Chairwoman Ward notes the Maricopa County officials are making baseless threats and pushing propaganda in an effort to undermine the audit itself.

The old Diebold machines in NH have proven unable to distinguish between an Oval and a fold in the paper, and are unreliable as they disenfranchise validly cast votes.
Maricopa County looks far worse as it appears there a discrepancies in ballot totals per box, sloppy accounting, and potentially invalid ballots, and that’s just for openers.
Paper ballots, voter ID, supervised hand counts, are the only initial remedy for this slovenly, corrupted, voting process

In my view paper ballots mean the potential for a fresh set of faces counting the ballots each election. Maybe not all fresh, but there would undoubtedly be some turnover which would help to keep new eyes on the process each election. Sort of like term limits, it helps to prevent entrenched bureaucrats from getting a lock on things. And speaking of entrenched, the one person with final responsibility for a state’s elections is their Secretary of State. According to my research the New Hampshire Secretary of State is Bill Gardner, a 72 year old Democrat who has held that office since 1976.

I believe the limited county audit in NH has opened Pandora’s box.
The auditors are trying to claim scanning errors not intentional fraud, but that won’t wash.
Yes, the scanning error is real. But it is clear that people knew about the potential for this error, and actively exploited it.
1. The Democrat column for state representatives is clearly printed out of alignment, but not so far that a fold through the lead Democrat candidate would prevent the ballot fitting in an envelope.
2. While the printing company put the pre-crease in a safe position, someone in the state electoral system set up the machine folding to a different position.
3. Even if 1 & 2 could be claimed to be “unintentional”, the error forced only votes for non Democrat candidates into “adjudication”. And thus a large number of ballots have clearly been “adjudicated” incorrectly.
Fraud is therefore proven.
And given reports of other methods used in other counties used to force ballots into “adjudication”, it is almost certain the same scam was widespread. These methods include wrongly advising in person voters to use sharpie felt pens and misprinting scanner alignment marks.
While fradulent “adjudication” is only one of the many fraud methods used, given the size of the Trump vote, reexamination of the physical ballots in the fraud states would hand Trump the official win, even without uncovering the ballot harvesting and ineligible votes.
The reason is that the fraudsters needed to make the Biden margin small enough to seem plausible, but just above the 0.3% trigger for recounts. The adjudication rates in the 2020 election were clearly ludicrous, and would dwarf the narrow Biden “win” in the fraud states.
With the news from NH, ALL MAIL IN BALLOTS ARE TAINTED EVERYWHERE.

Even though I agree with your reasoning in # 1 and 2, I do not think Windham NH used “adjudication”, they just declared the misread votes as “Blank”. Overall result still benefiting Dems by a large margin though, but not in the Presidential race counts and other races, just the state house counts. I do agree that in many other places such as Fulton County GA and the other 5 swing states, “adjudication” probably played a big role in benefiting Biden.

That’s an astute appraisal of the situation.
There are a lot of players who don’t want accurate vote totals. That’s why they are never coming back. This was not an accident or unintended consequences. It was entirely intended.
The trick the media uses is that the recounts “prove” no hanky spanky occured and the courts threw out the cases. But when you count bad ballots then recount them you still have a bad count. Only a credible audit would remove the bad ballots to count only valid ballots. As for the courts they either didnt hear the cases and the evidence or they threw it back to states and the bad recounts. And let’s remember the dems had three recounts for bush/gore before the scotus said “enough”.
Trump was actually successful in many of his cases. Garland Favorito, for example, successfully got a court to audit Fulton County, GA. Democrats wanted you to believe there was nothing to see here and no hope for their cheating to be revealed. Luckily persistence paid off.

This effectively blocks any claim from the vile Ms. Hobbs about the auditors interfering with or miscounting ballots. It also exposes her mendacity in claiming the auditors don’t know what they are doing. They have clearly anticipated what her lies will be and have planned well to block them.

