There has to be a purpose to this messaging, though I’m not exactly sure what it is.
President Trump again draws attention to the Ukraine-Russia war creating havoc on the global diesel market. Trump notes that Russia has lost control of its diesel industry:
[source]
The strange thing about this message is that Russia has taken measures exactly the opposite of this framework.
Back in July, when NATO began increased targeting of Russian refinery infrastructure, Russian President Vladimir Putin proactively signed a government order banning the export of Russian diesel fuel. There have been no exports of Russian diesel since, with exceptions to the shipping industry and some humanitarian farm shipments.
Russia is the world’s second largest producer of diesel fuel and as soon as Putin made this announcement global prices of diesel began to rise. Russia then extended the bans, and the current export ban will run from Aug. 1 until Jan. 31, 2027.
Within the export controls there’s no doubt Russia is sending some diesel fuel to allied nations who are not part of the NATO attack alliance. In essence, Putin is controlling who gets the Russian output and the “ban” on exports simply puts the Russian government in control of it. This is what they call “intergovernmental agreements” which are not part of the ban itself.
Something about the western messaging on this issue just isn’t making sense.
Summary. Russia’s positon:
- Ban Duration: July 8, 2026 – January 31, 2027
- Products Affected: Diesel, gasoline, marine fuel, gas oils
- Exemptions: Direct producers, humanitarian shipments, intergovernmental agreements
- Reason: Domestic fuel shortages, refinery disruptions, price stabilization
- Global Impact: Reduced diesel supply, higher international prices, market tightening
The ban reflects Russia’s strategy to prioritize domestic fuel security while cautiously allowing limited exports to mitigate economic and geopolitical pressures.
.
President Trump would not be messaging against Russia’s interests. There’s an element to this narrative that we cannot yet fully identify.
I suspect President Trump is messaging this issue because he is specifically positioning the USA for an export ban on diesel fuel. All of our “allied” downstream dependents would immediately be in freak out mode if the USA did this. So, President Trump has to enhance the position that diesel is increasingly a national security interest right now.
That’s how the issue reconciles.
President Trump putting an export ban on U.S. diesel would be intensely damaging to Europe, specifically the EU-NATO group. However, that same U.S. ban on exports would increase the pressure on Europe to support a solution to the conflict.

He is looking past the world as it is today to the world he works to create.
Then why is it alleged that American and star link satellites have been the one’s providing the Ukrainian drones with the guidance required to hit refineries and other targets in Russia — right from the gitgo. Ukraine don’t have no satellites.
Despite providing tracking, mapping, and target-reconnaissance intelligence, European and U.S. officials strictly maintain that Ukraine acts independently regarding the execution and timing of these strikes. Western allies do not directly control the drones or provide real-time terminal guidance system overrides. [1] google AI
What does that have to do with the idea that the President is looking to move the world past this war? He clearly is alone in trying to stop this disaster, which he certainly did not create.
I believe he will stop the US from exporting Diesel Fuel before the midterms.
Soon I hope. This move would certainly bring a drop in diesel prices.
Because the CIA is working against our elected President and not listening to orders.
is he reeled in the cia, they sure could play the bad guy up to the poinnt of his deal to assist it perfectly
If true, I believed the CIA Director would have already been dismissed.
Try to stay on topic and stop pretending.
and so what ..
we dont want to crush or kiss Russia. its all business to get a good deal for us and the other
Key word is alleged.
The UK and Europe’s interest are not aligned with ours in this fight.
I thought we voted for him three times in order to MAGA, not run the world and start new wars!
Did he start the war in Ukraine?
no, but he has CHOSEN to keep it going and even ramp it up.
its been two years. what would you say is an acceptable amount of time before a war becomes the next president’s responsibility?
Trump has leveraged the tools at his disposal, that is why Europe is going broke to maintaining the war funds and supplies Ukraine needs.
This is a proxy war. He cannot end it until he has control over CIA.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2026/09/13/one-ping-only-vasily/
I watched the movie AMERICAN MADE with Tom Cruise and it opened my eyes regarding the SEE EYE AYE…..truly the maggots of the entire universe….
