It looks like the Lawfare case against President Donald Trump is not going to happen prior to the election. Considering that Fani Willis met with Mary McCord prior to filing this case against Trump, we can directly trace the origin of the Georgia case to congress and the White House.
The appellate court in Georgia is currently reviewing the professional conduct of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. As the court is deciding whether to disqualify Ms. Willis from the cases (very likely), the court has suspended all further action by Fulton County against any of the defendants.
The Lawfare community (McCord, Weissmann, Eisen and MSNBC, CNN et al) are apoplectic at this decision by the court.
WASHINGTON – A Georgia appeals court has halted all pretrial proceedings in Donald Trump’s Atlanta-based criminal case while a three-judge panel considers whether to disqualify the lead prosecutor, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
The order issued Wednesday effectively confirms that the sprawling racketeering case against Trump and more than a dozen codefendants — charging them with an attempt to corrupt Georgia’s 2020 election results — will not come before a jury in 2024.
The case had already seemed like a longshot to go to trial before this year’s presidential election, with a long list of complicated pretrial matters still pending before Judge Scott McAfee. The Georgia appeals court order blocks McAfee from advancing those issues while Trump and other defendants mount an appeal over allegations of ethical lapses by Willis. That appeal is scheduled for oral arguments on Oct. 4, with a decision from the appellate court likely to take several months after that.
For Trump, it’s another vindication of his well-worn strategy to delay his criminal cases until after the election. If he prevails in November, he’s unlikely to face the Georgia case until 2029 — if at all — because many legal experts believe a state cannot constitutionally prosecute a sitting president. As president, Trump would also have the power to unravel the other two languishing criminal cases against him, both brought by special counsel Jack Smith. (read more)

This is a must-watch, 8 minute, Pro Trump speech and video.
Unfortunately I don’t know how to embed this one. Here’s the shortened link, and I hope you all watch.

Also, MisHum posted this video and added the following comment from a longtime member of the AoSHQ horde:
As many of you probably know here, I spend my Saturday mornings up on a bridge here in the bluest of blue states. I stand behind a chain link fence filled with Donald Trump signs and flags, and American flags. There are at least two accidents every single Saturday, it is always caused by leftist drivers with TDS who abandon all pretext of driving to remove both hands from the wheel and flip us the double bird while ignoring brake lights in front of them. Last Saturday I arrived, we usually number about 20, we had 72 people there on Saturday, someone had deposited a large amount of animal or human feces and urine on both sides of our bridge.
It smelled horrible and some very good people on our side removed it and disinfected the area. Our opposition is a bunch of mentally ill evil f***s. Don’t let anybody tell you different.
One of the organizers suggested that we relocate and I joined several others in saying that we will defend this bridge. It is us or them.

