The media claimed Breonna Taylor was shot during a “no knock” warrant – False.
The media claimed Breonna Taylor was shot in her bed – False.
The media claimed Breonna Taylor was murdered – False.
Everything the media and lawyer Ben Crump claimed about the death of Breonna Taylor and the circumstances around her death was based on lies. The officials in Kentucky allowed a mountain of lies to grow until the evidence was finally presented to a grand jury and the Kentucky Attorney General was forced to admit the truth.
According to evidence revealed at a press conference by AG Daniel Cameron, the police executed a search warrant by knocking on the door. Breonna Taylor and her boyfriend Kenneth Walker refused to answer the door after the police identified themselves. The police broke down the door. Kenneth Walker was armed and shot first at police. The police returned fire and that’s how Breonna Taylor was shot and killed. WATCH:
The YouTube ID of Igp5Ov2aluM?start=92 is invalid..
No police officers were charged with the death of Breonna Taylor because they were responding to being fired upon. It appears Mr. Walker used his girlfriend as a shield. One officer, Brett Hankison, who did not shoot any person, was charged with “wonton endangerment” for haphazardly firing 10 shots that entered the adjacent apartment unit.
Breonna Taylor’s killing set off months of protests in Louisville and other cities and drew national attention. Celebrities and civil-rights activists demanding justice and urged Kentucky AG Cameron to bring charges against the officers involved.
Last week, the city of Louisville said it would pay $12 million to Ms. Taylor’s estate as part of a legal settlement with her family. The agreement also required the city to implement policy changes, including a mandate for police commanders to approve all search warrants. Today the shooting was ruled justified as the police were responding to being fired upon by Ms. Taylor’s boyfriend Kenneth Walker.
Officials in Kentucky allows months of false claims to be made surrounding the shooting without correcting the media reporting.
As with the Trayvon Martin case…. and as with the Michael Brown case….. and as with the Freddie Gray case…. everything pushed by the media about the Breonna Taylor case was based on lies. The media will now refuse to admit the truth and will now spin the narrative to claim they never reported incorrectly. Absolutely ridiculous.
Today I shall play Devil’s advocate.
Rather than kicking in doors where the LEO’s are just one big target why not just be patient and grab them outside? There IMO is way too much militarism and CQC in today’s police work.
IF politicians think these tactics are so great let them strap one on and go try their hands at CQC.
I sure a hell wouldn’t want the job of throwing led in an apartment building when my rounds can penetrate the walls and kill the innocent when grabbing them off the street would be less hazardous.
And no I’m not talking about endangering the public in crowded places but mr beeg drug dealer has to leave his flop sooner or later…
Don’t tell me about costs. This raid alone cost lives and over 12 million $
My
It’s been purported that pre-dawn no-knock raids are intended to scare the crap out of dealers’ girlfriends so that they’ll testify against the dealer. Waiting until daylight hours and without the “shock and awe” might not have the desired effect on the witness.
Yes but it wasn’t no knock.
I know we all keep saying this, but you should read the actual report and not reporter’s summaries of such, if you feel the need to say it. I am VERY close to this case, FYI.
This is a very technical distinction.
Once again, i feel compelled to have to do all the caveats – this is not a defense of breonna, her BF, drug dealers, etc. The police did what they were told and followed procedures, by and large. There is no “crime” here.
But the same police tactics in this case that we keep dismissing is what will soon be used on ALL OF US, because we have tacitly endorsed it. If property is sacred, then Houston, we have a problem.
Stop deluding yourself that the same cops who conduct these actions will somehow refuse to do so when its YOU for owning guns, for posting on conservative websites, or for opening your business in defiance of the government.
Thank you. Unfortunately, cops see everything as a nail….and themselves as the hammer. Oh, and yes, when the time comes and they are told you or me are violent or dangerous desperados, they’ll snap to attention, strap on their gear and do what they are told–no questions asked.
I read an article years ago that speculated that part of the problem at least back then with vets from Iraq and Afghanistan was that so many police were vets who had served in those places and had developed “bad habits” for policing in the US.
I have heard the same thing, and wonder why it isn’t brought out more lately. That would be a definite factor.
That was part of Bath House Barry’s war on America, I mean fundamental transformation……he had DHS label returning GWOT vets as most likely to become domestic terrorists, and also that we posed the greatest risk to America’s government.
Who knew they were projecting, huh? But, if the violent, anarchist, communists cheat their way through the courts to overthrow the election, and our president, they may well be correct.
After Vietnam, anytime there was a Vet in a film or tv show, you could count on the Vet being a crazed murderer! Disgusting – and brought by the same folks at the root of today’s riots!
You did not addres the item it looked like sparked your comment.
Was this issue a NO KNOCK – and did they NO KNOCK and RAM IN?
I am not happy with no knocks – because I’d shoot a person coming in most likely.. no way I’d believe in “ITS THE POLICE ” comment
If in the authorities are empowered to arrest us for posting on conservative websites, what makes you think taking away police powers against criminals -today- would have any effect on that future you imagine? Doesn’t seem too logical to me,
First part should read “If in the future authorities..
While I don’t disagree with you base premise: This tactic will be used on everyone.
I do disagree on how long it will last. Take a city like NOLA or Seattle. Where they only have about 1400-1600 LEO’S to start with. There MIGHT be 100 people within the SWAT and various door licking units…MIGHT BE.
They start kicking in doors in the suburbs and there will be problems. Their kids go to school with my kids. They live in our neighborhoods. They park their cruisers in their driveway, not knowing their neighbors have ‘pegged’ them.
They wanna start kicking in doors? People might not make it to their cruiser in the morning. The chief of police might get canoed by someone in a UPS outfit, looking for a signature.
Propane bombs through the front doors of stations and cops executed like the ones out in L.A.
I know this, because that is how it works in other parts of the world with low IQ, low brow lackeys. Now toss in 100+IQ’s to the mix and things will get out of hand in no time.
Justin B. according to the police white board in the station the warrant issued was a NO KNOCK WARRANT.
The whole concept of NO KNOCK WARRANT is just plain wrong. How many people have been killed minding their own biz when the police have the wrong address? Hint. A lot.
“Hint. A lot.”
Really? How many persons “minding their own biz” have been killed by LEO’s in “No Knock” raids at “the wrong address?”
Inquiring minds want to know.

Yes, but they knocked anyway. The boyfriend who was living with her said they did.
This needs to be CLEARLY stressed.
we can end no knock warrants.
but IF WHAT U SAY IS TRUE – then LIBEL! LIBEL LIBEL 10 million to each cop.