How do you propose that he stop the war between Russia and Ukraine? What have you thought of doing that you think that he has not tried? Do you want American troops and weaponry to be used? Like he has said, there is an ocean between us and the war. So, Europe, both Eastern and Western Europe, should be doing the heavy lifting to stop it.
Most of us are sick and tired of having to be the policemen of the world. I don’t want my money, young adults, and weaponry to get bogged down in a war that is not ours.
He’s trying to force the EU-NATO alliance to pay higher tariffs to the USA, pay more for pharma, pay their NATO dues, preparing to remove US troops from Europe, and throttle oil/gas from the Middle East to Europe.
All of this should make them choose between spending their money on their people/economies or spend their money on a war that they don’t want to see end.
He is tightening the economic screws on them with the expectation that they will come to their senses. But they have chosen not to do so because, my guess, Satan their father wants the evil to continue.
So, at what point did Iraq and afghanistan become obamas wars, cuz I never got that memo. Wars become “the next presidents responsibility” only when the next president is a republican. Don’t blame Trump—this sits SQYARELY with little Z and Europe as the responsible parties for keeping this war going (and elements in the CIA. But not this POTUS).
hell when biden screwed afghanistan they blamed that on bush.
the enemy is always framing the conversation with us in a losing position
Why doesn’t congress defund it?
Congress can’t find their ashes with both hands. Current Congress not a solution to anything.
Talk to congress who continue funding it.
Again, do you not believe he is trying harder than anyone on Earth to end this? Do you even know how this started? It does not take much intellect to see the world is in a very precarious situation, and some one has to attempt to work this out. I don’t know how to explain Iran, you don’t either. But he has also offered Iran, repeatedly, the best opportunity they have had since 1979 to be a peaceful and productive part of the world again.
I don’t get the lack of insight here, and I am not going to debate idiots on matters obvious.
i certainly did not vote for someone to constantly shirk all responsibility.
Those people sound like Anti maga anti trumpers anti USA and I don’t like it
I can’t remember a time when Sundance, deep diver and master interpreter, has written…
“?????”
could PT be helping PP go long on his diesal?😁😎
Globalists:
“How can destroy Trump in the midterms.”
“We attack all the diesel. Get prices above eight dollars a gallon in the US right before the midterms.”
Rubio to President Trump:
“How do we fix this diesel problem the globalists have caused here?
President Trump:
“I’ll declare a national emergency of diesel fuel. It’s gonna be huuge. I’ll have all the diesel and they need our diesel. They’ll be begging for our diesel. We have the best diesel.”
I wonder if the President is giving an opportunity for RUS to “clarify” who is getting the benefit of its diesel, with an implied (to EU) “you can get some too if we’re not all at war.”
Point blank … what a joke the President moralizing and chastising Russia while sitting by as US Government Assets participate in the destruction of Russian assets..
He is as big a part of the problem as the EU Governments.
So many off ramps have been by-passed to get the US out of the Ukraine Conflict, to be a really neutral party, have been passed that his statements now qualify as gaslighting.
That China Inc. and Russia are aiding Iran was never in doubt and who can blame Russia after the carnage the US has assisted in wrecking inside Russia … and more likely, the EU launching the latest strike on Moscow was done to make the truth plainer than day … the President has zero control over US assets in the Ukraine.
Those EU Launched (from the Ukraine) Munitions include major US components … so much for ITAR.
Z-man is not the one thumbing his nose at the President …. it is the EU and the Executive Branch assets inside the US Government the President DOES NOT CONTROL. Z-Man is nothing more than a useful goad, and puppet.
Point blank-Sundance’s theory makes way more sense than your theory.
President Trump has repeatedly demonstrated that he is no “joke.” In fact, our President is a very serious, very stable genius.
“Z-man is not the one thumbing his nose at the President …. it is the EU and the Executive Branch assets inside the US Government the President DOES NOT CONTROL. Z-Man is nothing more than a useful goad, and puppet.”
Well said…there is a 3-letter agency which may have more answers and it does not start with a “d” or an “f”. If I were betting, I would wager that this particular agency has more tentacles in the Ukraine debacle now than any other country does. The money laundering and interference going on for years seems to be coming to an end. There seems to be a great need to continue some control and international chaos.
