have a group of people who need to get a few hindered thousand ballots quickly, well that’s a whole nuther paint job altogether!

I think the oddity is that these are ballots (absentee) that miraculously arrived while voting stopped, yes, in a rush filled out for Biden only. The big jumps overnight that only helped Biden and no other dem candidate. Had to keep up with the software glitch and did so quickly.
I’m convinced the videos of people marking ballots (2 person teams) is a front for their being able to add legitimacy for completing entire ballots. They have said they were correcting ballots that got jammed or damaged. Not believing it!

The one case does not in any way exclude the other. People on all sides get too swallowed up in a few memes and symbolic videos…. we need comprehensive, exhaustive, rigorous investigations. A video may show something legitimate and that does not mean there are not also illegitimate things going on…..

a. what was the efficiency of the postal service in one area versus another…..there are pockets of almost exclusive dem voters…and visa versa, gop….so when the mail is collected from these places…it looks like Bang…a huge “dump” of votes for one party….
b. each state changed significantly how the voting process, locations, and deadlines were arranged….it’s hard to estimate if one particular change affected one party more than the other. But that is a big unknown…It could have made a huge difference…We may never know.
c. in the middle of a pandemic…Yes, I know….just bear with me….it’s not just perceptions…it’s rules….some people will just not vote at all unless they go to a polling station….it’s a reality…many people who voted in prior cycles would not vote by mail. In many states that required REQUESTING A VOTE AND GETTING APPROVAL TO DO IT…You put two of these things together, and you have people who would ordinary vote, did not. It sucks…but that’s a reality we cannot measure…It would be expected, but we have no idea how this factored in…either for or against each candidate.
d. the corrupt fake manipulative media did it again…they refused to call florida, but did just the opposite (falsely) for eastern time and central time zone states…this was across the board manipulation to persuade mostly california voters to get out and vote. (the thinking is: if we declare trump won florida, they will give up and won’t bother to vote for biden)…the scale of this manipulation makes all others pale in comparison….And again, we may never KNOW how much voting interference and influence this had.

This all depends on state law. All the ballots in every state should be hand counted and verified with partisan observers. That way America knows the President is not a Commander in Thief. Even those states that are statistically irrelevant like a vote count of 70-30 should be hand recounted to prove their system works. But that costs money and not every state wants to pay that. Other states require or only allow a recount when the vote separation is less than a certain number or percent. Others require a valid lawsuit to require recounts.

I want my state counted again, too. Virginia has that Dominion system also. I don’t know if the whole state shut down, but two counties in our state cheat the old fashioned way. They hold their counts until every other county is in and then adjust their numbers for the win. It’s maddening that the rest of the state puts up with it. It’s a favorite tool for the Baltimore criminals in their city. They hold a few precincts until the end and SHAZAM! enough votes magically appear for the Dem win. There are not enough Republicans in Baltimore city for it to make anyone mad. But there are in Virginia and it has been happening for way too long.

450,000 is not enough in itself. Is this just one state or all states? Does this include the sharpies, the coerced votes with vote counselors following the mailed ballots (and “let me help you mail this”). Does this include the as yet unkown Dominion software flips designed to secretly flipvotes after they have been counted? Does this include the Scorecard software that allows tallied votes to be changed at will in an untracable way? I still do not understand what the Hammer software does?

What this all boils down to is that Trump Team has to convince the state legislatures of the fraud. The legislatures are the ones who select the representatives for ELECTORAL COLLEGE. Popular vote tallies are only to inform the legislatures. So if the legislatures in the swing states (which are all republican controlled) believe there were 450K illegal ballots cast for Biden in Pennsylvania, then the State should invalidate those votes and select 20 reps for Electoral College on behalf of TRUMP.