A neighbor heard the police knock and announce!
Yes it was a No Knock Warrant but the facts are they knocked and announced themselves. The heading on the warrant only means they could follow that procedure if they deemed it necessary which they obviously felt it was not. The knock and announcement is collaborated by a witness. The most glaring issue for me is that her boyfriend fired first at the police and he was not hit so was he holding her in front of himself as a shield? No one will ever know but obviously the police bullets didn’t magically fly around her boyfriend and hit her. Something is not right here. As far as I am concerned police should just back off any situation that involves black people because in this atmosphere they will always be wrong, no matter what and everyone else is simply afraid to have building burned without just cause.

This is incorrect. They asked for 5 warrants for the same drug dealer crimes. 5 different locations. The no knock was on the drug dealers location. Breanna’s apartment was not the drug dealers location. He was previously seen coming and going into her apartment and receiving mail there. Hers was considered a soft location and the warrant at her place was for knock and announce, which they did. Right house, right knock and announce, good warrant.
That’s the confusion.
According to Attorney General Cameron this afternoon, the raid was NOT a “No Knock” raid.
So, someone is reporting inaccurate information, either AG Cameron, or whomever reported what appeared on the “police white board in the station.”
It was NOT no knock– THAT was a LIE. They knocked and announced Several times.
I get it but there’d probably still be a shoot out. What is happening now is we are making arguments that if you just let criminals do what they want everything will be ok. Like it’s only a building so let them burn it down, or it’s not your store so let them loot. It’s not your wife…..
Puzzled I don’t think it ought ever get that far. Wanna bet the perp has a rap sheet a mile long? Should have been dealt with long ago. These guys become emboldened when nothing happens over and over and over and … I imagine you get the idea.
The boyfriend was not a perp nor was he the drug dealer. The drug dealer has been previously seen coming and going in her apartment. He also got mail there. The person who fired at the cops was her boyfriend.
There is no indication he was involved in any of it. His weapon was legal. No drugs were found in the apartment. He said he didn’t hear them announce themselves. He saw someone bust the door in and thought it might be the drug dealer so he fired in self defense. A tragic accident.
Yes it was 12a.m. they were asleep. The police announced and knocked and Taylor and boyfriend didn’t hear, they were asleep. They wake up to police breaking down door. Yes he fired but he says he didn’t know it was police. She was standing next to b.f. in hallway outside bedroom according to the sergeant who was shot in leg. No drugs found, neither had drug history. There is some confusion as to the mail, packages former b.f. received there. It is a tragedy and the citizens and Ms. Taylor are being used.

The Police has photographic surveillance. They got a warrant and installed video surveillance from light poles in locations. They followed the drug dealer’s cars. But, the drug dealers were taking evasive maneuvers to thwart Police tails. The Police had gone to the Postal facility and examined packages being routed to her house. The Police had over 2 dozens pictures and videos of the packages being delivered and picked up at her house and transported to the drug houses.
Typo’s! Urrrr!
They didn’t search after the officer involved shooting. That became more important than the drug search.
Breonna did have a long history of being involved with a drug dealer & even had a body found in her rental car.
They painted a pretty picture but it’s beginning to crack & true colors are coming to light.
Leaked documents at this link:

Is it more dangerous to grab a dope dealer inside an apartment with 4 walls or in a car where they can flee?
Traffic stops are great until the criminal doesn’t stop and crashes into a minivan with some poor persons family in it. Then everyone wants to know why the cops chased.
The police had a warrant. Breonna Taylor and her friends were dealing dope. She was the bookkeeper for the organization. Her boyfriend shot at the police. He belongs in prison. Forever.
Yes, and why did they pay anything at all to her family???
It wouldn’t surprise me if these payments work like Foreign aid. The politicians get the payments approved and then miraculously their spouses get a $250K consulting gig from Crump (the attorney).
Yes that is the deal .
This was actually perfected by Nancy Pelosi’ s dad in Baltimore.
The politicians and the trial lawyers are in cahoots for the slip and fall lawsuits.
Every once in a while they get a big one like Freddie Grey.
While researching Freddie,I came across a lawyer blogger who detailed the process in Baltimore.
Louisville dumped the 12 million on the Estate of Breonna Taylor because they knew after the facts come out ,they would not be able to justify it.
Seems I recall hearing of a number that were grabbed off the street and tossed into an unmarked van with no problems.
So get him when he gets out of the car at the convenience store to buy his Mickey’s and flavored Swisher Sweets (PSA they’re not for the tobacco inside). Just roll up and nab him when his guard is down. Trust me these types cannot survive without a convenience store. Dude IS GOING TO LEAVE the apartment at some point (several times daily) to get more “stuff”. If it weren’t for convenience store these guys would starve/be forced to be sober/ be forced to smoke a bong until the weed runs out. And smoking a bong is not as sexy in these circles as a hollowed out chocolate blunt. If he refrains from smoking the hollowed out cigars, the ladies in his life will smell weakness and cause him much domestic pain, pain he can’t/will not put up with. He WILL go to the convenience store. In these circles a REAL MAN can’t show weakness or he’s as good as dead. First his women will start bitching, then his male betas will start talking. His women and male betas are usually how he gets spotted in the first place, because he can’t keep his mouth shut, he has to boast of his criminal exploits or face losing respect from both parties. Eventually somebody gets popped and snitches. It’s so easy and so sad.
I appreciate your colorful and accurate narrative. I am not familiar with these cultures.
Our large church has a separate sanctuary for youth Sunday worship. We run 24 buses.
When we invite the police chief to talk, he reminds us the only solution is church and stronger homes. Last week we delivered 800 back packs with goodies to homes where we pick up kids. The buses have not run for a few months. (we have two daughter churches in the toughest part of Detroit. Black pastors who came from our teen outreach program., 1,500 miles from Detroit. ) All lives matter!
There are a dozen high schools in our school district. Most years several of the valedictorians are black kids from our church and more specifically one foster home which has raised over 20 winners.
Harvey – great story. It sounds like you & your fellow church members are making a difference.
This is an enormous contribution to what’s needed, Harvey. God bless all of you, and God help you to help all the youngsters who are fortunate enough to become part of your circle.
Harvey, after reading Bill’s comment, do you think you all will do another round of backpacks for the teenagers with Mickey’s and Swisher Sweets inside? I suspect if you did, you would need extra buses.