It’s not all Trump, it’s the people around him. The neocons and those with their own agenda against the US. They have his ear, we don’t, unfortunately.
“That China Inc. and Russia are aiding Iran was never in doubt”
Given that you state that as an absolute no-brainer that any simpleton can understand….
explain to me why Russia and China would not want Trump to rid them of their problems with pesky Muslims terrorists,
AND
EU globalists, who previously made crystal clear their delusions to subjugate Russia and China under their one world order.
It seems to me, all things given, that China would enjoy the drop in oil prices without a terror premium, and both would be happy to be rid of murderous mullahs with nukes.
Talk slowly, as I am genuinely curious as to why that would be the case.
“ Those EU Launched (from the Ukraine) Munitions include major US components … so much for ITAR.”
You have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about. You misused the term ITAR and make claims that cannot be supported by facts.
Take a chill pill and put your feet up. This is an incredible show the likes of which will not come around again anytime soon
Harrumph
Is it really you, or maybe a walk-in? This 180º is giving me whiplash.
It appears that first President Trump is making the point that Russian / Ukrainian situation is a big part of the fuel price spikes Americans are suffering.
Essentially, he’s pointing the blame away from anything he has done or is doing. He also stresses the growing list of lost lives Of the Russia Ukraine War. Both should argue for ending the hostilities now. Perhaps a set up for PEACE before Nov. 3???
It is also likely that he is laying the groundwork for a US ban on fuel exports. (perhaps now that Q3 is almost done it won’t harm US export numbers too much before the election, as Q4 will still be ongoing).
from the net ;
DIESEL PRICEWASHINGTON – $7.60 /GALOREGON- $8.54 /GALCALIFORNIA – $8.38/GALWY – $6.50NE – $6.50Chicago-Atlanta $7.00We will see $13/gal soon
French diesel prices were nearing $10 per gallon last I heard. A tsunami of inflation is heading our way. And this is probably why the President rushed back to the White House yesterday… He is running out of time to make the decisions on how to resolve the ill advised war he blundered into.
or a rewiring of how we view oil. we can supply ourselves and set prices
“he’s pointing the blame away from anything he has done or is doing.”
exactly. and its absurd. i voted for a guy who would own this s*t, and here he is playing 5 year old “dindunuffin” games to pretend like he has no role in the economic malaise that is expanding.
and we’re all going to shriek “cheating” when November wraps up….
time out man. the diesel thing is legit and not a blame shift. bombing the refineries in russia was done to screw him
he is getting tired of being misrepresented and blamed for everything, so he has to message
maybe so, and it definitely contributes to energy shortages.
the CHOICE to attack iran, knowing all the consequences that would come with it, contributes FAR MORE.
Far better than the alternative.
I would bet money that all those tunnels in Iran didn’t just store missiles, centrifuges, and launchers. I bet there are large living quarters for the regime after they launched their nuclear tip missiles at Isreal and others, including us.
I would willing pay twice the amount for fuel if means getting rid of religious fanatics that think bringing about the end of times is their eligious duty.
That being said, the high prices will be transient, especially if exports are halted.
On the other hand, we could have all been long-vitrified by now, leaving a remnant of genetic material likely to be incapable of re-booting this planet.
i get the frustration. most independent men tend to not agree with everything he does. its jsut nature
The Prophetic Battle for 5787 Has Begun – Barry Wunsch – YouTube:
“… And out of nowhere, the Lord started to speak to me. And you know, first it was this whisper and it said, “The evil Deep State cabal days are numbered.” And I’m going, “Wow.” And then he said it again. “The evil deep state cabal’s days are numbered. Evil kings, thrones, and bloodlines are about to fall. And the Lord shall prevail over all his enemies.
Righteous kings, righteous thrones and bloodlines are rising, and they shall rebuild the ruined nations and the devastated cities.
The enemy’s war chest shall be seized, and the global wealth transfer is at hand. Hallelujah. God Almighty is in control. There’s no one greater and the Lord has things well at hand. And a year of great victory lies ahead. So rest assured, kingdom of God advances. And let everything that has breath praise His holy name. And holy is the word of the Lord.” …….
