Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton appears on Sean Hannity to discuss the legal position of his state in an election lawsuit about arbitrary state processes used in the 2020 election.
Paxton, on behalf of Texas, has sued battleground states Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin to challenge the unconstitutional creation of their mail-in ballots within the election. Several states have now joined Texas in alignment with the lawsuit.
Thank GOD for TEXAS!!! Now does SCOTUS have the balls do what needs to be done? I just don’t know.
Nope. No chance scotus
Gets involved. They will
Defer to each states
Legislatures. The scotus
Will not add and subtract
Votes from election. The
Legislatures can choose
Electors to address vote
Fraud.
Constitution doesnt care about adding and subtracting votes and neither should SCOTUS

This explains how it’s done.
Watch will Chamberlain on Twitter and not one hour of commercials on that channel. I couldn’t take all the commercials every 3 minutes. This case will be rejected. Its hope porn.
You are already wrong. It was accepted yesterday, has already been joined by seven other states and won’t be ruled on until ALL the evidence in all four states is exposed in court for all to see.
Do i get an apology if this
Case goes nowhere?
Why so negative? Maybe Levin is wrong.
Is that what Will says? I unfollowed him a couple wks ago. Sunshine patriot
I would rather hear the truth. Some people want
Comfort talk and hope
Porn.
If SCOTUS does defer to the state legislatures then the GOP legislature in each of those states will choose the electors. It is only if SCOTUS defers to the EXECUTIVE branch of each state that will screw PDJT.
What does the Constitution say? It is the state LEGISLATURE, not the state EXECUTIVE, not the state GOVERNMENT…it says the state LEGISLATURE that makes the laws.
This is exactly what is needed. Lets PRAY SCOTUS defers to the state LEGISLATURE.
It’s possible that weak-minded Republicans will claim to “follow the will of the people” and appoint their electors for Biden. Of course there is no way to know “the will of the people” since the election has been made a hash.
Right, But NONE of those GOP legislators will want to vote for Biden electors when they are aware that their own PRIMARY voters will vote them out in their next election.
It would be unforgiveable for their primary voters. 100%
Catch 22. We can’t hold corrupt legislators accountable if the election fraud continues.
Albertus Magnus “Right, But NONE of those GOP legislators will want to vote for Biden electors when they are aware that their own PRIMARY voters will vote them out in their next election. It would be unforgiveable for their primary voters. 100%”
That is something I have always disagreed with.
Yes, perhaps if they actually are just “weak-minded“, then that may be true.
But, if they are really deep-staters (only appearing to be “weak-minded”, but are actually “soldiers” for the Uniparty), and the deep-state tells them, in essence, to “fall on their swords” in order for the bigger narrative to prevail, they will do so.
Apparent traits, such as being “weak-minded”, or “incompetent”, are simply their “front” for their behaviors, so they don’t look to be blatantly Uniparty.
Considering the depth and breadth of CCP infiltration into the GOP apparatus, simple foreign-controlled behavior is also a possibility.
These “Lawfare plants” don’t give a damn about the next election…because there wont be a next election.
Until some of these commy bastards are put against a wall and shot, we will get the legal run around, just like the Russa Hoax, Hillary, Wiener laptop, etc, etc…
This bunch is in the Kamakaze mode…the masks are off and they are breaking for the barn
But in the back of their minds, they know antifa will torch their cities if they seat electors for Trump.
Gut check time for a lot of state legislators.
They would rather vote joe than Don. They can do it. But they have to do it out in the sunlight
SCOTUS can rule the election unconstitutional. State no remedy. and end the conversation. All the thinking and decision making goes to the States to decide this new chaos.
I suggest the states remedy it by arresting the conspirators with China.
From your keyboard to God’s ears!!!
They don’t need to “add or subtract votes”. If they rule it unconstitutional (which is a strong possibility) then it goes back to the state legislatures.
This is not “deferring to state legislatures”, this is ordering them to fix their shit. Big difference!
You’re arguing something that wasn’t discussed nor requested in the lawsuit. Near the end of the video Paxton told Hannity that the remedy sought is to have SCOTUS remand the appointment of electors remanded back to the states’ legislators.
The lawsuit does not request SCOTUS to add or subtract votes. Paxton said right on tv that because of the way mail8; ballots were mishandled, there’s no way to determine which ballots were legitimate.
Are you assuming that all of those “added” ballots in the wee hours
following the election were actually “mailed” in or are you counting
those “suitcased” in as “mailed” in ballots too?
