The election results are still unknown as the sun rises on November 4, 2020. The presidential race is in a state of flux as several key state contests remain undecided. Georgia and North Carolina are likely to be added to President Trump’s electoral tally; and there is a possibility Arizona’s current result in favor of Joe Biden may change depending on outstanding mail-in ballots.
Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania all reported a cessation of ballot counting shortly after midnight. However, some returns were updated. At this point we all watch and wait to see what those key states do with their outstanding ballots.

My latest thinking is that Trump was waiting for the cheaters in the places where they traditionally cheat. His no new votes after 4am telegraphs that thinking. For 100% of the “found” votes to be for Biden is way too clumsy. Trump is going to win and the cheaters are going to be caught.

Same here in Los Alamos NM….gave us sharpies to fill in ovals…told us not to worry if it bled thru to other side, that the machine we fed ballots into would read it correctly.
The scanners work on the amount of reflected light. Sharpie ink is not as reflective as ballpoint ink. That is why on ALL official government forms you are directed to ONLY use blue or black BALLPOINT pens.
If this pans out and can be pointed to as real evidence of real coordinated democrat operative fraud, it will make a heluva difference going forward.

For the folks posting who are wailing about the other folks posting “negativity”, I have news for you. That’s called REALITY. Those of us who are willing to face the music belong here just as much as those who wish to just play the music. Part of the reason we have almost lost our Republic is because there seems to be this belief that we must speak positively about everything or we’re somehow not Christians or we’re faithless. Read the Bible again. Start at the beginning and read to the end. It seems to basically chronicle the life of mankind with stupidity, sinfulness, and huge mistakes. It shows where God extends mercy and where God says “enough!” It gives great examples of sinful men/women who turn to God and those that do not. We Americans have failed to keep our Republic (too busy earning a living and paying taxes, I suppose, or we’ve become comfortable and lazy or we’re just selfish and only occasionally rise up).
Even if the courts have to get involved and we, by a miracle of God, get Trump for another 4 years, our futures are not certain. We.Must.Fight, every day in every way for the Republic. Whether that is with 2A or with intellect or with money or with strategy. It will take all of us. Our work goes on, after the 4 more years. We must rid ourselves of the Globalists, the Socialists, the Communists, the Marxists at every level of our government. There is no room for them in the Republic – they are the enemy.
Let’s not berate one another for not having the socially acceptable attitude, which is what got us in trouble in the first place. Let people say what they want to say without censure and share their emotions and thoughts without calling for “clean up on aisle 3” because you don’t like someone’s ideas or feelings etc. Isn’t that what the Socialists do?

And guess what? Here we are still on that ledge one day later. So my observations were not wrong. Sometimes the truth hurts. So be it. But I don’t expect that heads-in-sand will win elections, so I will always seek the answers.
One observation I made, which I believe is an important distinction, is that I was told by NY elections that they will *not* count any of the absentee (mail-in) ballots until *after* the polls close.
This, even as they were busy counting early “in-person” votes one week prior to election day. Now, why would states intentionally delay *only* the counting of those mail-in ballots? Hmm

Where, at least in CA, ballots were mailed to all registered voters, per Newsom Executive Order, NOT State Legislature as required by US Constitution, and SOS is publicly announcing it will take 2 weeks to count all the ballots. CA is assumed to be Dem before the polls close and its results completely ignored throughout election night. But that doesn’t mean that millions of bogus votes are being harvested and counted for the next couple weeks to advance the Dem agenda across the board, especially in House seats.

