Representatives on the House Oversight Committee Task Force on Protecting Constitutional Rights and Exposing Institutional Abuses, held a hearing today on the subject of Birthright Citizenship and immigration fraud [hearing below].
The committee subpoenaed Dr. Wladimir Lorentz, the owner and founder of Miami Medical Concierge Services, following his refusal to testify. The committee intended to ask questions about the company’s role in arranging births for foreign nationals. Following the subpoena, Dr Lorentz invoked the Fifth Amendment to every question, citing a pending federal investigation into his business, also known as “Have My Baby in Miami.” WATCH (prompted):
…”Birth tourism has created a for-profit industry that abuses our nation’s immigration laws. The birth tourism industry consists of a complex underground network of fraud involving visa manipulation, maternity-hotels, and sometimes unpaid medical bills, which place burdens on American taxpayers.
Thankfully, Republicans and the Trump Administration are working to expose and address the birth tourism problem through proposed legislation and executive action. We must protect, strengthen and uphold the dignity and value of American citizenship, and protect our country from foreign efforts to subvert what it means to be an American.”… ~ Representative Brandon Gill

Brandon is the real deal, and we sure do need more like him in Congress.
If I remember correctly, peace, he’s your representative, too.
For those who didn’t know, Texas RINOS who didn’t want him fielded about 11 “Republicans” against him in his first primary. He bested them all without a runoff.
Our very own Mr Smith in Washington I think…
Hope Brandon primary’s Rino Cruz….and hope Gill helps campaign for Paxton, too
Don’t know if you know, but Brandon’s father in law is Dinesh D’Souza, Nancy.
I’m betting he will stay clear of campaigning in the Senate race this time. I am also betting one day he will make a fabulous, patriotic Senator from Texas 👍🏻
He will certainly campaign for Paxton. I’d like to see him replace Abbott.
Yes, and I have a good story about that. Too long for here though. Are you going to Dallas 9/9 and 9/10
No, we’re pretty much homebodies now at our age. Even though I loves there for a number of years lonnnng ago, Dallas is a foreign country to me now.
Not bad on the eyes either 😉
A close resemblance in one photo I caught sight of to Christopher Reeves of Superman fame.
Birthing tourism is atrocious but lost in the conversation are the number of H1Bs who squat out citizens every year by the thousands. Then under some BS program get a different visa cuz “muh, it’s for the children”.
Then the “grandparents” who may or may not be related arrive under some other visa program and set up a child learing center in the home to collect Medicaid dollars for watching the grandkids. At the same time, the original H1B sets up an elder care company under Medicaid to watch the “grandparents”. And that’s how Pajeets are living in $1MM dollar homes in the best school districts where their citizen children take the best spots from traditional America.
Supreme Court Justice John Roberts says birth tourism and “H1Bs who squat out citizens” is constitutional.
He also thinks obamacare is a tax, President Trump can’t reverse Obama EOs (DACA), counting only citizens in the census is “contrived” so you must count illegals too, and a person that walks in DC and might not like something she sees in the future has standing to sue The President to try to stop new construction.
John Roberts is a traitor.
One H-1B visa means approximately 6,7, or 8 additional people in the US.
The H-4 spouse and children.
The parents (both sets)
Then brothers, sisters, etc.
65,000 H-1B visas means approximately 65,000 x 4 =260,000 additional people a year.
4 years x 260,000
= +1,000,000 additional people.
2.5 million in 10 years.
And that’s a conservative figure.
I’m from Miami and I love my home, but as the saying goes- Sunny place, shady people. 😂😎🫶🏼
We need legislation passed that properly interprets the 14th Amendment and ends national suicide.
We need a strategically filed lawsuit that overturns Wong Kim Ark.
Legislation will accomplish little when courts can creatively interpret as they please.
All the extensive debates in Congress surrounding the 14th Amendment are well documented and recorded within the Library of Congress archives to this day. Deliberately ignoring those clear intents was a choice by those in that majority opinion of the Supreme Court.
The Roberts Court spiked the case with deliberate and malicious intent. It wouldn’t be the first time that the Supreme Court make political rulings that were intrinsically wrong on the level of Dredd Scott vs Sandford. See also the Obamacare ruling.
Of course. The same can be said for Congress. So why bother with these dog and pony show hearings? So long as Wong Kim Ark stands, these anchor baby clinics are legal. If Congress passes any law to stop them, it will be overturned based on WKA.