Note: The edit I did was a return to eliminate the word wrap rather than an actual edit to the post!
Legitimately wondering if all the suitcase ballets have the mail-in fold or if they are nice and flat for easy storage and transport.
I’m not confident in them, either. BUT, this is such a no duh case – you don’t even need any “evidence of fraud” that the left has been screaming about, as there is written record of what they rammed through along with written record of what the law is – that this is the strongest case made to date to get those 4 states EC votes thrown out. Fingers crossed!!
if you want to know if you will win. Look at lawfare, and see if they blogged about anyone coming at the Supreme Court from this angle.
if you can’t find it. Then you know they got flanked.
Yes. because the alternative is we dont need a SCOTUS anymore, if we no longer have one that follows the constitution.
you think Antifa makes them more afraid, than the anscestors of the ones who created this country?
That might be a reason for taking it up. They need to stay relevant.
They better, we are counting on them, to maintain this country the peaceful way.
They have no choice.. Did you listen to AG Paxton? SCOTUS is the originator of the suit because it is a legal issue between the states. The only one that can make a determination IS SCOTUS.
I believe they should be afraid of We The People … you see if we can no longer put value in the Election process… Succession from the Union is our only Viable Option. Doing away with the Federal Government entirely. Each state their own country. I’m with Texas on this and I am from Kansas. Follow the rule of Law or there is No Law.
That’s certainly the crux of it, isn’t it. Whether they realize it or not, the SCOTUS is simply an unneeded institution in a post-constitutional world.
That said, the communists don’t hesitate to simply just change what institutions do, or what laws mean, or what an official’s charge is. In their ruling apparatus, everything is defined at a moment in time. I.E. it does what they need it to do, or it is what they need it to be.
Most likely, we’ll simply see the SCOTUS morph in to serving two purposes in our leftist dictatorship: 1) adjudicating disputes between two leftist parties- with favorable outcome always given to who has the better blackmail or is paying the most 2) a symbolic structure there to support the legitimacy of any whacky thing the leftists decide to do. This will only be needed for a generation or two max (~40 years). Then this purpose will not be needed any longer.
Thank GOD for TEXAS!!! Now does SCOTUS have the balls do what the Constitution requires? Time will tell.
More like it
“The stakes in this case are too high to ignore”
If Scotus doesn’t want to say there was cheating they could side with Texas and see which direction that goes. Saves them from seeming to side with Potus.
They could remand to the legislatures, but could they also enjoin electors from those states? I’d rather see that, since I think President Trump would have a better chance in a contingent election decided by the House than counting on a bunch of RINO state legislators in fur separate states to not vote for Biden electors.
Correct.
Contingent election is how PDJT stays that way.
Low rent State politicians are bottom of the Republican food chain.
The low life State politicians were elected on the same Dominion voting machines…they are all crooks…even the low level state judges crawl up the ladder on these voting machines…this crap didn’t just start last month…
If electors from the 4 states are enjoined, wouldn’t the total number of appointed electors go down, so that the majority needed would fall below 270? Biden would still win a majority in that case and it wouldn’t ever go to the House.
I beleive this is correct. Have been asking about it for several days. All depends on what “a majority of appointed electors” means in the 12th amendment. Have heard nothing definitive which would argue President Trump just needs to get Biden below 270 to send it to the US House.
Seems the best bet is to send it to the State Legislatures in these four states. Going to be touch and go (very close) at that point.
Negatron. You need 270. If not, then it goes to the House where each state gets a vote.
Thanks for providing an exceptional forum. Everything is working just fine.
CONCUR!!!!
XXXL Thanks to Sundance, Ad Rem, and the Whole Hee Haw Gang!
Yes! This is a very appropriate time for President Trump’s arm gesture in the last photo. We will not concede.
Praying that the Supreme Court has wisdom, focus, clear thinking, and integrity to do the right thing.
The fraud has been so widespread, egregious and now in the public domaine tha tSCOtUS has the political cover. Latest polls show ( yes I know, pools are mostly bullshit) will help.
The legal arguments are based on The Constitution. The fraud just points out what this truly needs to be put back to the State Legislators
god Bless TEXAS!
So straightforward even Hannity gets it…..
Well, it’s not like he’d ever give a guest a chance to explain it without interrupting …
He is the species known as Hannitus Interuptus!