One thing I love about this garbage from Jeremy Stahl, is that he makes the same blunder that the corrupt MCBoS made: criticizing the speed at which the human adjudication of ballots is occurring.
Why is this a mistake? Because the Arizona audit is benchmarking the speed for valid human ballot adjudication. And in the 2020 election massive numbers of ballots were sent to adjudication, and the Arizona audit is proving that they were “adjudicated” way too fast to have been properly examined.
Excellent point, Konrad. And the time needed to check the ballots by hand is not too different in Georgia than it is in AZ. There may be more lawyers involved trying to play out the clock, but the process should be pretty much the same.
How many AZ ballots “went to adjudication” during the original tabulation?
The issue at this point with the AZ audit for the Communist/Democrats is everything about it so far looks bad for them. One of the worse if not the worse is they fight the audit. Even a dullard would wonder why fight something which proves your innocence?

Specific guys with the U.S. intelligence community that should not have been meeting with me, this infamous Australian diplomat, we know he’s spoken to the Italians, to various governments. He has been working non-stop since 2019 where I think he got all the juicy info back then. Then Barr appoints some special council a month before Biden goes to the White House, and now Durham is simply, in my opinion like I said I don’t talk to Durham, he’s waiting for the right moment to expose what he has learned and I think it is going to be tantamount to conspiracy in the Obama Administration. I truly believe that. I think he is incredibly real and I would actually put my entire reputation on the line saying this… It’s going to be very interesting to see when and how that information comes out, how the media tries to deflect or cover it up.

Well I think Papa-D is right about Durham giving Biden time. I’ve noticed that Comey, et.al. Have been very quiet since fall 2020 as well. However, the swamp saves its own, so I don’t expect anyone in the Durham preview to be charged with anything significant. We’ll probably see a lot of ethical conduct/lack of professionalism stuff and a swat on the wrist.
My hope is that he lays out in detail the holes and manipulation of FISA so that the 2022 Congress – Devin Nunes – can use the report to plug up FISA and make this illegal spying a crime. We know Biden has brought back the gang and they’re back to exploiting it (private contractors, etc). So perhaps the report and 2022 incoming Congress will put some fear into them. Or in the alternative, and God forbid they’ll gear up the exploitation further in an attempt to spy on PDJT’s 2024 run.
I think Comey and the rest know that their job was to execute the coup against Trump. That mission has been accomplished. So now they’re laying low because most people will forget about this. Durham will close up shop without saying much because the DOJ only releases reports against people they are trying to destroy (to influence a jury, or to trash people in the media, for example). Members of Team Blue in good standing with the Official Government Party will be given a pass. They might not ever work in government again, but they’ll be handsomely rewarded with 7-figure no-show jobs and “book deals”.
If Durham proves me wrong, good for him, but I’ve been right since 2015 when Hillary’s illegal email system was first discovered that nothing would be done and nobody would be punished.

What’s funny about this is how a blind analysis of the ballots by three people is somehow less trustworthy than two counters siting next to each other with a “supervisor” nearby. You know, a “supervisor”, like what they had in Atlanta, lying about water leaks to kick out observers.

From what we know now (and there were rumblings all along) about these “election systems”, why would any official approve them for use in US elections? The systems had inherent capabilities that allow cheating and data insecurity.

The Legislature, being a separate branch of government from the judiciary, has not only the prerogative, the discretion, and the independent power to satisfy itself – by whatever means it sees fit – that its laws are being upheld by those who it appointed to uphold them, but it also has the duty.
Arizona points the way. Judges and even justices can be corrupted, and lawsuits can be derailed or gummed-up. But the Legislature in each state has “plenary” powers which derive from no one but itself. The People of each State must loudly demand that their Legislatures find out what really happened in their states last November.
“Election Fraud,” both Federally and in each State, is a serious felony. And, by its nature, it makes “every voter, everywhere,” individually become a plaintiff. The right to vote is every American citizen’s most priceless birthright.

He also shared with reporters an email dossier that describes Pulitzer as a “con artist who is a master of hoaxes and fraud” and a “failed treasure hunter.”
