Obama got 63,000 more votes in Michigan in 2008 than Biden got in 2020. He also got 63,000 more votes in Wayne County (Detroit) than Biden got. Biden’s net gain in Wayne Co. over 2016 was 44,000 votes. Biden outperformed Hillary by around 540,000 votes statewide, meaning he got half a million more votes from Republican areas, yet Trump got 7,000 more votes than the Republican Senate candidate, 4,000 of which were in Wayne Co, where Trump also outperformed James. Somehow Biden earned 56,000 more statewide than the D Senate candidate on only 15,000 more in Wayne Co. In Antrim Co, where the alleged “glitch” happened, Biden was up 36 percent over 2016, despite Trump improving by 15.1 percent over his already big gains over McCain and Romney. I picked the first 10 counties in Michigan alphabetically, and Biden averaged a 27.98 percent improvement over 2016. Barack’s average decline in those 10 counties from 2008 to 2012 was 14.4 percent, yet Romney only improved by an average of 3.4 percent over McCain. Trump went up by an average of 19.5 percent. Common sense tells us both candidates don’t improve that drastically. Where did the one-sided middle-of-the-night vote dumps come from (138k vote increase) since we know they were not from Wayne Co.? We are led to believe Trump underperformed John James in Allegan Co, which is 97% white, 2 to 1 Republican, and has a median family income of $56K. We saw no excitement for Biden; in fact people talked about replacing him at various points throughout the campaign. I am looking forward to the arguments in the SC because they will be revealing, however they ultimately decide. I expect it will be like the impeachment, where all the facts were on the side of the President.

I don’t see this being resolved through any court. If it gets fixed it will be by political means, the electors and/or Congress.
What concerns me about the electors is the threats the Dems will send their way. Given the violence we’ve seen from the left, I wouldn’t blame electors for seeing threats as credible.
Threats of violence and intimidation are starting to backfire, as we saw in Michigan with the two Republicans who rescinded their certifications. Even the most passive Conservatives are starting to realize that if the other side can threaten them and their families now, everyone will be even less safe under a Biden-Harris regime. People are waking up to what’s at stake.
This is getting closer. This provides significant factual background information and describes the vulnerabilities of the software system, the thumb drive key theft, all laying a strong case for the potential of fraud and the methods to employ them (means). He also addresses the data anomalies indicating the high probability of fraud. Thought this should be sufficient to state that the election was likely compromised, there still needs to be the money shot. Some actual proof of votes being changed in the battleground states.

There was a claim by Giuliani of 1.8 Million mail in ballots requested and 2.5 Million ballots returned in PA. Within the article it was updated and that claim is now refuted. What the heck? How sloppy is that???? If the President’s legal team is presenting items that are not solid fact, it taints the entire case! Sensationalism wins nothing….only facts. The Trump team needs to up their game as too much is on the line. There’s oodles of evidence of fraud—make sure you have the proof before presenting anything without being validated and confirmed. If it is true, hammer it home. Verifiable truth is the standard. We are not them. We do not need to lie or misspeak.

My input if it really matters here,
I read all the lawsuits so far and any affidavits that were available (Tons) however, after reading the affidavit of the redacted 305th military intelligence officer and his use of the tools at his exposure to locate the countries involved, he mentions nothing about the times that voting shut down on the east coast (important to understand this). This particular affidavit and don’t attack me here, seems spot on but a little to convenient because it almost contradicts what all the witnesses testified too regarding the times the voting stopped.
How would he know voting went on behind closed doors, was he there? How did he know it was pre-coordinated? plus a couple of other things that would get this removed and disqualified.
If your going to testify under penalties of perjury, great, just testify based on your expertise but don’t add hearsay testimony or speculate or, what was reported, it doesn’t help your case.
Just my 2 cents based on my experience in courtrooms. I want all these cases to succeed on the merits so President Trump can get re-elected. This one might pass the test if a lawyer does not catch these hearsay comments. A damn good lawyer will.