Trust the plan… 😉
Beyond thankful that the new sight is up and working ! I check often for your sage advice and knowledge!
Turley dissed the suit but he didn’t address the issue that this was a first jurisdiction case for state disputes so states don’t go to war against each other. I think the case makes a lot of sense from what I know so far. Either a judge or state officials made election decisions in each of these 4 states, not the state legislature.
Shirley, the Supremes see this has to stop.
And don’t call me Shirley!
(original “Airplane!” movie)
Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!
“Wait…I speak Jive!”
“Interview on Electronic Vote Fraud” by CD Media with Russ Ramsland > Texas RINOs allowed Hart InterCivic (OpTech software) and ES&S (owned by Dominion) vote rigging machines > million PDJT votes flipped to bidet Biden
What other states have joined? Alabama, Louisiana, Florida,
Who else?
Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota.
We now need Oklahoma to step up. We have Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and we need Oklahoma. Four state ark la tex.
Eight states so far: Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, & South Dakota.
I saw North Carolina on a map last night. Surprised b/c Gov is Dem Socialist
“Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt released a statement Tuesday showing his support for a lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton challenging the election results in four battleground states: Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania.”

Show Me state jumps in the ring:
mostly DIXIE…plus south Dakota
Best line in suit “who have remained loyal to the constitution.” Texas is accusing Georgia, Penn, Michigan and Wisconsin of disloyalty. “Dixie” states are asking “are you loyal or not?”
There was a time when loyalty to the constitution was worthy of war.
South Dakota
This is great news and I’m thrilled that it came out of TEXAS!
It does make those accusations of Bribery/Misuse of Office seem odd now … Hmmm… I wonder if some people were trying to neutralize him ahead of time … ???
http://www.texastribune.org/2020/10/05/texas-ken-paxton-bribery/
The Left has been mounting lawfare attacks against Ken Paxton since the day he walked into his office and turned on the lights. They started out by trying to prosecute him for securities fraud in his legal practice just before his first AG election. He accidentally omitted a one or two page affidavit with a bond filing. When that was pointed out to him, he filed the affidavit the next day. IIRC, there are ongoing efforts to have him criminally prosecuted for that.
The latest (and much bigger) uproar starts out with a baseline assumption that a $25,000 campaign contribution from a wealthy businessman is really a bribe. That is a stretch. Campaign donations in Texas for state offices are not limited. $25,000 is small change.
I’ll wait and see where the drama takes us in this episode.
Ken Paxton is my choice to replace Greg Abbott as governor. George P. Bush is hinting that he might run. George W and Jeb! both tried to find the path to the White House by stopping first at a governor’s mansion. I see no reason to think that the Bush cabal would not try to smear Ken Paxton to keep him out of George P’s way.
Our best conservative guys in the legislature here get the same treatment. It’s brutal and dangerous.
The democrats in Olympia are venomous.
The republicans have no political leadership and no political will.
Other than President Trump, conservatives here have no voice and no champion.
Additionally, Adam, the Texas Tribune is a biased, left-wing publication.
Literally, without a single exception, every print newspaper in our entire country is a biased, left-wing publication.
It really is a monopoly in the most strict sense. Have you ever been traveling and at a gas-station mart getting something quick and looked down at the local paper? The headline is always some two-bit, mickey mouse version of whatever crazy crap CNN is spouting. Even in the most conservative states.
I really want to see SCOTUS do this but I also want clear adjudication of the Dominion voting machine debacle. That can’t be allowed to continue. Hope praying that Sydney’s cases get SCOTUS review and that all votes counted by Dominion in any close states get hand audited for signatures or tossed.
The assertions of fraud – not matter how correct they are – are too complicated to prove in the time available. The charges in the TX suit of unconstitutional procedural changes are straightforward.
From Nazi Nanzi’s HR1:
“(a) In General.—If an individual in a State is eligible to cast a vote in an election for Federal office, the State may not impose any additional conditions or requirements on the eligibility of the individual to cast the vote in such election by absentee ballot by mail, except as required under subsection (b) and except to the extent that the State imposes a deadline for requesting the ballot and related voting materials from the appropriate State or local election official and for returning the ballot to the appropriate State or local election official.
“(b) Requiring signature verification.—
“(1) REQUIREMENT.—A State may not accept and process an absentee ballot submitted by any individual with respect to an election for Federal office unless the State verifies the identification of the individual by comparing the individual’s signature on the absentee ballot with the individual’s signature on the official list of registered voters in the State, in accordance with such procedures as the State may adopt (subject to the requirements of paragraph (2)).