These guys were not that sloppy they were taking evasive counter-intel maneuvers while driving. That’s while tails were dropped, and, the Police obtained warrants for surveillance cameras on nearby telephone poles, stuck with long range photography…
mycrofft: thank you for your comment with which I agree 100%. My family just discussed the occasional over reaction by some in our police forces across the nation. I was born and raised in Switzerland and have lived in a few countries other than the US and I will repeat what I said in the past that there is no other country which has as many shootings whether by criminals or the police. It is indeed a sad state of affairs and it would behoove us collectively to treat this problem as a social and not a political issue which can be exploited by those in power, including the media.
It is not a social or political problem, it is a criminal problem. United States rates in at 4.96% for intentional homicides according to Wikipedia (which I admit may be erroneous but I think they may be somewhat correct here). Many many other countries show a higher rate than this. We are a Country of law abiding citizens for the most part. Columbia S.A. is at 25%, Brazil 29%, Venezuelia 36%- murder rates per 100,000. It is does not have to do with the number of legally owned guns. It has to do with illegal behavior.
So, what’s the Black population in Switzerland lately?
Two people and one sheep.
Up one with Tina Turner’s renouncing USA citizenship and becoming Swiss.
Have a look at the graph.Very enlightening.
I lived in Geneva for 4 years. You definitely don’t get a visa if they don’t like the look of you. Heck, I bought my cheaper groceries in France and they sometimes checked the boot if my car to see if I about “above” the allowable amount of beef or chicken! Too bad guys, I’m vegetarian ?. A couple of the cops checking also thought us dunderhead Americans don’t speak other languages (they spoke in German- where I also lived for 9 years ?).
swiss, while I agree ultimately it boils down to a social issue, the problem is the social issue exists due to politics. A Catch 22 if you will
Also, police shootings in the US are extremely rare considering the amount of criminals / thugs we have running around our streets creating chaos and terror
Add to that a treasonous political structure that sides with the criminal element, and you’ll find our police are amazingly retrained and professional
“restrained”, not “retrained”
Having started following this, I’m surprised how few there are seeing the incredible violence of US criminals.
Your police are very well trained.
As far as the “raid” costing $12 million – that’s on the DemonRat / Commie government; which supports this kind of criminal activity. The DemonRats always reward wrongdoing and make the law-abiding pay for it. It’s part of their DNA. But, you are correct – it did “cost” an exorbitant amount.

What happens if Mr. Criminal doesn’t play by your rules; but instead enacts their own rules?
What if Mr. Criminal uses as axe to knock a hole in the wall to an adjoining apartment; and holds a resident hostage whilst commanding the other resident to bring him food and water, under threat of violence (all while you wait patiently outside)?
What if Mr. Criminal continues knocking holes in adjoining apartments until he gets to one from where he can surreptitiously escape (all while you wait patiently outside)?
What about other unanticipated scenarios (or, anticipated possible scenarios which do not favor sitting and waiting); most of which will involve Mr. Criminal not playing by your rules?
iswhatitis you think the current system is working well?

Guess you’re going to play dodge-ball..
Sorry but I disagree. If you deal in drugs and have weapons that you use on a cop and probably anyone who opposes your drug dealing, then you and those involved with you are committing a heinous crime. A crime that is causing millions of people in America untold harm and pain. Addiction kills regardless of race, creed and color, and scars families for generations. Addiction fuels more crime. Where is your sympathy for the kids and families affected by these drug dealers. Drug dealing and subsequent addiction fuel so much crime and evil in the world, it cannot and should not be tolerated. Middle of the night raid, pay back for enticing more young people into your lair. No, you don’t get a place nice card pass, no.
Sorry, no sympathy here, they deserved what they got.
“Where is your sympathy for the kids and families affected by these drug dealers.”
Not talking about sympathy but tactics.
My thoughts are if convicted of drug pushing you get to experience a massive does of what you are selling.
My thoughts are if you chose to drunk drive and kill someone you get run down by a car.
My thoughts are if you are a politician sold out to the Chinese or whoever you get a shot drop and a sudden stop.
Do I sound sympathetic?
aisheschayal,
Alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, prescriptions… Who is the arbiter of the ‘untold harm and pain’ caused by these drugs?
The problem with a zero tolerance, Mother Theresa type standard, is the unequal enactment/application of the ‘laws’ controlling these substances, simply because there was only one Mother Theresa, and it sure as heck wasn’t RBG.
Wonder if it’s just a coincidence that the Chinese ‘opium dens’ flourished in San Francisco? Asking for a friend.
The raid didn’t cost Louisville any money until the weak mayor gave it away before the results of the indictment came done.
Amen.
Correct, Booger
Indeed.
Remember the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas? The Feds could have apprehended David Koresh easily during any of his common trips to town but they just had to do an armed raid resulting in the deaths of 76 people including 25 women and children.
TomD1999 THANK YOU!
The police had a search warrant for the Apt. I have not read the search warrant, but I assume it was for illegal drugs. You want to execute a search warrant as quickly as possible before the criminals destroy the evidence by flushing down toilet, tossing out window, swallowing, hiding in secret hard to find locations. It may be cash, weapons, etc. The object of a search warrant is to recover evidence. My understanding is They were not there to arrest, so there was no need to wait for suspect to be off premises.
I have not seen the search warrant. I assume it was based on undercover police knowledge or information from an informant. The information may have indicated that the evidence would only only be there for a short period of time.
Don’t be second guessing police officers who were doing their jobs and were shot at. My guess is that no fair minded jury will find the officers guilty of anything. They were charged because of MOB pressure. We are already seeing how the the mob pressures an innocent american to be prosecuted for self defense.
4sure I personally am not second guessing police officers. I just wish they weren’t put in harms way in the first place. Every day I put on a hard had I was reminded
“work safe work smart”.
General Flynn has vast experience of being guilty until proven innocent.
I’ll play Devil’s advocates advocate. Why not just come out when the police knock on your door?
It was 12 a.m. they were asleep, and woke to to hear them breaking down door. I believe the police identified, I believe Taylor and b.f didn’t hear. It is a terrible mistake. we don’t have to blame her or the police. They served the warrant on the ex b.f. and wanted to check her place at the same time. Now what’s going on in the the city, we can blame those losers and a$$hats on twitter and MSNBC
FYI: The reason is the evidence that the Search Warrant authorizes is often destroyed, which is why an entry is expedited. This fact is particularly true in illegal drug type cases.
Other reasons for expedited entry are, surprise tends to be on the side of the officers who are, most of the time, going to avoid ANY violence from either the suspect(s) or from law enforcement.