What happened:
1. Theft of the election was planned just as meticulously as Russia-Gate. E.g. Newsom by Executive Order had ballots mailed to everyone in CA – “due to Covid.” Not done by State Legislature, therefore not legal. Yesterday CA SOS hotline was announcing it will take two weeks to count all the ballots, as in 2018 where targeted ballot harvesting over 10 to 14 days flipped six or so Republican seats declared Red on Election night. This was the template. HRC forbade Biden from conceding on Election night, no matter what. “Transition Integrity Project” organized months ago to plan, staff and resource the theft of the election.
2. As the night progressed, the vote counts were showing “close enough” for theft to work. Halts were then called in AZ, PA, WI, MI, etc. and the number of votes needed to flip enough electoral votes for a Blue win was identified.
3. Plans then went into effect to do just that. Lawyers resourced to fight all challenges ready with billable hours running.
What must be done:
1. Rewards offered for proof of election fraud, vote stealing, foreign influence on elections.
2. Lawsuits filed in PA, WI, MI, AZ, and other states, to disqualify fraudulent and late votes.
3. All of those pending investigations into the Bidens, the Podestas, the Clintons, Epstein and Maxwell, the CCP, George Soros, Iran, Russia, Ukraine, etc., etc., that should have both Article III and Article I warrants in place on the coup sources of funding (foreign and domestic) and the comms with coup operatives, plus two hops, need to be mined to reveal any and all hard evidence of fraud, sedition, foreign election influence, treason, etc.
4. The depth of Deep State corruption must be revealed and proven in the courts of law.
We’ve waited FOREVER for Justice. It is now or never.
The fate of our nation cannot be left up to the whims of some liberal activist judges. This is not the time for investigations or low level lawsuits. It’s the time for immediate arrests of blue state Governors, their Secretaries of State, election officials etc. I demand to see Pa Gov Wolf cuffed & frog marched to jail, TODAY! Not counting Trump out yet in MI. He has to force a recount and when the ballots in the boxes don’t match the count the entire box is thrown out. This will reduce Biden’s vote totals in Detroit. This is why they stopped the recount in 2016 as Hillary’s totals were falling due to Detroit incompetence.
Not counting Trump out yet in NV either. His campaign seems optimistic about AZ too.
However, the GOP holding the senate is huge. Means no court packing, no legislative filibuster reform, no tax hikes, no gun control, no green new deal, etc. Kamala can try to legislate through Biden Executive Orders but Trump/McConnel confirming 200+ judges and 3 SCOTUS nominees should pay dividends and prevent the really constitutionally overreaching ones from taking effect as I’d imagine they would fall in court challenges.
I’d imagine Breyer will wait to see if the DEMs can flip the senate in 2022 before retiring so no major shakeups at SCOTUS for the next two years. Would like to see McConnel hold firm on lower level court nominees and not rubber stamp leftists.
GOP is also leading in 218 house races, so there is a chance we take the house if the leads hold.

Good questions. I suppose for the time being we can only guess. Mine would be that the President’s power is limited by the willingness of the people working in the bureaucracies charged with carrying out his order to do what he tells the to do. These people also have considerable control over what information he receives. Trump has said on many occasions that the swamp he set out to drain turned out to be much deeper than he thought.
Listening to Richard Baris earlier today, he described how data availability for this election was woefully lacking as compared to every other election in recent memory. First, no raw ballot counts were available regarding, in-person Election Day voting, in-person early voting, absentee voting, etc., so no one was able to clearly estimate what percentage of what ballot tranche had been tallied as the returns were reported. Also, NO precinct-level return details were made available, again in contrast to all precedent, making it difficult to predict likely returns for the ballots still outstanding. All they had were gross county totals. Why was there such a radical departure from long established procedure? The obvious implication is that suppressing the release of detailed precinct returns and gross vote totals was designed to provide cover and concealment for widespread ballot fraud.
Maybe there’s a reason Sorros and company invested so much money in SOS and AG elections.
Question for my fellow treepers: Can you ever remember where votes in any state were stopped being counted, and then resumed the following day or two? I cant think of any other time during my voting lifetime.

I was an election judge during that infamous Bush election. I was the designated Republican, to ride with a designated Demorat, to take the ballots to the clerk’s office in my county, after the polls closed and we were done counting.
We then had to recount the ballots and absentee ballots, first at the precinct and then again at the clerk’s office with the clerk’s officials. Our numbers all had to match, including the in person paper ballots. We did not get to leave the clerk’s office until after 0300, when our and every one else’s numbers reconciled correctly..
That was a long day as I was there on Tuesday, at 0500, to prepare for the precinct to open at 0600. Long time ago, I know….
