The succession is: President, vice president, speaker of the house, president pro tempore of the senate, and secretary of state. Hopefully, under ordinary circumstances it would never get that far, but then, again, “Designated Survivor”. As for the 2020 election, if the Dem-rats get their way and befuddle the election so that there is no president or vice president-elect, they all assume that Nancy would become president. But, arguably, that same befuddled election would prevent THEM from being seated as well; representatives are elected every two years so Nancy wouldn’t lawfully be in line because her term ends on Jan 3, and Mitch is also ineligible because HE is up for re-election as well. We’d get Pompeo as president if the argument holds. Shhh…don’t tell them.

I’m leaving tomorrow morning for a family vacation near Laguna Beach, and I’ve decided to follow the recommendation of Sundance and “live my best life” for at least this coming week and not be “drawn into crisis and despair.” I hear that there may be a Trump flotilla happening in Newport Beach, so I may head there to help spread optimism. Speaking of optimism, here’s my prediction of what generally is going to happen over the next few years:
• Our President Trump wins the election in November by record numbers;
• In November, the Republicans take over the House and add more to the Senate;
• Barr will be gone and Sidney Powell and Ric Grennell (among others) will be place into roles to clean up all intelligence agencies;
• After the election, indictments of the known evil doers (including members of the Obama administration) will finally be issued;
• Sundance will be assisting with the investigation to take down the evil doers;
• We’ll find out who killed Seth Rich;
• Julian Assange will divulge who leaked the emails;
• The contents of the Wiener laptop will be disclosed;
• All of the hidden pedophile information from Epstein will be disclosed;
• We’ll finds out who killed Epstein;
• In 2 years, the Republicans will win more House and Senate seats;
• The next 4 years will be the biggest economic boom for the US;
• China will unravel and heed to the trade deals offered by our President;
• Iran will collapse and its people will revolt and provide new leadership; and
• When President Trump retires in 4 years, he will start a new network called “Trump Broadcasting” and which will have an honest news agency that will take down the current fake news.
I look forward to coming back in a week, well rested and ready to carry on the fight!

Consider two probable wins. UT-4 as held by never trumper GOPe Mia Love in 2016; she was defeated in 2018; and now in 2020 Burgess Owens is IMO a probable win back from the Dems, but this time the winner is Trump supporter.
TX-13 has been held by Mac Thornberry who is retiring this time around, and in exiting states he is “unsure” if he will vote for PDJT – a stench of high GOPe there. In the primary his endorsement falls flat and loses to Robinson who was PDJT’s doctor, endorsed by our President, and now in this district is a tirmly expected winner.
These two races are thus plus 2 from 2016 as the purge of GOPe proceeds. It will be a long march. Lots of opportunities this year as many never trumpers were dumped in 2018, more are retiring, and chances to elect actual MAGA candidates are there in significant numbers – significant number of districts PDJT won in 2016 now in Dem hands.
My district is not relevant this year, so have been searching about the country for those races where some contributions might be of aid. Sending checks out to competitive districts to try to help. Enter the fight, it is up to us.

A district attorney in Northern California is recommending that in considering looting charges in Black Lives Matters protests, her prosecutors weigh whether those accused of the acts did them for “personal need.”
The recommendations are being made by Diana Becton, the district attorney for Contra Costa County. In California, “looting” is defined as taking advantage of a state of emergency to commit burglary, grand theft, or petty theft. Looting charges may be filed as a misdemeanor or a felony and may be punishable by up to three years in jail.
In a recent op-ed for Politico, Becton, along with four other female black district attorneys, including St. Louis’ Kim Gardner and Chicago’s Kim Foxx, wrote, “It is our moral and ethical duty to start advancing racial equity-minded policies.”

The stock market is down big.