Last, remember, the reactions of law enforcement was due, exclusively, to the “actions” of the criminals in the apartment. Charging one of the officers with a few stray bullets while you’re being fired upon, which was the scenario in this case, is chicken feces. JMHO
“Charging one of the officers with a few stray bullets while you’re being fired upon, which was the scenario in this case, is chicken feces. JMHO”
Agreed!
I’ll play Devil’s advocate advocate. Why not just answer the door when the Police knock and identify themselves?
This is a cultural problem, not a racial problem. Just like AA, as soon as you acknowledge your problem, you can begin to solve it. I don’t think this will be solved because of politicians.
Ah, but when he leaves his flop how much of his stash and guns go with him? Seems like the boyfriend was the problem and the only one getting a pass.
Oh so now we want the police to not arrest criminals
in their homes (cribs), but when they are
going to the grocery store or gas station so innocent
bystanders can get caught up in the mayhem.
The parents of this drug moll should not have received
$12 millons dollars of taxpayer money under any
circumstances.
Bingo! Swarm policing is the problem.
Heads on a swivel. Honestly, everyone should carry 24/7 regardless of your state’s “gun laws”. It’s your God given right, so don’t let the state take that away from you.
At the very least, we’ve seen, in living color, how the Left uses every excuse they can find to riot, destroy, and kill. Mostly based on lies. Pray. Our men and women in Blue are the most at risk.
Vote like your life depends upon it, because it does.
Yup.
I’d rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6
Indeed. Situational awareness is critical.
The democrat governor will let it burn.
Dim mayor also
Gov Andy is too busy counting c-19 cases and making sure we still wear our masks.
All this so the likes of Crump and Sharpton can collect a big fat paycheck
?????????????
I am from the Louisville area, and my office is downtown right in the main protest area. We’ve not been in the office since Monday, and we’re not going in tomorrow. Parking is severely limited and numerous barricades. This madness is seriously affecting the downtown area. Speaking from first hand KY experience, our AG Daniel Cameron is a great guy. Our governor Andy Beshear is a political hack and tyrant. This whole situation will continue to be politicized, and people like me will have to deal with the frustrations of figuring out how to get our people back in the office.
In addition another black person was killed by National guardsman when guns were fired at his business the first weekend of riots. Who drew first? I think it was David mcatee, the barbecue man.
This case hasn’t got any air time of late. Later a mentally ill black man killed a white photographer in a downtown encampment during protests earlier in the year. Riots and protests do lead to more violence and death. Curfew starts at nine. Local news feeds looks like we have lots of police on hand but they are spreading out through downtown making the fight go to multiple fronts. Hopefully they will go home at dark. I pray for safety for our city and that it doesn’t spread to other cities. Local people are speaking without inflaming the situation but the lawyers and agitators make me switch channels. It’s hard to watch in your own town. ?
Remember how people rioted when Kelly Thomas was killed by the two cops? Remember how they burned, looted, terrorized when those cops were found not guilty? Yeah me neither. The worst case of cold-blooded sadistic MURDER by cops that I’ve seen, and yet zero rampaging maniacs in the streets. Hmmm… I just can’t figure out why.
(I’m not gonna post the before and after pics of Kelly, but you can find them if you’ve got the stomach 🙁 )
Just read and watched surveillance video. Had never heard of this incident, probably cuz no riots!!!
How can multiple cops not realize that homeless guy with weird behavior is mentally ill and needs special handling, especially when the guy is unarmed and zero threat to cops.
It wasn’t a mistake or stupidity on the cops’ part. It was pure evil, sadism. One of them even explicitly told Kelly what he was gonna do to him — “See these fists? They’re about the F… you up!” — and then proceeded to do exactly that. (And if you haven’t seen it already, here’s the picture I was talking about. Add “.png” to the end.)

listened to all of this driving home from daddy.
OMG
…. and that idiot “lawyer” throwing in his three stupid cents.
jeeeez I am shocked that the media allowed this to happen in the first place. Or who?
Yes, there will be fires but there will be mayhem for the next year at least
Keeping my prayers for my President at the top of my list
The problem is the media.
Even once Trump is reelected, this will not stop. The media needs a combination of RICO and anti trust busting. That includes the social media corporate criminal organizations.
Totally agreed – we need to start “Sandmann”ing them. They are explicitly complicit in furthering the myths and lies that directly cause violence.
Ferguson riots happened under Obama, so who is in the White House would appear to make little difference.
There is video online purporting to show the soon-to-be rioters unloading their riot equipment, shields etc., from the back of a U-Haul. The scheduled riot will proceed as planned well in advance. Christmas lists containing new flat screens and designer handbags will soon be fulfilled.
O.K., please educate me. I have read the following, some or all of which may be fake news, but I am looking for original sources:
1. It was originally planned as a no-knock raid, but was changed shortly before execution.
2. The officers and one witness claimed the police identified themselves. All other witnesses claimed otherwise.
3. Police procedure was, supposedly, to knock and identify three times before entry. Supposedly they knocked and identified, but not as specified in the procedure. (The implication was that they knocked and identified once.)
4. The male present in the apartment, who was not the drug guy, had a legal concealed-carry permit.
5. The police did mag dumps returning fire. In other words, they fired until empty, rather than firing until the threat was no longer a threat. The cop who has been indicted did a mag dump through a sliding door with closed blinds. In other words, he couldn’t even see a target. THAT was, again, counter to procedure.
6. Postal inspectors were claimed to have been monitoring the apartment for receipt of suspicious packages. Postal inspectors have denied this.
So, if some or all of the above are accurate, imagine you’re awakened in the middle of the night by someone breaking down your door, after, maybe, knocking and saying “police” once, when you weren’t yet awake. You’re a legal holder of a ccp/ltcf and grab your firearm. You fire at what you believe to be criminal intruders. They dump mags at you. What would you do?
No-knock raids are EVIL. Police not clearly knocking and identifying themselves are almost as evil. I’m not saying that’s what happened here, but, with what I’ve found so far, it looks a whole lot less clear to me than it does to most here, so I need citations to correct my misapprehensions.
TIA for whatever….
Ivan- agree.
I second your agree!
I thought the report from the hearing said the popo came in, not shooting. They were initially fired upon.
I guess we will have to see the transcripts ?
Realistically, if someone broke through the door of our home, my husband would fire on them unless it was immediately obvious they are police.
We live on a farm, with our house some distance from the road and beyond a locked gate. One night several years ago we were sitting in our living room, when we heard voices and saw flashlights outside our window. My husband immediately retrieved his gun and went outside to see who it was. They did then identify themselves as county sheriff deputies in pursuit of a man who had fled a crime scene. My husband, seeing they were uniformed, did not fire.
