The election results are still unknown as the sun rises on November 4, 2020. The presidential race is in a state of flux as several key state contests remain undecided. Georgia and North Carolina are likely to be added to President Trump’s electoral tally; and there is a possibility Arizona’s current result in favor of Joe Biden may change depending on outstanding mail-in ballots.
Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania all reported a cessation of ballot counting shortly after midnight. However, some returns were updated. At this point we all watch and wait to see what those key states do with their outstanding ballots.

There is no sky screaming. There is acceptance that Trump has won and the attempted theft of the election that the Democrats have promised for months and the RINOs back is taking place before our eyes.
Either Trump stops the election theft at the SC or the nation goes to war. I can’t see any scenario where Roberts and Kavanaugh, the RINOs, are willing to dispute the results of a single state run by Democrats, so the count will have to be in Trump’s favor before it reaches the SC.

Have we ever been given a satisfactory explanation as to why our election officials opted for mass mail in ballots in spite of (or because of?) rolling out a mail in ballot system on short notice was guaranteed to create instead of simply ramping up the already-extant and far more secure absentee ballot systems in place in every single state? Just a note on something someone said back several pages. ACB has not recused herself from deciding any election cases after election day.
She did not participate in the PA and NC cases before election day, as she was just appointed and thought she had no time to review the pleadings to cast an informed vote. (Go to SCOTUS docket page if you want to see how extensive pleadings can be).
Now that she is on the bench, and participating in oral arguments in cases briefed months ago, she is up to speed and will likely participate in any election appeals.
Yes, there are some Dems screeching about how she should recuse herself because Trump appointed her so close to the election, but only she can make the decision. The other justices can’t make her recuse, and the parties to any lawsuit can’t either.
Kagan participated in Obamacare cases even though she was Obama’s solicitor general (the office in DOJ that represents the US on appeals).

Not *just* in GOP precincts, they were in use in S Phoenix too. Have we seen any clear guidance on whether felt-tip pens are really the problem? The last several, they used markers and the arrow rather than fill bubbles so I’m just not sure.

I put Trump on 269 solid EC votes right now. That means BIden has to take all of MI, WI, MN, NV and AZ. Trump’s people have to be on the ground, which I’m certain they are. By tier, I’d say those states flip like this:
Greatest chance: AZ, NV
Some chance: WI
Little chance: MN, MI
If you put Trump at 269 ECV then it would be a tie.
