The election results are still unknown as the sun rises on November 4, 2020. The presidential race is in a state of flux as several key state contests remain undecided. Georgia and North Carolina are likely to be added to President Trump’s electoral tally; and there is a possibility Arizona’s current result in favor of Joe Biden may change depending on outstanding mail-in ballots.
Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania all reported a cessation of ballot counting shortly after midnight. However, some returns were updated. At this point we all watch and wait to see what those key states do with their outstanding ballots.

3 hours of sleep last night. I’m having an extremely hard time believing the Trump team could be so off on their internals. I am furious with the GOP, and even the WH, for not doing more to ensure a fair election. My anger might be displaced, IDK. They knew there would be immense fraud. And we talked about this, and Big Tech, for 4 years and nothing was done about any of it. I wish PDJT would fire Wray, Barr and even Pompeo right now, regardless of what happens, and dump everything out there for the public to see. I’m confused. When you go to the Michigan Sec. of State’s webiste, general election results, it is showing results as of Nov. 4, 2020 at 1:22 p.m. as follows:
Trump: 1,946,616 – 52.10%
Biden: 1,732,573 – 46.37%
How is Biden leading by 18 votes?
Or is this in Detroit only?
Perhaps the totals in the unofficial counts on the Michigan Secretary of State’s website are only including counties that are complete. There’s that “73/83 counties” label at the top, pr whatever it is at now.

It’s insane that we don’t require in-person voting with separate voter registration picture ID cards. And I would advocate for very few exceptions, and even then, require stringent protocols, including ID and verification at designated locations for absentee ballots. No reason, e.g. that ex-pats and travelers cannot be required to show up at the nearest American embassy or consulate to vote. Military and their families should be able to vote at a location on base that collects and transmits their absentee ballots.

OANN had Florida as a sure win for Trump very early and explained the number trends that supported that unofficial call, but they held off from officially “calling” it until about 10:20 or so. They even interviewed Governor DeSantis and he told them that Biden had no path to win the state so it was a accurate call on their part.

I did basically the same thing this morning lol. Money is a scarce commodity around here these days, but what I could spare went to the fund. I sent a support email, I did a lot of house cleaning, got some meat thawing to can up with the goal being emptying the freezer so all our food is shelf stable and portable by weekend.