It’s not a glitch it’s a combination of an admin user running the Dominion software and the HAMMER & SCORECARD systems that can flip votes in electronic transit. The trouble with Dominion is that there is no compliance no oversight no validation of their code and no apparent checks and balances and hard audits that cannot be tampered with. For around a decade computer experts have been screaming about electronic voting and all those machines and systems were highly vulnerable. As bad as the Internet of Things or even worse. They are doing stupid things like using flash drives, etc. The software and the hardware solutions do not have anywhere near the accountability of paper ballots. All this evidence should be enough to order a bipartisan audit of all the ballots in every state using the Dominion systems for hard paper ballot examination, verification and recount.
Another treeper commented those voting “systems” could have a vulnerability accessed through Microsoft Windows 10 security vulnerability. Perhaps that is how Hammer and Scorecard tap into Dominion and the other computerized voting “systems”? IDK, just thinking out loud.
Windows isn’t necessarily what the Dominion software runs on. It is much more likely to be running as a web application running on Linux. But what is clear is that the intelligence agencies built HAMMER & SCORECARD and these agencies find vulnerabilities and keep it a secret. Undiscovered flaws are known as Zero Days and as long as nobody knows about them they are useful. One of the reasons Snowden pissed off the NSA / CIA is because he revealed these tools and that lead to Big Tech fixing the vulnerabilities.
If a total recount is not forthcoming we will know the fix was totally in.

My understanding is that the Dominion software allows flipping each tenth vote. With elections usually within a few percentage points between candidates, the ability to flip up to 10% of the vote would seal the deal for the bad guys.

The media has set the premise that a glitch is somehow “just OK”. That is total crap. A software bug of any kind invalidates the entire process.
Software systems do not get much simpler than vote counting. If there is a “glitch” of any kind it,is extremely serious. If there is a random bug in its primary function of addition, the software should be declared completely unusable and all election results, in all states it was used in, must to be recounted – probably by hand.

I believe the system was designed to cheat in vote counting. From what I have seen with this system, a system admin is given enough control to do anything he or she wants to the vote tallies, and then also cover his/her tracks.
I believe it is done with backdoors mandated by the Patriot Act and specified by NSA/DHS.
That way the deep state can access the system without any traceability. This indemnifies Dominion even thought it is complicit, designing the system to be manipulated.

Since the dawn of computers they count things. That’s one of their primary purposes. They count things and they count money, etc. There are standards on financial systems and NONE OF THEM APPLY to Dominion. Nobody overseas their code nor has validated the accuracy and reliability of the Dominion software except for Dominion themselves. IT security people have been screaming about electronic voting systems and software for over a decade. The fact that Nancy Pelosi and Feinstein’s husband have financial interests in this company along with former Clinton staffers… This is not rocket science, the code is rather simple. The whole verbiage of a “computer glitch” is cover for plausible deniability. Blame it on the computers and the software instead of the fact that people manipulated and tampered with the ballot data in a myriad of ways precisely because these systems are terrible at security, there actually is little to no security features. No one is even allowed to audit nor examine these systems from Dominion.
The evidence being collected is enormous and damning which is why the media refuses to cover it. It’s devastatingly bad. This is even worse than using the nations intelligence apparatus to spy on Trump. This is a constitutional crisis of epic proportions and it’s going to reveal that the Democrat Party have failed their own namesake all because Orange Man Bad. The reason I ask is because here in Texas, the Democrat candidate for Senate got 400,000 fewer votes than Biden. On the Republican side, the Republican (Cornyn) got MORE votes than President Trump. (about 100k which equals to all of the votes for other presidential candidates such as Ind., Green Party, Bigbird, etc.)

I re-watched the Barr/Blitzer interview Sundance posted from September. Barr is genuinely angry about mail-in ballot fraud and “changing the rules”. He flashed anger that looked real when Blitzer kept trying to say there is no proof of “widespread fraud” (there’s the catch phrase again). Watch it again if you can, Barr implied he has seen (this was as of a couple months ago) evidence China would attempt to influence the election and was the greatest threat to the election. I posted this comment in another thread as well – there is no immediately apparent fraud in states which have a Senator on the SSCI.
Interestingly enough, one of those is CA…Kamala is on the SSCI according to their web page. Republicans have taken back several House seats there which is very strange. There has been an unstated justification from the Obama administration for briefing SSCI members individually, as well all recall.
