Now, I know it is easy for us to laugh and enjoy this type of fact-based mic drop, however, as we watch this short video think seriously about the position of Canada as it relates to what Wright is mentioning.

Fun Fact about the scam but on a smaller scale: Residential solar: The solar owner puts out the upfront money, taking care to not get ripped off by a dishonest sales person by paying cash upfront and getting competitive bids. After the system is in and the upfront cost is locked in and protected from inflation, the ratepayers without residential solar subsidize the solar owner for the twenty to thirty year life of the system including the inflation. It’s scam where anybody that can lay the cash upfront can benefit over time at the expense of the ratepayers that can’t buy a low cost efficient system upfront for whatever reason, such as being a renter.
It’s the same scam with electric cars. The EV owners avoid paying the gas taxes that help maintain our roads.
We get the occasional solar salesman knocking on our door. My husband engages with them for purely educational purposes…theirs.
One part of the selling spiel we always hear is that we can recoup our “investment” in ~15 years.
At which point my husband eyeballs the poor soul and asks if he really believes we, at our ages, will be here in 15 years. Job done.

There was a time -not so long ago- when people freely and openly debated ideas. High schools had debating teams. (And rifle clubs. But I digress..)
A lot of terrible things have taken place since then: We “welcomed” tens of millions of unvetted illegal aliens at a furious pace. Many of them lawless and straight out of jails. Many of them went straight on the dole. Instead of “lifting all boats” it nearly sank our own.
Decades ago, CONgress gave the pharmaceuticals carte blanche to inject our youth (with God only knows what) by inexplicably granting them a legal liability shield for childhood vaccinations, which have since exploded in both numbers and lethality. We also allowed the medical industrial complex to price gouge our own citizens for decades, essentially denying treatments to American citizens in order to provide “free” medical care in socialist countries.
Literally hundreds of think tanks and self-interested foundations sprouted up to siphon off what remains of our tax dollars, with zero oversight and accountability. Until now.
And to top it off, almost half of our society are blinded to these facts and live in an increasingly bizarre, alternate reality packaged for them since birth by a weaponized, hostile media and their bread and circuses hollyweird elites.
I see nothing BUT biblical implications all around us: Reprobate minds. Eyes that do not see. Ears that do not hear. Escalating attacks on Judeo Christian values and beliefs.

Sorry, I don’t know how to post pics, but if you look at a graph of atmospheric CO2 over many millions of years, you will see CO2 dropping like a rock. We came frighteningly close to CO2 starvation where plants won’t grow. We have been able to increase CO2 by a bit, but Earth is still dangerously close to another Permian type extinction.
Over the last half million years or so, over 4 major ice ages called the Pleistocene Epoch, CO2 was significantly higher so when the cold oceans absorbed CO2 out of the air, there was still enough to keep the planet alive. That is no longer the case.
If these morons succeed in lowering CO2 any more, when the next major ice age happens (and we are on the precipice), they could kill everything on the planet bigger than bacteria.
We need to increase atmospheric CO2, and fast

Off topic, but… I can’t wait for the green new deal scam to be uncovered and prosecuted in California! I recently was sent a picture of one of my family members trying to mow an acre of grass with a battery operated mower because they can’t even buy a gasoline powered mower in California any more. I suggested driving over the state line and purchasing one in another state and bringing it home.
I don’t understand how “people” cannot connect the dots between battery operated anything and its relationship to the electric grid. Banning gas, coal, wood for energy, but using electricity is just so stupid. It’s way more damaging to the environment to be relying on the electric grid! Less lawn to mow might be a better answer for your relatives and the rest of us also. Landscaping and reducing the size of what you actually mow saves lots of dollars and time each year.

No love green. Actually in my semi-retirement I am a small farmer. Lawns are for looks, hayfields and pasture are for production.
Grass lawns help control water runoff, sequester carbon, release oxygen and filter dirt and dust from the air. So more than looks.
We do not NEED to sequester carbon. We need to release it. Don’t buy into the lies & hype & vocabulary of the loony leftist, moronic greenies.

The movement of “just an idea” to “a reality” may be arriving faster than was anticipated in pre-2025 ….. moving very slowly and then suddenly it happened.
While everyone was looking at the Greenland issues and while the national Canadian government purposely took Canada into a sharp green-scam turn towards economic destruction, the western Canadians were becoming more disenchanted with the eastern based federal Canadian government.
The USA doesn’t want Canada but it would be interested in having the western part becoming its 51st state to block china.
