Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appears on Fox News for an interview with Bret Baier. Within the interview Zelenskyy gives some context and details to the 20-point plan organized between him and the EU Leaders, currently being reviewed and modified by President Trump, Steve Witkoff, Marco Rubio and Jared Kushner.
The two remaining issues as described by Zelenskyy are the (1) security guarantees and (2) the territorial issue, Donbas control.
(1) Within the security guarantee proposal there are troubling signs. Zelenskyy describes it as a bilateral agreement between the USA and Ukraine, with similar constructs to the NATO alignment. A non-NATO pact between the U.S. and Ukraine that commits us to his defense if Russia would advance another attack. A 15-year guarantee committed in U.S. law through the U.S. House and Senate. This sounds troubling.
(2) On the territorial issue, regional control of the Donbas, Zelenskyy appears to be willing to cede territory but only under very limited circumstances. Zelenskyy wants a demilitarized zone under the term “a free economic zone” with specific rules.
Zelenskyy admits Ukraine cannot win the conflict against Russia without the United States involvement. Essentially without America, Russia would own the skies and be able to crush the Ukrainian army. WATCH:

Russia has never conducted warfare according to “Western” strategy, and they are not doing so now. Don’t confuse a selected decision with inability to make a different one. Especially, don’t underestimate their military capabilities, nor their resolve. Many others have made that mistake before, and didn’t live to tell about it.

China is now the largest economy in the world when calculated by purchasing power equivalent. Russia’s army is the most formidable in the world. If we were to engage Russia on the ground in Ukraine it would be a bloodbath for us. It would quickly lead to a nuclear war. Our army is large and effective on paper but in reality it is less than a third the size when you look at fit and competent soldiers. We have a thin veil of wonder weapons. They will do great damage to Russia but be exhausted quickly. Our army is made to fight a warfare type that is no more. Our Navy is still without peer but it would fail to hold Taiwan against the Chinese. Land based aircraft and hypersonic weapons will make survival impossible in the South China Sea and Taiwan Strait. We can destroy the economic infrastructure of Taiwan on our way out but we can’t defend the Island. It’s now a multi polar world both economically and militarily. We must reshore our industrial base and reinforce our dominance of the Western Hemisphere. We need to overthrow the authoritarian socialist NWO governments in Western Europe. Recognize Russian and Chinese interests and spheres of influence. Negotiate fair trade and respectful peace with China and Russia.

Our nation is totally defended by a volunteer military, the military is not required to be sent to other nations’ to defend their territory.
Its time for the Ukrainian people to step up (I am talking about the over 3 million citizens that deserted their country in a time of war) and return to fight their own battles and stop criticizing the US attempts to stop the war in Ukraine.
While attempts to help work out the differences between the fighting to stop this, the Ukrainian President is sent instead to beg for more money to supply all their needs. What other country has ever received total assets to fully support a government budget while the citizens party/complain to want more than they are given?

There is extensive talk in the EU and Ukraine that Zelensky is a big problem, less than 21% support Z in Ukraine. And the EU sidestepped the money corruption he is related to and honestly involved in.
If the US walks away and lets Russia do what they want to do, Trump can say we tried as much as we can. We gave more material support than the EU.
The moment Trump says that “, the EU and Z will buckle. Remember it was the US and EU that started the 2014 war with Russia via the Ukraine uprising intentionally by Obama. None of this is Trump’s or Putin’s fault. Fox is truly an enemy of Trump.
