RFK2 was just giving an excellent, highly informational speech at the Ft. Myers rally. It was riveting, and the entire audience was completely tuned in.
But it was cut short due to another medical issue in the audience. I certainly hope this is just a coincidence and nothing else!
It was excellent—I wondered why he didn’t finish it…it was almost finished. I think he had never had that scenario happen before while he was speaking at a rally. We are so used to President Trump being a master at acknowledging the situation, then picking up where he left off.
It wasn’t handled very well at JD Vance’s rally yesterday, either. JD had to cut it short – and he was really hot when the event happened. Eventually he just left the stage. The stricken woman should have been taken out on a stretcher within minutes.
It seems the organizers need to plan for these contingencies.
I didn’t see RFK’s speech or Vance’s, so pardon my cynical self here, but are these actual “medical issues” or are they attempts to disrupt their speeches? I’m really having a hard time believing these disruptions are just a coincidence! The only absolute truth that I am sure of anymore is God’s Holy Word.

Would disagree with your view of the Amish as anarchists – they have a very orderly societal structure, with rules and norms based on the Bible. They also have local councils – a form of government – and vote on their rules (Ordnung). They aren’t anti-government, they simply don’t wish to be part of what is often a decadent society.

Horse-drawn carriages will be banned in New York City after the City Council approved a new bill Thursday that will end a Central Park tradition that’s endured for more than 150 years.
The ban passed in a veto-proof 40-7 vote, with two council members abstaining – despite a last-minute attempt to amend the proposal and push the ban back in 2030.
The ban will take hold on June 1, 2028 and outlaw horse-drawn carriages across all five boroughs.
