Comments about the covid/WHO/climate change connection. I don’t think Trump has any hand in any of this. Due to his election, they had to speed things up fast. Someone is mailing out post cards in Loudoun VA warning that Loudoun schools have partnered with a group called tolerance.org. And that group is linked to southern poverty law Center and is a communist organization that is trying to subvert our local government.

Flipping through.. that particular clip seems like 18 frames per second on the transport, and I counted 9 or 10 frames between coming to a stop from full run, turning, and shooting. So… 1/2 a second total.

If you frame-by-frame it… and I don’t know what the original frame rate for body cam is, but this clip is likely chopped down considerably… you can see the bullet hit his upper right chest at the same time that the gun is airborne maybe 3 feet or so away from his body. So he still had the gun — and was swinging it around to throw it — at the same time that the trigger was squeezed. Give or take 100 milliseconds.

I didn’t see the kid running away. He came into my vision at 0:08. He was running toward the officer, flinging the gun away.
Yes, the officer already ran past the car before the kid jumped out with the gun. So I THINK what might have happened is the kid immediately realized he had nowhere to go… that’s a chain link fence there… so decided to chuck the gun while taking a left toward the officer. At exactly the same time, the officer pulled the gun up and made a sub-second decision. You can see the officer’s shadow in the frame where the gun is in the air… he’s already in his stance.
Actually, I should say: the frame before the gun is in the air, the officer must have already had the gun up… cuz the next frame the kid’s gun is airborne, you can see the officer’s shadow, and you can see the bullet strike the upper right breast… all in the same frame.
At beginning to end of 0:08 the suspect indeed tosses the gun to his 0200 position. With no way to slow the vid I had to pause vid and forward vid using mouse. Momentum from the suspect’s forward motion carries the gun forward. The gun was airborne when the officer fired.
From where I sit, I’m kinda thinking if you have an illegal gun, you shouldn’t carry it in your dominant hand while running towards a cop who just charged you with HIS gun out while frantically screaming “Don’t move!Don’t move!Don’t move!”

Unfortunately it is impossible to stop the Martha McSally messages. It says to type AZSTOP to end the messages but it rejects the stop request text.

We filed first of February , H&R block , simple retired couple , money withheld out of our SS and retirement . No vacation , No repairs to our home just a slap in the face , Our Congressman says call me back in 30 days if you havent heard anything . Always had a little extra taken out so we dont have to pay . You should check, because your refund should be back. I know someone just as upset and angry about not getting her refund. She blames Trump, btw. Today she gets some letter about some form with regard to Obamacare. She has insurance via her employer, so that form doesn’t apply to her.
It appears she may be a victim of identity theft. Her initial contact with the IRS was fairly positive, we’ll see if they get back to her promptly. Before she called the IRS she had to be calmed down and reminded you attract more flies with honey.
Perhaps you should inquire about your refund. If you filed in February it should have been sent already. If you were to receive a check, someone may have stolen it. If it was supposed to be direct deposit a mistake may have been made on the IRS end or your bank’s end. There is clearly something wrong.
I hope you are able to get it resolved quickly.
You should inquire. I filed a few weeks after you and got a refund in Mar or Apr. You might try calling IRS directly, first thing in the morning is best. I have found them to be enormously courteous and helpful and have called them many times in the past.
So sorry to hear this, but definitely inquire! My daughter filed for the July 5th deadline, and she received her direct deposit return two weeks later!