This situation could easily have gone VERY wrong. Our address is listed in a 911 registry along with our phone number. It would have been much wiser for them to call and advise us they at were on our property, armed. They put our safety, as well as theirs, at risk by how they poorly they handled the situation.
“By how poorly they handled the situation.”
Would have answered the door if someone knocked on it and yelled they were the police?
Would you not would have
I don’t know. That wasn’t the situation we were faced with. What would YOU do?
We are law abiding senior citizens…perhaps we would have asked for some form of confirmation before we opened the door. As I said, they should have called our registered 911 home phone number to let us know they were on our property, rather than spooking around outside our home with flashlights.
My husband, dressed in his pajamas and robe, did inform them as soon as he realized they were deputies that he hadn’t known who they were and was armed. Fortunately, rural law enforcement officers would expect that.
I have had the police knock on my door on 2 occasions. Once it was inquiring about a neighbor, the second was when a college female was raped near my apartment. I fit the description so I was interviewed by the detectives. I could prove that I was at work so they thanked me and left. I treated the police with respect and they did the same
Yes it was 12 a.m. If your asleep perhaps you don’t hear them announce. its a sad and terrible situation.
You are not allowed to shoot someone on your front lawn
regardless of who they are. They have to be in your home
for a justified self defense.
If you are attacked on your property, in absolute fear of your life, you wouldn’t defend yourself? Really? Hmmm……Of course it is better if there is only one left to relate the facts to the police.
It is important to know the laws in your state and be prepared to act accordingly. The laws in Texas even allow the use of lethal force to defend property, not just lives.
Where is your source for this? The briefing that the DA provided after a 4 month investigation is the only ‘facts’ that I have heard. The only thing you’ve mentioned that seems to be supported is the one criminal charge. If you have proof the DA falsified the facts from the investigation, well I’m sure Crump could you your facts.
I know this particular case wasn’t no-knock, but I agree with you. Except for the most extremely necessary circumstances, no-knock raids, especially at night, should be BANNED.
Sorry, my nephew is a US Marshal. He says the most dangerous job is going to a residence to present a subpoena, or to make an arrest, or a domestic violence situation.
You knock, identify, and they get their gun (usually illegal) shoot thru the door, or open the door with guns blazing. Doesn’t matter if they are FBI, LEOs, State Troupers etc.
The purpose of NO knock is to disorient them so they don’t get to their weapon.
Punch a hole thru the door and pump in tear gas.
Whateverthehell we are doing now is stupid.
It is only “stupid” because no one will get these criminals
off the streets.
So while the officer is punching a hole thru the door,
the criminal starts shooting.
Forest Gump.
The Police did inspect packages at the Postal facility — it’s documented in the leaked Police files. And, there were drugs in the toilets and J-traps… at some of locations. So, simultaneously take-downs, some with no knocks, were necessary so as to not let the traffickers get to their phones and give a heads up to the other drug network locations.
There were also drugs found stashed by a K-9 on an adjacent property at one location. You will never catch them if no knocks are eliminated. No knocks have gone wrong before. But, in this case all dwellings had extensive long term surveillance and Police were 100% sure of the activity.
Bigger problem seems to be, the Police were stretched and had insufficient resources to cover the network of locations simultaneously. I believe they decided to let one go despite it being a multi-agency task force type take-down.
The democrat Louisville mayor Fisher and the democratic governor Beshear tossed the case of a Louisville police shooting to the Republican Atty General. This is not a normal way to handle this but they set him up so whatever the outcome they can publicly criticize him. And that they are doing
Grubenor Beshear did NOT not give a full throated backing for AGDaniel Cameron in his Q and A this afternoon on local news. Beshear is the son of a Guv. He was the previous AG and what did he do when Ky elected Bevin a rare Republican === he immediately started attacking Governor Bevin with lawsuits. So after bashing the Republican Governor from his office for 4 years, he got the teachers to support him to win his governorship. With Covid he does his daily little pressers which I can’t stand to listen to and tells us all to stay home, be hermits and close small business cause we are all going to die. AG Cameron is a protege of Mitch McConnell, on the Supreme Court list by President Trump and he held himself well. He will of course be attacked anyway because he is black and Republican. Since the feds are looking into the civil rights issue I’m not sure how transparent he has to be about grand jury, etc. I’m have no legal experience. I hope he will be promoted in future office. We need a Republican bench. Think of the Louisville courier Journal and Wapo as the same team. Hard to get anything but leftist perspectives and hate in our print news. Radio and news a little more balanced.
Too bad there were no body cams (with audio). Seems to me it all comes down to whether the cops really had knocked and announced themselves or not. If not, then allowing no-knock warrants for the purpose of scaring witnesses into testifying is something we shouldn’t countenance. Imagine that tactic being used against law-abiding citizens – because I guarantee there are liberal DA’s who would use it against “our side”. That lady in St. Louis who’s persecuting the McCloskeys, for example.
All officers in the top 200 US metro areas should have body cams. Also, the look-back period (the recording time that is stored from BEFORE the camera is turned on) should be at least 2 minutes. That reduces officers’ excuse that they “forgot ” to turn it on. In the Mohammed Noor shooting of Justine Damond in Minneapolis, it turned out that look-back period for Minneapolis body cams was only 30 seconds. The officers involved forgot (or “forgot”) to turn on their cameras in time to record any of the important details of the event.
I’ve been on tactical teams. No knock warrants are rarely used. A no knock wasnt used in this case.
But shouldn’t the subject of the warrant be identified and his presence be acknowledged before breaking into a constitutionally sacrosanct home? Did the police announce that they had a warrant to arrest the (already arrested) suspect named in their warrant? The phrase “heavy handed” comes to mind.
Was the city aware of the facts when they paid the Taylor family $12 million?
omg
I forgot about that.
oh my
Crump walked away with $1 million
Money talks and placates!
Not sure about the $1MM number…On a contingency basis that would have been at least $6MM.
Hush money to placate the mob for some months. They pay all that and still get riots? Demand the money back \s
Let’s be clear on one thing, the corporate media in our country is no longer involved in journalism. They’re a political special interest no different than any lobbyist or other financial entity with a total political agenda, and the agenda is not for you, it’s for themselves. Anyone who challenges their control is deemed a sexist, a racist, a xenophobe. They will lie, lie, lie, and then again they will do worse than that. They will do whatever is necessary. The Clintons are criminals, remember that.
