If anyone has a chance at dismantling the CIA, it’s President Trump.
Trump must move faster and without mercy.
Fire them Fast. Then they are out of the system and most of them will have to find gainful employment. We are in a sprint not a marathon. Fire them today.

Pull them all back to the US and stick them in a room with a little Biden desk. Tell them it’s for their safety and security. What in the world will be harmed if these deep state operators are no longer overseas?

Fire them today, but then investigate, prosecute and punish them tomorrow (not next month or in a year). But just firing them alone is not enough. If they violated any laws, they need to be punished. Otherwise it will all happen again.
Bottom line: Unless you are somebody like Bobby Fischer, you need to start taking the bad guy’s pieces “off the board”, otherwise they come back to bite you, usually at the worst possible time.
President Trump already took a bullet for us and jumped right back up shaking his fist.

One of my favorite books is a small tome by John Steinbeck, almost unknown here in the US, called “The Moon is Down” which he wrote at the behest of the OSS, as a propaganda piece to encourage the countries in Europe who were under Nazi occupation. Anyone found with the book was shot on sight, because it was considered to be so subversion, but after the war, Steinbeck received accolades from numerous countries for the encouragement that it provided…

I remember when we moved to Mexico in the summer of 1982. At the beginning of the new Mexican administration under President Miguel de la Madrid, the government took drastic measures to address rampant corruption within the police force. The administration fired the entire police force en masse as part of a sweeping anti-corruption campaign. Officers were then subjected to rigorous vetting processes, including background checks and integritytests. Only those who passed these screenings were rehired.
It’s not ICE that’s Gestapo like, it’s the CIA.

One takeaway about John Brennan is that he was a classic WORKPLACE BULLY. Workplace bullies operate in High School type power cliques, just as some high school and grammar school girls operate, employing what present-day psychologists call “Relational Aggression” tactics. The goal is to create an “organization within an organization.” It is amazing that they can operate inside an outfit that is supposed to smell a hostile intelligence operation attempting to infiltrate them, yet that is the way Workplace Bullies operate. This “organization within an organization” creates a De facto power inside the De Jure power. This changes the open Organizational Chart since the Bully and his clique procure DE FACTO AUTHORITY inside the organization. And they spread fear inside the organization with those outside the clique. I’ve never been able to track a Bully from the beginnings of the bully’s rise to the bully achieving the ultimate position of power, but Brennan is an example. Workplace bullies can takeover–openly–the entire organization in which they operate.
Another dead giveaway is Brennan’s pettiness in firing the woman who bullied him on the job. This is classic Workplace bully behavior. Brennan picked up on something from Kiriakou’s demeanor that indicated Kiriakou was not someone Brennan could use in his manufactured climb in the organization. In fact, Kiriakou could likely be an opponent. Brennan started in on Kiriakou immediately with intent to destroy him.
Workplace Bullies like to become unofficial “assistants” to people in power above them, typically serving as the boss’ informants inside the organization. Anyone they don’t like, or think will oppose their schemes to usurp legitimate authority, is a target of the bully passing on negative disinformation about such targets to those above the bully. This is how the actual organizational chart includes de facto power for the bully and the bully’s clique. In a disinformation campaign, running a clique helps to create a false consensus that the target of a Relational Aggression scheme is the “bad person” the bully wants to perceive the target as being.
Workplace Bullies operate in similar ways as infiltrating agents of foreign intelligence agencies.
Great analysis, thank you. I’ve seen this firsthand in the workplace and it’s ugly. If the bully’s superior is unwilling to correct the problem, it spreads exponentially. Good employees are driven out, or set up to be fired. The clique who go along with the bad behavior and remain tend to be miserable people, whether or not they display it outwardly.
It’s probably best to get out of such a position before it gets worse. These things don’t usually end well if not nipped in the bud early.
(Also, this dynamic isn’t limited to the workplace. It happens in many social constructs.)

It reinforces my belief the CIA needs to be thoroughly dismantled and the same of the FBI.
No vestiges of the entities should remain. Both are failed and dangerous experiments and well past their sell by dates.

At the time I was researching how the CIA designed & populated urban planning curricula domestically & globally via architecture, art & planning programs. I discovered that the CIA had its hands in urban design & plans executed under urban renewal, w/organizational support from Nelson Rockefeller & others.
Although CIA cover of its meddling in art & culture was blown by Ramparts reporting, Warren, Church, & Rockefeller investigations only served to push the covert activity further underground, imo. (Capture & kill of portions of the Rockefeller Report related to assassination squads in Africa, Cuba, & Indonesia, by Cheney & Rumsfeld under Rockefeller & Ford, is an example.)
When reports of CIA torture in Iraq emerged, I was auditing a grad level “immersion” in sustainable global enterprise. Teams were assigned to assist real world CEO’s and their affiliated NGO’s in improving the sustainability of their enterprises.
My team was assigned Satyam /Byyrahju Foundation water filtration projects in rural India. My research revealed that Satyam had subcontracted with Vinnell, a subsidiary of Northrup Grumman. News reports at the time alleged that Vinnell contracts were involved in training local security forces implicated in torture.
I was asked to leave the team for my research, which I did.
I’ve since learned that not long after, Satyam, & its auditor Price Waterhouse Coopers, were implicated in, prosecuted for, & convicted of massive financial fraud, reported as “India’s Enron”.

I listened to the whole interview. I knew the Regime -especially the FBI – was/is pure evil, but hearing a first hand account of what they did and tried to do to Kiriakou was both enraging and sickening. There is no reforming either the FBI or the CIA. Both are corrupted to the core. The whining rebuttal that the rank and file are good people is baseless. In their systems, The front lines can only get promoted by doing illegal and immoral things. They convince themselves “we’re on the right side of the law” and sear their consciences doing the unthinkable to their fellow citizens. Monsters like John Brennan and Eric Holder gave illegal orders and the rank and file were only too happy to try to destroy this man… happy to see him rotting in prison for 45 years. “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.” The system and the vast majority of those in the system are irredeemable. Burn it all to the ground.
Kiriakou mentioned Brennan as being “over his head” as CIA Director. That may be true, but Brennan got out of a lot of trouble over torture and hacking the computers of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence as the Committee investigated Brennan’s role in torture operations by claiming to have done something several CIA agents assigned to Moscow were unable to do, recruit a double agent close to Putin. Several CIA agents working under diplomatic cover were expelled from Russia for spying until Brennan managed to recruit the Russian defector who claimed Putin was trying to “interfere in other countries’ elections.”