Rest in the Vine: Israel is Forever!
“ So rest assured, Kingdom of GOD advances. And let everything that has breath PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME. And HOLY is The WORD of The LORD.” …….
Rest in the Vine: Israel is Forever!”
AMEN, AMEN, & AMEN
But, who is Israel?
They are Gods chosen ones.
“There has to be a purpose to this messaging, though I’m not exactly sure what it is.”
Perhaps partly to open the door for a conversation about our domestic diesel situation.
Perhaps partly to open the door for the conversation about US change of policy in that war.
Perhaps both.
And, to add in, to tell the nation to buckle up. Things are spiraling out of control.
I really have no idea but to speculate.
wouldn’t the ban also increase diesel inventory in the US driving prices lower here?
Quite the opposite and why I said this yesterday on here when asking people to fill up and conserve as best they can, I also added to that… “Keep an eye on Diesel because this is where things get real ugly, this and Jet fuel.”
There are so many things bubbling beneath the surface that most people have no idea what’s happening. We have been in a debt crisis and it only gets worse. This is where Japan and Europe are trapped and why Bessent and Warsh think they can control things, THEY Can’t!
And why people will be confused when Gold and our markets will hit more new highs. The Markets are telling, if people would just observe, what is going on.
This isn’t about Trump being some genius, this is about Capital Flows. The Markets always set the prices!
Donald Trump is squared off against those whose hidden hands control the world financial levers you describe. “They” for some reason, are compelled to take down Russia. That means Putin and Trump are squared off against the same existential enemy.
Trump and Putin need to influence things until the midterms while letting the EU implode trying to extend the war in Ukraine
I understand what you’re saying but influencing can only work in the very short term not the overall long term.
I’m not here to rain on anyone’s parade just trying to explain how what we want, is not how thing truly work.
For instance,
When the President comes out and says we (USA) should have the lowest Interest rates in the world, confirms he has no idea about the Debt Markets. The Bond market IS the Debt Market. You cannot force Interest rates lower when our Creditors, the Buyers of our debt, demand higher yields! It’s not how things work.
If anyone really understood any of this, people wouldn’t be saying some of the silliest things I’m reading.
This is short term strategy element – ’til first week in November.
You get it. I would suggest that for a while, a US ban on diesel exports would increase domestic markets by alarming the markets. If so, not necessarily for long. But you bring in the point that is missing in this discussion entirely. If things go to hell in a hurry, and the debt crisis bites suddenly harder, it’s dollar down and commodities up. Way up. Thankful to get through without a hurricane in the gulf this year.
I think I’ll go away for a few days now. The lack of basic understanding here today is too much.
No don’t go away, I did that beginning in April and finally came back because I realized that giving up trying to help people on here was my mistake. My Achilles heal, I thought people were on the same page as me and it became frustrating. I’m back now because this has been my home since 2015, my only home and this is my extended family.
Yeah. Stick around. I am slow understanding this stuff – its like figger’n out the insurance market, underwriting and mitigation, risk, and all that.
Ya’ know, I use think Iran controlled the Straits and could trigger unforeseen global oil market events by terrorizing ships.
Then Trump says “watch this”. He waits for the CIAouthis to attack tankers, shipping halts, oil supplies become chaotic. Just like dozens of times before.
Then Trump shows us it was Lloyds of London who stopped the ships by pulling their insurance.
Then Trump says “fine, I’ll underwrite them” Shipping resumes.
Thoughts about an export ban when factoring in heating oil? I am curious.
This will depend on how important heating oil is. I wouldn’t imagine this would be an especially important factor but, if exports bans occur, then how much time will this take to be removed and how much diesel and jet fuel we need to catch-up to replenish what was banned.
These are the things people are not taking into account. It’s the after effects that do the most damage.
The only thing you forgot was 1-800-BUYGOLD in your little advertisement.
lol, I’m not a gold salesman but just wait. If you began losing “Confidence” in our, and others, lack of fiscal responsibility, Spending and spending and…. What or where would you park your money? Where would you invest? Europe, Japan, Russia, Ukraine ? Who has the biggest market economy in the world, the USA! Our markets can handle Trillions of trading and size without blinking an eye, Gold is a global safe haven because it’s neutral.