Pick a media outlet and then follow the owner-investor trail. The ownership of the media is consolidated and hidden behind “Investment” Groups that control the consolidated “Media Groupings and Holding Companies”.
It is worse than partisan Media Outlet owners, it is the Wall Street Puppet masters using the media as a tool to control via the political entities they back.
Political parties are control vectors for the puppet masters who are A-POLITICAL. In the Us they could care less what the democrat party does to anybody as long as they control the levers of the economy. The democrat part has proven to be the easiest to control and Geroge Soros foundation is the bag man.
0bama’s Al Thani buddies in Qatar have a fund dedicated solely to influencing US politicians, and even they are surprised at how little it takes to buy them off…
Brionna was/is one of Nancy’s arrows in her quiver!
Yep, it’s just shaped like a boomerang.
Blunted and/or curved. This too shall pass.
Any more useful idiot martyrs (arrows) you want throw out there Piggy?
The only quiver she got is in her kneecaps. Her DT’s.
This is why cops are leaving the force in droves. I’ve got 17 years on and cant wait to leave in 3 years.
I’m sick of the public voting for these idiot mayors who hire chiefs who are politicians and not cops.
Good luck folks. Remember, you voted for it.
Not everybody who is a cop should be one. Some are clearly not cut out for it and should quit or be removed. Even better they weren’t hired in the first place.
Jesse I think that a prudent move and I hope you have a safe three years!
Thanks for keeping our communities safe, Jesse.
Here is the woman that rented the Uhaul van that arrived today in Louisville. Why is Soros untouchable for destroying our country?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/09/u-haul-seen-distributing-shields-weapons-louisville-rioters-rented-holly-zoller-louisville-bail-project/
“Why bring up Soros?”
Just asking…
Because somebody is paying for the signs, bricks, and other riot paraphernalia in that Uhaul van. .
Newt tried to tell Fake News Network’s 3 stoogettes. Didn’t want it exposed. At least Tucker picked it up.

george soros is allowed to attempt to TAKE OUT our president..
for some reason HE IS ABOVE the law and runs this country, and FOX
i lost total respect for the republican blonde – never again.
Because she is connected to his group
Holly Zoller of Soros-Connected Louisville Bail Project
She should get a mandatory 20 year sentence.
Sadly and simply, we live in a country where the criminal class and politics are now merged. There is no nice way for this to end.
Speaking of not so nice endings, anyone know how the gun and castle laws are in KY?
“anyone know how the gun and castle laws are in KY?”
******
IANAL, however, there is a difference between statutes re:Castle Doctrine and specific statutes re:highly defensible locations. It is my understanding, Castle Doctrine only removes the legal obligation to retreat where that is part of a State’s self defense law. IIRC, all States have a Castle Doctrine but the extent of the “Castle” varies from only the home to outside buildings and property. ( Duty to Retreat is only in 13 States and is, IMO, the least important of the five criteria for making a case for self defense)
Many State specifically reduce the legal burden for use of deadly force in Highly defensible locations, usually the home, place of business or occupied vehicle. For Ky, The statute allows for deadly force against forced entry into home, etc. unless illegal activity is occurring or the forced entry is by a LEO.
Excellent point, Peter.
“Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reasons.”
“It could probably be shown by facts and figures that there is no distinctly native American criminal class except Congress.”
“Suppose you were an idiot. And suppose you were a member of Congress. But I repeat myself.”
-Mark Twain(?)
Choices. A series of bad choices resulted in this tragedy.
What if Ms. Taylor had chosen not to associate with drug dealers?
What if the police were aware that the suspect named in their warrant had already been arrested?
What if the police had retreated from the doorway and attempted to establish communications with the suspect and de-escalate the encounter? Especially given the high density housing they were encountering with thin walls and innocent people present versus the penetrating power of a Smith & Wesson .40 caliber +P hollow point slug.
Were the officers justified returning fire? Of course. But did they do all they could to avoid putting people at risk? No. I spent several years as a cop. So I support good cops and at one point I was 6 oz.. trigger pull from killing a black man that had already shot his wife. Fortunately he gave up without a fight. So I know about using deadly force. I also know about, as a last resort, using only enough force to control the situation and attempting to de-escalate the situation. Bottom line is two of these cops were fired, cops need more situational awareness training and this shoot will not be used in law enforcement seminars around the country on how to effectuate a proper warrant service.
Hollow points typically do NOT penetrate walls, etc. It’s why they’re used.
I have shot a .45 caliber through both sides of a very large cable spool and 4 inches into a large oak tree. Dug the bullet out to see how far it penetrated. Those apartment walls aren’t that thick.
I would like to use my best 4 letter cop language. But I won’t even though I’m totally outraged!!???
Easy Prediction . . . . .
The same thing will happen in the St. George Floyd case. ALL of the police officers will be exonerated. Not only did they not “murder” or even “kill” St. George . . they heroically extended his life by keeping him immobile until medical help arrived . . . medical help which they summoned.
George Floyd killed George Floyd. There is no other conclusion possible.
Yep had a history of swallowing the “evidence”.
But the family of miss Taylor got 12 million, and isn’t that the important thing? ??
A couple people over at Breitbart, namely Rebecca Mansour and Sonny Johnson ought to be ashamed of themselves for the BS they wrote and talked about on this case. Anyone in the center or right of center (anyone for that matter) should know not to believe anything the fake news media reports about any story, especially a case like this.
How about all the Pubbies and RINOs who leaped in front of the cameras . . . and declared that the police had “murdered” George Floyd? I never felt more disappointed than when I saw Ted Cruz do just that. He actually said that the police “murdered” St. George!
Pfooey on all linguini-spined Pubbies and RINOs . . . who don’t have the guts to stand up to the communist media.
I got tired of Sonny Johnson after a couple of times listening to her. I don’t know how she got her own Sat gig on Patriot XM radio
I wonder how much the Lawyer took; of the settlement. Lawyers for families of those killed by the police; around here; take 50%. Nothing like ripping off your brothers; when most attorneys take 1/3.
It was reported that Crump received $1mio. which is quite reasonable when you look at the total “reward” of 12.
the question that remains:
what intelligence led to this house?
focus on the warrant.
a judge signs that.
LE is going to this house with EVERY assumption to take down a drug dealer..we can presume from experience this would have created the necessary no knock AND a HEIGHTENED sense of frosty.
other reports indicate the actual drug dealer target was arrested on or about the same day.
was there a warrant issued FOR THAT LOCATION?
if so, again, the question is
what went wrong with the Intel that pushed THIS HOUSE?
