Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton appears on Sean Hannity to discuss the legal position of his state in an election lawsuit about arbitrary state processes used in the 2020 election.
Paxton, on behalf of Texas, has sued battleground states Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin to challenge the unconstitutional creation of their mail-in ballots within the election. Several states have now joined Texas in alignment with the lawsuit.
Is anyone going to ask who authorized the shut down of counting? That’s unconstitutional as well? That’s the first problem.
I think there do exist in some states laws that specifically prohibit the stopping of counting, but more importantly it is strong evidence of conspiracy.
Rudy Giuliani mentioned this, that it is unreasonable to think that it was just a coincidence that four states simultaneously decided to take unprecedented action. He is the RICO expert. I don’t know if he will have the chance to pursue this line of prosecution.
An investigation into FOX news too. Did they think Trump supporters would accept the results coming from them, is that why they were first to call? How did they know to call? It feels like they showed their corrupt hand too soon!
In other Texas news; Elon Musk says “adios” to the totalitarian State of California and moves his business interests to The Lone Star State.
https://nypost.com/2020/12/08/elon-musk-moves-from-california-to-texas/
As long as he checks his communist workers and attitudes at the Red River.
All the other business migrations have looked nice on paper until you see the type of people who they drag across the river with them. Its like their memories were wiped clean as to why they had to move or worse in ther arrogance they think they will “not make the same mistakes if given a fresh do over”.
Of course that will happen. But what do you propose we (Texans) do to stop it?
I am open to ideas……….the best solution being suceed and once again become the Republic of Texas. We can control immigration and borders.
Texans tried to secede once before, remember? Funny but I have met several Texans who think Tx can go back to being a Republic independent of the USA, but they gave up that right when they joined the federal union in the 1830’s. At least according to the results of the first Civil War. Maybe Civil War II will provide a different outcome, who knows?
Marcus, it is in the Texas Constitution that we can secede. We are the only state that kept that right when we joined the Union. And if President Trump isn’t inaugurated on Jan 20, 2021 I will be in Austin pushing for Texas to do just that. My Dad did not fight in WWII, Korea, Viet Nam and numerous other skirmishes for me to live in a communist country.
the state controls who gets a licence to operate a business. if indeed he is moving more than just his personal household.
Red River? Amigo, check your geography … California is to the west …
I agree with the doc00. Those fleeing Blue state madness need to wipe their feet of marxist filth before they enter a Red State’s door!
it will remain to be seen, if this is good news, or bad.
Interesting case. Who has been harmed? Every elector in every state where the law was NOT followed. The 4 states subverted the constitutional process to elect electors. If the constitutional process is NOT followed, electors are defrauded due to violation of the law.
John Smith was an elector candidate. The law was not followed. John Smith did not win. John Smith was harmed.
In the common sense understanding of this, if the SCOTUS allows the actions of these 4 states to stand, then once any law is broken in the election process, any illegal activity is subject to be allowed for an election to be “won” by illegal means. This is the same problem that goes back to Bill Clinton lying under oath and Hillary Clinton committing felonies with her email system. When laws are broken, they must be enforced and punished, or there is no law.
Looks to me like the SCOTUS can rule in favor of the plaintiffs and offer at least two remedies to the states:
Or, barring your outcome, let congress decide! One vote per state, and let the chips fall where they may.
interesting will be how the Corporate Fake News/DNC Complex will handle this, since, in their world, the challenges do not exist and everything is fine.
Will Hannity ever simply shut his pie hole and listen to his guest?
STOP watching Hannity and FOX the Fixer Network! WE the People have very little power, one of which is to stop supporting people and companies who betray us and rig elections which is what they did. If Hannity – who supposedly is also PDJT’s friend – had any integrity he would have quit FOX the Fixer Network by now, but he hasn’t! Why…. money is more important to him? He would still have his radio show.
We should all be sick of these traitors and use the little power we have to make our DISGUST with them known!
My2Cents… I overacted as you probably only watched the recording here. I’m just sick of traitors and people who pretend support and loyalty and betray us!
I couldn’t even watch this entire clip of big mouth, fat face, teeny forehead Shammity.
I tried, but I can’t forget what faux did on election night, and Shammity is part of it by virtue of the fact that he’s with fox.
Hannity will not shut his ‘pie hole’ because then, he wouldn’t be Hannity. That’s how he is.
If it is said ON Hannity you can count on it not amounting to anything. Just another dud, “bombshell”.
Everyone should be contacting their states AG’s and demanding they join in the lawsuit with Texas. It is not only the voters in those 4 states that have been affected. It has disenfranchised all legal votes!
Why hide anything if no fraud?
I’m in Texas right now visiting family and I have to tell you that the people in this state are talking about this lawsuit like it’s the Cowboys in the Super Bowl. I’ve never seen this before.
Surprised they didn’t include NV & AZ too.
This is likely the case that will get the most traction – as the injured parties (citizens of Texas) are the ones directly injured through the nullification of their voting rights, due to the malfeasance of the named states.
A number of other states have joined the suit. I’m only surprised that turncoat Roberts sided with the majority.
While Ms (I ain’t conceding) Abrams demands that Trump concede. Is a concession even really a legal requirement? And even if he did concede (which we know HE WILL NOT), does that concession preclude the campaign from pursuing a legal remedy?
Even if he has to leave on 1/20 – this is MORE IMPORTANT THAN ONE ELECTION. This is about WHETHER OR NOT WE EVEN HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF A FREE AND FAIR ELECTION IN THE FUTURE.
Follow the actual United States Supreme Court Docket entries re: Texas v. Pennsylvania, and read the pleadings in real time, using this link:
https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/22o155.html
Please note that (as of this post) not one of the nine State AGs who have publicly expressed support for the Texas effort have filed a formal Petition for Permission to Intervene (i.e. “join”) as a named party in the Texas v. PA litigation.
Further, so far, I have seen no public statement from any Republican Governor or Republican Legislative leader, from ANY of these States, in support of formally joining with Texas. (I could be wrong…news happens so quickly).
The republicans have too many rinos in their mix and always seem to be on the defensive. They need to get down and dirty with the dems and play hard ball. Should have seen this coming way before it happened and fought tooth and nail to stop it. If the roles were reversed we wouldn’t be looking at this now.
reading through the texas suit, i noticed they mention fmr sec. clinton by name. one problem, like the suit filed by ms. powell, the texas suit also contains at least one spelling error.
ms. clinton’s first name is spelled, hilary. they may be additional mistakes, i didn’t review the entire document.
one may expect a private lawyer, filling papers with spelling errors. but, you would like to think the AG from texas, would have access to and use a spell check program.
One spelling error is better than posting a comment without proper capitalization. ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye”
We are now up to 17 states joining in the TEXAS Lawsuit. They are AL, AR, FL, IN, KS, LA, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WV.
If an elected official or bureaucrat can single-handedly change how elections are conducted without the consent of the people as represented in their state legislatures, that effectively makes that person dictator. It disenfranchises everyone else who plays by the rules established by the people through their state legislatures.
If you can make up the rules as you go along, there is no point in having rules at all. But that’s what Libs do all the time.
Any discussion of this on Hannity cheapens it. He is a Buffoon