For birthright, all decisions are built on Wong Kim Ark. It was one of the worst decisions in history of the Court.
Granted this last case involving birthright citizenship was all teed up to set new precedent and end that practice set with Wong Kim Ark. But we know how that turned out, and with a scathing dissent from Justice Clarence Thomas going into those details.
How many times must we go through this before calling it enemy action by subversive elements whether by congressmen, judges or other? We are in an abusive relationship with our government
Sadly, Wong Kim Ark was yet another activist court decision. The Justices did not like the Chinese Exclusion Act which blocked his parents from naturalization: so they granted him de fact birthright citizenship. I would like to see Justice Thomas’s take on Wong Kim Ark.
Congress controls 100% of the lower courts and Congress can remove their jurisdiction. District Courts shouldn’t even be doing these cases. The immigration courts should.
Yes- and wouldn’t the President be able to declare this practice as illegal – against the Constitution?
Taking it up again with the Court?
Impeachment of Roberts and the bobbleheads he props up. Republicans have had the majority to do it many times.
He can ban visas to pregnant women. I believe he already did in his first term.
Brandon Gill future Presidential material. After he turns 35.
I’d like to know Harriet Hageman’s ambitions
Do you think democrats and RINOs are thinking of open borders, birth tourism, H1Bs, CDLs etc. when they spew forth how the country needs “comprehensive immigration reform?”
Nah. Not a chance.
One word for these people: greed.
Don’t know where this doctor came from, but he needs to be deported. If he’s a citizen he’s a terrible one.
The witness waived his 5th Amendment protection when he answered “yes” to the first question—“Do you run a medical business?”
Slap the cuffs on him and perp walk him to jail.
Only a fool would talk to Congress.
So all the frauds, criminals, and ne’er do wells are pleading the “Fifth”.
Testifying is turning into a predictable pantomime.
(And all I can think of or hear in my head is Dave Chappelle…)
I believe Pelosi’s San Francisco is the true home of birth tourism, as she is really a foreign agent of china.
If someone investigated hospitals in every international port of entry they would find similar operations going on.
Places like Miami, LA and SFO get the bulk of the news.
Pretty much any hospital. Here in central NC, the one in our neighborhood had a process – two admins were at non-citizen mom’s bedside within minutes of birth, all the anchor baby paperwork quickly completed and gone about as fast as it took to suction the baby. No questions asked.
I figured there were significant financial incentives for the hospital.
Miami Vice.
Remember when Florida was about Disney and Cocoa Beach with astronauts and the Apollo program?
As a kid, our mom would pull us out of school and take us to Playlinda beach to watch Apollo launches. I remember the the boom, smoke, and streak of white arching over the ocean. I remember the tears running down her face – every time.
Yeap, America!
My daughter and the first shuttle Atlantis launched at the same time, watched many go, was there for the Challenger explosion….Obama wrecked NASA and the shuttle
I remember watching every Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo launch in school
Can the President declare/order an emergency forbidding of this activity as against the Constitution (14th)?
This is absolutely beyond the provision for children of slaves.
He is denying visa’s to pregnant women I believe.
The good doctor’s lapel pin orientation says it all.
good catch – he’s a rotten SOB
Vlad is a one man demonstration that we need to freeze legal immigration. No doubt a libertarian could find a wonderful story of freedom and the ability to create wealth and employment. I see a murder of traitors.
A murder of crows indeed.
Garbage doctor with American flag lapel pin upside down, please prosecute thing jerk, wonder what backwater third world crap hole he’s from
Same thing in Canada.
Our politicians and institutions are part of a vast criminal enterprise that loots us, ignores us, and laughs at us.
Crushed with taxes and inflation.
Voting is useless Liberals have institutionalized their policies. Those policies live on even if somebody else is elected.
Taxpayers and voters are just farm animals to the ruling class.
I ignore them all and will not cooperate with any request I can get away with.
I refused the jab, masking, didn’t participate in the census despite the threat of a 500$ fine, and have my old health card that was replaced with photo ID ones dozens of years ago. When I get challenged at a service provider I tell them that the gov website says they are still valid .
Its not much, and if they ever sneak in digital ID and replace my savings with CBDC I might be screwed.
If, as the body of this article says, the Doctor’s business uses the line “Have My Baby in Miami” then he is taking a far, far more personal and intimate interest in his clients than most.
Birth tourism.
It’s real.
And it’s about time it was shut down.