Wow!
There are at least two accidents every single Saturday, it is always caused by leftist drivers with TDS who abandon all pretext of driving to remove both hands from the wheel and flip us the double bird while ignoring brake lights in front of them.
Are there drivers who just trun their head, flip a bird with one hand and slam into other cars?
Sounds like your really creating a stink with your signs etc.😂🦨🦨
I am going through a similar abusive situation right now where I am being told how I can change my actions so an abuser can have their abusive way. I am also standing my ground and saying NO. I am not going anywhere. I want the abuser GONE. They are the one breaking the laws and not following the guidelines.
Kuhner references the Weymouth group often.I would truly enjoy seeing one of these hate filled morons rear end the car in front of them while flipping real Americans the bird. You should charge admission.
God Bless.
Tom Klingenstein, Claremont Institute daily publishes speeches regarding the state of our body politic today.
It’s simple to subscribe to receive the members’ speeches, etc.
This was made several months ago but added the video to make it extra special.
Excellent. Thank you.
I find it frustrating that the state of our body politic is EXACTLY what the CIA does in other countries. It’s called “destabilization.”
How much alarm raising needs to be done? The house is on fire today and people think it’s normal and OK.
Exactly. The Intel Community has turned all of the tools we used to use to overturn Communist nations and focused them on US; We The People!!!! Including tampering with elections. It is a coup against a Sitting President of the United States of America.
It is jaw-dropping that no one seems to be outraged in the body politik.
We can put this mayhem and corruption at Obama’s doorstep with “The transformation of America”. He and his fellow Marxist pals will have their lives transformed on The Great Judgment Day if they don’t repent and turn to God. They worship money, power and fame. Those are their gods. Lots of luck following after the 7 deadly sins: pride, greed, Wrath, envy, lust, gluttony and sloth.
Thanks for suggestion. Nice to see Claremont in truly supportive role. They’ve had their gasping moments.
Thanks for sharing that video!
Trump’s Virtues Part II – Tom Klingenstein
Logic and reason vs emotion. Why do you think there’s been such a push by the elites for “men to get in touch with their feelings”?
I’ll give you my opinion. It’s so men can be manipulated more easily.
Men with logic and reason stand.
Emotional men crumble.
Men with logic and reason are not easily manipulated.
Emotional men are woke and have no compass.
Men with logic and reason lead.
Emotional men are lead.
Feminism can be blamed for much of our current social problems.
Feminists are also ripe for Marxist indoctrination. Emotion over Intellect.
Most of the “-isms” got their start in the cultural side of Marxism.
Very moving, thanks for posting
Thank you. Great message.
AWESOME!
Great video and well worth the eight minutes-thank you.
Can you give me the link to ace of spades blog (not video) ? Used to read them but lost my bookmark. My brave search isnt coming up with that. thanks.
Here I am sipping lemonade watching these damn fools unravel. Lovely sight to see.
There won’t be a post election trial either…Big Fani isn’t going to survive this heat…and it ain’t gonna be passed on to someone else either..
Liberal heads are exploding. Looks like the Commies are going to have to ride or die on Bragg’s felonized parking ticket.
Communist Democrats are exploiting ambitious poorly educated unqualified corrupt black people. Six figure salaries, sweet perks, fancy restaurants, shiny new cars. Why do the black folks keep takin’ the white Democrat bait? Ain’t no white lawyers directly in the hot seat like AlBragg, Fani, Letitia and a host of other BLM bruthas and sistahs. Democrats have been using black people to do their dirty deeds for a long time. The black man pays. The white Democrat massah weeps crocodile tears. It’s sickening but it’s a fact of life on the old Democrat Plantation.
Then what about the Irish and Italian “Catholics” plus a huge number of Jewish “Americans” on the wrong side -asks this Irish Catholic.

Steve Gruber Speaks on Pope Francis’ Unflattering Remarks About Conservatives (3min)
https://rumble.com/v4wrxji-steve-gruber-speaks-on-pope-francis-unflattering-remarks-about-conservative.html
Bergoglio’s criticism of conservatives is so old, so tired, so worn out, and proven so completely false, that this fake “pope” has completely discredited himself as any spokesman for God and Christ. He has totally violated the commandment, “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.”
You are unquestionably correct. He hates all things traditional in the church and conservative in politics. Catholics in my parish and across America have progressed from being annoyed by Bergoglio to despising him.
Unfortunately, he has succeeded in seeding the Church hierarchy with his equally liberal minded minions to enable the Marxist, heretical rot to continue long after he is gone.

I don’t see Fani going along with taking the blame for the Georgia case not panning out.
I hope she takes others down with her.
“Now I ain’t sayin’ she’s a vote rigger…”
YES! One less worry for our courageous President.
Wisconsin lawfare against “fake electors ” is circling the toilet bowl too🤭🤭
So is the Michigan one against “fake electors.”

the appeals court ALSO needs to hear the argument/claim that McAfee was once the employee of fanni Willis. See, it’s more than just about whether Willis should recuse and be removed …it’s also how in the EFF does a former employee of a prosecutor leading a case then be allowed to preside over any case from that former boss and prosecutor and this is acceptable?
random …not!
noting: if you are wondering why the media does not report on this obvious conflict of interest and perception of conflict, well just remember the era: the age of pretending not to know things. in other words, manipulative corrupt press that are PAID to create narrative. never forget this. the US media, is 99.999 percent propaganda established to culture specific narratives to drive a view point to the masses.
God Bless America
Exactly!
So very right . . . watching that Judge McAfee, he looked to me like he was bound up with anxiety, watching his p’s and q’s to not upset Fani.
I wonder what they might have on him?
He looks like a total pussy, and pitifully weak.
The “ man” is hiding behind his Black Robe.
These folks are weak, and cowardly.
All sociopaths are.
My guess is McAfee is just a tool of the sociopaths.
Cheers!
Indeed a tool…toilet plunger.
Indeed, the toilet plunger, noisier yet far less effective whilst even dirtier than the notorious toilet snake.

Sounds like an “Ex Lax” commercial?
MxAffee did suggest to the defense that they could appeal his decision allowing Fani to remain on the case, after his decision. That suddested to me that he knew she should go but perhaps he did not have the courage to do the right thing.
McAfee also donated to his boss’ campaign–the one where she campaigned to “get Trump.” You’re right. I hope there’s a little bit about McAfee in these motions.
That’s why we need to ignore and expose them for what they are. I use Badlandsmedia myself!