“(2) DUE PROCESS REQUIREMENTS.—
“(A) NOTICE AND OPPORTUNITY TO CURE DISCREPANCY.—If an individual submits an absentee ballot and the appropriate State or local election official determines that a discrepancy exists between the signature on such ballot and the signature of such individual on the official list of registered voters in the State, such election official, prior to making a final determination as to the validity of such ballot, shall make a good faith effort to immediately notify such individual by mail, telephone, and (if available) electronic mail that—
“(i) a discrepancy exists between the signature on such ballot and the signature of such individual on the official list of registered voters in the State
“(ii) such individual may provide the official with information to cure such discrepancy, either in person, by telephone, or by electronic methods; and
“(iii) if such discrepancy is not cured prior to the expiration of the 7-day period which begins on the date of the election, such ballot will not be counted.
“(B) OTHER REQUIREMENTS.—An election official may not make a determination that a discrepancy exists between the signature on an absentee ballot and the signature of the individual who submits the ballot on the official list of registered voters in the State unless—
“(i) at least 2 election officials make the determination; and
“(ii) each official who makes the determination has received training in procedures used to verify signatures.
These statements are set forth in HR1. The bigger question for SCOTUS, were they followed in every polling area of every state? Any state that allowed some ballots to be cured while excluding others is in direct conflict with this “law” thus nullifying any cured ballots under the Equal Protection Clause, right?
We shouldn’t have these electronic voting machines…period. I think Iraq had more honest voting than we did with their purple fingers. This is ridiculous. Watching some of those election workers I wondered if in their spare time they’re out rioting.
If there was a will to produce honest and accurate voting then it would be done. I should be able to go online in my state and after securely identifying myself see my name and who my vote was given to (right now all I can see is “completed”). If we can do this with banking we can certainly do it with voting. And the rolls should be cross referenced – i.e. if you’re dead you can’t vote because death certificate = removal from voting along with social security and everything else. Etc Etc. There is a way to do this – if they wanted to.
Block chain voting. Every transaction verifiable.
I don’t trust any digital form of voting or vote tabulation. Too easy to hide shenanigans.
Manual voting, manual counting with mandatory count verification / agreement by all participating candidates’ parties. Live voice transmission of vote totals to next larger entity with both ends on loudspeakers and recorders running.
I’m with you, GB. No computers involved AT ALL!
We definitely have NOT become more intelligent in this insidious so-called information age.
This could be so simple.
A simple Carbon Copy of my serialized Ballot that every voter gets to take home for their records and can provide a paper back up to count if original ballots are damaged or lost.
Not to mention that if you actually cast the ballot, your fingerprints will be on it!
I would add the requirement to keep a running total of all (one total) votes received during the time for voting (say every hour, or some other interval) this can then be checked against the totals for each candidate plus any spoiled ballots to prevent “extra” ballots being received).
Each counting centre would declare the results, list and publish the result and then forward them to whichever central point would be responsible for aggregation in larger elections. But each level would be required to publish all figures so that anyone can make sure they were what was announced locally and could be reconciled with lower levels.
I’m sure you were right to throw off the British yoke of oppression, you based many of your laws on English law but seem to have ignored how to vote. There is an impatience to know results, but is it worthwhile if you lose the ability to verify the result of fair elections?
SteveT
Block chain ID voting is adverse to the requirements of annonymous voting. Once you have a link between the voter and the vote the computer systems can determine who voted for who. No bueno
Social Security is pretty up-to-date with checking death certificates provided the state includes the deceased’s SSN on the death certificate. When my
mommy died, it took less than a week for Social Security to withdraw her
deposited check from her banking account. It took much longer for the
Board of Elections to withdraw her name from the voting rolls (it took
submitting her death certificate to them to keep her from possibly voting in elections following her death)!
Iraq definitely had a more honest election, certainly. This election and likely most of our election over at least the last 30 years are totally bunk. That doesn’t mean the outcome was always wrong, but it does mean the totals that set the outcome were, and likely many times the fraudulent totals certainly changed the outcome as designed.
The Democrats and some Republicans essentially get a handicap from fraud and fixed machines. That doesn’t mean the handicap always overcomes a defeat for them, but it makes it a hell of a lot easier for them to win.
