The first thing to accomplish, as this story unfolds, is to make voting machines and tabulators illegal. Paper ballots only to be hand counted in front of witnesses, with video record of everything.
We need the names of the machine programmers and they must be brought to justice. If they give up the names if their handlers, along with the who, what, where, and when, I’d favor leniency.
If they don’t cooperate, they need to be treated as seditionists and sentenced accordingly.
The laws of a civil society are only worth anything insofar as there is a general consensus that they must be upheld.

Regarding paper ballots, I think it would depend on how many people would be voting at a particular polling place. If many, you’d be counting the ballots for weeks. In small towns, it would most likely work. I’ve never liked these machines going back to the hanging chads in Florida.

In fact, I can’t think of another event as important since the events leading up to the War of Independence. And it must be “paused” for a couple of high school graduations? And ~100 million Americans are just supposed to twiddle our thumbs and take a break? While all the evidence is moved to another location – and presumably back again in ten days? >On Monday December 7th, the trial court allowed a sample of 100 “duplicate” ballots, which was conducted on Tuesday, December 8th. Of the initial sample of 100, two (2) were found to have been miscounted to Trump’s prejudice, and none to Biden’s prejudice (with one vote being erroneously “flipped” from Trump to Biden, and the other simply uncounted). This was a two percent (2%) error in the sample.
On December 9th, the county agreed in open court to sample an additional 2,500 “duplicate” ballots; and 1,525 were sampled that same day. Of the 1,525 ballots that were sampled that day, seven were found to have been erroneously counted – with five to the prejudice of Trump, and two to the prejudice of Biden. This brought the total rate of error to just over half a percentile (0.5%) – which is still a material rate of error, given that the candidates’ total vote counts were less than half a percentile apart (0.3%).
A quick note on the numbers: the ratio of errors to the prejudice of Trump vs. er-rors to the prejudice of Biden would at first appear to be 7 to 2 (or 3.5 to 1); but since one of the uncounted votes for Trump was actually “flipped” to Biden, then the rate of “prejudice” is actually eight to one (8 to 1), based on this sample. Final-ly, the total number of “duplicated” ballots in Maricopa County appears to be around 27,859 – and so based on these samples, at least several hundred votes for Trump went uncounted or were “flipped” to Biden (in just the “duplicated” ballots in Maricopa county alone).
7 Petitioner sought discovery into both “duplicated” ballots, as well as “adjudicated” ballots—both of which the discovery and trial testimony had shown were subject to substantial rates of “human error” of between two percent (2%) and half a per-centile (0.5%). Given that the race was less than half a percentile apart statewide, and that there were approximately 450,000 duplicated or adjudicated ballots in the State, these rates are significant.

Yes, when repubs do not immediately go for subpoenas after dems have held them at arms length for months, it means they are not going to do anything if countless events from the past predict anything.
I know Dr Ward said the machines and ballots would be guarded, but whatever they have in place for that, needs to be doubled. The democrat machine has inspired riots, the burning down of buildings and other acts of domestic terror when it comes to courts and elections and such. I”d not put it past them to terror bomb a graduation if they thought they could destroy the election materials in the back room.

The full audit needs to play out. They’re at 500K inspected ballots, and for the audit to be full and complete, the EMS server software must be inspectable.
The AZ team has custody of the 2.1 million ballots and all the hardware, minus some visibility into routers and administrative software… for the moment.
Meanwhile… the BoS, Dominion, and Katie Hob Knob know what’s in those boxes… and Dominion insists, by extension, that THE ENTIRE ARIZONA DIGITAL ELECTION SYSTEM is their exclusive property and nobody can peek under the hood.

Uh, just occurred to me… It’s the obvious that somehow is comfortably ensconced in the blind spot.
Election results are auditable, by law. The results can be challenged typically (or universally, I don’t know) by posting a bond to cover the expense of a potentially wasted exertion by the state.
However, in light of modern technology, why is the following NOT possible?
Paper ballots with manual markings, universally–no exceptions, tabulated on video by representatives from any quarter desiring to participate. If the entire process in every corner of every precinct is recorded in dual view or triplicate, it can be stored and recovered by anyone after the fact. An audit then becomes possible by practically anyone because the information is on video and a public record accessibly by all.
Even better, it can be stored by patriots from live feeds so that contemporaneous versions exist in the ether that can be contrasted against potentially manipulated “official” videos.
I have no problem with Ward or Finchem, but it’s obvious there is an element in the Senate which is preventing enforcement of subpoenas. Lack of enforcement has allowed evidence to be destroyed (directories deleted) and the DOJ is trying to insert itself. Now there is more defiance by BOS and Dominion withholding passwords and routers and the Senate still fails to enforce it’s subpoena. Some element in the Senate is stalling, providing opportunities for those opposed to the audit. The Senate is controlled by Republicans… which means they can not be trusted at all.

Well Supervisor Hickman already told a local news radio host that he isn’t going on Tuesday. MCBOS is having their own public meeting on Monday to “dispel the lies” or something. I think that is to avoid opportunities for questions, and especially to avoid making statements under oath.
We’ll need to pressure the Republican holdout, Senator Paul Boyer, to agree to enforce the subpoena. I think he got disinvited from cocktail parties after voting in favor of the audit initially. Now he has become unsupportive.

I was the Chair of the Maricopa County GOP 2014-2016.
With the sheer size of Maricopa County, elections officials have always known issues happen in the process, which is why tests & hand count procedures exist.
Claiming NO issues will be found in a full audit is so, so stupid.
2/. What didn’t happen was a hand count by precinct for the first time ever.
This is a procedure not only to verify the machines but ensure that data matches with what’s real in precincts.
An audit conducted that identifies problems to make elections better, should be welcomed!
3/ No matter the size of issues found, County & State officials should take them seriously.
Politicians dismissing an audit before a report, hearing clear evidence or even talking to other major stakeholders involved, is dishonoring the trust of Arizona’s citizens who elected them.