Really only two explanations, I guess.
The people at the WH, and who planned out this Lawfare campaign, are blithering idiots who hired blithering idiots to prosecute these very important cases against their avowed enemy.
And, despite how impoetant it was to THEM, they made terrible personelle choices, at the outset which guaranteed these cases would not survive the rigors if time and challenge, because they are blithering idiots,…
Or, because they never intended these cases to be courtroom “winners”and the only purpose was for a fight in “the Court of Public Opinion”.
They didn’t think anyone would notice the statutory ayuthority for naming a Special Council had elapsed, AND they followed NONE of the proceedures?
They didn’t do a backround check of op research on Fanni and crew, KNOWING PDJT’s team would?
Or, because its “B”, they didn’t CARE?
I’m going to go with “both.”
They are a pack of idiots who are envious of what successful people have actually built and have existed in an environment where they’ve never been told no once in their miserable lives and so believe everyone else is as dumb as they are so prosecuting Trump would fool everyone whether convicted or not and that because they’ve never been told no before reality refusing to comply with their demands is bringing out their inner spoiled brat as they seek to double down on what they want.
We are being ruled by fundamentally incompetent and unserious people and the biggest reason they HATE President Trump is because he’s more competent than virtually all of the DC establishment put togethe (literally the only skills the establishment has are extortion and embezzlement… and they’re pretty mid-tier at those too).
At the core of liberalism is the spoiled child – miserable, as all spoiled children are, unsatisfied, demanding, ill-disciplined, despotic and useless. Liberalism is a philosophy of sniveling brats.

Transparency makes it harder to create narratives.
I try not to overthink the TDS denialism of ivy league hustlers and political extortionists.
Lawfare shakedowns cost time and money. The sh!t show-trials appeal to DEI apparatchiks.
The uniparty’s lawfare narrative is easier to expose, hijack, and exploit, then deny. My opinion only.
“It’s devastating.” — Scary Mary
Foni is a useful tool of the Democommunists and way more useful being black.
Being black means being immune from criticism and prosecution.
Being black means that other blacks have to be against Trump because she is black.
Being black means they can exploit the Trump is raccisss narrative.
Being black means that other blacks have to be against Trump because she is black.
Seems that many of them are looking at that ridiculous idea of “have to be” and saying shove it!
Or “C”, they are arrogant to the point that they believe they ” can totally control ” the narrative.
More popcorn please.
You could have just said “They made a DEI hire” and skipped all the rest.
Narratives can only survive for so long in a factual world. Sooner or later its going to pop like a soap bubble floating in the dry air. By the time it does go POP they hope you dont care anymore, dropped dead, moved on, or they have blown a different bubble to replace it.
Just think back at how the covid narrative changed.
Not exclusively: Winter of death, Pandemic of the Unvaccinated, Hospitals overloaded, Racist Mysoginist Unvaccinated to “vaccine” (accurately: gene based experimental therapy): “it prevents infection and spread” to “in prevents infection but not spread”, to “it doesnt prevent infection after 3 months nor spread, but prevents death”, to “it doesnt prevent infection nor spread nor death, but take your 7th booster please”
They will just memory hole it and hope you are stupid enough to forget, or busy enough surviving in the world – making ends meet – to not care. It’s a strategy but not a very good one.
Hoping (we don’t care anymore) is not a strategy!
We do!
Both. They’re literally blinded by their hatred of Trump that they’ve run headlong into a buzz saw.

Thursday May 30th–Donald Trump found guilty in the Bragg prosecution in Manhattan.
Monday June 3rd–Hunter Biden goes on trial for his gun permit perjury and other charges.
I have said all along Hunter would be prosecuted and if found guilty, his father would give him a pardon. He should have been charged and tried many years ago.
There’s only two options:
They want to keep gun laws where they are at the very least so they are doing #2. [pun intended]
I’ve got two words for those that think Joe will ever have to pardon Hunter….. California jury
Unlike Trump, Hunter will get a sympathetic juror or three and a mistrial, maybe even a unanimous acquittal.