The critical variable will be if many states join the suit. Florida and Ohio are critical as they are large neighboring states. I would think Florida would join but I don’t know about Ohio’s AG Yost. If it was DeWine he would not but I don’t know anything about Yost. Any insights.
There has to be popular political pressure to give backbone to the SC and ultimately Congress. That is where “We the People” have to stand up. The good news is that is such a body of evidentiary fraud that it will be hard to ignore though they will try. That is what we have to do. Keep this front and center and every new VERIFIED fraud be spread far and wide.
We can do this. Do not be dismayed or disheartened at every change in events. There will be more twists than a mountain road. Soldier on like those at Valley Forge, Chosin Reservoir and the Alamo. Fight for your vote as those who sat in the dining counters in Jim Crow south, freedom riders in 1963 and Martin Luther King. He died fight this. Meager Evans was gunned down fighting this. John Lewis had his skull cracked open fighting this. Rosa Park sat down fighting this and now it is our turn. Time for some “good trouble”.
I’m in Ohio and I can tell you that Yost is VERY. VERY WEAK. We’re going to try and pressure him, but I don’t think it will do any good.
I sent yost a message urging him to join the case, but ohio republicans are just weak and spineless.
Praying!!!!!
Justice Ginsberg’s learned legal opinion would have been that its Hillary’s turn.
Yeah, but as the meme said earlier today… One way or the other this Supreme Court decision is going to be Ruth-less.
Ooooh the stress! Off to pray!
kind of looks like Sydney Powell for some reason…
Just listened to a bit of Levin. If I heard him correctly he believes SCOTUS won’t do a thing to change the election. Too scared. Hope he is wrong (or I misunderstood him).
So Levin thinks all 5 supposedly conservative constitutional justices are ok to let the massive fraud be certified as legitimate?
God help us if that’s what they do.
I wonder how many Supreme Court Justices Biden can even name…
Apparently, the only one Biden CAN name he refers to as Marshal Thurgood, and, he thinks Marshal Dillon was replaced by him on Gunsmoke in its final season.
Of course, that’s only when Joe’s got some wits about him and they’ve got him juiced up.
Well, there’s Sleepy, Doc, Sneezy, Dopey, Dancer, Prancer, Donner, Blitzen, and Rudolph.
Sorry, but the lawsuit is doomed to fail, IMO.
The case end-game, as I understand it, is to turn the selection of Electoral College electors back to the State Legislatures in each of the defendant States. Even if SCOTUS has the courage to do that (which is doubtful), we have already seen that the State Legislatures of Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania are full of weak, spineless, pathetic, establishment rat RINOs who will vote against Trump, despite “Republican” majorities in each of these States. Public outrage does not move the needle with these traitors. The State Legislatures of MGWP have done squat to support Trump for the past month. These Uni-Party State Legislatures will not side with Trump, period. Then what?
What happens to the stability of a country when at least one half of the electorate believes the election was a fraud, feels the rage of the theft and being disenfranchised, sees their beloved country taken over by domestic and foreign enemies, sees total corruption at every level of government, and understands that they now live in a lawless Banana Republic?
I know many of you enjoy being negative, but the truth is that the legislature in each state is LIKELY to certify a pro-Trump elector slate.
It takes COURAGE to go against your state executive branch to do the right thing. It takes NO courage to do vote for pro-Trump electors when the ONLY choice before you is between pro-Trump and pro-Biden electors.
If SCOTUS throws it to the state LEGISLATURES that is the choice the GOP legislatures face…not taking on their own state governments.
We have a GOOD shot at this, just depending on the COWARDNESS of the state legislatures…but we need SCOTUS to do the right thing.
I appreciate your positive take. But, take Georgia for example. The “Republican” State Legislature can’t even muster the courage to order a special session to deal with the election issues. Brian Kemp is a sinking ship and does not strike fear into anyone. Even if the case prevails at SCOTUS, it is difficult to trust that the Georgia RINO State Legislature will appoint pro-Trump electors. Trying to keep the faith, but becoming more jaded with each passing day.
Georgia, sweet Georgia, is lost. The latest Colorado, Virginia, whatever.
While of course deserved, with Kemp losing his base support due to his ridiculous actions, the next governor will certainly be a loony-toon socialist. In a few weeks the Senators will both be loony-toon socialists too.
Another one bites the dust, I’m afraid. Ever notice how once a state goes D, it never goes back, in terms of the Senate? Sometimes it can swing back and forth in the Governor’s office, sure. Still doesn’t happen often once a Dem gets in. If it does, the “Republican” is usually just a leftist that is using the state Republican party apparatus to run against another leftist that they have beef with.