Diesel is not just for trucks. Diesel in our country in September and October is Heating Oil . Busiest time is pre-winter.
dont tariff the place providing your heating oil. if thats the issue
To: “Vote All Incumbents Out”
Could you explain how banning exports of diesel does not increase domestic supplies, and therefore bring lower prices here?
Unless companies sat on their hands and simply cut their production of diesel to keep domestic prices high? Is that what you are thinking?
that would be the point (mostly). The other side benefit is that the EU would immediately be buried like dead dogs. Their windmills and solar farms can’t make diesel.
This country needs more refineries. The last one built was back in the 70s. Once the debt crisis has run its course, the new economy is going to need the fuel to make it happen. That need currently can’t be met.
Yes it should minus speculators influence.
Squeezing the EU to stop this insane war
Netherlands is #3 world producer of diesel, and they now face an impending shortage of crude oil. Their source will be Russia, and Trump now can sanction Netherlands/EU for buying Russian oil.
To cure the diesel problem redirect all of the corn oil going in to producing methanol as an additive to gasoline and produce biodiesel with the corn oil! Gasoline engines will run more efficiently with less methanol caused damage and everyone driving diesels will be driving around smelling like POPCORN and who doesn’t like popcorn?
basically it takes as much energy to produce a gallon of ethanol from corn, as there is energy in a gallon of ethanol.
When you factor in the poor efficiency of ethanol when burned in an engine, the mandated use of ethanol is a net loss of energy for the United States.
That does not factor in the losses from damage to fuel tanks/storage and damage to IC engines from using ethanol or, the added cost of infrastructure to separately store it and pump it.
Much better to make whiskey with corn and have more cookouts.
And those long tanker trains you see? That’s ethanol, not oil. Lots of logistics!
Biodiesel is highly efficient to produce and highly efficient in Diesel engines and virtually harmful emission free!
Very Stable Genius President Trump is always strategic. We cannot pay $8 for a gallon of diesel for very long before it starts upsetting folks.
A Ban on exports should drop prices substantially pretty quickly. Let’s hope he announces it at the U.N. today.
🎯🎯
SD: Your explanation is the most plausible. The EU/DS is playing a silly and dangerous game and they will ultimately win silly prizes (like astronomically high energy prices, even worse than current).
this aligns very much with what i thought.
remember how our host outlined the curious increase in Russian production
and off shore storage of LNG after – after – sanctions had been placed on it?
which was then sold by Russia later at a wildly increased profit.
it’s like that.🤣
create a perception of scarcity and watch the global market ninnies
fall all over themselves trying to get what you’ve got…
and the price just goes up and up and up resulting in a tidy pile of cash for Russia.
and who is in most desperate need of Russian petroleum products?
why, the good ole EU.
so, while the EU rattles their sabres,
they will be spending what little money they have left on Russian fuel at premium prices.
i’m pretty sure that’s called “irony”. 😂
It could also be a “feature” and not a “flaw” of the WEF/EU strategy in order to shift their economy to ever greater reliance on Chinese EVs and industrial production cuz meh Climate Change or some other BS that fills their pockets with cash.
“an export ban on U.S. diesel would be intensely damaging to Europe, specifically the EU-NATO group.”
Sounds good to me.
I hope President Trump says that USA diesel exports to the nations supporting the Ukraine war will cease — until they are serious about peace in Ukraine.
Maximizing pressure on the EU to end this and support whatever peace plan that Trump supports.
It’s false-flag time for Europe.
Seems the old saying is wrong…money is NOT the root of all evil…retard, commie europeans are
Fear and perception cause an increase in prices more than reality, at least short term. So even though Russia halted exports, strikes on Russian facilities basically rocks the market with the thought that things can’t and won’t return to normal when in fact nothing has fundamentally changed since Russia stopped exports.
i posted similarly above before i saw your excellent assessment,
and your explanation is better.😁
yes, as a businessman PT knows and understands the markets.
i have no idea how much of this has been gamed out by the principals,
it just seems a bit more than coincidental .
i like to think that PT and PP are teaming up to thwart
the world’s bad actors without ever resorting to violence…
just a bit of economic mayhem .😂
US is #1 exporter of diesel (Distillate Fuel Oil) in the world (1,007 Thousand Barrels per Day),
Russia is #2 (841 Thousand Barrels per Day)
https://www.indexmundi.com/energy/?product=fuel-oil&graph=exports&display=rank
we are subsidizing the green policies of all of these nut-job nations. People here laugh and them, but they laugh at us because we are paying for it as well even though our President has moved us away from all of that. This is what happens when all critical commodities are under the control of globalist money changers and their “marketplaces”.
