Dr Franks announced today in analyzing the 2018 election fraud many Red state Election offices are “sympathetic” with Dr Frank’s work and made their machines available in 2019 and 2020 for full forensic “BEFORE” images (total and complete copy of the machine hard drive) that can be compared to the AFTER images following Dominion’s 2021 visit. AND unless they completely wiped the machine, many files can be recovered using sophisticated intel software. Remember the white hat hackers working with Lindell are majority retired mil intel/special operators as well as civilian top tech gurus.
They are supposed to save that data for a certain amount of time. I think it was 22 months in one jurisdiction? What is the penalty for that crime? It must be less than election fraud, otherwise they wouldn’t be doing it. The feds won’t prosecute, but states should.

Remember that they had the census data showing the age distribution of counties for 2010? It appears that served as the basis for adjusting expectations up and down. I believe that was the basis for creating the fictitious votes cast in each county. Not that it was the actual vote cast, but using that basis reduced the chances of the fraudulent votes being recognized as an outlier.

The anomaly is that the percentage of votes per age group was identical for every county in a state. Each state made their own algorithms but within each state the percentages per age group were identical throughout the state.

Thanks, that’s the real explanation. The telltale anomaly is that each age group had the same percentage of voters IN EVERY COUNTY of a state. So for say, 39 year olds, the percentage of voters was found to be say 50 percent in one county, and then it was found to be 50 percent for 39 year olds in every county of that state. That ain’t natural. Like exactly 10 percent of the population in every county of a state having blonde hair, no one could believe that was natural.

Basically he used the dice as a metaphor for the machine algorithm. Imagine a state with 10 counties and the first county that rolled the dice rolled it 83 times with 83 results and then handed it to the next county and they then rolled the same exact 83 results. And then so on for the next 8 counties, they all rolled the same exact results.
The Biden vote was inflated by a different specific percentage for each age that voted. From age 18 to 100 is 83 different age groups. Each age had a different percentage key that was used to manipulate the vote. These 83 age based percentages were exactly the same in every county of a state. Each state though had its own unique 83 percentages that were consistently used for every county of the state.

The KEY was calculated/estimated for each state based on the vote expectation for that state.
The KEY was a mathematical formula that adjusted actual votes (added Biden/deleted Trump) to achieve the Biden call.
The KEY failed though.
The system could not prevent a Trump victory via crooked ballot adjudication within the Dominion system alone. Hence voting stopped , suitcase/phantom ballots appear to take Biden over the line.
TRUMP must have blown Biden away if they needed suitcases of ballots to beat him even after the KEYS had been applied.!!!!

Ok, there are 100 ages represented on the graphs: age 1, age 2, … all the way up to age 100. People 17 years of age and under cannot vote. 100 minus 17 is 83.
Starting with age 18 to age 100, you have all these different aged voters, and they fall into 83 demographics. The people aged 98, 99, 100 will be demographics with few individuals. The 42 year old demographic is a big one, we have a lot of them.
So for each demographic, a different calculation done. This is where the number 83 comes from, when you exclude the under-18 year old people.

For each of the 83 age slots, there was a percentage, of 2010 census eligible voters, who were registered, and another percentage who voted. He found that the percentages, for each age bracket, for every county in a given state, were the same. Different states had different distributions, but within a state, every county had the same distribution. This PROVES BEYOND DOUBT that a computer program (algorithm) written by criminals, was used to generate registered voters in every county, in every state. And generated votes in every state. Very simple, really; they could easily have added random number seeds and genuine statistical variances! Etc., by county, to hide their trail, but they were lazy, or simpletons. The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll, for Thursday shows that 47% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Biden’s job performance. Fifty-two percent (52%) disapprove.
The latest figures include 26% who Strongly Approve of the job Biden is doing and 43% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -17.