I’d like to agree but we have now recently seen too many Republican state legislators speak out against President Trumps legal team and they’ve rejected the evidence of fraud.
I am not at all confident that “Republican” led legislatures will overturn the fraudulent vote totals and direct Trump electors to represent their state. I believe the corruption runs wide and deep through the GOP. I hope to be proven wrong.
It’s just one big party. We know which way the Dems blow, but the “Rs” blown which ever way the winds is blowing. They are unpredictable.
Dems march like the CCP army–perfect lockstep.
Republicans march like mice in a bright light.
Why are there so many negative people here? I have never seen them in five years! Boom they are here posting!
I don’t think it is simply negative…it is just earned cynicism.
This is a discussion. Based on recent events can you point to any goings-on that would lead one to conclude this has an honest shot of reversing the outcome? Honest question!
Then they will quickly find themselves to no longer be state legislatures; President Trump has 90+% approval in the Republican party… they can call for him to concede because things appear hopeless, but to betray the President when the eyes of all Republicans are upon them? Well, they may as well take out a knife and cut their own throat, because the base will hate them, and the Dems won’t stop hating them because Leftism has no rite for forgiveness in their religion.
Plus the whole first target for removal if a civil war actually breaks out things.
This. If remanded to the legislators they know the truth that their people by a large margin voted for Trump and MAGA. They know it in their hearts to be true. They would be ending their career with their voters. Now they might be spineless or on the take but it won’t be an easy choice.
If remanded to the state legislatures then the corrupt ones will vote fast to avoid the MAGA rallies.
No Way,
We’ve already Won.
We are proving it again.
We’ll keep on winning!
The like buttons not working today. I agree. We already won.
Wrong post.
Look, for the past six months you could stand in line any Post Office and buy stamps, shop at Walmart and Costco as well as fill up at any gas station in the United States. There’s no legitimate reason that people couldn’t vote in person. In addition, any American could have requested an absentee ballot if they felt threatened by the Coronavirus!
“vote by mail” invites fraud, and intimidation. Many ‘dead’ people voted. Many voted from different states, multiple times.
Non-existent ‘people’ living in P.O. boxes voted. Milwaukee, detroit, philly and atlanta are known for vote corruption for decades. If you need a vaccine certification to travel, you can get a photo ID and a secure ‘secret’ vote procedure.
Vote fraud has been accepted so long in corrupt dem cities, that it has become accepted by the press and law-enforcement.
But now the corruption has spread statewide and needs to be dealt with by the courts and DOJ/FBI.
The SC cannot shirk its duty to establish a secure voting threshold for federal elections in all states.
You just made the case for voting in person ON ELECTION DAY with a valid voter ID.
Fear of coronavirus was not a valid qualification for an absentee ballot in Texas. However, curbside voting was available at the polling locations. A curbside voter would have to show a photo ID and be signed in like a usual in-person voter, but a poll worker (or two) would go to the car so that the voter did not need to go inside and wait in line.
People drove up for Coronavirus testing in municipal parking lots. They could have done the same to vote. What the Heck, they actually could have done both simultaneously!!
Concur!
Something better pull through. Then we still have to worry about the senate. Man 2020 sucks.
PDJT should declare that Dominion and all other electronic voting equipment which connects to other equipment (eg, the ‘web’) and which can readily change software to vary vote count, is a national security threat, and cannot be used in federal elections.
That would remove the software threat to the GA runoff. For old-fashioned chicago-style vote fraud, vote harvesting, fraudulent signatures, dead voters etc, there needs to be better poll-watching.
Trump will defend the security of the United States with or without SCOTUS. He has to, its his job, thats what his oath of office requires him to do, and I couldn’t think of a better person to lead us into the fray.
China owns DOMINION, and controls all the officials who run the machines at every level of governmentArrest them ALL
Maybe a new battle song?

My 2 cents: SCOTUS will dismiss it before Dec 14th.
john70: Yes, sadly the majority of the SCOTUS court judges are corrupt.
Then it’s time for the Insurrection Act. SCOTUS is being given the chance to prove they are not as corrupt as the rest of the government. If they don’t seize the opportunity and stop the steal, then the people will lose all respect for them and they will become irrelevant.
3 cents: President Trump wins.