Opt-out please. America First means America First in all things. Screw the EU and their piglets.
Maybe we are gonna take out Garden Gnome (zelensky) and his military power structure and Putin will release all those diesel reserves.
End of crisis?
There aren’t many weeks to the midterm elections so if Trump want to implement the ban it would have to be very VERY soon.
It’ll take a week or so for prices to trickle down to US consumers.
I suspect Trump will launch an investigation into gauging to force companies to lower prices in light of increased supply to the domestic market.
But all this will take another 2-3 weeks to permeate the national consciousness / zeitgeist and combat the inflation / gas prices narrative.
So…. If he does implement the ban it’ll have to be…. NOW.
The EU and NATO have apparently not yet reached the point at which ending the war in
Ukraine becomes in their own interests. Perhaps a US ban on diesel exports might do it.
The question is, from my perspective, what exactly does NATO and EU hope to gain by destroying their economies even further.
The bombing of Russian fuel production will only give them very short term gains, the price to pay will be very high since they depended on Russia for fuel. Do they expect the U.S. to jump an and save their rear ends?
Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026….
the US is saving their rear ends now and always has been. If the price spikes, it spikes for all of us since it’s a global market. Every Russian refinery they knock-out inflicts pain on us too. If Trump keeps US diesel in the US, the EU would quickly descend into chaos…..
I would humbly suggest that your comment is based upon the mistaken assumption that the leaders of the EU are motivated by the best national interests of the member states, as opposed to the interests of the elites who run them and who ultimately would consolidate their control and power as a result of the utter destruction of those states. Destruction is not a flaw, but a feature. Power out of the rubble.
They asked for it, they got it.
They still have their windmills and solar panels to fall back on.
With winter coming they’ll do just fine as they freeze in their homes without food being delivered to the stores.
European vacation, anyone?
the saddest part about trying to deflect the blame for diesel shortages away from the ME strategic catastrophe and solely onto ukraine is that, after 2 years CHOOSING not to walk away, ukraine is TRUMPS WAR, as well.
Is Iran in better shape or worse shape today than before Trump 2.0?
How would having the U.S. “walk away” from this war have prevented Ukraine drones from bombing Russian Diesel Fuel refineries in Moscow?
I agree with Sundance. Trump is laying the groundwork to ban diesel sales to the EU. Grassley has called for diesel exports to halt.
It ties in with Carney’s ridiculous “middle countries” alliance, and Trump saying if it is deleterious to the U.S., we’ll cut trade.
It ties in with Greenland—Trump has guaranteed that the King of Denmark, who owns Greenland, does not have to worry about the UK/EU trying their extrication regime of stripping assets and impoverishing the territory.
It ties in with shutting down the narco money from Venezuela and Mexico and Tehran to the UK/EU.
In short, all of this is a massive assault by the U.S. on the UK/EU mad rush to WW3 over Ukraine. Trump is like a python, slowly applying pressure everywhere until he chokes them out.
Trillions are at stake, and the U.S. is winning.
this could possibly end the war.ban the export of diesel to the eu,and remove the sanctions on russia.if the eu wants diesel they will have to come to the table with russia, again.BUT only if they drop all support for the ukraine and force the little twerp to come to the table and sign a peace treaty.
I would say that the President has said this because he’s setting the table for what he’s about to do next- to deal with this situation.
It’s the Justification for the response he’s now forced to have to deal with this.
So the question we need to ask is what will he be doing about what he’s just told us.
PT asked both parties in that war to stop attacking the diesel ……..
Z-man does the biggest attack yet…then PT does this message……does not mention the Z-man..
I know many Dems and Repubs and IC want this war to go on and on…….
