A contingent of Republican senators traveled to Texas on Thursday for a tour of the border region to understand the scale of the problem currently facing Border Patrol. After a night and early day visit of the border region the GOP senators gathered to brief the press and answer questions.
Senator Ron Johnson (Wisconsin) was emphatic about the stunning statistics that are now evident. As Johnson shared during his portion of the briefing, under President Trump the border region was secured and together with agreements with Central American and Mexico the southern border wall was working well to stop illegal alien influx.
However, Joe Biden eliminated all of the agreements and policies that stabilized the border. Immediately after his installation as head of the executive branch the Biden policies opened a floodgate of illegal alien border crossers. As many as 6,000 border apprehensions in a single day in the Rio Grande Valley sector. Stunning statistics.
This is exactly what the American haters/ Uniparty wants.

I remember when Glen Beck showed us and told us what was happening. Then, he lost his mind and today, we are seeing the fruits of his reporting when he was sane and respected as a viable news pundit. He probably still is, but his wavering and strange behavior cost him a lot. However, he was right about the future of our country.
Do you remember the chalk board? Beck taught me a lot. When he used the railroad tracks to demonstrate the separate parties and explained that thier agendas were parallel leading to the same platform. I found him briefly on CNN (I think, then listened to him on radio and became a faithful watcher when he was on fox. Then, as you said, he went off the deep end. Really kinda sad.
Then he tried to become relevant again and bent towards social issues and, while good at face value, didn’t align with my beliefs at a higher level.
The final straw for me was his anti-Trump stance and I finally wrote him off completely.

Watching Republican politicians (except for DJT and a few MAGA exceptions) is just nauseating. When they had the opportunity to do something about it, they did nothing. They ( our republican representatives and senators) were paid to look the other way by fat campaign contributions from big money donors who profited exponentially from hiring quasi-slave labor in agricultural fields, garment assembly sweat shops, food precessing plants, commercial construction, the list goes on.
Look for the predominance of brown, dirty, sweat-drenched faces at the job sites you drive past. Some may be under yellow hard hats, others under woven wide-brimmed straws. There you see the enormous profitability attached to cheap illegal alien labor.
The paths to citizenship, green cards, etc. have been made exceedingly difficult in order to continue the in-migration of illegal cheap labor. The price paid for congressional largesse is outweiged by the profits attached to sub-standard wages, zippo for health care (except at “free” clinics, which feed off the tax dollars of everybody who doesn’t use them and represents far less than minimal coverge) and no deductions for Workman’s Compensation, etc.
Law enforcement? Welfare? Edudction? Same thing. The costs are distributed over society. The wealth to be gained concentrates at the top. That’s why communism seems like a good idea, at first. But the solution is not so simple as redistributing the wealth.
The entire immigration system needs to be fixed. Halting (or at least significantly slowing) the traffic at the border is only the tip of an ugly iceburg that has been growing since the bracero program was done way with back in the ’60s.
There are several issues that I’ve alluded to here.
Congress (especially Ryan’s house when we had a clear majority in both houses,) could have haldled all of it and f given us comprehensive immigration reform in a matter of a few weeks.
They didn’t.
My sense is that the payoffs to congress from those who profit most by cheap labor (and aren’t particularly bothered by the costs borne by the remainder of society) were that great.
I have been waiting for someone to call out the brown faces at the jobsites. It’s residential as well. 98% of the framers, formsetters, siders, roofers, tinners, etc are all Mehicanos. No white guys framing trac homes anymore. The contractors who bid these jobs take the white guys $ bid and give the numbers to the Mehicanos, yes they show the numbers to them and then the Mehicanos just come in lower, Bam they got the project.

Are Republican senators FINALLY getting a clue that Democrats’ goal is to flood the country with future socialist voters? Between this and HR-1, the Republican party will be out of business. You can tie this all back to the stolen November election. The R’s in Congress and the states did NOTHING to stop the steal. They knew the D’s were going to cheat via universal mail-in ballots and had months to go to court and contest the unlawful election law changes by the likes of Stacey Adams, Dem governors & Dem SOS’s. Then after the election was clearly stolen, they refused to do anything about it… other than call US crazy for believing Trump’s “lies.”