I’m holding ANY opinion about LE actions until i can KNOW what ordered them to THIS HOUSE!
Brandon Tatum has all the details. Look it up.
CNN even retracting and saying the police officers were not at fault.
Plenty of other places (no links) are saying that she herself was on the warrant, and she had been fired from her EMT job for possible drug dealing/using.
SD sums it all up. “Everything the Media Claimed About Breonna Taylor’s Death Was a Lie”
50% of the population will never know this and all the other lies. That is why there is such a divide in the country. There is an alternative universe spun by the media and some people never leave it.
Sadly you are correct.
Hot dog, let the shopping sprees begin. I guess the leftist goon squads never heard “The Boy who Cried Wolf”. “Oh there’s a riot in Louisville honey. Short pause. “yeah, isn’t Jeopardy on?”
Being perpetually offended is only fun for the perpetually offended…I think?
You gotta feel for these businesses trapped in this insanity. “Once burnt…” Without law & order, vacate when practicable.
Now we can understand how civilizations are lost.
Louisville live…..
arrest every name on this live stream – pretty easy?
curfew soon – their plea deal can be help idntfying
My brother lives right off the freeway from this location. He said it has been he$$ since this all started. He is suppose to be in the process of moving back here.
Not trying to be obnoxious, but I’m still anxious for citations to correct any misconceptions on my part.
Thanks
The media has not reported on Taylor’s rather checkered past. even Sean Hannity has fallen for the .false narrative. Taylor was no “model citizen.” She was subject of an investigation in 2016 when a murdered corpse was found in a car she had rented. Her boyfriend was a well-known drug dealer, with a long record including multiple weapons charges. The dead man was the brother of one of his “business associates.” When she spoke on a recorded telephone to her boyfriend in jail, she reported having been to the “trap” (drug house) and watching the trap. The bank accounts and DMV paperwork used by her boyfriend were all registered to Taylor’s address. In short, Taylor was part of a large drug dealing operation, and the officers were executing warrant against her ex-boyfriend who used her address on all of his paperwork. He was a known illegal gun user, and a multiple felon. Breonna was down with all of that, but had moved on to someone who may have been a far better person, but felt he needed to have a pistol, and to get it out and ready to shoot at the men knocking on the door. If they didn’t hear the knocking and shouts, how did they get in the hallway, armed?
The taxpayers of Lousiville just paid $12 million to a member of a drug ring who was involved with killers and criminals in “the sanctity of her home.” They were executing a legal warrant and were fired on/ INCREDIBLE.
Fantastic post!
The only thing you forgot to mention is the police have video footage of Brionna Taylor in the car with her boyfriend at the trap house!
Those pesky facts, again.
Yes, but end it will. Law enforcement can no longer protect us … and it’s not their fault.
The political class got precisely what they wanted; but, they have underestimated millions just like me.
Keep the faith…and never lose sight of what is right!
Because normal Americans don’t want to riot, kill, burn, assault…they’ve waited…in disgust, but they’ve waited. Hoping against hope that somehow, things will right themselves. We can talk all day about complacency, but it’s a fact. Myself…I’ve even thought, “this craziness can’t last”….but the tipping point for MANY is just about here. And when that happens, the rioters, anarchists, THE MSM AND THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY AND THEIR HANDLERS will experience something way worse than losing elections and their power. Normal, mentally healthy people are slow to come to violence, but when they are defending their families, homes, businesses, and way of life…well, we’re about to see what happens. I know what me and mine will do. It’s sadly unavoidable.
And to think the George Floyd officers haven’t been charged yet. Wait until they get exonerated. Keith Ellison is probably holding that trial out until closer to election. So sad that leaders are willing to destroy cities for politics.
closer to the election is a good bet
And so the good citizens of Louisville get to pay $12m to the family of a person who put themselves in a position to cause the police to come to arrest someone in the house? Why is that the fault of the citizens of Louisville or the good, honest, hard working law enforcement officers?
I was taught that if you are responsible, respectable, and law-abiding and do not give law enforcement any reason to want to question you or anyone you are protecting in your home, then police won’t come knocking and/or breaking down your door.
Most of the incidents we have witnessed in the last few years, and certainly the rioters have used as an excuse to riot, could have been avoided if the criminals would have respected the officers, had not given police cause to want to arrest them, or had not put themselves in dangerous, criminal positions.
In this case, the criminals should have answered the door. Should NOT have had weapons, and certainly should NOT have fired on the police.
When does it become the responsibility of the people who are causing the problem; the drug dealers, the criminals, the low-life?
I don’t blame the officers – even when they make a mistake. They put their lives on the line every minute of every day to protect civil, law-abiding, decent citizens. If you put yourself outside that area, then you deserve what you get. I respect and appreciate the police.
More or different “training” is not the solution. More respectful, law-abiding people is the answer. Paying off the criminal’s family is not a solution.
Citizens have to demand that family give the 12 million dollars back, they lied to get the money, their attorney lied to get that money and all should be arrested for fraud.
I’m not surprised, Taylor’s case was pure BS from the very first day Crump got involved. George Floyds case is pure BS too, Crump is involved. Rule number one, when Crump and/or BLM are involved in a case, the case is a flat out lie. It’s way past time for the Federal Government to get involved and shut Crump and BLM/ANTIFA up for good.
Cops knocked – BF Said NOPE to opening.
COPS KNOCKED – announced who they were.
Fkc the Racist Rioters. Gofundme for David Dorn!
Whoever agreed to pay that 12 million to the Taylor family should be fired and investigated for criminal activity.
Isn’t there anything that can be done about these AGs? I know they’re elected positions but can’t the DOJ move to have them disbarred? Look at the amount of damage they allow to happen to their communities.
Isn’t there anything that can be done about these AGs? I know they’re elected positions but can’t the DOJ move to have them disbarred? Look at the amount of damage they allow to happen to their communities.
It’s not the AG’s, it’s terrorists like Ben Crump and BLM and the f–king media who lie to the public, they are the ones who start riots.
But the AGs let it go on even when they know it’s a lie…
AG Barr should be the sht out of Crump – on live video – and read the facts to him as he is knocked out. then resign.
and hire another Acting AG – and repeat this on live TV until every criminal gets the message.
I understand and that drives me nuts too, maybe laws need to change to allow the info to come out sooner.