I know PT pretty much stands alone wanting peace…….
but this message is very confusing.
Even Sundance is guessing on this one.
Per Sundance;
“There has to be a purpose to this messaging, though I’m not exactly sure what it is.”
I will wait and see if Sundance’s theory plays out, but I do see it a bit differently. Time will tell.
The coalition of the willing will use an American diesel fuel ban as justification to ramp up their false flag operations.
a loosely-related side point here. The President is getting very close to the nerve center on how these globalists actually control everything, including our nation via the deep-state, our money markets, and our elections.
I sure hope his inner circle has his security on extra high alert. These people have immense power and they aren’t letting an orange-haired gasbag expose it and take it away. Please be careful.
messaging to the USA…. that its Ukraine and the Ukraine war that is responsible for the diesel fuel prices
to counter narrative he is responsible for diesel prices with his Iran war.
If the EU can’t get it from Russia or from us, then pressure on the coke-head Ukranian midget in charge would have to be applied by the EU to get this fiasco finished.
Even the British can figure this out.
If the intent of the last attack on Russian refineries was to influence their election, then it didn’t work.
https://www.breitbart.com/news/putins-party-secures-record-score-in-russia-election/
As was pointed out upthread, the market and investors are the ones that are causing our fuel prices to jump.
And I think that declaring our own diesel production and stockpiles a national security concern is what’s coming as well.
Interesting times indeed.
My read: US consumers are genuinely pissed off about fuel prices. By saying the quiet part out loud he forces the conversation about “why prices are so high” into an uncomfortable area for those pushing “World War Reddit”. By pointing out that Diesel is a global commodity and pointing out that Ukraine just blew up a bunch of it and given that China relies on most of it he is playing faceup cards to tip his hand. Regarding Russia, they are the “bad guy” still to most Americans. he can’t come out and openly defend them. Instead he says this to get the same end result.
And an end to the Iran war wouig decrease oil prices.
?End iranian oil exports in exchange for no Hormoz restrictions and no nuclear enrichment?
Just wondering….
EU support ENDING a war? Cross that one out.
How brilliantly Putin to respond to the European globalists by creating his own global energy “chokepoint” that’s under national determination!
POTUS about 40 minutes ago – somewhat related:
The United States is working on a massive Deal with respect to the purchase of Potash from Belarus. The pricing would be for substantially less than we are currently paying to Canada, very good news for our Farmers and Ranchers. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP
Good move.
I cannot understand why President Trump did not cut off all financial and military aid when he began his second term as this would have forced Ukraine to look for a peace settlement in January 2025 and saved many lives – unless it was pressure from the warhawks in government and the US military.
set tarif prices to make local energy sell favorably to us – use it to set prices at our pumps and our allies
Unfortunately, I do not see how the Russia-Ukraine war will end until ALL the participants simply decide to stop fighting, stop interfering in other countries’ business, withdraw their armies and supplies, and go home. NO ONE in Europe appears to have learned anything from their first two general wars, from the loss of life, the physical destruction, the ruin.
At some point one lives long enough to have become bone tired of watching others do the same stupid things over and over again.
Just …. stop.
if we didnt do trade and want to protect those interest, this view point could be possible
The dates of Russia’s ban would seem to work against Trump’s midterm election interests…
unless they create the pretext for Trump to again utilize the Defense Production Act, this time to protect diesel production in the US.
I would expect Trump to also provide for the energy needs of those nations who have joined the Shield of America coalition.
*For future reference, we need a crude oil and refinery map of the world, that shows which grades of crude, coming from which areas of the world, are processed in which refineries, and into which products.
If there are novel energy (or energy production) sources that have been kept hidden to protect corporate or globalist interests, a national energy crisis might create the circumstances to reveal those.
Since so much of retirement income is invested in those corporations, Trump-Bessent would probably have to initiate a new currency system to replace the old while protecting the people’s assets.
Conspiracy theory #1048? I’ve lost count… 😉
COVFEEFEE?
Thank you Sundance, we are grateful for your understanding as we are confused by this.
Your idea makes sense.
We are praying for all doing God’s will, give us all strength to keep encouraging each other and thanking God no matter what.
