Setting aside that Benson spelled Daron Shaw’s name wrong; and reminding yourself that Guy Benson is a paid Fox News contributor; what he has outlined in that tweet is actually quite remarkable. The pollster paid by Fox News to predict election outcomes, is a key part of the crew that calls the results on election night. Think about that.
Think about the conflict, the purposeful and brutally obvious conflict, that would exist in using the same person to predict elections and then report on the results of that election.
Obviously a person performing both tasks, predicting & reporting on outcomes, is going to have a self-interest in affirming their predictions; after all, that’s how they are paid.
If you wonder why these manipulative Fox News operations are so fundamentally flawed; and/or you wonder why Fox News would have a vested interest in affirming their predictions before the actual outcomes are even clear (see Arizona); well, there’s the answer.

Harmeet is great, generally, but her statement here is far from any robust “guarantee” that don’t worry folks “we got this”….. even a stated “guarantee” at this point would not be proof of what will happen, but I find her statement actually pretty wishy-washy…. yeah we hope we can nail it down by the end of the week…. she is NOT saying this thing is in the bag and we KNOW how to finish it.

I read somewhere that as soon as Pres. Trump took office, he told McConnell he wanted to create a Commission on voter fraud. McConnell said no.
As a matter of official policy the U.S. Postal Inspection Service sends all of it’s Postal Inspectors (Federal Law Enforcement Officers) to personally search every Post Office in their assigned area on election day to MAKE SURE THAT THERE ARE NO BALLOTS left there and all have been delivered to the respective elections office! So, there’s no way any ballots mailed and postmarked in time would not be delivered to the appropriate elections office.
As soon as they realized AZ was good for Trump, they started whittling away at GA again. GA was done but Right on cue they activate the fraud just like in PA. They are about to flip GA. Trump already sued.

If President Trump pardons Manafort then the cases in State of New York would be allowed to go to trial as the “double jeopardy” dismissal by the federal judge would no longer apply. Manafort is doing 7 1/2 years in federal prison. If he is found guilty on the New York State charges he would serve over 20 years. President Trump could grant clemency which would only affect the sentence and not the conviction.

One word of caution though when using websites such as Politico instead of the states’ official websites. All of the precincts can register as “reported” but have outstanding business such as provisional ballots in the cure period or absentee ballots by mail that have not made it through the signature validation process.

I remember one of the Faux News reporters commented that a colleague told her that the voting stations in Atlanta looked like a ghost town on election day and that this was bad news for Biden, as he had not amassed the early vote #’s needed. Yes, it goes state by state but if the results are close enough by that state’s regulations, any candidate can demand a recount. A lot of states are if it’s under 1%, I think some go as high as 5% and maybe some don’t have any limit but not sure on that last one.
But they can also probably file Federal Injunctions against States from certifying results pending investigations. Right? I’m sure there are all sorts of angles beyond recount.

What’s counted on election night is the popular vote in each State, Ross. The number of Electors is presumed to go in that candidate’s column. I don’t think it actually makes any difference who proclaims or concedes anything. The Electoral College meets in December, to allow for travel time to D.C. by buggy, and then the Electors meet in the Electoral College in the House of Representatives and vote for the President. Up until then the elections isn’t final and it’s a legal free-for-all. That’s my take on it.

There was this mention about 135,000 votes suddenly appearing for Biden in MI. Heard that it was a typo and should have been 13,500. Looking at the MI Secretary of State Election results shows Trump ahead by 200,000 votes as fo 11/4/20 9:37 PM. Why is it being reported differently?

It actually depends on what entity printed the ballots for the state. What is being defined as a “watermark” or “special ink” that snopes flags as false(if it no hit by google it does not exist, as if google is “the universe’s sage”), when in reality is the ballots are printed with “multi-layered security protects against unauthorized use” and “Full audit trail of all requested ballots”. So in a court ordered recount or ballot audit, all the duplicate ballots or the home/office prints/copies will not have these multi-layer security or will fail the audit of the registar’s books.
Watch the fraudsters jump to block any recounts/audits of after hours ballots that were 100% for only one candidate, specially those of people born in the first decade of last century in Detroit.