I see what you did there 😉
About a week or two ago I raised the issue about how incompetent these Attorneys General and District Attorneys appeared to be as more indictments have been filed. How could any of these supposedly crafty, intelligent lawyers in the Lawfare Group ever choose a bunch like this? Did they REALLY want to incarcerate Trump? I really don’t know what the Establishment is really doing here. I mean just look at them: Fani Willis, Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg. They don’t know what the hell they are doing and they think they can get away with anything.
The real intent was just to shape public opinion for the election knowing these cases would be overturned. All they needed was a bunch of suckers to take the case. You’ll notice they didn’t get the cream of the crop of prosecutors. The shaping of public opinion part didn’t work out for them as they had hoped.
Headlines for the tabloids(MSM).
Trust God. Fear not.
They were hoping paying for lawyers and settlements to wack jobs would cause President Trump to quit. He’s the most extraordinary fighter not in the military we will ever see.
DEI leads to incompetent people in important positions. If the competition is somewhat fair, It also leads to a reckoning. The use of Force by the Incompetents and Communists become the lever of choice.
It’s because these attorneys are just attorneys, not seditious political chessmasters. You can be brilliant in your field, but you’ll never know everything there is to know. Likewise, the political masterminds commanding these attorneys might be talented, but they too are fallible and make missteps all along. Oh, what a tangled web they weave!
Fallacy/Cognitive Bias of assuming that being an expert in one field makes you an expert in other fields
What kind of judge knowingly commits reversible error?
Answer, one who does not care if they are reversed.
It is not incompetence, but corruption that is knowingly fostered by levers within a corrupted system (imho)…
the fix? Jack Smith has already been censured by the Supreme Court, is he incompetent?
people need to lose their ticket (law license) here.

Well, the current VP does have CA AG as one of her previous unearned appointments. That’s a bar they apparently are trying to get under.
Well that is some damn good news!
In the first hour of the remembrance of all who gave their all to preserve Peace & Freedom, on D-Day 6/06/44, I weep at the self-appointed offal supposedly representing the United States of America.
A demonic, depraved git responsible for the deaths & hardships of millions with his forced tyrannical edicts, is not in any way representative of the USA & the respected Military & civilians honored this day.
May the souls of those we honor rest in eternal peace.
That’s an insult to all offal, which is healthy after all!
I bet the ones that pled guilty regret their decision
I was thinking that too, while I looked at the short list of names compared to the 17 originally charged.
However, every single time they went into court on the Fani Willis/Nathan Wade corruption they would have had to hire a lawyer to represent them, so they got off lightly compared to the costs mounting for others who haven’t even gotten to their own courtroom yet. At least the rest of them know that Georgia is in their rear view mirror.
Maybe they didn’t want to lose their life’s savings fighting a rigged game. The people who brought the charges are demonic.
Those bringing such actions ought be back-charged for their stupidity.
Would stop that caca really quick.
They started with nothing, they produced nothing, they are nothing.
Fani Willis, Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg Et al are the smoking embers of the Democrat lawfare syndicate.
weak and cowardly by any standards.

The Congressional hearings and strongly worded letters are part of the official proceedings which are monitored by the Honorable Judges as well.

Trust God. Fear not.
I’m suspicious of this whole court thing, cause I think the Bragg case won out over these secondary court cases, they will put President Trump in jail. it is like a competition, in my eyes. So the Bragg case wins the glory.
I agree. The felony convictions in New York succeeded in making the other prosecutions moot.
The campaign rhetoric of “Trump is a convicted felon” is secured, and the reasonable possibility that PDJT will be jailed quickly after sentencing, thereby removing him from the Republican convention and eliminating his in-person campaigning activities, allow a mission accomplished victory lap for the purveyors of lawfare.
Placing hope in a timely remedy provided by the NY state justice system or the SCOTUS is all we have.

The best part of this article “In Florida, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon has extended a baffling series of scheduling decisions that seem likely to result in postponing that case.
Baffling only because there never is any pushback from these scumbag democratic judges or district attorneys.
Fani, LaToya Cantrell, Kamala, Stacey Abrahams, Sherita Golden, Lisa Cook, Karine Jean-Pierre, Marilyn Mosby, Kim Gardner, Kim Fox, Patrice Cullors, Venus Lee, Maxine Waters, Claudine Gay, Rachael Rollins, Joy Reid, Donna Bazile, Sheila Jackson Lee, Christina Peterson, Sherri Charleston, Jussie, Letisha James, Muriel Bowser, Lori Lightfoot, Tiffany Henyard, Jasmine Crockett, Barbara Furlow-Smiles, Cori Bush and now Kim Godwin, I see a pattern starting to form here.
A well established problem that few dare to speak of.
Fani, You are fired! Disbarred and disgraced.
Fabulous, absolutely fabulous!
Glad to see the tide turning. Those who created the mess are starting to get restless going along with the more and more stale and stinky Lawless Society scheme. Can’t wait for the final, where they go after kudos for fixing what they themselves broke!
They intentionally hired Fani Willis because she was stupid enough to take the blame if/when it goes sideways. Well? It went sideways BECAUSE of who they hired.
Does anyone else think the Fani Willises etc were all put in place not to take the fall, but to do what they do, be stupid, ignorant, unprincipled, corrupt and rude, without a care, IN PUBLIC? Talk abt not wanting to be in the same camp, let alone having your brainwashed narrative blown to bits w no way to put it back how it was.
Does Lawfare, Inc., just have another Pez in the DA Pez dispenser when/if Willis is kicked out?

