This is good news. Earlier this morning Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis announce a judge in 13th Circuit Court in Michigan, has allowed a forensic audit of the 22 Dominion ballot counting systems used in Antrim County. [Media Report Here]
The forensic examination took place Sunday with Bailey, Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy, county administrator Pete Garwood, county attorney Haider Kazim, three county commissioners, a county IT technician and a member of the Sheriff’s department, said county spokesman Jeremy Scott in a release.
Also present, according to Scott, were seven members of the Allied Security Operations Group, a group affiliated with Trump’s litigation team. In the court order, the evidence cited by Bailey comes from a report from the group. (full story)

I seem to recall watching a video years ago where a tech was at an poll center w/ suspicious vote totals. This tech was brought in by those who were suspicious of the count.
The tech said he wasn’t allowed to examine the machines but I think he said that even if the data was deleted he could still recover the deleted election data.
I’m pretty sure the tech was referring to the ability to recover deleted election data but it has been a while since I watched the video.

1. big picture my man…big picture. before you get all sideways about counting votes, lets contemplate thoroughly what numbers irregularities really mean.
a. if the vote ballot images do not match the actual count. we have a problem houston. There is NO MAGIC NUMBER that is some sort of cutoff…It’s like the old joke…statistics. Please show me 2.3 children…I would love to meet those parents! And for the record, while we do not have ALL of the audits performed yet to determined where the votes do not match to actual counts, we have enough evidence already to show irregularities have occured. This is sufficient to continue to run down every single state. Yes, every one. Not just dominion states. Once you start opening the can of worms, this naturally leads to opening all the cans of worms. There is no doubt, other states have “problems”…we will find them.
b. Missing ballots. Late ballots past legal deadlines, election workers doing unlawful acts…harvesting..paid vote schemes (lotteries, etc)…ballots mailed to people who never requested them….voters turned away at polls told their votes have already been counted. Dems allowing ONLY Biden ballots with problems to be “cured”, but not allowing Trump voters the same remedy. (equal protections clause, all the way down)
c. Serious financial conflicts between voting systems, hiring voting tech support companies, and even poll workers, that are directly related to officials who are running the election process. This isn’t only a problem related to presenting conflicts of interest. It is a textbook definition of corruption bias.

A couple of facts to throw your way: 1.8 million mail in votes were sent out by Pennsylvania, 2.5 million came back. There can only be one explanation. Also, there was ZERO signature verifications undertaken, and those ballots were co-mingled.
These two points alone should invalidate the results.
If 25k dead people voted they have names and address. That means they were absentee ballots and they can’t see how the votes were allocated then the party filing the lawsuit should prevail and the verdict would be that the election results are invalid. Then the legislature will decide who the electors will side with.

There’s a little problem with “official” excuses about scanner software related errors. The Antrim vote flip is evidenced in the Edison Research time series tally data. It occurs during one 26 second time step. Way too fast for scanning errors.

There are “Red flags” all through the Edison Research time series tally data. Almost every state using Dominion or ES&S systems (which all contain Smartmatic legacy code) have vote flips.

I agree, Napoleon. That was how the scam was wired. Chip in insignificant vote counts for Biden in red counties that Trump would go ahead and win, but cumulatively would add a lot of votes. Then go for the kill in the Democrat war zones. It would look pretty normal on paper. Unfortunately for the plotters, they underestimated Trump’s appeal to voters just like in 2016.
They checked one in Georgia by taking 100 real Biden ballots and 100 real Trump ballots. Put it through the Dominion tabulating machine. Result : 118 -Biden and 82 Trump. (although I have seen slightly different figures for the result, all indicate flipping)
If the Michigan machines have not been “reset”, I will not be surprised to see similar results. The % change could be different but evidence of flipping will be there to see.

Russ’ video was called “Information” (something), its initial screen was black, and it was linked many times on this site very soon after the election – probably before as well. He laid out video evidence of the flip algorithm in action in 2018 in one race, as well as solid analysis of all the security leaks in the machines, and I believe he showed proof that their data had indeed made a round trip overseas.
I read today that there was a team of RINOs who did allow for Dominion voting machines to be used in Texas but I don’t have details off hand. I will have to look into it bc I had also read what you stated as well.

Ratcliffe as AG would also be the boss of Special Counsel John Durham. Ratcliffe has been feeding documents to Durham since his appointment at DNI and could force accountability from Durham.

Ratcliffe represented my district — one of the reddest in Texas. He is a politician through and through. I think his orientation is conservative, but I don’t have a lot of faith in the size or fortitude of his cojones.

The Chain of Custody requirements/process is what we need to focus on.
Because like a chain, if ONE link is broken/compromised, you have a paperweight instead of a trustworthy instrument of strength. If a criminal case can be weakened or overturned because of a failure in the Chain of Criminal Evidence, then how can not an electoral process not be similarly discarded.
If Dominion or similar voting machinery is proven it can be compromised – even if you can’t prove a specific compromise, doesn’t that taint/poison the ENTIRE process?
Like with the situation in Wayne County, where they taped up observation windows… A clear compromise of the legal vote process- how does this simple fact not get every ballot in that building tossed out, or at very least, sequestered until a thorough audit can take place?
Observers kept away from meaningful observing- same thing, all involved ballots are tainted unless and until they can be cleared?
Aren’t officials certifying the fidelity, the trust in the process being according to laws and policies in place? As well as the results themselves?

I have always had my suspicions that Barr was directed or urged to get back in the game so he could keep all the skeletons covered. He has done nothing except talk a good game but when it came time for action was AWOL. Everything from Mueller, HRC, Wieners laptop and the associated HRC emails, BLM/Antifa riots and now the vote fraud and all he sees is the back side of his eyeballs. The question is who directed him to reengage?

c. but what he is really doing is simply placing any future cases under his authority into the political arena and also under very highly likely legal trouble. While the DOJ AG does in fact have the exclusive power to make or drop any case in the US, this also means the DOJ AG can scrub a legitimate case due to reasons that can be manufactured based on perceptions of conflict or political optics, or nebulous arguments about injecting opinion into possible criminal cases before they are even investigated! See Barr never PROVIDED ANY CONCRETE evidence of ANY crime when he made those statements. He carefully selected key phrases that were ALL designed on purpose to give NO EVIDENCE to support them…only speculation.
d. IT IS VERY LIKELY Barr has concrete evidence of crimes. We know this exists. But as AG, a corrupt method, to prevent any of this from ever becoming a real thing in a courtroom or even more strategically literally handing the case to anyone who will object to it (like the criminals within FBI, CIA, and DOJ and state department, etc), a very sound basis to have those cases rejected. It even gives the DOJ itself the very tools to never put together and move to any charges.
When I have earlier stated never to underestimate the intelligence and corrupt character of Billy Baghorns, I was not just making funny talk. He is extremely talented in the art of fraud. His ENTIRE career and life work has been to disfigure justice and to warp public perception about faith in the institutions.
There is a reason why he was chosen by Mitch. Understand that. His record of fraud and deceit credentialed his talent for master gasbaggery.

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has issued an emergency directive instructing federal agencies to patch the Netlogon remote protocol vulnerability in Windows Server by 11:59 pm EDT Monday. The bug could enable an attacker with network access to a domain controller to compromise all Active Directory identity services. Microsoft issued a patch for the bug on Aug. 11.

Just heard that a judge in Michigan is withholding the evidence from the dominion voting software. This evidence was supposed to be released today. Is this true?