No way, john70 we’re hitting ’em where it hurts.
Image sizing problem?
looks that way. click on it.
Try this:
The thing that is troublesome is every conservative judge on SCOTUS is a Bushie and most have worked on Gore has Bush….even Ted Cruz. The House of Bush , like NWO and no likey PT. (If it was W ‘s case before them, they would have flipped the 5-6 states for him already.) However now that the House of Bush has so many judges on SCOTUS, do they really want to see that power diminished by a packed Biden court? It will be interesting. But to me that is the big factor. They are Bush
The question should not be do they really want Biden to be President, but do they really want Harris to be President?
Well, she did get ~5% or so popularity in the dem primaries !!!
I do have a concern that if SCOTUS orders the legislatures to take responsibility and appoint electors, the legislatures are not in session… some or all of these states (I haven’t researched the details) lack sufficient super-majorities to call themselves into session, and the RINO governors are refusing to call special sessions. This issue is not addressed in the Complaint. However, the Complaint does plead for “such other relief as the Court deems just and proper,” under which SCOTUS might fashion an order against the governors to call the needed special sessions.
I have a concern that there won’t be enough Preparation H to soothe the posteriors of all the butt-hurt libtards when they realize President Trump always wins.
VegGOP: Maybe that is why Biden is so confident.
Then it goes to the US Congress, with 1 vote per state.
Do we honestly think that there are enough profiles in courage in SCOTUS, the state legislatures, or the US House to change the outcome? I think this is a real long shot.
That’s a real issue. The executive either calls the session or it moves to Congress to decide.
This will give Trump the presidency for the next four years. That will free Trump to start going after the criminals like he did with ISIS. In a couple months, the USA will be a very different kind of place.
I pray you are correct. The Dems have gone all in on this. Obama set out to transform this nation and he was successful–Chicago style politics on a national scale weaponizing agencies and now that corruption cancer has metastasized throughout every government agency, academia, and Big tech. If not massive arrests, there is no hope and not sure it will happen.
I believe that Trump will be the last Republican president whether he wins this election or not.
Four more years of Trump then eight years of DeSantis.
We’re cool.
This new platform/forum is better then before now. We can embed gif files and even edit our spelling mistakes!!

Trump Attorney Jenna Ellis tweeted out that the injunction was dismissed but the case is still active. The case was NOT thrown out of court.

Throes of Panic as Biden’s Defeat comes nearer….and more of the US Population turns away from CNN and Fox alike.
The invocation of original jurisdiction is critical. As AG Paxton says, the original jurisdiction of SCOTUS is exclusive when it comes to disputes between the states. States cannot sue other states in any other court, period. The jurisdiction is constitutionally created and Congress has no power whatsoever to regulate it by statute. The remedies are also unique and can be both legal and equitable. This is literally a constitutional jurisdiction that grants SCOTUS the authority to decide how to decide the dispute, including what evidence to consider. The justices are responsible for the development of the evidentiary record and are not bound by the rulings or fact findings of any other court. And Texas automatically has standing to challenge the constitutional bonafides of another state’s electoral college selection process. Since SCOTUS controls the process constitutionally, there are no procedural technicalities that can defeat jurisdiction other than what is expressly set forth in the Constitution. SCOTUS has to decide the issues because the Constitution expressly leaves the decision to SCOTUS. There is no abstention doctrine or political question dodge available. Texas pretty much said, “Pennsylvania Supreme Court thinks election fraud doesn’t matter because those contesting the election waited until after the election and the fraud to file their contest? Hold my Lone Star Beer!!”
The Texas suit is very well constructed. If the remedy is granted according to law correctly, the vote is adjusted to remove illegal votes and THEN the decision in the illegal vote states is passed back to their legislatures. In other words the legislatures only get to choose electors once the true vote is restored as far as possible.
This removes one main false argument used by RINOs, cowards and crooks in the legislatures that they don’t want to remove votes from voters. Illegal votes of course disenfranchise legal voters anyway but they always ignore that don’t they.
Texas has struck a terrible blow at the globalists, the uniparty and the democrat / Soros vote fixing and justice tampering machines in the various states.
Adams would be proud.
That’s not what Paxton told Hannity in the video clip.
Psxton said there’s no way to determine numbers of invalid ballots since original envelopes with signatures are gone. So SCOTUS can only remand appointment of electors back to legislatures.