The “lawfare” community is really organized and directed by the Department of Justice, under Garland. Period. No joke.
Lawfare falling apart in the other two big cases. Now if Trump can put the kibosh on Merchan and his stooges by getting the SCOTUS involved before the RNC convention it will be over.
The Supremes, even if they were so inclined, can’t do anything until the appeal works its way up to them. And the NY court system can easily now slow roll it until after the election.
Actually an emergency writ can be filed, thus by passing the NY courts….my understanding is that is how it works.
There is a so-called doctrine of abstention, but the USSC has held it is not universal see Wisconsin v Constantineau: “But the abstention rule only applies where “the issue of state law is uncertain.” Harman v. Forssenius, 380 U. S. 528, 534. Thus our abstention cases have dealt with unresolved questions of state law which only a state tribunal could authoritatively construe. … Where there is no ambiguity in the state statute, the federal court should not abstain but should proceed to decide the federal constitutional claim. ”
So I guess “it depends”.
This is OBVIOUSLY a RICO case by the Lawfare community (McCord, Weissmann, Eisen and MSNBC, CNN et al) and they should all be PROSECUTED for their SEDITION to OVERTHROW our ELECTIONS and Constitution VIOLATING the VOITING RIGHTS of every American.
A coup d’etat does not require violence to be taken as part of the action(s) of the persons participating in it to be punishable. If the democrat party via their SEDITIOUS LAWFARE is destroying or otherwise tampering with the lawful and peaceful selection of our civilian government then there is a very clear argument that the elements of 18 USC 2384 were satisfied and everyone involved is subject to said prosecution.
Joe Biden: “We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” Democrats broke our Constitution to steal an election.
And don’t forget O w his huge data bank of info that was supposedly fed every email, phone call, social media post, … and went against every right to privacy Americans thought they had. How was that used?
You know what makes me so angry (and feeling very stupid) is the fact that I NEVER supported lawfare against our political enemies before. I was absolutely disgusted by and incensed over the prosecution of Bill Clinton while he was President. I said at the time that NO sitting President should EVER be subject to any kind of court case. It is dangerous for our country and also beneath us. Especially when we are talking about any kind of non-violent crimes or any kind of civil lawsuits. Presidents serve a term of 4 years, possibly 8. At most 10. For example, the Paula Jones lawsuit was about an event that took place several years prior anyway, and wasn’t filed until after he won. I felt that this was ridiculous that this case could proceed for many reasons.
#1-he was a sitting President who needed to focus his attention on our country, NOT on his personal matters.
#2-it invites other lawsuits attacking other Presidents who should be focused on their jobs.
#3-it opens up the President to making political/policy/military decisions based upon what is happening in his personal life (i.e. see Wag the Dog.)
#4-it is just plan embarrassing for our country. I was actually living outside of the US during this time and trust me, we looked ridiculous to the foreign press. (the blue dress, the cigar, etc…)
#5-it opens the door to the type of retaliation that we are now seeing (see Gore v Bush, not to mention everything we are seeing being thrown at Trump
So based upon all of this, I have never supported the notion of Trump going after Hillary for example. I felt she was a former First Lady and shouldn’t be treated that way. Lock her up? Yeah, it was funny and all, but even Trump never really meant it literally. If he did, he would have pursed it. And what is the thanks he (and we) get but these evil forces coming at us with everything they have. I regret ever feeling any kind of apprehension over going after these people. (I actually felt a little sad for Gore as I watched him traveling to make his concession speech…until he pulled the car around.)
So yeah, here we are. I hope and pray we can get Trump back in office and we take down every single one of these antiAmerican POSs and release every single political prisoner/J6er there is and award them all with a life-changing settlement.
Tend to agree that the Clinton impeachment opened a “tit for tat” door, but given the level TDS things might have gone this way regardless.