I always thought this site was a pro law and order site. After reading the crap from all these anti-cop people ,almost all of whom haven’t spent a day in a cop’s shoes,I realize it is not.Every time I hear our President talk about his support for law enforcement I will remember that so many on this site do not share his feelings. My son is on the command staff of a county wide sheriff’s department.Every day he and his deputies put their lives on the line to protect the innocent and to insure law and order.I am glad he doesn’t read these posts and I hope his deputies don’t as well. They put up with enough crap on the job.
I suspect 99.8% of posters here are indeed pro Law & Order, but many also are advocates for less government intrusion into all aspects of life.
Read most of the current 200+ comments, do not find any to be anti-cop but rather some are questioning procedure.
Many here realize that LE are the armed enforcers of the Government and have seen first hand especially with the Kung Flu nonsense that LE will follow the instructions of their Chain of Command. And in many cities that COC goes up to a corrupt D Mayor.
My best wishes for the safety of your son and thanks for his service.
erm9164 who here commenting is “anti-cop people”?
Please support your assertion.
There are a good many posts of an anticop basis on this thread by people, that I have never seen before in the 5 years I have been here .All seem to be pushing the CNN narrative.
Breonna was not the darling EMT .She was fired in 2016, when a rented car was used in a murder of her boyfriend ‘ s criminal confederate.b
See the Tatum Report
Unfortunately, these people have not passed the common
sense IQ test.
erm9164 – your son and his fellow officers have my support and the support of my family and friends.
Please tell your son thank you for his service. It can be a thankless job. The troops are out in force on this thread. If you look, many of the posts are 2 or 3 people one upping each other and congratulating themselves for being so clever.
The media wants a RACE WAR. That is the only way they can remain relevant.
Of course FACTS become irrelevant after the initial propaganda and headlines. The damage is done and another “excuse” created for more insurrection by marxists and others who could care less about the “poor victims.”
“Our side” continues to have rings run around it by our enemies who are much more adept (in fairness of course they have the media as a megaphone) in causing or capitalizing on these incidents to further their clearly and presently dangerous efforts to destroy the nation, our way of life and our freedom.
Full disclosure …white, passed middle age, male here.
Served with all colors & creeds. Never looked at their skin color when we were clearing or on an op.
My point, is my heart truly aches, for how the media manipulates the information, distorts the facts, with holds cruical information, in order to manipulate the outcome.
This results in only more destruction, isolation, division, to the uninformed. Unfortunately, generally speaking in the areas that are locally depressed already.
It sickens me they (media/uniparty)continue to do this and treat these people as pawns and camera shots
This is why the president has called the medja, “the enemy of the people.” The demonicrats and their mouth of blasphmy media are all willing servants of the leviathan spirit, Deception. They built up the issue for the express purpose of starting riots and death.
Now we have brainwashed youth who have never done anything but drink the purple coolaid. All of this for decades has led to this moment in time.
My question is, where has the church been? Ive seen all kinds of preaching on money and personal improvement, and how to succeed. But little on repentence and reaching out to sinners. Far far to many churches have painted their walls black and or turned the lights off and turned up the blue and purple LED strips. Rock n Roll has taken over music. 20 thousand dollar sound systems highlight the dance party. Damn the poor! Many of the songs sound mournful or sound like Jesus is my boy friend.
We are in the moment of Yom Teurah, the fall feast of trumpets. This is a time of rerlection and repentance. The election is 40 days away. We must pray. Bullets is not our warfare.
2Co 10:3-5
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, (physical), but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
2Ch 20:14-15
Then upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, came the Spirit of the LORD in the midst of the congregation; And he said, Hearken you, all Judah, and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you king Jehoshaphat, This says the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.
I have posted much of this before. But it bares repeating. Its is very late.
Armor up.
Where is the body cams of this happening? 4 different officers. None of them had one? Would kinda like to see/hear that for myself.
I’m an evidence kinda guy… asking me to trust police/judicial system at this point is becoming questionable.
And considering I used to get high with a LMPD officer 30 years ago, especially so in this case.
Independent witness confirmed they knocked and announced.
Look at the facts Jack.
Justine Damond – – Say Her Name
Isn’t it funny that nobody from the DemocRATS gives a damb about the MURDER of Justine Damond?????She was MURDERED by a BLACK cop several years ago.Why is this so??????????????????????????
Hate being spewed for certain people right now at a Grand Rapids rally. Miss Taylor’s family is present, a few blue uniforms in background. Hope the fuse doesn’t ignite.

Excerpt:
My role as the special prosecutor in this case is to set aside everything in pursuit of the truth. My job is to present the facts to the grand jury, and the grand jury then applies those facts to the law. If we simply act on emotion or outrage, there is no justice. Mob justice is not justice. Justice sought by violence is not justice — it just becomes revenge. And in our system, criminal justice isn’t the quest for revenge. It’s the quest for truth, evidence and facts, and the use of that truth as we fairly apply our laws.
Everything you’ve been told by the media regarding Taylor has been a lie.
How many of you know that she was forced out of her job as an EMT (after only 5 months) because a homicide victim was found in the trunk of a car rented in her name?
We can have a talk about policing in America, but in context to this case is not the time to do it in my opinion.
You are merely giving support to the BLM types by publicly questioning whether or not these officers behaved appropriately.
They were enforcing a legal warrant against a known drug ring participant and an officer was shot in the leg before they used lethal force.
So, if you are a cop in Lawless America + you return fire after someone starts shooting at you – you can be charged with a Crime if the bullets don’t go where you wanted them too….
I’ve had enough….
We are a Lawless Nation now. The people at the top of power know it. Certain categories of citizens know it. They act accordingly. One group can violate the most important elements in the Constitution with impunity. That same group uses the other category of citizens like a gun pointed at our heads…
With Trayvonn Martin – it wasn’t even a Cop Shooting….and the Mega $ that owns politics was still able to trot out the Occultist Lebron James to “trigger” a MSM frenzy over the shooting which led to the initial founding of BLM + untold millions in damages + a few lives lost.
I’ve had enough.
The cancer’s sunk too deep….
Every one of these shootings end the same way. The rioters riot, burn, pillage, and then the truth comes out. In the meantime, the cops are maligned, the attorneys get big payoffs for their clients and themselves, Go Fund Me’s are started for victims/families, streets are named after them, they have rap sheets, 5 days of funerals, and it makes me sick. Then we find out they are at fault. How many times do they get to shout ? before someone calls them out on it?
We all know how the story ends, but everyone else knows it as well, and just play along anyway. It is a big scam.
They have gone from burning and looting to killing people. Anyone who shows he/she is a Trump supporter is vulnerable. Any American is in danger at any moment. Scary!