They can revert back to the original way and appoint electors. They can say that because the fraud can’t be undone, we risk not participating in the selection of the president if we don’t appoint electors directly. Some will try to split the baby.
Still a problem.
So here is the situation. American voters are disenfranchised thru crooked politicians. The Supreme Court is not clean by any means and the state legislature and state executives are corrupt also. Still think the only safe path is Martial Law..
I have seen so much corruption information… it’s a coup and it is not being addressed as a coup.. its being addressed as some petty criminal act.
Maga
Yup
Agreed, it is a coup.
Never thought at the beginning of this year that not only would everyone become medical experts in the field of treating unique pandemic causing viruses but on top of that added to our collective resume is the distinction of becoming Constitutional scholars! What a year!
I imagine that SCOTUS will definitely take and hear this suit by Texas now that it is accompanied by many additional states. They may also yet take the Pennsylvania case since they only dismissed the emergency injunctive part of that case, so that case may still be heard.
Wondering, do we place bets on whether or not the Supreme Court would not take up this case so as to allow them to weigh the value of having someone who has promised to pack their beloved bench obtaining that ability through means of the steal, or do they see the merits of allowing someone who has done all in his might to honor the rule of law have a second term?
If they don’t take the Texas case, court packing is in their future, if they do take the case, the rule of law may yet live.

Kind of oversimplified but essentially true. Sick, isn’t it?
Why not Arizona?
From what I understand, Az election laws were updated by the legislature. So the approach there is to prove election fraud.
Why is the comment function breaking up words?
It’s being worked on. We’re still in the testing phase.
If the Supreme Court is functioning as a legitimate Constitutional Court, and as the highest ranking court, it should recognize Constitutional mandates are being changed, perverted and, in some cases, outright ignored by thoroughly corrupted government officials, thereby rendering any actions to return decision making powers to the same corrupt and criminal system just as corrupt
They know some officials at every level are corrupt and engaging in criminal behavior, and they know there’s a very good chance leaving it up to the system again will end up the same way, votes stolen and legit voters disenfranchised
They need to think this one through very carefully, understand what’s at stake and make a ruling that invalidates the cheat / steal
Excellent summation , alliwantissometruth! Totally agree, the SC better take seriously their decision here.
Yup, and that 2018 EO needs to be applied given the CCP involvement in Dominion and the state/county/city apparatchiks who bought them from China.
If that obtains, game over. Not a best-case outcome, but more desirable than QuidProJoe & Co. moving into White House…
The Dems were squinting their eyes, trying to make out the oncoming traffic in the distance, and didn’t even see the speeding train about to smash into them from the side!
This thing has legs, and it’s going to be interesting. President Trump’s team now has a direct avenue to haul out ALL of the evidence. ALL of it.
Ubi Jus Ibi Remedium (For every wrong, the law provides a remedy.)
It is obvious, beyond obvious, to every sentient being that this election was stolen by fraud concentrated in six counties, stealing six swing states and thus handing the election to Biden. But the courts cannot or will not provide a remedy. Will the SCOTUS? What I have learned about my country during the last five years, and especially the last five weeks, doesn’t give much hope. But we will know soon enough.
pray without ceasing.
Today I got my first unrequested Fulton Co. absentee ballot for the run-off. I will collect all I receive and give a final tally. I’ll be voting EV.
All I read today on this subject referenced Foster v Love 1997 as precedent. Having read the Souter opinion, I think these states will win at SCOTUS. https://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/96-670.ZO.html
I would never advocate for this (and it’s far fetched) but wouldn’t it be hilarious if SCOTUS rules against TX (and other Patriot States) they turn around and poof- get, we found all kinds of ballots too. See- now every single Dem has lost. Every one. Oh, yes, we found them in cans and I’m sorry we can’t find any custody forms.
If someone complains- oh, sorry SCOTUS said it’s up to us and laws don’t apply. We extended the deadline up until… now…all done, and as the AG o can do this all by myself.
SCOTUS said it’s ok.
Yeah work for President (he won there) but it wound be ?
Sorry- wouldn’t work for President
Most importantly, why haven’t ALL red states joined in the lawsuit?
To ask the question is to answer it.
Texas and all States who joined, would be soooo harmed by a Democratic POTUS, Senate and Congress, they collectively need to make the case for all of us.
Dems showed all their cards in this last election engineering effort, they cannot pull it off again to this extent.
It’s now or will never be the same.
(Was it fate which brought RBG demise to be replaced by an originalist?)
